Scaramucci Secretly Tried To Destroy Trump For 10 Days On Job – Here's What Else

He Was Hiding

Breaking reports from the White House Monday reveal that President Trump has fired Anthony

Scaramucci from his position as communications director, just 10 days into the job.

As the sudden move on President Trump's part is sending shockwaves through the political

atmosphere today, disturbing information is surfacing about what Scaramucci did over the

past 10 days, that making many wonder if he was a simply a liberal plant sent in to incite

chaos within the Trump Administration.

We all had high hopes that with the addition of Scaramucci to Trump's team, the White

House leakers would finally pay their price for their ongoing treasonous antics towards

our president.

From day 1 Scaramucci vowed to fire every last leaker, even if that meant firing "every

single person" in the West Wing.

But now it's appearing that Scaramucci's badass facade just a smokescreen, as the true

reason he got a job as Trump's communication director is now coming to light.

Breitbart reports that just days into his new position at the White House, Scaramucci's

outlandish antics began setting off massive red flags for Trump and administration officials.

Scaramucci's profanity-laced tirade to the left-leaning New Yorker magazine was only

part of the issue, as the debacle began days before Scaramucci's rant to Ryan Lizza began

making headlines.

Appearing on CNN's State of the Union before officially starting his job at the White House,

Scaramucci revealed a confidential conversation he held with President Trump, going on to

out the president has his "anonymous source."

The conversation was then used by CNN to perpetrate their ongoing Russian-Trump collusion hysteria.

"You know, somebody said to me yesterday — I won't tell you who — that if the

Russians actually hacked this situation and spilled out those e-mails, you would have

never seen it," he said.

When pressed further about what he knew on Trump, like an idiot, Scaramucci went on to

blab that the president was his "source," even though in the previous sentence, he said

he would not reveal his source.

"I talked to him yesterday.

He called me from Air Force One.

And he basically said to me, 'Hey, you know, this is—maybe they did it.

Maybe they didn't do it,'" Scaramucci said of Trump.

CNN is Trump's sworn enemy, and leaking private details to CNN about his conversation

with Trump should've been the giant red flag that prevented Scaramucci from landing

the job.

Trump's advisors were frantic, worried that he might "accidentally" spill the bins

on Trump's other secrets.

Right after blabbing about the Russians, Scaramucci provided fodder for the liberal media yet

again, after his hot mic incident was then leaked to the liberal website, BuzzFeed.

Breitbart reported:

"Scaramucci then got caught making some comments into a hot mic that the legacy media

promptly leaked to left-wing BuzzFeed.

That should have been a lesson to Scaramucci to not trust the legacy media, but Scaramucci

learned that the hard way three days later when he made profane comments about former

White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and White House Chief Strategist Steve K.

Bannon to the New Yorker's Ryan Lizza.

According to the leaked hot-mic audio that BuzzFeed obtained, Scaramucci said CNN was

on the "left" but also reportedly argued that he is not "some jerkoff salesman"

because he went to Harvard Law School.

'So when you're thinking I did this shit by accident, know that I did it on purpose,

you understand what I am saying?'

Scaramucci was caught on the hot mic, explaining to a CNN executive why he called on a CNN

reporter during his first press conference."

From there, things began to rapidly deteriorate, as Scaramucci's profanity-laced tirade to

the New Yorker dominated the news cycle for several days.

Breitbart reported that Scaramucci then began butting heads with Jared Kushner and Ivanka

Trump, who were reportedly "fed up with former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer,"

but that Scaramucci's ongoing antics only made things worse.

Several days later, Scaramucci gave CNN more material for their anti-Trump hysteria, going

on to say he wasn't sure if Trump was in favor of Russia's new sanctions or not,

contradicting the White House's public stance that Trump was "being tough on Russia."

Scaramucci again cast Trump in a negative light with liberal reporters, where he gave

different answers about whether Trump had been discussing pardons at the Oval Office.

If that wasn't enough to make you convinced this guy was either incompetent moron or a

liberal plant, Scaramucci then leaked intel about an active FBI investigation going on

at the White House involving leakers, alleging that FBI agents had "violated the agency's

protocols and broke the law."

Miraculously, Scaramucci still was not done inciting chaos at the White House.

He then blasted out over Twitter that he could get people within Trump's administration

in trouble with reckless tweets, making an idiot out of himself with the announcement

that he had "contacted" the FBI over leaks, going on to ignite an uproar among legal experts

and throughout Trump's Justice Department.

Stephen Vladeck, a professor at the University of Texas School of Law spoke of the gaffe,

saying:

Stephen Vladeck "If he really did reach out to DOJ and 'friends

at the FBI' to investigate a 'leak,' yes, that would seem to be a violation of

both the norms and rules governing White House contacts with the Justice Department – all

the more so given that the information at issue was in the public domain.

What are your thoughts on Scaramucci?

Just an incompetent moron, or could something more sinister be at play?

Being that he's threw Trump under the bus multiple times while talking to liberal reporters,

it really makes you wonder.

President Trump signs sweeping sanctions measures that target Russia, Iran and N. Korea - Duration: 1:44.

Let's start things off in the United States.

President Donald Trump approved the sanctions bill against 3 countries including North Korea.

It's designed to ensure Pyongyang and any entity that aids the regime's nuclear ambition...

feel the heat.

Connie Kim has our top story.

U.S. President Donald Trump ratified a bill that levies sanctions on North Korea, Russia,

and Iran, and reaffirmed that Washington will continue to pressure Pyogyang to give up its

nuclear weapons program.

The sanctions law on the regime expands the existing sanctions imposed by the U.S. to

target entities and nations that give North Korea access to key military materials, including

crude oil.

The law also bans the hiring of North Korean workers and prohibits ships owned by the North

or other countries that do not abide by UN Security Council resolutions from navigating

within U.S. territorial waters.

While it will take some time and efforts by the U.S. Treasury for the sanctions to show

results, experts are saying the new measure will be effective in sending a message not

only to the North but also to countries that are aiding the regime.

"On one hand, it's sending a message to the North Korean government that the U.S. government

will respond.

On the other hand, it's sending a stronger message about the resolve of the U.S. government

to other states that are supporting this activity by North Korea."

The months-long process of passing a sanctions bill started with the effort of the U.S. Senate

to rein in Iran but expanded to target Russia for its alleged meddling in the 2016 U.S.

presidential election and North Korea for its continued provocations.

Ben Carson Goes Nuclear! He Just Drops Major Announcement About President Trump And The RINOs Are Ho - Duration: 13:07.

Ben Carson Goes Nuclear!

He Just Drops Major Announcement About President Trump And The RINOs Are Horrified

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Dr. Ben Carson, who has been a foundation

figure in the midst of the uproar encompassing the White House, as of late gave an interview

with the Washington Examiner.

The retired neuro surgeon depicted his part in the organization and his association with

the president.

Carson gave his considerations on the President's tweets, saying he was sympathetic and supportive

of him:

"I think [the White House has] done well given the level of frustration.

I mean, can you imagine you were elected president and the only thing anyone wants to talk about

is Russia?

Can you imagine how frustrating that is?

"

"People say he's wild with his tweets and things.

I think he's pretty restrained under the circumstances.

"

This distinct difference a glaring difference to other Republican leaders who have been

disparaging of President Trump's most loved methods for speaking with the American individuals.

This incorporates any likes of Lindsey Graham:

Whenever inquired as to whether he thought President Trump's tweets were excessively

reactionary, Carson basically stated:

"I do not know if you can say he's reacting too much.

I would just say he is, perhaps, more reactionary than I might be.

"

Carson went ahead to depict his association with President Trump, who he addresses each

week:

"We're philosophically very well aligned.

He knows a lot about housing.

It's amazing how much he knows about it.

But he's also a very kind-hearted person.

You may not see that sometimes because he's reacting to things that other people are doing

and saying.

He sometimes reacts rather vigorously.

"

Truly, it's extraordinary to hear somebody in D.C. has the President's back, particularly

after a few Republicans have turned out to be so reproachful of him.

$ 780 Billion Victory!

House GOP Just Passes $ 780B Bill, President Trump Finally Has The Money He Needs To …

President Donald Trump is one bit nearer to following through on a promise he made to

the Americans.

All through his fruitful campaign, he said he'd stop the interminable flood of unlawful

migration that has pushed a once-proud nation to the brink of collapse.

He swore he'd do all that he could to secure Americans and recover this country on its

feet, and that incorporates things like a travel forbid that prevents terrorists from

entering the nation.

Maybe most dubious is the oft-debated southern border wall, which liberals love to loathe

and ridicule, while in the meantime offering no arrangement at all for the illicit movement

issue.

Indeed, their answer is to overlook it or imagine there is no issue.

Yes, ostrich disorder runs widespread among the misleading Left.

Be that as it may, now, the House of Representatives has given Trump and genuine Patriots around

the nation a colossal triumph: They've passed a $788 billion spending package, which incorporates

funding for the military and…

Yes, a border wall amongst Mexico and the United States.

Via Independent Journal Review (citing the Associated Press):

"The legislation passed on a 235-192 vote and is likely to face tough Democratic opposition

in the Senate.

In addition to the border wall financing, the spending package contained funding for

military pay raise and an increase for veterans programs.

Although the border wall reportedly received low public approval in the polls, the Republicans

gave Trump the necessary funding.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.)

Suggested Trump got, or would eventually, get as much funding as he requested for the

border wall.

'Every single dime the President asked to start building a wall on our southern border,

he's going to get,' McCarthy said.

"

Obviously, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi scrutinized the bill since it skirted a $70

billion spending limit put on the military.

Yes, Nancy, it breaks that utmost yet in the event that we don't accomplish something

NOW to shield ourselves from individuals of your kind, we will transform into parts of

Europe… which is going up on fire at the present time.

That ought to be a lesson to us with respect to movement and relocation however once more,

liberals would rather stick their hands in the sand and chant "Kumbaya" in light

of the fact that they can't deal with reality.

Obviously, they never could.

Which is the reason we're in this circumstance?

Trump Vindicated By Teddy Roosevelt's "America First" Immigration Stance… Game Changer | Top Stories - Duration: 1:51.

There's been much clamor over the recently proposed immigration policies by President

Donald Trump.

It's a bill that reportedly "will create a merit-based immigration system that protects

workers, taxpayers, and the economy" and it "rewards immigrants with education, English-language

ability, high-paying job offers, past achievements, and entrepreneurial initiative."

That said, the mainstream media and the Democrat party aren't on board with this — with

their biggest gripe being that they think it's "racist" to prioritize English-speaking

immigrants over non-English-speaking immigrants.

But former President Teddy Roosevelt said something profound about immigration in 1907

that completely vindicates Trump:

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith

becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality

with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because

of creed, or birthplace, or origin.

"But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing

but an American.

"There can be no divided allegiance here.

Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all.

We have room for but one flag, the American flag…

We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language… and we have

room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Roosevelt knew what it meant to be an American — it's time to stop being politically-correct

and time to start being patriotically-correct.

Why Trump Claiming Ownership Of Markets May Not Be As Crazy At I - Duration: 5:54.

Why Trump Claiming Ownership Of "Markets" May Not Be As Crazy At It Seems

by Tyler Durden

I want to pose something which I know currently flies in the face of what many (and of those

many, many I respect immensely) are currently cautioning the President against.

i.e., Claiming credit for the current rise and new lifetime highs in the markets.

As of this writing the Dow is within spitting distance of (once again) topping the previous

never-before-seen-in-human-history-all-time-high, setting the new benchmark at 22,000.

(By the time I publish it may be a fate accompli)

Many are calling for caution when it comes to the President taking credit implying this

seemingly great win could end up being nothing more than a boat anchor around

his reputation should the markets falter, turning a once worthy accolade into the proverbial

kiss of death signaling the scapegoating to begin in earnest.

Not only is there a lot of merit in that argument, I would also agree with it wholeheartedly

if not for just one thing.

The President himself, and his long history of how he frames both arguments for accolades,

as well as eschews (as in publicly lambaste) those who question his perceived accomplishments.

All one has to do is look at his past performances on both TV, and in public, and its there.

Again, the clues are everywhere, and hes been doing it for decades.

i.e., I believe this is nothing new.

Its only new to the current political mayhem.

Why I bring this up is in respect to one of the Presidents most recent tweets.

To wit:

I would like to bring your attention to the one thing in which he is absolutely both defining,

as well as being correct with.

And it is this: Was 18,000 only 6 months ago on Election Day.

Mainstream media seldom mentions!

At first blush this appears to be a WellDuh! type statement.

However, if you think about how one would use the above as to frame that Duh

observation into a sword-and-shield for defense against the possible torch-and-pitchfork bearing

hordes should the markets falter?

Defining the message, terms, all while taking credit in a believable construct isnt

as crazy as it first appears.

Especially if you can not only evade the horde, but possibly redirect their anger away from

you and onto another.

i.e., Welcome to Machiavelli 101.

I dont know if Im right or wrong.

And theres always the chance for over-reach, or claiming credit (even if justified) at

the wrong time.

Only time will tell as the events unfold.

As always, we shall see.

Or, as the tweets arrive.

I am still of the opinion this framing (if thats what it turns out to be) is being

put into the public arena for use as a foil against the Fed (along with congress) when

the effects of their current policy moves begin to exert themselves when the hopium

trade that has been incessant since the election (precisely what Trump is claiming credit for)

evaporates, when its self-evident every piece of legislation that propelled the hopium

trade is understood not just to be DOA, but dead and buried.

I made the case as to why the Scaramucci appointment should give the Fed.

concern for it might be covertly signaling exactly how that argument might be framed

and used, because of Mr. Scaramuccis background.

Just because he is now been replaced doesnt change how I still believe Mr. Trump might

fight the supposed accusations (e.g., get the blame) should the markets begin

tumbling.

Itll just now be with different players, but that premise remains.

Just as reminder let me repost the chart I used.

To wit:

To reiterate: The past 6 months rise in the markets has been on nothing more than

a hopium trade of what was presumed to be a slam-dunk of Obamacare repeal, meaningful

tax relief, and infrastructure spending.

And for this point needs to be pounded into that discussion: All in direct contrast,

and opposition, to the resulting effects that would normally be taking place with the Fed.

embarking on a tightening schedule, along with balance sheet reduction, into ever deteriorating

data for a supposedly data dependent body.

i.e., The case can be made the only reason why were here is The Trump Bump.

Period.

When it comes to that second line in the Presidents tweet: Is he wrong about the media seldom

mentions?

Hint: Think back to all those former record highs represented at the top edge of the

highlighted box in the above chart.

How many times over those two years did the media incessantly state (especially the mainstream

media cabal of business/financial news shows) Another Record High! Now look

at the monikerd Trump Bump progression.

Nearly every week, if not day, and the reaction?

Congress, along with the Fed. (in my opinion) are the ones who should be worrying if this

market indeed begins to falter.

Unlike the President I dont believe they have the argument to stand on that he

has.

I also believe many are unwittingly claiming credit for stopping things which have

far more potential to blow-up in their own faces than they are calculating.

And the most explosive tool at the Presidents disposal is one they believe is unassailable.

e.g., Their own words.

As always we shall see.

Or, as the tweets tell us.

Trump Advisor Demolishes CNN's Acosta To His Face, He's "Ignorant" And "Outrageous"

CNN reporter Jim Acosta has arguably been the worst of the bad lot in today's White

House press pool, and has time and time again shown contempt for President Donald Trump

and his surrogates in press briefings.

Reacting to details about President Trump's merit-based immigration policy, Acosta once

again went too far, prompting Trump advisor Stephen Miller to publicly berate him in a

memorable way.

Acosta began by claiming to Miller and the other reporters, "What you're proposing,

or what the President is proposing, does not sound like it's in keeping with American

tradition when it comes to immigration."

He added, "Can't people learn how to speak English when they get here?"

He then suggested that Trump only wants immigrants who hail from "Great Britain and Australia."

Miller then slammed him, saying, "I honestly have to say I am shocked at your statement

that you think that only people from Great Britain and Australia would know English.

It reveals your cosmopolitan bias to a shocking degree."

Acosta doubled down on his rhetoric, saying, "It just sounds like you're trying to

engineer the racial and ethnic flow of people into this country."

Rebuked Miller, "Jim, that is one of the most outrageous, insulting, ignorant and foolish

things you've ever said…"

He later added, "Insinuations like Jim made trying to ascribe nefarious motives to a compassionate

immigration measure designed to help newcomers and current arrivals alike is wrong."

Moaned Acosta in response, "You called me ignorant on national television!"

Obama's Massive Money Laundering Scheme Just Erupts, Trump Admin Uncovered New Details

It's been a half year since Donald Trump assumed control over the White House from

Barack Obama, and he's beginning to discover a progression of money laundering schemes

that were completed by the past administration.

The Black Sphere revealed that Trump initially found that $77 billion was squandered on climate

change with fake information by the Obama organization.

At that point, he found that Obama burned through $150 billion on alleged efficient

power vitality organizations, the majority of which are presently bankrupt.

Presently, Charles Krauthammer is calling for Obama to be arrested for assertions encompassing

the $400 million payment he made to Iran for terrorism.

Krauthammer said, "It is not only that they are just looking ridiculous in denying that

it was a quid pro quo.

Obviously, it was not a coincidence.

"

He added, "There is a statute that prohibits us from engaging in Iran dealing with dollars

so they had to print the money here, ship it to Switzerland, turn it into Swiss francs

and euros and ship it over to Iran.

If a private company has done this, this is called money laundering.

The CEO would be in jail right now.

Whistle Blower Spoke Up! President Trump Has No Tapes Of Comey, But Look Who Has… - Duration: 12:33.

Whistle-Blower Spoke Up!

President Trump Has No Tapes Of Comey, But Look Who Has….

Donald Trump has remained one stage in front of each fake scandal James Comey has tossed

at him.

What's more, it would appear that he may have been correct, once more.

How about we recap: Comey offered to testify about Trump out in the open, and Trump recommended

that there may be tapes of their discussions.

Everybody thought about whether Trump had recorded them.

He had not, but rather revealed to Fox News that his suggestion that there were tapes

was intended to keep Comey honest amid testimony.

Be that as it may, things being what they are, there may be genuine tapes – recently

not ones made by Trump.

In any case, absolutely ones made by the NSA.

Via Conservative Tribune:

One former National Security Agency whistleblower believes that Trump might well have more conversations

with Comey on record than his statements let on.

In a Sunday interview, William Binney said it was "very likely, in fact, most likely"

that the NSA had recorded telephone conversations between the president and James Comey.

On the off chance that the name William Binney doesn't sound familiar to you, it should.

He's the person who quit the NSA in 2001, in light of the fact that he thought the office

was abusing the US Constitution with its listening stealthily on US natives.

He's presumably the most prominent informant alive behind Edward Snowden.

He's profoundly incredulous of Obama.

What's more, he's sure that the NSA has tapes of the Trump-Comey discussions.

What's more, my figure is this: Trump likely realized that.

Binney laid out his case in a radio interview:

"It is very likely, in fact, most likely that NSA does have those tapes.

"I think you already have examples of it where you had conversations that President

Trump had with the president of Mexico and also with Australia.

All of those have been leaked.

"And the point is here, you see, I do not know of any time that the president makes

a phone call that is not encrypted."

"So that means that people who are intercepting the president must be able to decrypt it.

And the people who provide the encryption and the keys to the systems to be used are

NSA. "

Trump made the claim about tapes for one principle reason – he wanted to keep Comey honest.

In any case, he didn't need to have recorded the tapes himself.

He could without much of a stretch have made his Tape assert, knowing full and well that

another person was tuning in.

Trump might be correct, once more.

Donexander Trumpinton - A Trump Hamilton Parody - Duration: 2:59.

This song is called Donexander Trumpinton.

How did Donald John Trump, a man of New York City, get the votes of the entire Silent Majority?

A joke, polling way below Carson and Cruz, chosen to follow in Barack Obama's shoes.

The minority hater who was rude to everyone became a dictator who is loved by none, leaving

us wondering if we ought to run before America'll become a smoking gun.

Six months later and we're still alive, but almost everyone hates this man's vibe: best

friends with Putin and a Russia probe and a crazy travel ban hated by the globe.

Trump voters started saying, "This guy is insane man!"

Taking away our healthcare and thinks he's Superman.

The poor are gonna die, that's not a plan!

But he doesn't care about our lifespan.

President Donald Trump, his name is President Donald Trump.

And there are millions of non-white males, but just you wait, just you wait.

When he was seventy he got into the White House, three months later called into the

courthouse for fraud till a settlement was reached.

All these scandals but he hasn't been impeached.

Back in the 90's it was Bill Clinton's affair, but with this one America just doesn't seem

to care.

A voice saying "Donald you can do anything."

He said global warming was made by Beijing.

There would have been nowhere else to go for old DJ Trump, he woulda been bored just remaining

another racist landlord.

Started yelling, not at employees but at a crowd "I won't cut Medicaid" there he surely

vowed.

Oh, unless you're a woman, poor, Muslim, or black and if you have preexisting conditions

it's time to pack.

Your wooden casket headed for a new land; in Heaven you can be a new man.

In Heaven you can be a new man, in Heaven you can be a new man, in Heaven you can be

a new man.

Heaven!

President Donald Trump, his name is President Donald Trump.

And there are millions of non-white males, but just you wait, just you wait.

President Donald Trump, his name is President Donald Trump.

Trump Set To Retaliate To China's Unfair Trade Practices - Duration: 7:51.

Trump Set To Retaliate To China's Unfair Trade Practices

by Tyler Durden

President Trump has given China six months to prove that it is committed to preventing

a nuclear-armed North Korea, and it seems his tolerance for Chinas dithering has

finally reached its limit. Now that President Xi Jinping has established that his government

is unwilling to engage in a meaningful crackdown on its neighbor, the era of using carrots

like improving trade relations to coax China into helping solve the North Korea problem

has ended. It is now time for the stick.

According to reports in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Associated Press,

the Trump administration is planning to use an obscure 1970s law to launch a "broad-based"

investigation into whether Chinas trade-related intellectual property policies constitute

unfair trade practices.

The US inquiry could become an obstacle for one of the Communist Partys top economic

priorities: the Made in China 2025 initiative, while calls for China to become a global

leader in ten industries with the help of huge infusions of state money.

In the coming days, the US trade rep will launch a Section 301 investigation,

named after a portion of the 1974 Trade Act. Heres a breakdown of the likely timeline

for the investigation, as well as possible outcomes, courtesy of the NYT:

Under the process that the Trump administration plans to set in motion, the Office of the

United States Trade Representative will start an investigation into Chinas trade practices.

Following the investigation, which could be completed in as little as a few months, the

United States could impose steep tariffs on Chinese imports, rescind licenses for Chinese

companies to do business in the United States, or take other measures. The process is known

as a Section 301 investigation, after the relevant portions of the 1974 Trade Act.

Another option being considered by the Trump administration would involve invoking the

International Emergency Economic Powers Act, another 1970s law that gives the president

broad powers to regulate commerce after declaring a national emergency, according to WSJ.

A Section 301 investigation could pave the way for the U.S. to impose sanctions on

Chinese exporters or to further restrict the transfer of advanced technology to Chinese

firms or to U.S.-China joint ventures.

This latest and, to date, most aggressive - change of heart follows an unsuccessful

meeting on July 21 between US and Chinese trade officials where the two sides failed

to agree to anything beyond an Obama-era trade deal. Bilateral trade talks had earlier shown

some progress when the two sides agreed to an expansion of the Obama trade deal back

in May.

Its also the latest vacillation in the administrations China stance since Trump

initially decided to soften his China-bashing campaign rhetoric following a meeting with

President Xi at Mar-a-Lago back in April.

In the past, Trump has hammered China for its massive trade surplus and widespread government

intervention in its corporate sector. But by instead focusing the investigation on intellectual

property, the administration is going to bat for business groups that have long griped

about Chinas penchant for stealing trade secrets, according to WSJ.

American business frustration with Chinese trade and market-access practices has mounted

in recent years, with U.S. business groups urging the government to take a tougher trade

line with China. Many organizations have complained that the Trump administration hasnt pushed

hard enough in areas like intellectual property, as it has focused more on Chinese manufacturing

and Chinas $347 billion trade surplus with the U.S. last year.

That discontent has intensified as Chinas economy continued to expand and its computer

and software sectors became bigger competitors internationally. Western firms fear China

will use the regulations to bar foreign investments in areas that Beijing targets for investment,

including semiconductors, advanced-machine tools and artificial intelligence.

Many questions remain, but one of the biggest is the role that the WTO will play in resolving

a trade dispute between the worlds two largest economies. Trump administration officials

have in the past favored a unilateral approach that circumvents the WTO, according to WSJ.

One big question hanging over the White House review is whether the administration

pursues any complaint through the World Trade Organization, or whether it chooses to impose

penalties on its own without first seeking permission from the international body, which

some Trump advisers have argued is incapable of dealing with Chinas trade practices.

Trump aides have regularly vowed to pursue a more unilateral approach to trade but have

so far done little along those lines. Just invoking Section 301 would be an implicit

snub to the WTO, which was created to prevent unilateral actions in trade disputes, WSJ

continues.

Widely used in the 1970s and 1980s, Section 301 cases have largely disappeared since the

1995 creation of the WTO, which has its own dispute-settlement process. A main goal of

the Geneva-based institution was to curb such unilateral trade actions and to have them

handled by a more neutral international arbiter. U.S. administrations over the past two decades

have decided to steer nearly all trade complaints through the WTO and have rarely touched Section

301. Notably, the last Section 301 case was brought

by a union, and was largely ineffective, as the NYT notes.

The last Section 301 case was in 2010 and was initiated by a labor union, the United

Steel Workers, instead of by the government, as the Trump administration is preparing to

do. The case focused on Chinese business practices in the solar panel and wind turbine industries,

and the Chinese government later promised to limit some of these practices.

But Chinas solar and wind turbine industries have gone on to dominate their global industries,

after receiving multibillion-dollar loans from Chinas state-controlled banking system

despite major defaults on earlier loans. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer worked

on many Section 301 investigations during his stint as a deputy trade rep in the Reagan

administration. As the NYT notes, the US energetically invoked Section 301 to resolve trade disputes

during the 1980s (notably before the birth of the WTO).

Of course, other WTO members could be reluctant to chastise the US for confronting China over

its intellectual-property policies, which in many cases are tantamount to extortion,

as China demands companies essentially hand over their trade secrets in exchange for access

to the Chinese market. According to the AP, foreign companies have long complained

over rampant piracy and technology theft by Chinese companies. Its a testament to

the Communist Partys power that China has been allowed to steal technology from other

companies and countries with impunity.

A confrontation is overdue.

Ivanka Trump left mortified after cold room causes embarrassing wardrobe malfunction

Ivanka, 35, was participating in a listening session for military spouses in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington, DC.

She chose a pink sleeveless dress for the occasion - but unfortunately for Ivanka, the dress was not what anyone was looking at.

The First Daughter was clearly self-conscious as after noticing how much she was revealing, she discreetly placed her arms over her chest for the majority of the meeting.

Unfortunately for Ivanka she hadn't come prepared with a jacket to wear - probably because of the intense summer heat in Washington at the moment.

The dress Ivanka chose today would have been a fashion hit had it not been for the cool air causing her problems. It was high-necked and sleeveless, with pink pearls on the edges.

Fitted all the way down, the dress then came out in two cute ruffles at the bottom. Ivanka wore her hair in an elegant updo, with some slight back-combing giving her hair volume at the crown.

She complemented the dress with a deep raspberry lipstick and heavy black winged eyeliner. Ivanka completed the look with a pair of gold drop earrings and simple diamond band on her right hand.

Donald Trumps daughter has been dressing in increasingly sexy outfits recently, including a very tight white skirt that showed off every curve.

Ivanka may have not been showing much skin in the outfit, but she made sure to still set pulses racing.   She chose a statement calf-length white skirt that clung to every curve.

The First Daughter paired the simple skirt with a pair of nude strappy sandals which showed off her white painted toenails. Ivanka completed the outfit off with a baby sleeveless round-neck cotton top.

As she strode out of the house, Ivanka kept a firm hold on her nude leather handbag which complemented her shoes.
