Trump Team Slams Shut A Giant Loophole Illegals Use To Get Free Benefits

For decades, one of the most common complaints concerning illegal immigrants has been as

follows:

Pregnant women from South America and Mexico flood into this country to have their babies

illegally, and entirely for free.

Well, nothing is free.

Actually, they have these babies at the expense of John Q. Taxpayer and did we mention, they're

illegal aliens when they do this?

So, one would assume that part of the new crackdown on illegal immigration would involve

closing this massive loophole.

But amazingly, up until just recently, there has been a policy in place that prevents Immigration

and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers from detaining pregnant women.

That's right, they weren't allowed to stop these individuals, even if they were

illegal.

That, however, has thankfully changed.According to The Hill, the Trump administration has

given ICE a new policy, and this one says officers should treat pregnant detainees as

they would any other:

"The change was set in place by an internal directive issued in December by ICE Acting

Director Thomas Homan, entitled "Identification and Monitoring of Pregnant Detainees."

It supersedes a similar directive, issued by Homan in 2016, which said "absent extraordinary

circumstances or the requirement of mandatory detention, pregnant women will generally not

be detained by ICE."

An email circulating internally at ICE says the detention of pregnant women serves to

"better align with the President's Executive Order."That order, lest we forget, clamped

down on illegals and tightened the way ICE conducts their operations.

And so far, it's working.

We just need to continue to target those who leech off American citizens.

And in this case, the women often leave the illegal babies here, and then of course, we

have to pay for them as well.

No more of this.

It's time to be logical and follow the law, and this applies to everyone.

President Trump Declares Major Easter Announcement: 'No More DACA Deal'

On Easter Sunday, President Trump announced he would no longer be pursuing a deal with

the Republican establishment and Democrats to give amnesty to at least 1.8 million illegal

aliens in exchange for a few pro-American immigration reforms.

In a series of tweets, Trump signaled a return to his "America First" immigration agenda,

mentioning that he will no longer try to negotiate a deal between the GOP establishment and Democrats

on the issue of giving amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens shielded from deportation

by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

"NO MORE DACA DEAL," Trump wrote on Twitter, while also saying that Republicans "must

go to Nuclear Option to pass tough" legislation that ends the "Catch and Release" program

which releases border-crossers into the U.S. while they await trial:

The Catch and Release program was recently expanded with Trump's signing of the omnibus

spending bill with more illegal aliens set to be released this year into the interior

of the country than the year before.

The "caravans" Trump mentions to in the Twitter post refers to the approximately 1,500

Central Americans who are traveling through Mexico and will soon reach the U.S. border

where they will likely request refugee status in the country, as Breitbart Texas reported.

In another tweet, Trump threatened to take the U.S. out of the North American Free Trade

Agreement (NAFTA)—where between 2000 and 2014, there have been about five million American

manufacturing jobs lost—if Mexico did not crackdown on stopping migrants traveling through

the country to take advantage of generous asylum and refugee laws in the U.S.

Trump reiterated in the tweet, "NEED WALL!" after the Republican and Democrat-passed spending

bill he signed barred him from building his border wall:A third tweet by the president

noted how border-crossers "want in on" a DACA amnesty that they believe will occur

as the Trump administration has tried to broker an amnesty deal for months now between Republicans

and Democrats.

For months, Breitbart News has reported how talk of a DACA amnesty in Washington, DC,

has coincided with an increasing number of border-crossings at the southern border, with

illegal immigration in recent months ticking back up to Obama-era levels.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen has even admitted that human

smugglers and future illegal aliens follow the immigration debate in Washington, DC,

to understand when their best chance is to cross into the country illegally.Trump's

previous offer to Republicans and Democrats on DACA gave amnesty to 1.8 million illegal

aliens, six times the population of Obama's DACA program, and as Breitbart News reported,

had the potential to become uncontrollable and unenforceable, opening the amnesty to

millions more illegal aliens.

At the time, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach called the White House amnesty plan

"an extremely bad idea."

The statements by Trump could be a turning point for the White House on immigration.

The attempt to negotiate a DACA amnesty plan to please Democrats while also reducing overall

immigration levels to the U.S. ultimately left the White House with nothing.

In the recent spending battle, House Speaker Paul Ryan's omnibus did not include a single

provision from Trump's 70-point list of pro-American immigration reforms.

Despite backlash from conservatives and organizations representing American workers in the immigration

debate, Trump signed the spending bill anyway.

And the company is now facing backlash for pushing what critics are calling pro-Trump

propaganda.

The scripted promos started running last week, and they went viral over the weekend after

Deadspin edited them together to show how similar the scripts are.

But Sinclair started getting heat for the videos before they hit the airwaves.

Anchors at Sinclair-owned stations shared the script with CNN last month.

Some told the outlet they believe the promos are "inappropriate," and one felt "uncomfortable"

recording them.

But President Donald Trump defended Sinclair in a tweet Monday, saying: "So funny to watch

Fake News Networks, among the most dishonest groups of people I have ever dealt with, criticize

Sinclair Broadcasting for being biased.

Sinclair is far superior to CNN and even more Fake NBC, which is a total joke."

Sinclair is the largest broadcaster in the U.S.

It owns or operates a total of 193 TV stations.

President Donald Trump is taking a tough stand on DACA.

As Congress drags their feet, he's demanding a massive change, and as expected, liberals

are losing their minds.DACA has been a thorn in our side for too long.

The terrible policy created by former President Barack Obama has allowed hundreds of thousands

of illegals to stay in our country, but they are stuck in a kind of limbo.

They won't get deported, but they aren't legal citizens.

So, what are they?

President Trump has refused to support this toxic situation.

He gave DACA a deadline, requiring Congress to draft a solution.

With Democrats and Republicans deeply divided on the issue, a solution wouldn't be perfect,

but it would be better than letting Obama's foolish program continue.

Months have passed, and Congress cannot come up with anything.

It's clear that, while Republicans are trying to do something, Democrats refuse to work.

DACA never meant anything to them.

The policy — and the people — were nothing but props.

The moment Trump made it a priority, the Democrats dumped it.

Now, President Donald Trump is demanding that action finally be taken.

He is calling for Congress to craft a solution, ending DACA once and for all.

If Democrats refuse to do so, he is calling for the nuclear option, one that will cut

them out of decision making for good.

President Trump on Monday once again hammered lawmakers over immigration, demanding Congress

pass stronger border legislation and imploring Republicans to use the "Nuclear Option if

necessary."

Trump has previously called for the "nuclear option" – which would require the Senate

to change rules to end the filibuster.

But Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has dismissed the option in the past, saying

Republicans will welcome the filibuster when they return to being the Senate minority.

On Monday, Trump tweeted that the U.S. must build a border wall, but argued that "Democrats

want No Borders, hence drugs and crime!"

He also said that a deal to help "Dreamer" immigrants is "dead because the Democrats

didn't care or act."

Democrats are not interested in helping people.

Even illegal immigrants, whom they claim are so precious to them.

It's obvious that illegals are simply a prop liberals use to get political power.

Just like women, gays, and minorities, Democrats promise them the world for votes, but when

asked to do something to help these groups, Democrats are suddenly quiet.

President Donald Trump made DACA a priority early in his administration.

In his State of the Union Address, he made fixing immigration a top priority.

In recent months, my Administration has met extensively with both Democrats and Republicans

to craft a bipartisan approach to immigration reform.

Based on these discussions, we presented the Congress with a detailed proposal that should

be supported by both parties as a fair compromise — one where nobody gets everything they

want, but where our country gets the critical reforms it needs.

silent over the fate of DACA and other illegals.

There has been little movement in Congress on resolving DACA.

Democrats can't even negotiate with Trump and the GOP.

If they did, there might be a reasonable solution.

But why do that, when you can complain, obstruct, and blame everyone else?

It seems like the only time Democrats get involved is when they help illegals evade

authorities.

Recently, we've seen liberal mayors protect aliens from ICE raids in California.

These weren't the "nice" families that Democrats pretend to love.

They were criminals, with violent records.

They were people guilty of armed robbery, rape, domestic abuse, and DUIs.

I guess those are the only people whom Democrats will stick their necks out to help.

Birds of a feather, I suppose…

Democrats' pathetic obstruction of this issue won't deter President Trump for one

minute.

Either they get on board or be left in the dust.

Trump began tweeting over the weekend on immigration from Florida, threatening to pull out of a

free trade agreement with Mexico unless it does more to stop people from crossing into

the U.S.

He claimed they're coming to take advantage of protections granted certain immigrants.

He said Mexico must "stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow,

NAFTA.

NEED WALL!"

The U.S., Canada and Mexico are participating in tense negotiations over the North American

Free Trade Agreement at Trump's insistence.

Trump says NAFTA is bad for the U.S.

"Mexico has got to help us at the border," Trump, holding his wife's hand, told reporters

before the couple attended Easter services at an Episcopal church near his Palm Beach,

Florida home.

help.

The master negotiator can easily convince the nation to get on board with improvements

to the Southern border.

They won't like it, but how well do you think they'll fair without NAFTA?

The Mexican government will be eager to offer support to President Trump if it means keeping

a lucrative trade deal.

How sad is it that our own leaders refuse to work with the President?

U.S. President Donald Trump has linked his proposal to build a wall between the U.S.

and Mexico to the ongoing negotiations on NAFTA.

He also renewed his call that the flow of illegal drugs and undocumented immigrants

from the country "must stop".

In a flurry of tweets on Sunday,...

President Trump threatened to pull the DACA deal off the table,... and demanded Mexico's

help stopping illegal border crossers,... or else he'd nix NAFTA.

He added the southern neighbor is doing "very little, if nothing" to stop illegal immigrants

and drugs flowing across the border,... as the U.S. leader repeated a threat he made

earlier this year,... warning a successful NAFTA renegotiation may hinge on Mexico making

efforts to secure its side of the border.

Last week, Trump made comparisons between the Demilitarized Zone and the Mexican border,...

saying that despite not getting paid much to help protect the DMZ that seperates the

Koreas,... nobody comes through.

He added the DMZ is protected by 32-thousand soldiers, the finest equipment and barbed

wire,... but little is done to protect America's own border.

In addition, referring to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA,... Trump

said there would be no deal to legalize the status of millions of undocumented immigrants

who were brought into the U.S. as children,... adding that the U.S. border with Mexico was

"getting more dangerous".

DACA, created by former President Barack Obama,... was ended by Trump last year, but he gave

Congress six months to pass legislation enshrining it.

A deal has so far proved elusive,... as Trump continues to blame the Democrats for not being

able to fulfill his 2016 presidential campaign promise.

The president said Border Patrol agents can't do their jobs properly because of quote "ridiculous

liberal laws" that allow people caught for being in the country illegally to be released

while they await a hearing before a federal immigration judge.
