Trump Just Made Huge Labor Day Announcement That Benefits Millions Of Americans

President Trump took to Twitter today to wish all Americans a "Happy Labor Day," as

he touted the record-low unemployment numbers since he has become President and his efforts

to fix "some of the worst trade deals ever made."

"Happy Labor Day!

Our country is doing better than ever before with unemployment setting record lows.

The U.S. has tremendous upside potential as we go about fixing some of the worst Trade

Deals ever made by any country in the world.

Big progress being made!" Trump tweeted.

This tweet came two days after the President heralded unions and forwarded his administration's

pro-American trade agenda in an annual Labor Day proclamation.

Trump touted the spirit of the American worker and referred to American workers as the "bulwark

of our national prosperity" in the statement released by the White House late Friday.

"America's workers pay our taxes, support our values, serve in our military, raise our

children, protect our Constitution, and build our communities.

They deserve, in return, the unwavering fidelity of their Government," Trump wrote in the

proclamation.

"The deal I intend to sign [with Mexico and possibly Canada] will help create more

reciprocal trade that grows our economy.

It will also support high-paying jobs for American workers and protect the intellectual

property of our Nation's businesses and workers, We have kept our promise to always

keep the White House door open to members and leaders of our country's labor organizations."

he added.

All this comes after the president notified Congress that he intended to set up a new

trade agreement with the governments of Mexico and maybe even Canada if possible.

This is a move which has garnered the President vocal praise from labor unions and even pro-union

Democrats such as Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown in what is coined as being a rare show of

bipartisanship during a time when Democrats are so busy trying to fight Trump that they

can't see that what he's doing is great for the working people of America.

"I intend to enter into a trade agreement with Mexico and with Canada if it is willing,

in a timely manner, to meet the high standards for free, fair, and reciprocal trade contained

therein," Trump said in the notice to the House earlier Friday.

Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland did confirm on Friday that her country is

in fact, making progress on a deal with the U.S.

But she made very clear that they aren't there yet and added that "Once we have a

good deal for Canada we'll be done."

It's really sad to see how the left is so busy trying to take down Trump that they fail

to admit to themselves that he is, in fact, doing what the Democrat Party was always "supposed"

to do.

To put the American middle-class worker and the middle class as a whole first and foremost.

Or maybe the truth of the matter is the Democrat Party has never really cared about the middle

class but instead cares more about the Illegal Aliens coming into our country than the people

who pay their salaries?

Naw, that can't be.

really tipping their hand as to whether

or not comments like that are bringing

Trump Just Destroyed John Kerry's Chance To Run For President With One Bold Statement

The Democratic field for the upcoming presidency in 2020 is going to probably be a very large

one.

One that has a lot of contenders and very few of them will be truly qualified to take

the position.

Some of their choices may even be downright humorous.

One of those, in my opinion, would be former Secretary of State John Kerry.

He was the purveyor of the disastrous Iran nuclear deal that President Trump has since

pulled us out of.

If he can't handle geopolitics, he should not be president in my estimation and that's

putting it mildly.

President Trump on Monday tweeted that he would be "so lucky" if former Secretary

of State John Kerry launched a White House bid to challenge Trump in 2020.

Trump stated, "I see that John Kerry, the father of the now terminated Iran deal, is

thinking of running for President.

I should only be so lucky – although the field that is currently assembling looks really

good – FOR ME!"

That tweet all by itself was a knockout blow to Kerry and Trump's just getting warmed

up.

If Kerry plans on running against Trump, he's going to have to do much better than this.Kerry,

who was the 2004 Democratic presidential nominee, did not rule out a potential 2020 White House

bid during an interview on Sunday.

He said on CBS' "Face the Nation" that talking about the 2020 race is a "distraction."

Right.

I would say there is a very good chance he's already started putting a team together.

"Talking about 2020 right now is a total distraction and waste of time," Kerry said.

"What we need to do is focus on 2018.

We need to win back the confidence of the country to move in a better direction and

to do it in sensible ways.

We are in a moment of crisis for our country.

The world is in a moment of crisis."

In that same interview, Kerry also said President Trump's decision-making is often not based

on fact or advice and accused the president of making things up.

Sounds like Kerry is just itching to get stomped in the next election.

This was in response to Trump saying that the Iran nuclear agreement, which Kerry helped

negotiate, was the "worst ever."

"Unfortunately — and I say this sadly — more often than not, he really just doesn't

know what he's talking about," Kerry snidely commented.

"He makes things up.

And he's making that up, as he has other things."

Kerry also made it very clear in that same interview that he intended to "continue

to be an activist" in areas where he had been involved as secretary of state, including

the Iran nuclear agreement and the Paris climate accord.

In other words, he's going to be sticking his nose where it does not belong and he will

be obstructing President Trump at every turn.

Trump has pulled us out of both of those Obama-era agreements since he took office.

"I'm going to continue to fight," Kerry said Sunday.

So will Trump and he's better at it.

President Trump is right.

If Kerry becomes the nominee, Trump will most likely win in a landslide for a whole host

of reasons.

In fact, most of the Democratic field would help Trump win again.

Somehow, I don't think President Trump is very worried about it considering the playing

field at hand.

Kerry, a former U.S. senator from Massachusetts failed to derail former President George W.

Bush's second White House bid, falling 19 electoral votes short.

Can you imagine what would happen to him running against Trump?

Happily, I can.

Democrats are expected to face a crowded primary field in their race to challenge Trump.

More than a dozen current and former senators, governors and mayors are already said to be

eyeing 2020 campaigns.

It's going to be a circus so get your popcorn ready.

 Despite Trump's judgment, Colin is still inspiring many people with his athletic abilities and courage

His ability to stand up for what he believes in even if many people disagree proves he's not willing to back down from his true passion just to please others

'  Kerry said he believes that Trump was right to bomb Syria following Assad's continued use of weapons - but disagrees with his one-time strike last April

'I don't support just a one-off where you drop a few bombs and there's no follow-up diplomacy and no additional effort to try to use the leverage you get out of doing that,' he argued

'I thought that the president should have done that, President Trump should have done that

'He went on to criticize Trump for his approach to Tehran in the interview, claiming it was 'common sense' for the nuclear agreement that Trump pulled out of to continue

 Of his own efforts to save the deal, which included huddling overseas with world leaders whose countries were also party to the pact, Kerry said he violated no rules with the behind the scenes efforts and rebuffed claims that he attempted to undermine Trump

Some people are very upset over

Donald Trump's pick

for the Supreme Court.

He is a dangerous man!

Are you ready

for a fight?

What are they so upset about?

What's at stake is freedom for LGBTQ Americans,

for equal rights,

for civil rights!

People are freaking out.

They are freaking out because

they don't understand those top areas,

whether it's abortion or gay rights,

or Citizens United that people on the left

tend to be concerned about.

There's really not gonna be a change.

That's because the court, especially

Chief Justice Roberts

respects precedent,

especially when people have come to

depend on previous decisions.

After a quarter-million gay marriages

and 45 years of legal abortions,

the court's unlikely to reverse itself on those issues.

I will nominate

Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

But if Kavanaugh replaces Kennedy,

there will be changes.

Individual freedom.

What does Kavanaugh mean for that?

He's great there, probably better than Kennedy.

Retiring Justice Kennedy

sometimes ruled against individual liberty,

like when he said it was okay

for a Connecticut town to grab Suzette

Kelo's property and little pink house

because the developer who might pay more in taxes

wanted her land.

Kennedy voted for the bad guys.

He voted to take away the property from the people.

Kavanaugh could very well be the fifth

vote to overturn Kelo.

Trump's nominee has got to go! Hey hey!

One major area that people might be upset about is

affirmative action.

We won't stand for Donald Trump's attempt

to use the Supreme Court as a weapon

against all of our progress.

Kavanaugh could provide the

fifth vote to overturn that 40 year-old

experiment with using racial preferences

to promote some kind of nebulous

diversity.

Lawsuit against Harvard University

for discriminating against

Asian-American applicants.

That case against Harvard's racial preferences may

reach the Supreme Court soon and the

court may end affirmative action.

The court with Kavanaugh on board may also

toss out some gun restrictions.

He has written one of the leading lower

court opinion expanding the scope of the

individual right for armed self-defense.

He's not a gun nut.

He's a constitutionalist.

Kavanaugh has a history of

reining in government regulators.

All these alphabet agencies

that increasingly intrude in people's lives,

he has written at length that the

government keeps doing things that it

doesn't have the power to do.

The Constitution's separation of powers

protects individual liberty.

At his nomination announcement at the White House,

he talked about how the separation

of powers is there to protect liberty.

That's fantastic. I think Libertarians

will like the push-back on government excess.

But Kavanaugh does side with

government on one form of excess.

The government was collecting all of our

metadata, all of our phone records.

Kavanaugh ruled that he was just fine with it.

He said that the NSA is justified

in collecting metadata on

Americans as part of the--

He volunteered to write that.

He was enthusiastic that

this serves a critically important

special need - preventing terrorist attacks.

But the government says we're

aware of no instance where the

program discovered an attack.

That's his worst case.

Now it's unclear how that

extends beyond the national security

surveillance area.

He has a lot of good opinions

on police needing a warrant or

laws being drawn so broadly

that prosecutors are convicting people who

are not guilty.

Clearly he defers to the

government on national security grounds,

but most judges and justices do anyway.

At least on other forms of regulation,

Kavanaugh has a strong record

of not deferring to government.

We have a moral obligation to act on climate.

As a judge in DC, Kavanaugh voted to

strike down some environmental rules.

Some EPA regulations where the staff

just said, we're gonna do this?

That's right.

I mean, I like the idea of clean

air and clean water.

There are federal laws that protect that,

but in the last decade, the EPA has taken a

lot of liberties.

But it's their job.

Clean the air, clean the water.

EPA does not get a free-floating power under the

Constitution or otherwise to do what

they think is best.

It's Congress' job to say, you know our

air isn't clean enough.

Here's how you should be doing your job, EPA.

Why is it better for Congress to do it?

Congress is elected,

and if we don't like what it's doing,

we can fire it.

That's the way the checks and balances work

And that's why it's so important that courts

hold the bureaucrats feet to the fire.

Hey hey, ho ho,

Kavanaugh has got to go!

The Libertarians should definitely be happy

with Kavanaugh.

He's not going to agree with us

all the time certainly,

but no justices or judges do.

The fact that we're looking around the edges to see

what sorts of things we can disagree on

shows how far we've moved in 10 or 20 or

30 years.

Right.

At least now people and

judges talk about limiting government

and how regulation's out of control.

That's new

compared to the last 10, 20, or 30 years.

There Are SIX Different Investigations That Could End Trump - Duration: 4:24.

Donald Trump loves to tell us that the entire Mueller investigation is a witch hunt, and

that's not news.

He's been doing that for quite some time now.

What is odd is the fact that he only chooses to focus on that one particular investigation

when in reality there are at least six total investigations into the actions of Donald

Trump.

Any one of which could bring an end to his presidency.

Here they are and, of course, we have to start, obviously, number one is the Mueller investigation

into possible collusion, conspiracy, whatever is your word of choice there because I know

collusion isn't mentioned in a law, but conspiracy is, so yeah there's that one, and we know

how he feels about that one.

There is also the US Attorney for the southern district of New York, Jeffrey Urban is probing

Michael Cohen for tax evasion fraud campaign finance violations of which Donald Trump is

also a part of that as a client of Cohen and someone that Cohen may have done these things

on behalf of.

According to Cohen, he did do them on behalf of Trump, that's investigation number two.

Here's investigation number three, New York Attorney General is investigating the Trump

Foundation, Trump campaign, and Michael Cohen for campaign finance laws and fraud.

That's a big one.

The Trump Foundation, the misuse of those charitable funds to benefit the campaign,

and to do other things for Donald Trump like pay off some lawsuits that he had pending,

that's a big deal for Trump and that's the one that is most likely to bring down this

administration, and the entire Trump family because you have Donald Junior, Eric, and

Ivanka also wrapped up into that one.

Number four, New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood, and New York State Department of

Taxation and Finance are investigating Michael Cohen for tax fraud as well.

Similar to the other one, however, a separate investigation this time on the state level

also involving Donald Trump.

Number five, Maryland Attorney General and District of Columbia Attorney General sue

Trump for emoluments clause violations.

This is another big one that has not gotten the kind of coverage that the other investigations

have.

This one is about Donald Trump receiving money from foreign dignitaries who come to DC and

stay on Trump owned properties.

As President of the United States, he is constitutionally forbidden from taking any kind of emolument,

gift, money, whatever from any foreign dignitary.

As he still owns his stake in Trump properties, and these dignitaries have to pay money to

stay there, and Trump gets the profits from that, that is very clearly an emolument he

is receiving from those dignitaries, or world leaders, or whoever it happens to be.

100% unconstitutional, and hasn't gotten near as much play as some of the other investigations.

Bringing it home now, investigation number six.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance has a potential investigation into Trump Organization

for fraud.

One of the newest ones going on, of course, we know that there's been immunity granted

to several people involved in the Trump Organization trying to find out where they've been getting

money, where they've been sending money, and what's going on with all that because they

believe some kind of fraud is taking place.

Those are the top six investigations into Donald Trump, six different independent investigations

and, of course, none of this even begins to touch all of the women who have accused the

president of sexual misconduct.

Of course, there is the liable lawsuit by a former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos

for Donald Trump calling her a liar after she accused him of the misconduct.

Yeah, I would say that Republicans are going to have a pretty tough go for the next few

months considering the fact that there are at least six different investigations, every

one of which individually could end the Trump presidency if we get a favorable outcome.

That's not looking good for the Republican Party, it's not looking good for the diehard

Trump supporters, and it sure as hell isn't looking good for the president himself.

Trump's EPA Now Ok With Killing An Additional 11,000 People Per Year - Duration: 3:46.

A couple weeks ago I told you about a story where the EPA under Donald Trump had repealed

a rule from the Obama era, one of the clean power rules that they had put in place, clean

air rules, that could lead to an additional 1,400 additional US deaths per year according

to the EPA's own estimates.

It was really bad.

1,400 American citizens dead every year just because they want to repeal this rule.

Well, guess what folks, as is always the case, things just got so much worse.

According to new reports, the EPA is considering repealing the Obama era mercury and toxic

standards, the MATS rule, which actually limited the amount of mercury, acid, gases, and other

toxics pollutants that could come out of power companies.

It reduced those things, mercury, acids, pollutants by 90%.

This rule did that was enacted by the Obama Administration in 2012.

90% reduction in those.

It is estimated to have saved 11,000 lives per year.

Prevented 11,000 premature deaths by enacting this rule.

Now, the Trump EPA wants to do away with it while admitting that yeah this means probably

11,000 people in the United States are going to die every year prematurely because we don't

want power plants to have to limit the amount of toxins they spew into our atmosphere.

On top of that, we could also look forward to an additional 100,000 asthma attacks and

heart attacks every single year if this rule is repealed.

100,000 people with additional asthma attacks or heart attacks in addition to 11,000 people

being sent to an early grave just because we don't want utility companies to have to

limit their emissions.

That is what the Donald Trump EPA currently under Andrew Wheeler is working on right now.

Now, they have a 60 to 90 day comment period on repealing this rule.

I suggest anyone who's watching this that happens to be an organism that has to breath

oxygen to survive, maybe you should submit a comment to the EPA to let them know that

you support the mercury and air toxics standards rule and that you want it in place because

you're not willing to take the risk of being one of those 11,000 additional people that

are going to die or one of those 100,000 people that could have an asthma attack or a heart

attack with these increased pollutants going into our air.

Maybe, you should submit a comment if you care.

Maybe, you're a gambler.

Maybe, you think it's not going to happen to you or anyone that you care about.

But let me tell you, when we're dealing with overall 111,000 people who are going to directly

suffer from the repeal of this rule every single year just so corporations can make

a few extra dollars by not having to clean up their messes.

Eventually, it is going to affect someone that you care about, maybe even yourself.

I strongly suggest that everybody watching this, everybody who can hear this, submit

a comment to the EPA and let them know that you will not tolerate them rescinding all

of these Obama era rules to send people to an early grave just to give corporations a

few extra dollars a year.
