HAPPENING NOW: Trump Officially Ends Another Disastrous Obama Immigration Policy

On Friday, President Trump signed a memo ordering agencies to "expeditiously end" the Obama-era

"catch and release" program that allows illegals caught in the U.S. to be released

while their cases play out in court.

The memo signed by Trump orders the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with

other agencies, to submit a report to the president within 45 days "detailing all

measures that their respective departments have pursued or are pursuing to expeditiously

end 'catch and release' practices."

The report instructs departments to share information on any contracts to construct

or operate detention facilities along the border as well as steps taken to assign asylum

officers at detention facilities, among other measures.

As part of the order, Trump is requesting "a detailed list of all existing facilities,

including military facilities, that could be used, modified, or repurposed to detain

aliens for violations of immigration law at or near the borders of the United States."

Trump has also directed Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen

Nielsen to identify any other resources or steps "that may be needed to expeditiously

end 'catch and release' practices."

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders characterized catch and release, the

practice of paroling detained immigrants who await a court's determination on their status,

as "dangerous."

"The safety and security of the American people is the President's highest priority,

and he will keep his promise to protect our country and to ensure that our laws are respected,"

she said in a statement.

"At the same time, the President continues to call on congressional Democrats to cease

their staunch opposition to border security and to stop blocking measures that are vital

to the safety and security of the United States," she added.

The porn star is out for a big payday, trying to cash in on her alleged one night stand

Well, Trump's approval ratings are soaring after a desperate Daniels was caught offering

to do one sick thing that backfired on her big time.

The liberal media is enemy number one for President Donald Trump, and all we have to

do for evidence of this is look at how low CBS went with the Stormy Daniels interview

on 60 Minutes.

If all of the men and women who accused Barack Obama of having illicit affairs were interviewed

on Fox News, the Democrats would be up in arms.

Rightly so, some allegations aren't made for primetime television and should stay in

the tabloids, where they belong.

Bill Clinton had credible accusers, who were stating that he sexually abused them, but

still, his alleged victims, like Juanita Broaddrick, weren't even given one minute on 60 Minutes.

So, when CBS went into the gutter with a porn star, did they really think it would affect

Trump's ratings?

Well, the liberal media and Stormy Daniels just got bad news.

The Daily Wire reports, "According to a new Harvard CAP/Harris Poll highlighted by

The Hill, the Stormy Daniels affair mania's impact on Trump's poll numbers has been

a measly 1 point from last month, his overall approval down from 45% to 44%.

But even that slight dip is a little misleading; the study found Trump's numbers up 3 points

since December."

When the pollsters dug a little deeper, they found that while the "Stormy Effect" appears

to have hurt Trump among women, it actually helped him among men.

Trump's support among women over the last month dropped 6 points from 41% to 35%; during

the same time, however, support among men rose 3 points from 50% to 53%.

Even though CBS's interview had a large audience, the outcome was dismal.

But, that's not stopping Stormy and her slimeball attorney Michael Avenatti.

The aging porn star has been trying to cash in on Trump's name by taking her act to

strip clubs across the country.

In March, she was at Solid Gold in Pompano Beach, Florida, being introduced as the woman

who spent a night with Trump.

Daily Mail reports, "Stormy Daniels has displayed her assets in a turn around the

stripper's pole, just days after suing President Donald Trump in an effort to toss her non-disclosure

agreement."

They add, "Daniels, 38, performed on Friday night at the Solid Gold strip club in Pompano

Beach, Florida, hours after her attorney Michael Avenatti appeared on CNN to bash claims from

the Trump camp."

So, as you can see, this sick act of stripping while having the dirtbag attorney on CNN was

the game plan to crash Trump's support.

But, these sickos are desperate now that the liberal media interviews are over, and Trump's

numbers are soaring among men.

Their campaign of smut didn't work on Americans, so now, Daniels and her attorney are offering

something disgusting, even by their standards, so be warned, this is sick.

Entertainment Weekly reports, "Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti went on Megyn Kelly

Today and made several bold statements about their ongoing battle with President Donald

Trump concerning his alleged 2006 affair with the adult film star."

The report goes on, "First, Avenatti declared that Daniels can describe Trump's genitals

'in detail,' and even tried to do so when she appeared on CBS News' 60 Minutes."

"60 Minutes and CBS, as you know, they are a conservative network," Avenatti said.

"I mean there is a lot of information that was said during that interview that did not

make it into the final 60 Minutes.

They [60 Minutes] play it very close to the vest.

For instance, she can describe the President's genitalia in great detail.

That did not make it."

Well, if you're like most people who learned about this sickos offer, the thought is "no

thank-you."

Some Americans highly doubted the porn star's story, and for good reason.

"Describing someone's 'genitalia in great detail' after being with him once

and having probably seen hundreds of other genitalia in her line of work is a damn superpower,"

tweeted Aaron Blake.

The more we see of Daniels and her slimy attorney, the more people are doubting her entire Trump

story.

What she and the leftist losers are finding out is that, in 2018, Americans couldn't

care less about her alleged one night stand.

Trump's approval ratings are soaring, and according to another poll out today, the president's

rating is better than Obama's was at this same time in his presidency.

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 51%

of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump's job performance," reports Rasmussen.

He is up one percent from yesterday, when he tweeted, "Thank you to Rasmussen for

the honest polling.

Just hit 50%, which is higher than Cheatin' Obama at the same time in his Administration."

The liberal media and the Democrats better go back to the drawing board.

The Stormy Daniels debacle is over, and once again, you can't distract the American people

from what we know this country needs.

We don't need aging porn stars or the gossip police reporting a story where there is no

evidence.

We are worried about jobs, illegal immigration, and our Second Amendment rights.

That's why President Trump's approval is at 51% and going up.

which confirmed that the $9 million was used specifically to give the socialist Albanian

government greater control of the country's judiciary system, not unlike what Barack Obama

did to the U.S. judicial system here in the U.S.

More on this via Fox News : "But Judicial Watch said the records revealed , that the

State Department gave Soros' Open Society Foundation "direct input" for its own

program funding reviews in Albania.

One report, from Feb. 10, 2017 on "Engagement with the Open Society Foundation for Albania"

stated that "as one of the major assistance providers in Albania, representatives for

the Open Society Foundation are frequently asked to participate in technical reviews

of applications that we receive for funding."

That report noted , that the Embassy's public affairs section "has not received any funds

from the Open Society Foundation to support any projects or activities," and that the

public affairs section "has not provided any funds to the Open Society Foundation to

support their projects or activities."

"For decades, there has been broad bipartisan agreement in Washington, DC on the need to

promote democracy and human rights abroad.

Of late there has been an unfortunate and misguided effort to politicize this process,"

a spokesperson for the Open Society Foundation said in a statement to Fox News .

"The Open Society Foundations and the U.S.

Government shared an interest in helping Albania and other similarly situated countries transition

from communism and democracy, and in promoting an independent judiciary."

The spokesperson added: "As the State Department stated in the documents Judicial Watch cited,

the US embassy in Tirana 'has not received any funds from the Open Society Foundation

to support any projects or activities,' nor has it 'provided any funds to the Open

Society Foundation to support their projects or activities."

But another memo obtained by Judicial Watch from April 2016 shows that the U.S. Embassy

in Tirana "sponsored" a survey along with Soros's Open Society Foundation to measure

Albanian citizens' "knowledge, support, and expectations on justice reform."

The poll, according to Judicial Watch, did not specify the type of reform the Soros group

was seeking, but the survey reported that 91 percent of respondents either "fully

support" or "somewhat support" the need for judicial reform in Albania.

Records dated February 2017 show that , the State Department used taxpayer funds to co-sponsor

a second poll with the Open Society Foundation.

"The Public Affairs Section and the Open Society Foundation Survey each provided funding

to a local organization to conduct a public opinion poll on attitudes toward the Judicial

Reform effort," the February report, reviewed by Fox News, read."

Although the United States gives billions in foreign aid to help poor countries establish

The Justice Department announced Friday that it is implementing a "zero-tolerance"

policy for prosecuting those attempting to enter the U.S. illegally — the latest in

a series of measures by the Trump administration to combat illegal immigration, Fox News reorts.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions today notified all U.S. Attorney's Offices along the Southwest

Border of a new "zero-tolerance policy" for offenses under 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a), which

prohibits both attempted illegal entry and illegal entry into the United States by an

alien.

The implementation of the Attorney General's zero-tolerance policy comes as the Department

of Homeland Security reported a 203 percent increase in illegal border crossings from

March 2017 to March 2018, and a 37 percent increase from February 2018 to March 2018—the

largest month-to-month increase since 2011.

"The situation at our Southwest Border is unacceptable.

Congress has failed to pass effective legislation that serves the national interest—that closes

dangerous loopholes and fully funds a wall along our southern border.

As a result, a crisis has erupted at our Southwest Border that necessitates an escalated effort

to prosecute those who choose to illegally cross our border," said Attorney General

Jeff Sessions.

"To those who wish to challenge the Trump Administration's commitment to public safety,

national security, and the rule of law, I warn you: illegally entering this country

will not be rewarded, but will instead be met with the full prosecutorial powers of

the Department of Justice.

To the Department's prosecutors, I urge you: promoting and enforcing the rule of law

A Florida woman has now been charged with welfare fraud after authorities found she

had cheated taxpayers out of thousands of dollars in food stamps while she made a comfy

salary of over 100k a year.

News 4 Jax reported that 54-year-old Cindy Laraine Clark of Oxford originally told the

Department of Children and Families on multiple occasions that between July 2015 and July

2016 she was unemployed.

But in reality, the woman was working for a healthcare company which is based in "The

Villages."

A job that paid her $133,191.17 from September 2015 to December 2016.

Clark was arrested on March 1oth and booked into the Sumter County jail on third-degree

felony charges of welfare fraud.

The jail records show she is currently free on $2,000 bond.

Investigators later confirmed that she received $7,015 in food stamp benefits between October

2015 through December 2016.

This arrest came on the heels of a Jacksonville police investigation into the widespread food

stamp fraud which revealed that 198 people were involved in an intricate scheme to exchange

SNAP benefits for cash.

into the exchange of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits for cash and,

in at least one case, cocaine.

From 2012 to 2017, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office detectives, working with federal and

state agencies, documented more than 22,000 fraudulent transactions involving $3.7 million

in taxpayer money.

"These people are selling or stealing money from hardworking taxpayers right here in our

community, and they are abusing a program that is meant to help people," Williams

said.

Williams said that during Operation Half-Back, undercover officers personally observed 115

individuals in 390 fraudulent transactions from February to July 2017.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said her office will be prosecuting those felony cases.

"These schemes are very active in our state, and I look forward to my office holding these

defendants accountable," Bondi said in a statement, applauding law enforcement for

their efforts.

"It is because of their diligence and hard work that this scheme was put to an end."

Investigators said those with SNAP/EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) cards would give their

PIN number to the buyer, and that money would then be deposited into their accounts.

Williams said, in most cases, the food-stamp recipient received 50 cents per $1 of SNAP

benefit used.

Each transaction was recorded.

The operation originally focused on operators of brick-and-mortar stores, but investigators

learned that many of the perpetrators became mobile business — such as meat, seafood

and produce vendors — so they could apply to the U.S Department of Agriculture to accept

SNAP benefits.

Williams said they sold very little merchandise, as most of their volume was exchanging SNAP

benefits for cash.

Those accused include 21 people considered recruiters or intermediaries charged with

organized schemes to defraud and public assistance fraud.

There were also 177 people accused of selling their benefits who face charges of public

assistance fraud — most of those felonies because the transaction involved more than

$200.

The Sheriff's Office said 161 warrants are still waiting to be issued."Food stamp trafficking

steals from Florida's hardworking taxpayers," Bondi said in a statement.

"The SNAP/EBT program is designed to provide services to the most vulnerable among us and

for anyone to take advantage of this system is shameful."

The Office of Public Benefits Integrity told News4Jax that if the people arrested are found

guilty of fraud, they'll be required to pay that money back.

"It's very frustrating because the people who actually have a need for the EBT cards

are getting shorted," said taxpayer Hugh Hyatt.

Jasmine Coleman, who recently applied for SNAP benefits, said it's upsetting knowing

people are abusing the program that's meant to help families like hers.

"To support my daughters and me, I'm a server and I don't make that much and food

is starting to get very expensive," she said.

"It's making it harder for us to receive benefits and for us to actually get support

and use it the right way."

Bondi said the crimes are unacceptable.

"We will not tolerate these disgraceful acts, and we will continue to protect our

Florida taxpayers and the countless legitimate recipients of these benefits," Bondi said.

Williams singled out four businesses he said were the biggest offenders found during the

fraud investigation."

This is what happens when the government is bloated and out of control to the point that

anyone can just go in and get benefits while not even having to prove what they are claiming

is true.

I am sure they will find even more fraud if they look hard enough, and in all 50 states.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said her office will be prosecuting those felony cases to

the fullest extent of the law.

That's a good start, but there has to be some way to stop this from happening for good.

Maybe some kind of ID with a picture would work considering SNAP cards are a form of

credit card.
