HAPPENING NOW: Trump Declares Mueller Probe Unconstitutional.

Polls show the American people are sick of the Deep State witch-hunt.

It's costing taxpayers millions, after over a year of intense investigation zero evidence

has been unearthed that shows President Trump colluded with Russians to "steal" the

election from Hillary Clinton, arguably one of the most detested political figures of

our lifetime.

On the contrary, the investigation has uncovered how much DEMOCRATS have worked to obstruct

our election process, and yes, they had help from the Russians.

President Trump, like most of America, has had enough, and he's declared the Mueller

probe "unconstitutional."

Then you, President Trump…Now let's end this sham!

From Daily Caller

President Donald Trump took aim at special counsel Robert Mueller's probe as a unconstitutional

in a Monday morning tweet.

The appointment of the Special Councel is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Despite that, we play the game because I, unlike the Democrats, have done nothing wrong!

Trump previously tweeted about the special counsel probe by noting that he had absolute

authority to pardon himself for any crimes but that he would never do so because he believes

himself not to be guilty.

As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself,

but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?

In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats

(& others) continues into the mid-terms!

Trump appeared to allude that he has not taken steps to fire the special counsel despite

his belief that the investigation has overstepped its bounds and is not legitimate.

The president referenced the "13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats" in his tweet citing

the lawyers assigned to the Mueller investigation with past affiliation with the Democratic

Party.

FBI: Obama Deployed Spies To London To Begin Trump Surveillance Op - Duration: 7:55.

A series of newly released FBI text messages reveals that the Obama White House deployed

FBI agents to Britain early in 2016 to begin the Trump surveillance operation.

According to a report from John Solomon of The Hill, the FBI/DOJ began their illegal

surveillance operation of the Trump Campaign under direct orders of former President Barack

Obama.

Zerohedge.com reports: Solomon provides clarification on early contacts between the players involved

in DOJ/FBI sting and Trump campaign aides.

The bridge to the Russia investigation wasn't erected in Moscow during the summer of the

2016 election.

It originated earlier, 1,700 miles away in London, where foreign figures contacted Trump

campaign advisers and provided the FBI with hearsay allegations of Trump-Russia collusion,

bureau documents and interviews of government insiders reveal.

These contacts in spring 2016 — some from trusted intelligence sources, others from

Hillary Clinton supporters — occurred well before FBI headquarters authorized an official

counterintelligence investigation on July 31, 2016.

The new timeline makes one wonder: Did the FBI follow its rules governing informants?

–The Hill

"The revelation of purposeful contact initiated by alleged confidential human sources prior

to any FBI investigation is troublesome," Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.), an ally of President

Trump and chairman of a House subcommittee that's taking an increasingly aggressive

oversight role in the scandal, told me.

"This new information begs the questions: Who were the informants working for, who were

they reporting to and why has the [Department of Justice] and FBI gone to such great lengths

to hide these contacts?"

Retired assistant FBI director for intelligence Kevin Brock also has questions.

Brock supervised an agency update to their longstanding bureau rules governing the use

of sources while working under then-director Robert Mueller.

These rules prohibit the FBI from directing a human source to perform espionage on an

American until a formal investigation has been opened – paperwork and all.

Brock sees oddities in how the Russia case began.

"These types of investigations aren't normally run by assistant directors and deputy

directors at headquarters," he told me.

"All that happens normally in a field office, but that isn't the case here and so it becomes

a red flag.

Congress would have legitimate oversight interests in the conditions and timing of the targeting

of a confidential human source against a U.S. person."

-The Hill

The Text Messages

A series of text messages recovered by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz between

FBI lawyer Lisa Page and special agent Peter Strzok reveal political pressure around the

same time as the Trump-Russia probe officially opened.

"We're not going to withstand the pressure soon," Page texted Strzok on Aug. 3, 2016

– days after Strzok returned from London and opened the official Trump-Russia investigation.

At the time, as John Solomon of The Hill notes, "they were dealing with simultaneous challenges:

the wrap-up of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and the start of the Russia-Trump probe."

The texts reveal that Strzok and Page were also concerned about someone within the DOJ

leaking details of their investigation ("This is MUCH more tasty for one of those DOJ aholes

to leak," Strzok texted Page), as well as concerns that the White House was spearheading

the investigation.

"Went well, best we could have expected," Strzok texted Page after an Aug. 5, 2016,

meeting.

"Other than Liz quote 'the White House is running this.'

" Page then texted to assure Strzok of a paper trail showing the FBI in charge: "We

got emails that say otherwise."

The next day, Strzok and Page went into further detail about President Obama.

"So maybe not the best national security president, but a genuinely good and decent

human being," Page texted Strzok, to which he replied: "Yeah, I like him.

Just not a fan of the weakness globally.

Was thinking about what the administration will be willing to do re Russia."

What ever did Strzok mean about Obama being weak?

Perhaps so that the agency's targeting of Trump associates wouldn't occur on U.S.

soil, the very beginnings of "Operation Crossfire Hurricane" – the code name given

to the early official Trump-Russia investigation, all have ties to London.

The ties are so strong that some have begun to accuse the UK of colluding with the Obama

administration and Clinton campaign to influence the 2016 US election.

According to documents and government interviews, one of the FBI's most senior counterintelligence

agents visited London the first week of May 2016.

Congress never got the FBI to explain that trip — but, soon after it, one of the most

consequential moments of the scandal occurred: On May 10, Australian diplomat Alexander Downer

met in a London bar with Trump adviser George Papadopoulos, who boasted of knowing that

Russia would release dirt on Clinton.

That contact was not immediately reported to U.S. intelligence.

By early June, a second overture to a Trump campaign adviser occurred in London.

In a "Dear Carter" email, a Cambridge University graduate student invited Trump

campaign adviser Carter Page to attend a popular July security conference in London.

While Page would not reveal the name of the graduate student, he did say that the student

studied under Stefan Halper – the Cambridge professor and longtime FBI / CIA asset who

was sent in to perform espionage on the Trump campaign.

Halper, according to Page, asked to be introduced to high-ranking Trump campaign official Sam

Clovis.

On July 16, 2016, Carter Page relayed the overture to Clovis: "Professor Stef Halper

spends part of the year in Virginia where he has a home in Falls Church; he's a big

fan of yours having followed you on CNN and offered a range of possibilities regarding

how he and the University might be able to help."

Halper, a month later, emailed Clovis, referencing his contacts with Carter Page.

"May I suggest we set a time to meet when you are next in Washington?"

Halper invited on Aug. 29, 2016.

There are more links to London which strengthen the case for a setup.

One week before Carter Page left for London, former MI6 agent Christopher Steele – recently

hired by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, made contact with the FBI for an unknown purpose.

Weeks later, Steele began working with the agency, while his infamous "Steele Dossier"

– full of wild, salacious and largely unverified claims, would become a key document in the

application for a FISA warrant to spy on Page.

What's more, the London meeting between Papadopoulos and Alexander Downer was reported

to the FBI just weeks after the July 23, 2016 release of Hillary Clinton's emails by WikiLeaks.

Downer notably arranged a $25 million grant to the Clinton foundation a decade ago to

help fight AIDS.

This was part of an overall $88 million funneled from Australian taxpayers to the charity.

As Solomon of The Hill notes, "This timeline doesn't prove wrongdoing; these contacts

could have occurred organically, or been directed legally through intelligence channels.

Yet, congressional investigators and FBI insiders tell me, they raise questions about when the

investigation officially started and how."

Trump Attacks 'The Resistance' in Weekly Address: 'Stop Resisting the Will of the American People' - Duration: 3:10.

Trump Attacks 'The Resistance' in Weekly Address: 'Stop Resisting the Will of the

American People'

President Donald Trump again used his platform to attack those lawmakers across the aisle

who oppose many of his administration's policies.

As The Hill reported, the president dedicated his weekly radio address to reprimanding those

who comprise what is often referred to from within and without as "the resistance."

"Senate Democrats call it 'the resistance,'" Trump said.

"They're resisting the will of the American voter and it is not good."

He expanded on that theme by listing a series of grievances beginning with the waiting times

for congressional approval among appointees to various positions.

"From day one, Senate Democrats have shamelessly obstructed, stalled and filibustered the confirmations

of hundreds of talented men and women who are eager to come to Washington, D.C., to

make a difference," he said.

Qualified individuals who "want to serve our country" are facing a longer nomination

process than those under previous administrations, he said.

"My nominees face a longer average confirmation wait than any in the history of our country,"

Trump said.

The president then shifted to policy matters, calling on Democrats to work in a bipartisan

manner to help him fulfill his campaign promises.

"Democrats in Congress are also blocking urgently needed improvements to our border

security," he said.

Citing opposition to his border wall plans among other issues, Trump said that the minority

party in Congress has "blocked every effort to close deadly loopholes, to keep out vicious

criminals and to stop the flow of illegal immigrants and drugs."

He went on to call Democrats "a disaster at the border" before questioning their

loyalty to the nation.

Claiming they "don't care about" the issue, Trump also said Democrats oppose his

immigration policy "because it's going to make (him) and the Republicans look good

and they don't want that."

For his congressional adversaries, Trump alleged that opposition to his agenda "comes before

our country."

"These actions are endangering our citizens," he said, twice more imploring Democrats to

"stop resisting the will of the American people."

While he sparked controversy for abruptly rejecting a bipartisan immigration proposal

earlier this year, Trump now says it is time for Democrats to give it another shot.

He urged members of the resistance to "start working across the aisle to deliver for all

citizens."

The anti-Trump position of some current lawmakers and candidates ahead of November's midterm

elections has divided the Democratic Party to some extent.

Some agree that resistance to the current administration should be a sufficient litmus

test to elect any congressional candidate in this particular election cycle.

Thomas Friedman wrote in a New York Times column that opposition to Trump is "the

only choice on the ballot" this November.

"It's a choice between letting Trump retain control of all the key levers of political

power for two more years, or not," he wrote.

Others, like The Hill's Douglas Schoen, argue that a platform long on Trump criticism

and short on policy specifics is a losing strategy for Democrats expecting decisive

electoral gains this November.

HELL YEAH! President Trump DESTROYS Liberals In Weekly Address, Did You Catch It? WATCH IT HERE!!! - Duration: 3:07.

HELL YEAH!

President Trump DESTROYS Liberals In Weekly Address, Did You Catch It?

WATCH IT HERE!!!

During Saturday's Weekly Address, President Trump accused Senate Democrats of "resisting

the will of the American voter," and Congressional Democrats of not caring about or wanting border

security, Breitbart reports.

Democrats in 2018 are relying on the national news/media, the entertainment world, the anarchistic

street thugs , the anti-firearm lunatics and radical feminists to urge an open-borders.

Democrats do not want serious borders or national security.

They want open-borders and encourage demonstrations claiming victimization of illegal aliens by

heartless, "racist" Americans.Senate Democrats call it the resistance.

They're resisting the will of the American voter, and it is not good.

From day one, Senate Democrats have shamelessly obstructed, stalled, and filibustered the

confirmations of hundreds of talented men and women who are eager to come to Washington,

DC to make a difference.

They want to serve our country.

My nominees face a longer average confirmation wait than any in the history of our country.

Today, more than 300 of our nominees are still awaiting a vote.

Last June, I nominated Isabel Patelunas to serve as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury

for Intelligence and Analysis.

Now, almost a year later, this tremendously qualified professional, with nearly three

decades of intelligence experience, is still awaiting confirmation.

She's given up so much.

She's left areas.

She's moved from homes.

And she's still not confirmed.

It's a disgrace.

Democrats in Congress are also blocking urgently needed improvements to our border security.

They don't want border security for two reasons: Number one, they don't care about

it.

Number two, they're afraid it's going to make me and the Republicans look good,

and they don't want that.

That comes before our country.

They've blocked every effort to close deadly loopholes to keep out vicious criminals and

to stop the flow of illegal immigrants and drugs.

They are a disaster at the border.

These actions are endangering our citizens, threatening our communities, and undermining

our national security.

It is time for Senate Democrats to stop resisting the will of the American people.

So, very simply, stop resisting the will of the American people, and to start working

across the aisle to deliver for all citizens.

We love our country.

We want keep our country great.

Thank you very much."

There was no obstruction no collusion and no wrongdoing.

Certainly, not the president hasn't done anything wrong

Once again, the president hasn't done anything wrong and we feel very comfortable in that front.

Thankfully the president hasn't done anything wrong

Kellyanne Conway: Trump is making major changes - Duration: 14:35.

back with a Fox News Alert an urgent manhunt underway right now for a

possible serial killer as four people are now found dead including a

high-profile psychiatrist known for his work on the JonBenet Ramsey case Fox

News contributor Ted Williams is a former DC homicide detector and he joins

us live right detective that is to say joins us live so Ted the cops have

already said there is a connection but at this point we don't know what it is

Yeah right see we have in you know Scottsdale Arizona or a murder mystery

on hand what we do know is that on Friday dr. Stephen Pitts a well-known

forensic psychiatrists are associated with the JonBenet Ramsey case was

engaged by in an argument and witnesses been heard gunshots that was on Friday

we then learned on Saturday that two individuals two paralegals at a law firm

inmense de scottsdale area was shot and killed and then on Saturday we had a

fourth victim or shot and killed this was a person associated with mental

health what the law enforcement officers have been able to establish is that the

dr. Pitts shooting and the two paralegals are connected I suspect by a

ballistic testing also there's a murder mystery as to whether there's a serial

killer out there or whether this is someone who knew his victims yeah and

most importantly beyond just connecting the dots is figuring out where this

person is and who that person is you aren't working directly on this case but

you've worked on so many that are just like this give us a sense of

behind-the-scenes of what the detectives it's like out of a TV show that we all

love to watch these days but people's lives are on the line and people are in

Arizona there nervous about this that someone is still

on the loose what is going on behind the scenes right now wherever the trying is

you've already represented to connect the dots or they're looking at a

security video in the area of dr. pitz office

they are also combing the records of the law firm they're to try to determine if

there is an association with the doctor and then in the law firm where these two

paralegals worked so they're trying to connect those dots and for the fourth

victim they're trying to see if he's connected to other three victims you

know Ted dr. pitz was a psychiatrist in addition to giving analysis on the

jungbaek banane case also did a lot of testimony regarding mental health issues

so maybe it's somebody out there who's got an axe to grind with him and

tangentially these other people are all involved with them as well well you've

said it's the most well here the question is is this someone associated

with the mental health community we know the fourth victim also by the way was a

mental health worker and we know the work of dr. pitz also there is a

possibility that law enforcement is trying to determine or if dr. Pierce was

going to testify as an expert or have testified as an expert or in some kind

of a legal proceeding against someone with a mental health issue well it is a

very serious situation we hope that they can catch this person soon Ted Williams

always great to get and get your expertise on this my pleasure to see

this morning all right coming up counselor at the President Kelley on

Conway joins us on this 500th day of the Trump presidency in just minutes plus

one Mother has a message for parents across the country

rewarding failure has become an American epidemic she's gonna bore him joins

Brian you're talking about that well they did treat him differently than

other Democrats and Republicans because they why was the political press I you

know I don't know did they liked him and I liked having the first

african-american president well somebody who works for the current

president is Kelly and Conway she's counselor to President Trump she joins

us on this 500th day of his administration from the North Lawn Kelly

and good morning to you morning good morning that was awkward

no so there you have Bill Clinton talking about how he felt that Barack

Obama got better press because the press liked him it's a very awkward moment

when I've already hear both Clintons and even President Obama occasionally talk I

can't help but think that it's a documentary called me myself and I they

so just talk about themselves all the time they have considerable major

platforms to help Americans if not folks across the globe we don't hear much from

them here about getting involved in issues that are decidedly I would say

nonpartisan or bipartisan I'd like to hear from them today on our 500th day of

American greatness look at these jobs numbers but I think

people weren't ready for with respect to President Obama was Obamacare that let

has left 30 million Americans without health care they couldn't keep their

plans they couldn't keep their doctors this president has turned the poor

economic jobs and growth numbers around from the last administration he

inherited an economic mess and now we have for only the seventh time since

1970 we have an unemployment rate this low it is below 4% it is extraordinary

and by the way let's just run through a couple of those numbers that President

Obama and President Clinton but particularly President Obama could never

claim over 300,000 new manufacturing jobs over 300,000 new construction jobs

a job optics in mining job up takes in timber we have fewer regulations more

optimism an economy that's absolutely booming and frankly more respect on the

world stage the last president was given the Nobel Peace Prize this President may

actually earn it a very interesting fascinating in that article and I guess

in Ben Rhodes his book he goes out to say the country wasn't he maybe the

country wasn't ready for him maybe they'd be more ready for him in in ten

years and that this president they wanted the American people elected a

cartoon what's your reaction to that I don't know how you can say a two-term

president who governed for eight years that the country is now not ready for

them after it almost ten years after he was first elected so I'm not sure where

that's going except that it's the the normal backward-looking revisionist

history of what's of what's happened it's this president really that's making

such great strides in short order I think what Americans wanted and what the

biggest difference has been is that you have a businessman in the White House

you have a master negotiator and deal maker and disruptor and why is that

important because everybody else has been a politician and that includes

President Obama he was a state senator and then he was a senator here they

people like that just think very differently and where he was looked upon

as a change maker yes we can hope and hope and change its this president who's

actually been making major changes and people who deny the objective economic

metrics at this point really sound a very petty and very peevish you have

Nancy Pelosi out there just literally every time there's a more positive

development economically or internationally she feels it incumbent

to attack it and I think that's such a bad look and it also justifies the

metrics I'm sorry apparently this son IFP doesn't like my ear but so I can't

hear you I hope you can hear me Isis has been decimated on the world stage you

have this president a bringing North Korea to the table

going over to Singapore in a week or so is time but I'm to continue these

conversations you're talking about a seven week or seven month effort trying

to end or I think make the conversation closer to ending seventy years of war

and he's also has Japan and China is certainly South Korea involved so so

much great has happened and that's why we're calling this the 500 days of

greatness the President himself will talk to grassroots supporters later

today and we'll have the cabinet out and others really trying to connect

Americans with the information they need he'll sign the VA Choice Act into law

this week where veterans will have more opportunities to get uninterrupted

medical care they already have accountability and whistleblower

protection act now at the VA so many great things have been happening to our

veterans the military got his first pay raise in a very long time this president

is as invested in opioids we'll be releasing the first ads to try to bend

that crisis in the right direction this week so much happening mr. a Bay will

visit this week summer I don't know what past presidents are thinking and just

talking about themselves frankly more than trying to use their considerable

platforms for good for this country and we welcome that Kelly get us a call

Kelly Ann can you hear us I can all right so the president just tweeted one

minute ago I want to get to the molar investigation because it's a 500 Davis

presidency but we are still many many days into this molar probe as Welli

tweets as has been stated by numerous legal scholars I have the absolute right

to pardon myself but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong in the

meantime the neverending witch-hunt led by 13 very angry and conflicted

Democrats and others continue into the midterms that is something he just

tweeted also his lawyer Rudy Giuliani made the rounds yesterday and he admits

as well that the president probably has the power to pardon himself but

reiterates that he has no intention to do that where does this all end kellian

because they are pushing hard they don't want the president to sit down for this

interview they also don't want to have a subpoena so where do you see this ending

while on end with the report that everybody's being promised and according

to many of the polls it ought to end fairly quickly

we have respected the process tremendously this White House could not

have been more cooperative and thousands if not more pages of documents have been

turned over dozens of people have sat for interviews I'm informed I read in

the press and this president himself has been very cooperative but he makes clear

every single day through his considerable social media platform where

he tells America instantly and simultaneously everybody here is the

information at the same time how he feels about this investigation remember

we were promised Russia collusion and folks who are still trying to get in his

way look at all this great progress internationally and domestically still

trying to get in his way are trying to do that not by attacking the great

economy and the great strides internationally but by trying to attack

him and to pretend that somehow he's not going to serve out his eight years

that's not happening and so this whole this whole exercise of whether how part

of himself is a ridiculous question on its face because you would pardon

yourself if you've done something wrong Kellyanne can I quickly ask though about

the letter that was leaked out the the letter by his attorneys and in there's a

20 page letter and they talked about the fact that President Trump dictated the

response from Don Jr that infamous Trump Tower meeting with the Russian lawyer

originally the president said he didn't know about the meeting and then maybe he

was somewhat involved and now they admit openly in this letter that was leaked

that not only did he know about it that he actually dictated their response why

give the Moller team any reason to ask more questions why not just come out

originally and say this is how it went down so I wasn't on that ship I wasn't

involved with that whatsoever and I only know what I saw yesterday in that letter

so I really can't comment at that I would refer you to his private counsel

to talk about past and I suppose current but but again really this this president

sees the frustration that's growing I saw some polling at last week in fact

the president I discussed it the Harvard Harris poll that's increasingly showing

larger numbers of Americans who do feel like this investigation is getting in

the way of other things this president doesn't allow it to get in the way of

much I mean talk about not being deterred and not being distracted look

at the jobs numbers look at the great 500 days of American greatness

everything has happened at the same time 17 million dollars in to all told the

Muller investigation plus other FBI and DOJ activities over a year as you have

said Americans have a right to understand as you ask where will this

end in other words I'm sure we'll have updates soon

but this president just continues to forge ahead regardless of what's going

on in the investigation and he's got 962 days left in his term real quickly we

understand that apparently Melania is going to be a period today at a gold

star family event there at the White House but the other part of the news

Kim-Trump summit set to start at 10AM KST on June 12: White House - Duration: 2:36.

Let's start with the summit the entire world is waiting for.

Up until this morning, we knew North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald

Trump would be meeting on June 12th in Singapore.

We now know the time the historic summit will start,... but the exact location in Singapore

is still under wraps for the time being.

Lee Seung-jae reports.

The date for the historic Pyongyang-Washington summit -- June 12th -- has been set for some

time now.

But we got some more details from the White House on Monday.

It says the summit will begin next Tuesday at 9AM Singapore time,... that's 10AM in Korea.

" And I can also tell you the schedule for -- tentatively -- for that first meeting will

be on June 12 at 9 a.m. Singapore time and take place June 11, 9 p.m. East Coast time."

With the timing arranged, there's still the question of the summit location.

The Singapore government has declared the area surrounding the Shangri-La Hotel a "special

event area" for the period of June 10th to the 14th for the upcoming summit.

Observers say this could mean a number of things.

It could mean the Shangri-La Hotel is the summit location, it could also be where one

of the leaders will be staying, or could even be a "decoy" for security purposes.

The Capella Hotel on Sentosa has also been mentioned as either the summit location or

where Kim or Trump may stay.

However,... watchers say the Shangri-La Hotel may be the favored location as it has held

major conferences over the years,... including numerous ASEAN summits,... and has also hosted

U.S. presidents before, including Barack Obama and George H.W. Bush.

As the two sides look to resolve their differences through diplomacy,... the White House has

clarified that the Trump administration's policy of "maximum pressure" through sanctions

remains in place... and will stay until the regime has abandoned its nuclear weapons.

"Our policy hasn't changed.

As the president stated, we have sanctions on, they're very powerful and we would not

take those sanctions off unless North Korea denuclearized."

The White House was clearing up remarks made last week by President Trump following his

meeting with a senior North Korean envoy.

Trump said he didn't want to use the term "maximum pressure" anymore to describe U.S.

pressure on Pyongyang.

He also said he looks forward to the day when he can take the sanctions off the regime.

Lee Seung-jae, Arirang News.

Congress Just Dropped a BOMB on Jeff Sessions – He's Done - Duration: 12:56.

Congress Just Dropped a BOMB on Jeff Sessions – He's Done

A recent House Intelligence Committee report has revealed some interesting pieces of information

about Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The Gateway Pundit reported that former Senator Sessions oversaw the small team of five foreign

policy experts for Donald Trump's campaign.

This small group included both Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.

The House Intel report stated that back in March of 2016, Trump was under pressure to

put together a foreign policy team.

Most experienced Republicans were unwilling to jump on the Trump train, so after getting

pressure from the press to show he had experts on his team, candidate Trump named then Alabama

Senator Jeff Sessions as the chairman of his National Security Advisory Committee (NSAC).

Trump released the names of the five people on the committee weeks later, and this list

included Page and Papadopoulos.

"There is no evidence that anyone on the Trump campaign was aware of Page's past

ties to Russian intelligence services-or Papadopoulos' more recent contacts with a Russian-connected

professor-when these two individuals were included among the advisors that were publicly

announced on March 21," the report said.

"In fact, as [President Trump's son in law Jared] Kushner candidly put it, "we

put together that list because we vi1ere getting a lot of pressure from the media to put out

a list of foreign policy advisers."

It had previously been reported that Page and Papadopoulous were hired by Sam Clovis,

the Trump campaign's co-chairman, but the source of this information remained anonymous.

This report makes it seem much more likely that Sessions was responsible for hiring both

of them for the Trump campaign because they reported to him and because of Sessions'

actions of betrayal since becoming the nation's Attorney General.

This comes as many are calling for Sessions to step down as attorney general due to his

decision to recuse himself from the Russia collusion investigation.

Joy Reid Just Got Run Over By The Trump Train – Instantly Regrets Everything - Duration: 7:20.

Joy Reid Just Got Run Over By The Trump Train – Instantly Regrets Everything.

Despite a series of "hateful" and anti-Semitic blog posts on her old website The Reid Report,

along with the surfacing of additional offensive content, MSNBC has refused to fire embattled

host Joy Reid.

MSNBC instead released a statement claiming Reid's views have "evolved", and the

writings no longer reflect who she is as a person.

The statement reads "Some of the things written by Joy on her old blog are obviously

hateful and hurtful.

They are not reflective of the colleague and friend we have known at MSNBC for the past

seven years.

Joy has apologized publicly and privately and said she has grown, and evolved in the

many years since, and we know this to be true."

What is more than slightly troubling about this statement from MSNBC is Reid lied about

homophobic blog posts she made, blaming them on hackers only to find that the original

posts were archived by archive.org and the library of Congress.

Reid issued third and apparently final apology for her old posts, which included a photoshopped

image of Sen. John McCain's head over the Virginia Tech shooter.

She stated of her writings "There are things I deeply regret and am embarrassed by, things

I would have said differently and issues where my position has changed."

Many other establishment media outlets covering the story note, that all three of Reid's

apologies as well as MSNBC many statements on the topic fail to address her prior, widely

disbelieved claims that her old blog was hacked, and that the matter was under FBI investigation.

That Reid is clearly a liar should be a matter of serious issue particularly in journalism,

where credibility is part of the job description.

Given President Donald Trump's personal penchant for denouncing "fake news" loudly,

and publically one would think the network would be working to distance themselves from

Reid, and attempting to reestablish their own credibility within the journalistic community.

The questions raised by the Reid debacle extend beyond mere ethics in journalism, however,

shedding light on the sheer hypocrisy of the Progressive left.

It demonstrates the remarkable tolerance for bigots, misogynists, and those who celebrate

them, so long as that tolerance helps advance the progressive agenda of the current moment.

The Federalist reports of how "Reid found herself under fire for a 2006 post promoting

the notorious 9 11, Truther documentary "Loose Change."

Yet polling during the Aughts consistently showed that somewhere, between one-third and

one-half of Democrats were open to some form of Trutherism.

In 2009, film producer and progressive blogger-activist Jane Hamsher wrote, that many progressive

leaders shared this view.

On this despicable score, Reid does not appear to be some great outlier among the Left.

Reid is also catching flak for a 2007 blog post that contained, a Photoshopped image

of Sen. John McCain's head pasted onto the body of the Virginia Tech mass shooter.

The post, however, did not seek to tie McCain to that incident.

The post's title was "Baghdad John strikes again" and criticized his comment, at a

weapons factory that he would follow Osama bin Laden to the gates of Hell, and shoot

him with the factory's products (he later walked back the latter claim).

Reid's point, headed into the 2008 presidential campaign, was to paint the senator as a neocon

warmonger and propagandist.

Again, this was not an uncommon view among Democrats or the Left at that moment, (the

degree of sincerity involved may be open to question on a case-by-case basis).

She is right to apologize to McCain, but no one can claim Democrats were not generally

gearing up to demonize him ahead of the 2008 primary season."

Reid's most recent apology states "To be clear, I have the highest respect for Sen.

McCain as a public servant and patriot and wish him and his family the best," said

Reid.

"I have reached out to Meghan McCain and will continue to do so.

She is a former on-air colleague and I feel deeply for her and her family.

I've also spoken openly about my evolution on many issues, and know that I'm a better

person today than I was over a decade ago.

I am the daughter of immigrants and have worked to be a strong ally of these communities.

There is no question in my mind that Al Qaeda perpetrated the 9 11 attacks, or about Israel's

right to its sovereignty."

Except there is a mounting body of evidence that demonstrates Reid is merely "sorry"

for being called out, and her position is the typical progressive leftist hypocrisy.

The Federalist notes, Reid attacked CNN's Wolf Blitzer for being "too nice to Jews,"

and noted that Reid said then-President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was "really onto

something when he suggested, that the "Zionist regime" of Israel should just relocate to

Europe."

The Daily Wire notes "Embattled MSNBC host Joy Reid's now-defunct blog published multiple

blog posts, that promoted vicious attacks on the McCain family, anti-Semitic conspiracy

theories, nasty personal attacks on people, doctored images, and more, according to several

newly discovered posts reviewed by The Daily Wire."

And in a Friday report first noted by Twitchy.com last July, IJR Caleb Hull reports that Reid

"shared a conspiracy theory on Twitter about Jared Kushner," which came "from an anime

Nazi news website, whose staff openly supports Hitler and posts extremist articles to this

day."

IJR states "On July 12, 2017, MSNBC host Joy Reid shared a conspiracy theory on Twitter

about Jared Kushner, and his relationship with the Trump administration and a company

called Genie Energy.

However, the article she shared is from an anime Nazi news website, whose staff openly

supports Hitler and posts extremist articles to this day.

The tweet, as well as the original article on AnimeRight.news, have now been deleted,

but thanks to the Internet archive Wayback Machine, they've been saved.

In 2017, Reid posted the link, adding that Jared Kushner is close to NewYork Post publisher

Rupert Murdoch."

As Zero Hedge notes of the hypocrisy,

"Joy Ann Reid made homophobic, anti-Semitic blog posts, lied about it, got the FBI involved,

and then promoted a Nazi website over Twitter, and somehow keeps her job.

Samantha Bee calls Ivanka Trump a "Feckless cunt" on TBS a comment which would have

been approved by TBS management, and keeps her job despite two advertisers bailing.

Bill Maher compared President Trump to an orangutan and kept his job.

The Daily Show's Trevor Noah has made a ton of anti-Semitic tweets and kept his job.

Roseanne Barr compares former Obama admin official Valerie Jarrett, to an ape and loses

her show within 24 hours.

The message is clear; if you're going to be a bigot, just make sure you're a liberal

first.

And while it's perhaps notable to point out the glaring hypocrisy, over the way controversial

comments are dealt with depending on political affiliation, maybe everyone can just chill

out over words which unlike sticks and stones, don't actually harm anyone."

BREAKING: Trump Deals DEATH BLOW to - Duration: 12:31.

BREAKING: Trump Deals DEATH BLOW to Mexico, Canada and the European Union - It's TIME

TO PAY!

The U.S. will impose tariffs on steel and aluminum from the European Union, Canada and

Mexico, Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross announced Thursday morning.

A steep 25 percent tariff on foreign-made steel and a 10 percent tariff on aluminum

will go into effect at midnight, he told reporters, explaining that negotiations failed to make

enough progress to warrant a permanent exception.

The EU, Canada and Mexico were temporarily granted an exception after President Donald

Trump announced the Section 232 tariffs in March.

The move risks a potential trade war with a number of key allies and international partners,

some of which have already threatened to retaliate.

The EU will take "all necessary measures" to respond to American trade actions should

the U.S. decide to levy "unjustified and dangerous" tariffs, French Finance Minister

Bruno Le Maire previously warned, the BBC reported.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel stressed Thursday that the EU would give a "smart, determined

and jointly agreed" response to U.S. actions.

"We have a clear stance within the European Union," she explained.

The EU has threatened to impose billions of dollars in tariffs on American exports, such

as whiskey and motorcycles.

Canada and Mexico, which are currently in negotiations on the North American Free Trade

Agreement, have similarly hinted at retaliatory actions.

Ross explained the tariffs are intended to defend American national security interests.

"We take the view that without a strong economy, you can't have strong national

security," the secretary said.

He previously suggested that targeted countries should come to the table and negotiate with

the U.S. fairly on trade to secure permanent exceptions from tariffs.

"We look forward to continued negotiations, both with Canada and Mexico on the one hand,

and with the European Commission on the other hand, because there are other issues that

we also need to get resolved," Ross said Thursday, without going into details about

what the EU, Canada and Mexico could do to avoid tariffs.

While the primary focus is China, the Trump administration remains committed to addressing

overcapacity and dumping concerns in other countries as well.

Donald Trump Sent This Letter That Could End Robert Mueller's Case For Good - Duration: 4:54.

The battle lines surrounding Robert Mueller wrapping up his investigation are being drawn.

Mueller insists he must interview the President to close out his probe, but Trump's lawyers

recognize that the special counsel is laying a trap to impeach President Trump.

So Trump sent the one letter that could shut down the special counsel for good.

Mueller is pushing to interview Trump under the guise of it being the final piece in his

obstruction investigation.

But Trump's lawyers see right through him.

Mueller wants an open-ended interview with the President to catch Trump making a mistake

so the special counsel can claim he lied, and therefore recommend grounds for impeachment.

A few months ago, Trump's lawyers put together a 20 page letter outlining all the reasons

why Mueller does not need to interview Trump.

It was an epic takedown of Mueller's case against the President, which hinges on two

events.

The first was Trump supposedly hoping former FBI Director James Comey would take it easy

on Michael Flynn when it was believed he lied about his conversations with the Russian Ambassador.

Secondly, the Mueller team is trying to build the case that Trump obstructed the Russia

investigation when he fired Comey in May of last year.

The New York Times obtained the letter exclusively and published it in full.

The Times reported Trump cannot be charged with obstruction for firing Comey because

Article II of the Constitution vests him the authority to fire any executive branch employee

and grants him the power as the chief of law enforcement office to stop or start any investigation

he wishes.

Trump lawyers argued, "It is unthinkable that a President acting (l) under his Constitutional

authority; (2) on the written recommendation and with the overt participation of his Deputy

Attorney General; and (3) consistent with the advice of his Attorney General, to fire

a subordinate who has been universally condemned by bipartisan leadership48 could then be accused

of obstruction for doing so."

Trump's lawyers also took apart the meat of Mueller's case regarding Flynn.

According to the letter, Trump could not have obstructed justice by wondering if Comey could

take it easy on Flynn because Flynn was no longer under investigation since the FBI agents

who interviewed him did not believe he lied.

Trump's lawyers wrote, "there was no obvious investigation to obstruct since the FBI had

concluded on January 24, 2017, that Lt. Gen. Flynn had not lied, but was merely confused.

Director Comey confirmed this in his closed-door Congressional testimony on March 2, 2017."

The letter also revealed that then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates – an Obama

holdover – had indicated in a meeting with White House Counsel Don McGahn on January

27th, 2017 that the Department of Justice would not object to the White House disclosing

how the DOJ came into possession of information about Flynn's conversations with the Russian

Ambassador.

FBI agents interviewed Flynn on January 24th and Yates comments indicate that there was

no ongoing investigation of Flynn for making false statements to FBI agents.

Trump's lawyers also detailed how on February 8th and February 10th, Flynn told the President

that FBI agents had informed him he would not be charged.

Since Flynn was not being investigated – and was in no danger to be charged – there was

nothing for Trump to obstruct and that eliminates any grounds for Mueller to seek his testimony

on this matter.

Trump's attorneys also addressed comments he made in a May 11th interview with Lester

Holt.

The interview is seen as "exhibit A" in the obstruction case because many – including

James Comey – stated that Trump admitted he fired Comey because of the "Russia thing."

But Trump's legal team pointed out that the clip had been taken entirely out of context

because of the President's stream of conscious speaking style and Holt's interruptions.

When Trump circled back to his main point, he stated that he knew firing Comey would

lengthen the investigation and that he wanted it done properly.

Trump told Holt, "As far as I'm concerned, I want that thing [the Russia investigation]

to be absolutely done properly.

When I did this now, I said I probably maybe will confuse people.

Maybe I'll expand that- you know, I'll lengthen the time because it should be over

with.

It should — in my opinion, should've been over with a long time ago because it — all

it is an excuse.

But I said to myself I might even lengthen out the investigation.

But I have to do the right thing for the American people.

He's the wrong man for that position."

This letter makes it clear that Robert Mueller has no case on any front.

Since there is no crime to investigate, Mueller has no business seeking Trump's testimony.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this story.

President Trump Rejoices, Proclaims Fake News CNN Is Dead - Duration: 3:40.

Ding-dong, fake news is dead!

Which fake news?

CNN's fake news.

At least, that's the message coming out of the presidential Twitter account after

Donald Trump's least favorite channel had a disastrous month in the May ratings sweepstakes.

In spite of the fact that CNN was the official network of Michael Avenatti and his Stormy

Daniels Traveling Circus (take note, Brooklyn hipsters: that's an excellent band name),

that didn't seem to help them any in the ratings game last month, with the network

losing a quarter of its viewers year-over-year.

In fact, it almost seems counterintuitive, but the only cable news network that saw gains

during a stormy (and Stormy) month for Trump in the news cycle was Fox News, which Forbes

reported saw a 6 percent increase when compared to the same period last year.

This was the 197th straight month that Fox News was on top of the cable news sweepstakes,

even with a prime-time lineup that looks almost nothing like it did last summer.

And of course, this was a time for Trump to humbly wish that CNN would get its act together,

have a solid month of June, maybe make up some of … nah just kidding.

Instead, he took to Twitter and rejoiced over CNN's downfall.

"Real @FoxNews is doing great, Fake News CNN is dead!" the president wrote.

Of course, the only time that he's doesn't call CNN "fake news" is when he calls

them "very fake news."

And, while they should be making hay while the Trump-Robert Mueller sun is shining — and

Avenatti hath shone upon them quite frequently, let me tell you — things aren't looking

good for the channel that's more or less branded itself as the official network of

#TheResistance.

Even though Fox News' prime-time lineup looks nothing like it did a year ago, Sean

Hannity has still been holding it down and Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham have managed

to turn into major stars for the network.

Meanwhile, over at MSNBC, there's at least Rachel Maddow at night and JoeMika in the

morning, and you can plausibly say there's a solid 0.25 percent of Americans who know

that Chris Hayes exists.

Who does CNN have?

There's, um, Don Lemon, except the only people watching him are pretty much waiting

for their 8:45 p.m. flight to board.

Chris Cuomo has tried to establish himself as a credible journalistic personality, emphasis

on tried, by essentially berating anyone he doesn't agree with.

I know Jim Acosta, but not in a good way.

Um.

I could pick Brooke Baldwin out of a four-person CNN anchor lineup if maybe three of them were

men.

I'm trying here.

The lack of personalities should be worrying to CNN higher-ups, particularly because it's

not as if CNN has any great store of credibility as a neutral news source — even when you

compare it to liberal fixtures like The New York Times or Washington Post — and it also

isn't making a name for itself in the field of punditry, either.

Now, of course, this doesn't mean that CNN is dead.

In a cable landscape where even MTV is still in the top 30, I don't think it's even

possible for a major network to die no matter how irrelevant it gets.

I'm sure Trump knows this, too.

However, what he also knows is that his tweet is going to get Lemon and whoever he managed

to book fulminating over how Trump is delegitimizing the great work they're doing over at CNN.

And really, that's the reaction the president wants — which could be part of CNN's problem

in the first place, come to think of it.

Lavetta stoking fear of an escalating trade war the Trump administration - Duration: 17:42.

Lavetta stoking fear of an escalating trade war the Trump administration

announced Thursday that it is moving ahead with a 25% tariff on steel and a

10% tariff on aluminum imported from the European Union Canada and Mexico the

president first announced the tariffs in March but granted exemptions to some

major trading partners while the u.s. continued negotiations those exemptions

expired on Friday the renewed trade tensions come amid some good news with

US economy adding two hundred and twenty three thousand jobs in May bringing the

unemployment rate down to an 18-year low of 3.8% we're back with Bill McGurn and

James Freeman and Wall Street Journal editorial board member Mary Kissel in

London so Mary you're over there what's the reaction been from our allies and

they are allies in Europe Canada and Mexico to this unilateral trade action

well I think it's what you would expect Paul it's complete disbelief that the

United States would punish such close and important trading partners and I

think the individual country reactions are what you would expect the Germans

were pragmatic I think the British were measured and the French were disdainful

and the EU announced that they would take immediate counter action you know

look the EU supplies about 17 percent of steel imports a to United States a lot

of it is high-end going into cars into Detroit they say they're gonna take

counter action and you've got to believe that they'll put their money where their

mouth is they're gonna file a WTO case also so Mary one question is Canada a

national security threat or do city in the the invasion from Mexico coming

anytime soon how can you justify that imports from those countries are really

a national security threat yeah well the the short answer is that

you can't Paul it's absolutely indefensible and you know the real

tragedy of all of this is that President Trump is doing exactly what he said he

wouldn't do which is to reward the swap he's rewarding certain interest which is

the US and the steel Purdue seeing industries steel aluminum

industries rather and everybody who uses that stuff downstream is gonna get hurt

not to mention us consumers who are gonna pay ten percent or twenty five

percent more for their goods and it comes in a terrible time also I'd add

for our European partners who were dealing with brexit the terror threat

Iran Putin on their doorstep and I guess the big question bill is how much

economic damage will this will this hit us with well I think it could be a lot

and the problem with the trade war is that a lot of innocent casualties and

the reason for that is that supply chains are very complicated things come

from all over so when you launch one of these things you hit people that you

don't intend for example when President Bush put the steel tariffs in in 2002 I

think the estimate is that it costs do more jobs and jobs more than actually in

the steel industry which is why they were ended early the other the other

risk here James is retaliation I mean all three of these all of the EU Canada

and Mexico all said we're gonna retaliate Japan I think it's coming

because there are also not exempted and what they're doing is they're targeting

precise areas that are going to do some political damage to the Republican Party

and their Senate candidates and potentially their house candidates Paul

Ryan's Harley Davidson in his district for example bourbon and Kentucky you've

got Republican in Washington state citrus fruit and not citrus but apples

and grapes so there's some downside political risk here - yeah and it's

especially frustrating you mentioned that great Friday jobs report I think

all the evidence is that so far the Trump plan to cut regulation and taxes

is working within the United States so now he's saying but I think more

regulation and more taxes that our borders will somehow benefit the United

States it won't as you mentioned a lot more people consume steel than produce

it so you're talking about a lot more jobs in the industries that make things

out of Steel than in the actual producer so it's a strange idea to fight with our

allies I think what do you ought to be doing is getting together with them to

say how do we fix that Chinese intellectual property theft

problem he also seems concerned about I think

there's a problem going a danger marry going forward and that is what happens

with nafta on the cusp of a deal where we've been negotiating a renegotiation

redoing of the agreement modernization for some time but this really is a thumb

in the eye of the Canadians of the Mexicans and they were already kind of

approaching a deadline in Mexico with its presidential election I don't know

if that can be salvaged it may not Paul I hate to say that but it may not be

salvageable you know the other thing that we should worry about - when it

comes to Mexico is that Mexico's next leader may not be very pro-american so

you might see additional measures that could hurt US consumers hurt the US

economy from the Mexican side but do you see over there in Europe any I mean is

this is this kind of tariff decision they had been asking for exemptions as

hardening the response is unlikely to say we're going to retaliate and and

Trump might say look okay you hit me I'm gonna hit you back again he's already

threatened 25% tariff on German cars for example on British cars that could

escalate this and won't them the more you escalate the more economic damage

you get well look negotiating trade deals are going to trade Wars is not

like buying a condo in Manhattan or erecting an office building and these

leaders over here Paul have their own domestic political constituency so take

Britain their steel industry is in a lot of pain right now and the idea that

Prime Minister Theresa May can do nothing or will do nothing in response

to this is just fanciful they have to respond briefly bill yeah

no one behaves responsibly in a trade war because of the political thing so

you kind of assume that the other side's gonna respond back and and this is the

way a lot of innocent people get hurt and let's remember the American

consumers the kind of people dumb Trump wants to be benefited enormous ly from

the lower prices that come from trade and let's face it I mean this economy

has been doing very very well and this is a real risk to that progress

president Trump causing a stir this week with another controversial pardon and he

more to come is the president trying to send a message as his critics claim

president Trump issuing another controversial pardon this week this time

for conservative commentator and author Dinesh D'Souza who pleaded guilty in

2014 to violating campaign finance laws in connection with illegal contributions

to a Republican Senate candidate in 2012 the president tweeting that D'Souza was

treated very unfairly by our government mr. Trump also telling reporters

Thursday that he's considering pardons or commutations for Martha Stewart and

former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich who is serving a 14-year sentence in

federal prison on public corruption charges we're back with Danone Inger and

bill McGurn so dan just as a constitutional legal matter there's

really no limit on the pardon power is there no there really isn't it's one of

the great powers that a president has there is a process there's a part an

attorney a Justice Department there are several thousand people who feel they

were wrongly accused or convicted trying to go through that process

Donald Trump has jumped over all of that to can pardon these individuals and I

don't think we should be too doubtful about this Paul Donald Trump feelsies he

is in a war with the Justice Department and Robert Muller and he is going to use

pardons like this to send them a message every one of these individuals Dinesh

D'Souza and the two proposed for Martha Stewart and Rod Blagojevich arcum are

connected to prosecutors who have been who have had donald trump in their

crosshairs one way or another Preet Bharara in New York Comey prosecuted

Martha Stewart and a Patrick Fitzgerald a friend of commis prosecuted rod

Blagojevich okay bill the is that a proper use of the pardon power you can

use it legally that's one thing right but is it I mean you usually would think

we want to use the pardon power if the President to enhance justice right not

an undo in justices not to undermine the rule of law yeah I'd say a few things

one is it is one of the least fettered powers and that's a reason there was a

debate by the founders of what they should do and they they rejected ideas

of having Congress have a check on it they gave it to a president for a reason

I don't think it's about guilt or innocent

strictly as a legal matter the people I think a lot of it is the idea that a

president would have a discretion to redress something that might be legally

right someone might be legally guilty of all things but in some ways it's it's

out of whack it's a check for that so I think you know I think the president can

do it the one check that there is on the pardon is public opinion sure it's the

politics and that's what it was meant to be which is why presidents usually wait

until the end of their term to give out the controversial pardons right well I

really think that the Scooter Libby pardon Dan was was a terrific act I

think it was deserved we've been urging it for a long time I think it undid a

mistake that President Bush had made but then you get to Joe Arpaio he had

essentially refused to honor a court order that was a different thing what

about these individual cases you list them I think the I agree with you that

he is sending a message but are these justifiable cases do you think just as a

man the standard of you know this increased respect for the rule of law

well look Paul this is a complicated subject Dinesh D'Souza was convicted for

campaign finance violations Martha Stewart for securities transactions

insider trading rod Blagojevich for political corruption now in every one of

those cases we have editorialized that there are there are not clear lines on

some of these issues you want to respect the rule of law right but as attorney

Harvey silverglade has written there are thousands of ways you can now break a

federal law without being aware of it you can get into trouble very easily and

the pardon power is one way one sort of thumb on the scale to try to correct a

balanced against prosecutorial abuse and you know you'd have to go into the

details here but I think there's a legitimate issue raised of just how the

public the people including celebrities find some sort of compensation against

what prosecutors can do to them briefly bill you wrote about the Martha Stewart

case right do you think that the partners just I think it is justified

and I think as dan said it's a it's a redress

and I think for example I thought the scooter libby pardon was just fine but

it's a message to prosecutors and it's and sometimes it's not about the crime

but about the punishment that is disproportionate right okay thank you

very much gentleman when we come back primary voters get set to head to the

polls Tuesday in California a state that could make or break Democratic hopes of

taking back the house why the primary system there could leave them out in the

cold in some key races come November

as primary voters get set to head to the polls in California Tuesday Democrats in

the Golden State are feeling the heat all eyes are on three battleground

districts in Orange County a one-time conservative bastion that backed Hillary

Clinton in 2016 once seen as promising pickup opportunities for Democrats as

they seek to take back the house a crowded primary field as well as the

state's unusual top two primary system could leave Democrats without a general

election candidate in these key races we're back with dan yeager kim Strasse

and Alicia Finley so Alicia 53 House seats in California how many are held by

Republicans 14 only 14 great they're endangered species out there seven of

the seats held by Republicans are expected to be competitive

this cycle those were won by Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Sunland Democrats

actually have a voter registration advantage a huge one David validates

district up in the Central Valley are most of those seats that are competitive

where are they in the Southern California in the back mainly in

Southern California in the Central Valley which is very agricultural okay

so how does the jungle so-called jungle primary where the top two vote-getters

get to go on the ballot in November regardless of party how does that figure

in here well I guess the worry for Democrats right now is that in some of

the seats like there are Isis who is retiring it's an open seat you'll get to

Republicans who will go to November so they're trying to put their thumb on

certain candidates in order so that outcome doesn't happen and this has

happened in the past and out and the problem is that so many Democrats are

running such an open seat and it's very divided in many cases they all kind of

stand for single-payer they're all very progressive and there's nothing

distinguishing them so and there are fewer Republicans running so that

Republicans could pop up and Republicans have you know some name recognition you

know you have Diane herky down in Darryl ices district who is a Board of

Equalization and member and ran against high-speed rail and that made that made

a name for himself in in in that district now if they don't take

the those any seats in California Democrats they're going to have a harder

time picking up the house aren't they well I think that's where I think

they're still counting on the Pennsylvania and the redistricting there

by the state Supreme Court but California is really their hope they

need to pick up at least probably for their Kevin McCarthy is from California

he's the majority leader in the House of Representatives he is trying an

interesting maneuver he wants to push John Cox the Republican who's running

for governor to finish second so he can get into the final race in November and

you think okay well that makes sense on the in on the other hand you disagree

with that well I think the world of peace for us to disagree I think the

worry there is that you have two Democrats Gavin Newsom Antonia veer goes

to the former LA mayor Gavin Newsom has really styled himself as very

progressive you know a wholly owned subsidiary of the public unions if you

get John Cox in the top two in November Gavin Newsom is just sure to win you're

probably getting get a lot more left work tilt of the party so the state goes

for the last lap more spending probably higher taxes where Antonio Vieira

Grossman may actually you know there's a chance you get more pension forms and

you know proach school reforms charter schools or charter schools but McCarthy

Kim figures that if you don't have a republic on the governor's race then

government Republican voters might not turn out in those House races and you

lose more House seats yeah I'd push back on that a little bit

I'm not really sure it's possible for California to go more or less and so I

look at these candidates and and it's not clear to me it could get much worse

but I think McCarthy's got a really good point that you get a Republican on

statewide ballot for that big top governor's job and you inspire some more

turnout for Republicans because that is going to be key in many of these

districts Hillary Clinton won in some of them but very narrowly as ELISA said

there's a lot of voter registration and balance and some of them the Republicans

biggest challenge in California is to get their side out to vote that day and

Dan what do you make of this jungle primary idea do you

like this idea of of just the top two Mike Bloomberg pushed that in New York

for a while didn't go through the idea is that somehow it's gonna make our

politics move to the center it won't have the polar they won't be as

polarized I don't see a lot of evidence that California is becoming less

polarized oh well no but I'll got to tell you Paul

I love the jungle primary this year in California because what a spectacle it

is and a state as Kim said they can't move any further left typically in some

of these congressional districts you've got a couple of Republicans running and

say five Democrats why because of these tremendous anger at Donald Trump

Democrats left-wing Democrats have come out of the woodwork to run for Congress

and get to Washington to impeach him this has driven the Democratic National

Committee absolutely crazy because the Democratic voters out there can't

distinguish between the five candidates and they're worried that ultimately the

Republicans will put their two candidates at the top of that ballot all

right thank you all we have to take one more break when we come back hits and

misses of the week you

you

United States and North Korea Secretary of State Pompeo meeting in New York City

with Kim Jung Eun's Kim Jung Cheol secretary Pompeo calling the talked

successful but stressing the North Koreans must meet many more conditions

before president Trump will permit the proposed June

I mean with President Trump and hand-deliver a message from Kim Jung on

joining us tonight former army vice chief of staff Fox News senior strategic

analyst General Jack keen general good to have

you with us we

must be done to to meet possibly the June 12th summit target date yeah though

I think what's what's happening now is for the first time despite the visits by

secretary Pompeo to career and multiple discussions with his personal envoy

who's here now and also with the North Korean leader I when I think about it

now and what secretary Pompeo said after that and what the president said after

that there were very positive statements so I suspect they were talking in

generality

second challenges as difficulties there we have to find ways to kind of bridge

our differences so what that means now is is that we have put on a table what

we've always said we wanted you know complete verifiable denuclearization in

for a tional aspect of denuclearization and maybe at best a partial

denuclearization and certainly something that they want to do in phases over many

years I'm just speculating but we got some differences here now and and this

is where we should be we should be dealing with specifics before a summit

meeting the problem we have Lou is this thing is scheduled on 12 June and

normally as you know I mean we've we've watched this world for a long time

before

differences and can we resolve them the issue we have now is can we resolve

these differences to the point where there could be some agreement dealing

with denuclearization prior to June 12 that that seems less likely to me

but there are

who's that North Korea South Korea China United States we could we could bring

the families together from North Korea and South Korea they've been separated

we could agree in principle you know to have security for the peninsula but that

doesn't really get at the real issue here it's you know that actually sounds

general this sounds like sort of an Obama esque summit if you will I mean

think how long it took for the Obama White House and President Obama to give

away a hundred and fifty billion dollars and to assure a nuclear gift at the end

of a ten year waiting period I mean it's extraordinary to watch what is happening

here in the condensed amount of time as you say under this president he gave up

the leverage almost first negotiated meeting because you know he wanted to

have on the table or ons malign behavior and they said we're not coming unless

you take it off the table and what we should have said we'll see you next year

but we president has real leverage here because Kim jong-un truly wants to

summit I'm sure that's what's in the letter first and foremost there's

probably some other things in it but in there is his desire to have the summit

he needs this summit considerably more than the United States and the president

has so we have leverage and I think we should push that leverage even if it

means delay in the summit to get the kind of concessions we need to get yeah

is there any doubt in your mind that that's exactly what President Trump is

doing because you know you've said that that Kim jong-un needs this he's got a

smoldering hole in a mountain that was a nuclear test site that has the Chinese

scared to death it may not have the North Koreans scared to death because

they lived with their mortality every day in that dictatorship but that's a

very big deal to the Chinese what is their view what do they expect to gain

here and how will the interest of the United States South Korea our allies in

the region including Japan of course the Philippines and China line up yeah

well here's what I think happened you know back on May 8th

when the secret meeting took place between North Korean leader and Chinese

president after that meeting remember what took hop what happened the tone

changed Kim Jong Un's stopped talking about denuclearization said maybe we

won't we won't denuclearize that is China getting involved in a process

resenting the fact that North Korea and the United States we're going to sit

down and work out a deal and China inserted themselves in that likely

slowing this process down what we know for a fact Lu that China has eased up on

some of the sanctions with North Korea why are they doing that to send the

message to North Korea that you're still beholding to us and if we can rheostat

these sanctions any way we want to want it to go and I think the Chinese are

sort of up to mischief here secondly the Russians are obviously in there now

making certain the kim jinhong knows we're on your border we're a player here

etc but the key player that Kim Jong Un's got to deal with is President Trump

that is an absolute fact in South Korea and Japan

I believe South Korea is a bit in the orbit of China to be frank about it

there left-of-center regime I think he covered over some of these differences

between North Korea and and the United States he's the guy that said President

Trump will get the Nobel priests wise president moon said that I think he was

trying to get inside the president's head a little bit Japan is really very

close to the president and they talk all the Slavic yes yeah president hobby and

what he said what he's told the president because I've talked to just a

couple of weeks ago to his foreign ministry in Japan and he's telling the

president stick to your guns here hold hold the line on what you need to

accomplish and make sure it's not just denuclearization but we've got to get

rid of all of ballistic missiles because avi is obviously concerned about that

given a proximity of German to North Korea's and he wants not just

intercontinental ballistic missiles medium range and short range he wants

them all gone and the return of the people that North Korea kidnapped as

well so it's good that the president getting that that that shoulder behind

him president moon is not given him that kind of leverage he just wants a deal

I think moon is is I see it at least from behind this desk moon is is

basically an impediment not only for the United States but for South Korea as

well and he is I think perhaps a useful tool for Kim

Jong on but perhaps they're relevant to the to the outcome of these talks at

least as I said is it appears from this desk let me ask you this as we wrap up

here and that is these the Geo military issues

distance upon governing the the South the South China Sea and all of

the islands that they have now completed militarizing what are the prospects of a

greater conflict and perhaps something even worse yeah the United States is

designing a strategy to deal with this issue and of course it's been dormant

for years and we permitted China the absolutely run wild and in the western

Pacific and they've done that well low the level of conflict that we they refer

to it as the gray zone where you're not shooting in anybody but you're grinding

them down and and wearing them out in terms of navigation rights maritime

rights air zone rights etc trampling on the

and stand up to the Chinese look at law we're on a collision course with the

Chinese economically you know that we're fighting over trade deficits and tariffs

and stealing intellectual property they're there conducting economic

warfare against us in other countries their geopolitical goals are significant

domination of the region expulsion of the United States in the region and

eventually replace the United States is preeminent global power in the world

this is this is where China is going we're going to have to take the gloves

off to deal with them I think we have in place here an administration that has a

stomach to do that the stomach the guts and the strategy there is the Trump

doctrine is has been working from the day this president stepped into office

it shows

general good to have you with us as always we appreciate the if you will the

briefing thank you okay thanks talking you look

that's right to subvert the Trump presidency we take that up and more with

tom Fitton judicial watch right after these messages stay with us we're coming

right back

Kim-Trump summit set to start at 10AM KST on June 12: White House - Duration: 2:37.

The date had been set,... and now the exact time is out.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald Trump will have their first meeting

on June 12th at 9A.M. local time in Singapore.

The summit's host, Singapore, has designated the central part of the city as a special

event area for the upcoming talks.

Trump Uncovers Massive Fraud Obama Left Behind – Rains Down HELL

Senator Rand Paul (KY-R) just spoke out to expose the significant waste taking place

with government ranks as he advocates for his balanced budget plan, which the Senate

voted 76-21 to reject.

After the vote, Paul took to Twitter to highlight the various taxpayer-funded projects that

government has a part in that he feels American taxpayers should not have to pay for.

Right Wing News reported that these projects included an unfinished Afghanistan hotel that

wasted some $90 million American taxpayer dollars, a study on supernatural events in

Alaska and Pakistani student trips to Space Camp and Dollywood.

Another project Paul mentioned was done by the National Science Foundation, which is

a federal agency supporting research and education in science and engineering.

Paul mentioned a study from the NSF about cocaine and risky sex habits of the Japanese

quail.

This unnecessary study is costing American taxpayers more than $356,000.00 and the Senate

is refusing to curtail this level of waste of American resources.

Given the fact that we just got through eight years of Barack Obama being in power, it should

come as no surprise that he left this mess behind for American taxpayers to deal with.

Donald Trump has spent much of the past year cleaning up Obama's various messes as he

continues to try and make this country great again.
