The U.S. accused Syria and its allies Russia and Iran for Saturday's suspected chemical

weapons attack.

While the two nations deny such an event happened, President Trump vows to decide on Washington's

response to the attack on Syrian civilians.

Ro Aram has the full story.

Speaking during a Cabinet meeting on Monday, Trump again condemned Saturday's apparent

attack as "heinous."

Aid groups on the ground in Douma say more than 40 civilians were killed by what they

described as poison gas.

Just over a year ago, Trump ordered dozens of cruise missiles to be fired at a Syrian

air base after declaring the Assad regime had used a banned gas on civilians.

In Monday's Cabinet meeting, he did not rule out another U.S. military attack on Syria,

adding Russian President Vladimir Putin may also be held accountable for supporting Damascus.

REPORTER: "Does Putin bear responsibility for this, Mr. President?"

TRUMP: "He may, yeah, he may.

And, if he does, it's going to be very tough.

Very tough."

REPORTER: "Does military action--"

REPORTER: "Is he going to pay a price--"

TRUMP: "Everybody is going to pay a price.

He will; everybody will.

REPORTERS: (Crosstalk)

REPORTER: "U.S. military action, is it off the table as we--?"

TRUMP: "Nothing is off the table.

Nothing is off the table."

Syria and its allies, Russia and Iran, have all denied there was any chemical attack.

The Russian military also said its officers had visited the apparent site of the attack

in Douma and found no evidence to back up reports of poison gas being used.

Amid the deliberations at Washington, the U.S. and Russia clashed at the UN Security

Council, which was meeting on Monday to discuss the issue.

The U.S. envoy Nikki Haley said Washington will respond to the alleged attack regardless

of whether the Security Council takes action or not.

Russia's UN envoy warned America of "grave repercussions" if it carries out an attack

against Syrian government forces.

Dan Bongino isn't buying it.

As news spread Monday that FBI agents had raided the office of President Donald Trump's

personal lawyer "in part" because of the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller,

the mainstream media had a field day.

But it took a former Secret Service agent to shine a light on the real truth about the

action.

According to The New York Times, Monday's raid opens "a new front for the Justice

Department in its scrutiny of Mr. Trump and his associates."

The first sentence of a CNN analysis declared "There could be dark and unprecedented times

ahead."

But for Bongino, who served for more than a decade with the Secret Service during the

George W. Bush and Barack Obama administrations, the raid was just more proof of how politicized

American law enforcement institutions have become.

To make his point, he contrasted the bureau's treatment of Trump attorney Michael Cohen

with its kid-gloves handling of Hillary Clinton associates during its "investigation"

of the Clinton email scandal.

"Fascinating that Trump's actual attorney's office is raided for 'evidence' while

Cheryl Mills, Hillary's 'lawyer' (and potential co-conspirator) was allowed to act

as Hillary's lawyer so she could later TAKE CUSTODY of real evidence," Bongino said

in a Twitter post Monday that had been retweeted almost 15,000 times by Tuesday morning.

Fascinating that Trump's actual attorney's office is raided for "evidence" while

Cheryl Mills, Hillary's "lawyer" (and potential co-conspirator) was allowed to act

as Hillary's lawyer so she could sit in on an interview and so she could later TAKE

CUSTODY of real evidence.

The contrast couldn't be more striking.

FBI agents during the Obama administration trod gingerly around then-Democrat presidential

candidate Hillary Clinton and her top aides, like chief of staff Cheryl Mills.

Under the direction of then-FBI Director James Comey, the bureau allowed Mills to claim "attorney-client

privilege" during its half-hearted investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server

while she was secretary of state.

In May of 2016, Mills stormed out of meeting with FBI agents because a question supposedly

breached that privilege.

On July 2, 2016, Mills was allowed to be present while FBI agents conducted an interview with

Clinton that was supposed to be the climax of the email investigation.

Some climax.

It was only three days later that Comey made his now infamous declaration that Clinton

would not be prosecuted for the scandal.

The bureau could barely question Mills, who was involved in Clinton escapades that were

almost certainly criminal, while it sees fit to raid the office of Trump's attorney as

part of Mueller's investigation of an illusion called "Russia collusion" where no one

is even sure a crime has been committed.

Former U.S. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who investigated Clinton's email and Benghazi scandals from

his position as chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, also chimed

in with a tweet about Monday's raid.

HRC email probe started when IG found classified material in a non-classified setting, HRC's

attorney's office.

IG referred it to the DOJ.

Did the FBI raid the office?

Did the FBI immediately seize it?

NOPE.

They gave some of the attorneys immunity and let it sit.

It's true that there are still many questions that haven't been answered publicly.

It is known that the raid was spurred "in part" by a referral from Mueller, meaning

whatever it involved was outside the scope of the Russia investigation itself.

And, according to CNN and The Washington Post, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein probably

signed off on the operation.

But what specifically the agents were looking for, and whether it was even at Cohen's

office still isn't clear.

Even with those questions pending, the truth is, the double standard is breathtaking.

If Mueller has a shred of evidence against Trump related to Russian collusion, or anything

else, it has not yet been made public.

So far as is publicly known, Trump and his associates have been cooperative (and if they

hadn't been, we can all assume it would have been shouted from the mountaintops by

the mainstream media getting convenient "leaks.")

When Clinton was under investigation in a matter that even her supporters knew stank

to high heaven, her chief of staff and alleged lawyer was allowed to storm out of the room

during FBI questioning with absolutely zero consequences.

During that same "investigation," Mills and other Clinton associates stonewalled the

FBI at every opportunity and instead of getting really tough, the FBI offered immunity from

prosecution and actually agreed to destroy laptops that could hold incriminating evidence.

Yet Trump's attorney's office is raided by FBI agents seizing computers and records.

The New York Times called it "a new front" in the Trump investigation.

CNN says there are "dark and unprecedented times ahead."

But what it really is is proof of how politicized law enforcement has become in this country

thanks to the Obama/Clinton years.

Dan Bongino isn't buying it.

And neither should the American public.

Hillary Clinton is undoubtedly in full panic mode after learning who President Donald Trump

just pardoned.

The Washington Times reported that Trump just pardoned former Navy sailor Kristian Saucier,

who had been convicted of reaking laws by taking a photo inside a nuclear submarine.

Saucier's case made headlines because the prosecution of him contrasted sharply with

the Obama Justice Department decision not to bring charges against Clinton for mishandling

classified material on her secret email server.

During his trial, Saucier's lawyer unsuccessfully used a "Hillary Clinton defense" that

argued his client couldn't be held to a higher legal standard than Clinton was.

A federal judge rejected this defense, however, and sentenced Saucier to one year in prison

and a $100 fine.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the pardon on Friday, mentioning

that Saucier had an otherwise exemplary service in the Navy.

"Mr. Saucier was 22 years old at the time of his offenses and has served out his 12-month

sentence.

He has been recognized by his fellow service members for his dedication, skill and patriotic

spirit," said Sanders.

"The president is appreciative of Mr. Saucier's service to the country."

Saucier confessed to taking half-dozen photos of the USS Alexandria's classified propulsion

system while working as a machinist in its engine room in 2009.

In May of 2016, he plead guilty to one count of unauthorized possession and retention of

national defense information.

"When Kris gets home from work, when he gets to the door, I'm going to be a little

emotional," said his wife Sadie.

"I can't believe it happened, I don't think it's set in yet."

She added that she notified her husband of the pardon via text message as he drove his

garbage truck through a mountainous area with poor reception.

"I just was able to say 'Hey' via a text message, 'You got a pardon.'

All he said was, 'What!' with a big exclamation point," she said.

"I am very grateful.

It's going to be a huge for our family.

And a huge reality when probation calls and the ankle monitor is taken off, that's going

to be a big one."

This is bad news for Clinton, as it indicates the Trump administration may eventually go

after her.

President Donald Trump confirmed his meeting with Kim Jong-un will take place as agreed.

While adding it may happen later than originally planned, he also expressed hopes of a fresh

Trump said direct talks should've happened years ago,... but stressed that he was looking

forward to the summit.

"This should have been done by other presidents and they decided they didn't do it.

They couldn't have done it, but it would have been a lot easier if it were done five years

Over the weekend,... the White House confirmed North Korea had told the U.S. that it was

willing to discuss the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula,... offering a clearer

picture of the agenda for the talks.

However observers remain cautious despite the easing tensions,... with John Bolton officially

starting his position as Trump's National Security Advisor on Monday, replacing H.R.

McMaster.

Bolton had previously outlined his advocacy of an attack on North Korea.

Many hope his "case for striking North Korea first" will not negatively affect the upcoming

summit.

The recent 50th-floor fire in a residential apartment of the Trump Tower in Manhattan,

New York City New York has shaken the Trump family, especially First Lady Melania Trump.

The Trump family previously lived there prior to entering the White House and still own

their residence there.

However, the Trump children still live in the apartments they own.

But one of the most shaken of them all was the First Lady.

Hollywood Life reported:

"Melania Trump, 47, has been left shaken by the recent, tragic fire that happened at

Trump Tower on Mar. 7 that claimed one life.

A source close to Melania EXCLUSIVELY gave us the deets about how she handled the scary

news.

"Thankfully, neither Donald or Melania were in New York when the fire broke out, but it

was still terrifying none the less," our source said.

"Melania was horrified to learn that there had been a death, in addition to a number

of firefighters injured.

That news really helped put things in perspective."

At first, Melania and Donald Trump, 71, were worried that the fire would spread to their

home, but that they soon became concerned about the danger to others.

"Initially, upon hearing of the fire, Melania and Donald were concerned that it might spread

to their apartment and cause irreparable damage to some very valuable and cherished possessions

that they both have," our source went on to say.

"However, upon hearing that there had been a fatality, any worries about material possessions

paled in comparison."

When it comes down to it, the whole event really puts things into perspective for Melania,

who has vowed to stay with Donald through thick and thin.

"An event like this really forces you to take stock of what's most important in life,

and that's the well-being of those you love, and those around you," our source added.

"Both Melania and Donald are grateful for the ceaseless bravery of New York City's

firefighters, and they are praying for the speedy and full recovery of all those who

were injured yesterday, in addition to sending their thoughts and prayers to the deceased

resident's family and loved ones — such a terrible tragedy.""Not only did one

man die but six individuals were injured, several of whom were firefighters who tried

extinguishing the fire.

Spokeswoman Angelica Conroy of the Fire Department said that the fatality was of a man who was

67 years old and lived in the apartments.

The gentleman was announced has dead once he arrived at the hospital and had been unconscious

and unresponsive when he was dragged out of the fire.

Fortunately, none of the Trump family members were there when the fire occurred and there

were no injuries within the family.

CNN reported:

"The upper-level residential floors are not equipped with fire sprinklers, according

to Nigro.

When asked to comment on the President's tweet, Nigro said the building "sure stood

up quite well."

His son, Eric Trump, also congratulated the firefighters before news of the death, saying

"the @FDNY and @NYPD are truly some of the most incredible people anywhere!"

Brassner's apartment was valued at $2.5 million, according to bankruptcy documents

from 2015.

Brassner had an extensive collection of prized works of art, including a portrait of himself

by Andy Warhol, as well as hundreds of guitars and ukeleles, according to the bankruptcy

documents.

The fire at Trump Tower comes three months after a minor fire broke out in a cooling

tower on the roof of the building, according to CNN affiliate WCBS-TV.

Two people were injured in the fire, which officials said may have been caused by electrical

heaters inside the cooling tower."

When news broke that there was a fatality the identity of the man who passed was revealed.

It turns out that he was an avid art collector who had spent time with Andy Warhol but shortly

thereafter fell upon hard times and more recently had filed for bankruptcy proceedings.

His name was Todd Brassner.

CBS News reported:

"The city's Department of Buildings said Sunday the building did have working hard-wired

smoke detectors, and that the fire department was first notified of the blaze by the detectors

in the building's heating and ventilation system.

A cause had not yet been determined.

Brassner, who records show bought his unit in 1996, is mentioned several times in Warhol's

posthumously published diaries, with references including lunch dates and shared taxis.

The artist signed and dedicated at least one print to him.

But in recent years, Brassner came upon money difficulties.

According to documents, his family had stopped helping him pursue buying and selling art

at the end of 2014, and in the last few years he had been "plagued with debilitating medical

problems that have made it difficult for him to function.""

He and his family will be in everyone's thoughts and prayers.

20-year-old Joseph Murphy was arrested near a Disney property for allegedly being way

too drunk.

But that's not the worst part!

What he did next is so stupid, that you'd have to think this was his first time drinking

and he's still butt-hurt over the election.

He was arrested for being way too drunk, but that escalated quickly.

He was apprehended, cussed out cops, and was on his way to the station.

The ride there got really weird.

The drunken suspect began banging his head on the partition, tried choking himself like

a 50 Shades of Grey video, and was yelling "POLICE BRUTALITY" and also threw a "f*ck

Trump" in the mix while hurting himself.

When they arrived at the station, he banged his head on a car window and began peeing.

Not so much in his favor, but possibly a little bit funny, he also peed on a cop's leg.

I bet he felt great when he woke up the next morning with a wrap sheet that included being

a peabody.

Either this guy is a crazy maniac liberal, or the weasel-brained fella allegedly imbibed

too many adult beverages that took his behavior to a "whole 'nother level."

When you're arrested, for anything, just be nice and don't beat yourself up in the

back of the police cruiser.

It's not worth it.

You look crazy.

You're not going to catch a magic break where the courts believe the cops did this

to you, especially since there's probably a video of this floating around somewhere.

Not only that, but the forensics investigations squad have seen it all.

They can tell when a 20-year-old inflicts his own drunken injury.

Don't act stupid.

Don't beat yourself up.

Don't pee on cops.

If you're intoxicated anywhere near Disney, then focus on trying to make out with one

of the Princess actress when she's done her shift.

Even if you don't succeed, it's better than getting yourself arrested for going crazy

and peeing on an officer.

on a trooper's leg.

The man, who initially refused to give his name but was later identified as Joseph Murphy,

was arrested Sunday near Disney Springs and faces charges of battery on an officer, indecent

exposure of sexual organs and resisting an officer without violence.

According to an Orange County charging affidavit, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper assisted

another trooper, who had placed Murphy in hand restraints on a sidewalk at Buena Vista

Drive.

The first trooper said he was arresting Murphy for disorderly intoxication, the report stated.

The second trooper said Murphy reeked of alcohol.

Murphy was placed in the trooper's patrol cruiser, where he began banging his head against

a partition and tried to choke himself, the report said.

Murphy was yelling "police brutality" as he kept banging his head, the affidavit

said.

Murphy then began yelling obscenities, including "(expletive) Donald Trump," the report

stated.

At the Orange County Jail, Murphy banged his head against a car window and began urinating

on the floor, officials said.

He then turned around and urinated on one of the trooper's pants, leaving a large

wet spot on his uniform, officials said.
