  1. Go to the Google Photos app
  2. Tap on your photo or initial in the right upper corner
  3. Tap on "Settings for Photos"
  4. Tap on "Backup and sync" (on top)
  5. Scroll down to "Device folders with backups"
  6. Find WhatsApp Images and WhatsApp Video and turn them ON

To get there:

And the second problem is that I cannot see my entire photos library (all photos I've ever taken).

I really want to delete them, making them not to show on the list anymore! These photos has been embarrassing me for a long term whenever it has other guys near my screen and I need to attach picture on my g-mail. However, I can't find any of them in my google album or google cloud. I have no idea where and how to cancel it.

The images are someplace in your Google Photos.

When nobody is looking over your shoulder, look here:
 
If you don't see them, then use the search function at the top of https://photos.google.com/u/0/
using the name of a person, the date, or some other content.

The 相片 indicates that the images are from Google Photos.
 
Does it really show zero bytes if you check here (if you only have a few images it MIGHT round to zero): 
 
Are you sure that you checked 
https://photos.google.com/u/0/ and especially https://photos.google.com/u/0/archive logging onto the same account?  If you have multiple accounts, check them all.
 
You may not have knowingly added anything to Google Photos, but my GUESS is somehow some images got there.
 
If you pay for Google One support, you could contact them and they MAY be able to log in with you and figure it out. https://one.google.com/about/support
 
If you have checked the links above (for all of your accounts) and can't find anything, you might want to try the Gmail support group: https://support.google.com/mail/community
