Trump news on Youtube Oct 16 2018

President Trump has put up with a lot from his detractors and those going after him in

an attempt to have their 15-minutes in the spotlight.

Since a federal judge ruled in Trump's favor verses Stormy Daniels yesterday, he has come

out with all guns blazing.

The president Tweeted about Daniels this morning, hilariously referring to her as "Horseface,"

and to her attorney Michael Avenatti as a "third-rate lawyer."

He vowed to go after both of them in the state of Texas.

Trump is winning & he's on the warpath!

This is the Trump we love!

"President Donald Trump lashed out at porn star Stormy Daniels in a tweet Tuesday, calling

her "Horseface" and lambasting her "3rd rate lawyer" Michael Avenatti after a federal

judge dismissed their defamation case against him a day earlier.

Avenatti was quick to respond, escalating an already nasty feud between the president

and a woman who claims to have had extramarital sex with him.

The lawyer tore into Trump on Twitter, asking the president: "How many other women did

you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home?"

Daniels sued Trump in April, after Trump sent a tweet accusing the adult film actress and

director of a "total con job" following her appearance on daytime talk show "The

View."

During the broadcast, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, held up an sketch

artist's image of a man she said had threatened her to "leave Trump alone" in Las Vegas

in 2011.

The alleged threat against Daniels and her daughter was made a time when she was in talks

with a magazine about going public with her story of the tryst with Trump.

Daniels responded derisively to Trump's attack with a tweet of her own.

Daniels alleges she had sex with Trump during a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe

in 2006, just a few months after Trump's third wife Melania Trump gave birth to Trump's

youngest child.

After Trump's April tweet, Daniels sued, arguing that Trump had posted a false statement

against her that was defamatory because it suggested she was falsely accusing a man of

committing a crime.

California-based U.S. District Court Judge S. James Otero, however, said in his ruling

Monday that "Mr. Trump's tweet displays an incredulous tone, suggesting that the content

of his tweet was not meant to be understood as a literal statement."

He also said in the court filing Monday night that the tweet was "the definition of protected

rhetorical hyperbole."

Otero ruled that Trump deserved to receive attorney's fees from the case — an outcome

his lawyer Charles Harder called a "total victory for President Trump and total defeat

for Stormy Daniels.""

Epic Trump Painting Spotted During 60 Minutes Interview - Duration: 2:16.

President Donald Trump's latest addition to White House decor has been noticed by eagle-eyed

viewers of the President's 60 Minute interview.

The artwork, titled "The Republican Club," shows President Trump sitting between Presidents

Eisenhower and Nixon, directly across from Abraham Lincoln.

Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and both Bushes are also

in the imaginary scene.

The artist himself, Andy Thomas, was thrilled to learn that his artwork was hanging on the

wall of Trump's office.

Thomas told The Daily Beast that Darrell Issa, a fan of the artist's work, gave the print

to Trump.

"He had actually given a me real gracious call to tell me how much he liked it," Thomas

said of Trump.

"He was very complimentary.

He made a comment that he'd seen a lot of paintings of himself and he rarely liked them."

Thomas is well-known for painting past presidents from each party hanging out together.

In 2008, he portrayed Republican presidents playing poker.

A subsequent portrait showed Democratic presidents playing pool.

However, Thomas said adding President Trump in the painting wasn't an easy task.

He said, he found "Trump hard to paint" because of his characteristic skin tone and

smile, but made him the center of attention anyway.

Thomas said that as far as he knows, no other president has his artwork.

He also said Issa has both the Democratic and Republican prints hanging in the office

and commissioned a portrait of himself.

"He's a really friendly guy and he said, 'If I get a chance, I'm going to show

this to Donald,'" Thomas said.

The artist says he was shocked when his wife told him he should be home at a certain time

to receive a phone call from Trump.

"You can't imagine how happy that made me," he said.

Trump Wins Defamation Lawsuit Against Stormy, Now She Has To Pay His Legal Fees - Duration: 3:05.

On Monday, a federal district court judge in California ruled to dismiss Stormy Daniels'

defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump.

As the Hollywood Reporter pointed out, U.S. District Court Judge S. James Otero concluded

earlier today that Daniels has failed to establish a prima facie case for defamation against

the President.

This whole thing started in April when Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti released a sketch

of a man who supposedly "threatened" Daniels to stay quiet about her alleged affair with

Donald Trump.

In response, Trump tweeted this: "A sketch years later about a nonexistent man.

A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!"

Daniels and her lawyer then tried to sue the President for defamation, but a Federal Judge

has now laid down a powerful decision in favor of Trump.

"The Court agrees with Mr. Trump's argument because the tweet in question constitutes

'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the

United States," stated the judge.

"The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement."

The judge defined "rhetorical hyperbole" as "extravagant exaggeration employed for

rhetorical effect" and characterizes Trump's tweet against Daniels as displaying "an

incredulous tone, suggesting that the content of his tweet was not meant to be understood

as a literal statement about Plaintiff".

The best part in all of this, of course, is that Daniels has to pay Trump's legal fees

(via the Hollywood Reporter):

Otero adds that Trump made a "one-off rhetorical comment, not a sustained attack on the veracity

of Plaintiff's claims" and that this distinguishes this suit from other cases where courts have

determined defamation.

The judge adds that Daniels' assumption that Trump knew of the 2011 threat doesn't

establish facts adding up that he did, in fact, know.

The judge ends up agreeing with Trump that Daniels hasn't shown actual malice nor adequately

plead damages.

Daniels won't get the opportunity to amend her complaint to cure deficiencies, and what's

more under Texas' anti-SLAPP statute, she now has to pay Trump's legal costs — perhaps

a rubbing of salt in the wound to those who contributed to Daniels' legal defense fund.

Trump's lawyer Charles Harder immediately released a statement saying that Trump is

now entitled to a financial award for prevailing in this case:

And of course, Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti weighed in, clearly disturbed by the ruling:

How do you think the media will handle this brand new victory for President Trump?

Lou Dobbs: FEDERAL JUDGE THROWS OUT STORMY DANIELS LAWSUIT AGAINST TRUMP - Duration: 7:19.

breaking news tonight a federal judge has just thrown out the lawsuit of

pornstar stormy Daniels stormy Daniels defamation lawsuit against the president

thrown out it's a stunning defeat for Daniel's and her attorney what is his

name Michael and the naty have an Atty never Oh creepy porn lawyer

I believe is our friend Tucker Carlson calls him the ruling also ordering

Daniels to pay Trump's legal fees Wow Trump attorney Charles harder issued a

statement and and there it is we don't have it you know it was good

it's gonna be a good statement too and I'm rather than wait for it or worse ask

you to wait with me for it we're going to ask our producers to

produce that statement of course this is just breaking so we're going to go now

to to the left well the president calls her goofy goofy liberal Elizabeth Warren

she finally broke down and took a DNA test we are pleased to tell you we are

right on top of politics and science this is the Nexus where science and

politics meets here every night on Lou Dobbs tonight in this case she undertook

that test to prove or founded claims that she has Native American blood a

member of the Cherokee Nation in point of fact the results were published in

the left-wing Boston Globe and Senator Warren comes out of it well I think the

only expression rather anemic the odds in fact of her being a Cherokee Indian

well are really really remote because the odds of her being just generally a

Native American are somewhere between a whopping point zero zero nine our the

margin is so slim by the way I don't even know what the point oh one five

percent means it has nothing to do with this conversation we're gonna be talking

we'll be running it we're gonna be running by the way back to be we're

gonna be running a correction on that because it's not point zero one five

it's point zero one percent that margin is so by the way the Boston Globe had to

do three Corrections today on their map we're only doing one on ours and we win

the margin in this case is so slim that the Cherokee Nation has just released

the statement tonight that reads in part quote using a DNA test to lay claim to

any connection to the Cherokee Nation are any tribal nation even vaguely is

inappropriate and wrong I and I could not endorse the Cherokee Nation any

stronger in their statement this is just incredible senator Warren undermining

the tribal interest of the Cherokee Nation

with her continued claims of tribal heritage and buried in the globe's

report the fact that the Stanford University researcher who studied

Senator warns DNA sample didn't actually use samples of Native American DNA no no

he didn't do that he instead chose to test it against Colombian Peruvian and

Mexican strains the reason he did that even though they're not Native Americans

he did that because scientists believe Native Americans came to this country

over the Bering Strait land bridge it's now a strait it was then a land bridge

about 12,000 years ago we're told and they settled in what is now America but

then also migrated all the way to South America this all because Elizabeth

Warren has high cheekbones ladies and gentlemen in other words Native

Americans appear to be originally Mongolian which means that Native

American depends on when you got here and who was waiting or in some cases who

simply has high cheekbones that's the best we can divine from all of this to

sort it out top strategist for Great America pack former Reagan White House

political director of Fox News political analyst and Rollins I can't wait to get

to the math with you my friend a New York Post columnist Fox Business

contributor Michael Goodwin which of you is best at math dead okay

this is madness itself well my heritage was pure I was pretty

much all Irish and I have diluted it with scotch whiskey

this is certainly gonna help move her to the forefront of the presidential

campaign that she wants to run actually it's making her look more absurd by the

moment and I think to a certain extent what's gonna defeat her is not just her

heritage claims but her socialistic tendencies which are front and center

and I think the more she gets this kind of exposure and the more foolishness she

tends to be less less obvious is gonna be the judge again I truly believe there

may be a good suggestion here I mean you know once you get to the Jamal khashoggi

disappearance you know put you in sort of a conspiratorial state of mind I

could she be a Republican operative a secret offer because she is distracting

from the midterm elections now 21 days away she is drawing all of that interest

to her about her high cheekbones her blood almost anything other than well

and she's also creating something of a tense relationship with Native Americans

in this country as she should be regarded by them I mean this is this is

really what do you think is that a possibility yeah well look I I've argued

all along the Maxine Waters is a Republican operatives and I think

probably Cory Booker is and Hillary Clinton - I mean the way they're all

behaving look I think the remark the thing to think about Elizabeth Warren in

this test is she took it secretly she obviously didn't want anybody to know

that she was doing it I mean there had been this pressure to do it for a long

time she did it secretly and then as I gather she misrepresented the results as

to what they actually mean I mean when you show the yeah I don't know well the

Cherokee I mean she claims was it published them right three Corrections

for crown oh yeah she claims it proves she has and part of the ancestry and the

Cherokee Nation says no you don't that doesn't prove anything and you've gotta

weigh in on this your mathematics expert we've therefore - I said three

Corrections they published verse one thirty second to one five hundred and

twelfth then they realized that was wrong so they did the globe they're

public one thirty second to one one thousand

twenty fourth which is closer to the truth

the second correction ranging from one sixty-fourth to one 1024 that's point

zero zero nine seven six that's what we know ten generations yeah I mean that's

what that come a lot to representing yes after hurry now representing

Massachusetts was mostly Italians garish Jewish what have you I don't think the

Indian vote is significant there and I don't think she's going to get any of it

so I think it's just a test of our foolishness and Trump and the first lady

the president

Desperate Avenatti Slams Own Client Stormy After Losing to Trump - Duration: 5:44.

On a busy news day on the political front, it was easy to lose sight of the fact that

America's favorite sleazeball attorney was out there making a fool of himself yet again.

Michael Avenatti, lawyer to the porn stars, was dealt a bit of a setback Monday.

His most famous client, Stormy Daniels, had her libel lawsuit against President Donald

Trump tossed out of court on the grounds that the tweet behind it was part of his exercise

of free speech.

However, Avenatti managed to insert a bit of unintentional humor into the proceedings

by making a fool of himself yet again — this time inadvertently slamming his own client,

or at least her profession.

First, the ruling.

According to Insurance Journal, U.S. District Judge S. James Otero said that the tweet from

the president — in which he called Daniels' claim that she was accosted by an unknown

man in a Las Vegas parking lot after coming forward with her allegations of a sexual encounter

with him "a total con job" — was protected under the Constitution.

"The court agrees with Mr. Trump's argument because the tweet in question constitutes

'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the

U.S.," Judge Otero wrote in his ruling.

"The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement."

According to the Los Angeles Times, the judge also ordered Daniels to pay Trump's legal

fees in connection with the case.

Avenatti was upset, as you would obviously expect him to be.

However, he could have perhaps picked his words a little better.

"We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal,"

Avenatti said in a statement after the ruling.

"There is something really rich in Trump relying on the First Amendment to justify

defaming a woman."

Now, I wonder if we asked Mr. Avenatti whether he thought his client's profession is protected

under the First Amendment.

I'd venture he'd probably give a qualified yes — and qualified it is, as we'll discuss

in a moment.

However, few forms of media have done more to defame, degrade and dehumanize women than

the pornography industry has.

There's something truly rich in that.

Before we go forward, I'd like to cut your emails off at the pass.

Yes, First Amendment law in regards to pornography is (pardon the pun) hardly explicit.

The closest thing to a definition of pornography the high court has ever given is the case

of Miller v. California in 1973.

In that case, Chief Justice Warren Burger stated obscenity isn't protected by the

First Amendment and established a three-prong test to decide whether something was obscene,

which ThoughtCompany's Tom Head handily reduced from legalese to this: "1.

Is it pornography?

2.

Does it actually show sex?

3.

Is it otherwise useless?"

In Jacobillis v. Ohio, Justice Potter Stewart defined pornography even more simply, declaring:

"I know it when I see it."

Suffice it to say, established case law is a bit hazy on the fact and federal, state

and local governments can obviously heavily qualify where pornography is displayed and

who it's sold to, which is to say it doesn't rate absolute First Amendment protection.

The great irony, however, is that liberals would generally say that pornography should

enjoy a fairly wide First Amendment protection.

(There's a reason Hustler publisher Larry Flynt doesn't like Republicans.)

And, like Michael Avenatti, liberals also claim to care deeply about women.

Few industries are as misogynist as the modern industrial porn industry.

Not only is it misogynist, but it also creates misogynists.

It teaches men to treat women as chattel in real life by treating women like chattel on

camera.

I have genuine sympathy for Stormy Daniels for having been through the wringer of sleaze

she's endured during a career in "adult" entertainment.

While acknowledging she made her own choices, it's still hard for any human being to fully

grasp the changes that the skin trade can wreak on an individual.

As for Michael Avenatti, he's vigorously defended the whole milieu.

His go-to response when anyone questions the industry is to accuse them of watching porn,

which isn't really a response so much as a deflection.

The fact that Daniels is a porn star has raised Avenatti's profile considerably.

Without that angle, it's unlikely that the media would have maintained interest in this

story.

As for the negative side of pornography, he doesn't want to talk about that.

That's OK for him, because the media doesn't want to talk about it either.

However, his client used the First Amendment and free speech absolutism to participate

in an industry that helps reduce women to nothing more than their sexual organs.

There is something really rich in Avenatti talking about an abuse of the First Amendment

when it comes to the debasing of women.

By saying what he did, he ended up slamming his client — and her former industry as

a whole — more than he did Donald Trump.

Stahl Tries to Stop Trump's Media Complaints, But He Shuts Her Down… Hard - Duration: 5:38.

President Donald Trump sat down with Lesley Stahl for a 60 Minutes interview.

When the topic of the news came up, the president used it to once again bash the liberal media

for their bias.

Stahl quickly tried to change the topic, hoping to avoid the wrath of the POTUS.

But Trump brilliantly countered her with a harsh rebuke.

There is nothing the media won't do or say to hurt the president.

Think about that.

Politics aside, Donald Trump was elected by voters to lead the country.

That should be enough for the media to cover his administration honestly.

But from the moment Donald Trump announced his candidacy, we could count one thing: dishonest

coverage from the mainstream media.

The press has been slamming Trump since the very beginning.

Even after he won, they continued to slander him, perhaps in the hopes of hurting his reelection

chances.

They never stopped to think that by insulting the president they insult every last American

who supports him.

It shows you the depths of their arrogance and hatred for our country.

Since becoming president, Donald Trump has been brutally honest about the media.

Rarely does a day go by when he doesn't call them out for their sleazy coverage of

his administration.

He routinely calls their stories "fake news," branding cable network CNN "very fake news."

You don't have to look hard to discover that, time and again, Trump is proven right.

This weekend, President Trump decided to sit down with Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes for an

in-depth interview.

During the conversation, Trump brought up how different the media covers his presidency

versus Barack Obama's.

He emphasized how shockingly dishonest the media has become when discussing his leadership.

Obviously, Stahl wanted to change the subject.

Despite being a longtime personality in the media, she refused to respond to his statements.

Instead, she wanted to discuss other matters.

President Trump issued her a powerful rebuke in the process.

In an interview with Lesley Stahl for CBS' "60 Minutes," President Trump had one

heck of a blunt response for Stahl when she attempted to sidetrack his effort to delineate

how dishonest the mainstream media is.

Stahl wanted to change the subject but Trump would not be dissuaded…

Trump stated, "The thing I've really learned is I never knew how dishonest the media was

and I really mean it.

I'm not saying that as a soundbite.

I never knew how dishonest the media was…"

Stahl, interrupted, "I'm going to change the subject again."

Trump responded, "No.

The way you asked me a question, like about separation."

Stahl: "Yeah."

Trump: "When I say Obama did it, you don't want to talk about it."

Stahl: "No."

Trump: "When I say I did it, let's make a big deal about it."

Stahl: "I'm going to run your answer, but you did it four times."

Trump: "I'm just telling you that you treated me much differently on the subject…"

Stahl, "I disagree but I don't want to have that fight with you."

Trump: "Hey, it's okay.

Leslie, it's okay.

In the meantime, I'm president and you're not.

Notice how Stahl responds when Trump brings up Obama.

You'd have to be an idiot to not see how differently the media covers Trump over Obama.

They handed Obama with kid gloves.

The MSM worshipped the last president.

Any mistakes, scandals, or signs of corruption were covered up or spun to be nothing.

They loved Obama and would do anything to polish his tarnished image.

But when a conservative, no-nonsense president who is putting the people first is elected,

they treat him like Hitler.

Yet Stahl says that's not true.

Trump's rebuke is powerful and devastating.

Stahl could easily dismiss his notions that the media is biased toward him.

She would easily pretend like they are never dishonest about their coverage, despite the

countless times they lie about the White House.

How does Trump respond?

"I'm president and you're not."

A powerful reminder of who's really in charge, here.

Stahl, like so many in the media, has a vastly inflated ego.

They think that with their stories, interviews, and tweets, they can control the fate of the

country.

They think that if they ignore a scandal, it will just go away.

And if they insist something is true, then we will just blindly believe them.

But they aren't the ones in the driver's seat.

Trump is the one in the Oval Office.

And he has no problem reminding them of this fact, now and until the end of his administration.

It must burn up liberals to hear the president speak so bluntly.

But it's true.

Stahl was put in her place.

And so was the rest of the media.

Be sure to share this tremendous response to everyone you know.

Remind them of who's in charge.
