Just to let you know, you will not loose any of your photos after you uninstall Google Photos from your device. You can use the web version of Google Photos to check all your photos and videos.

You can try this to delete search history on Android: 
  1. Go to https://myactivity.google.com/myactivity
  2. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines and select "Delete Activity by"
  3. Tap "All products"and select Search.
  4. Under "Delete by Date," tap the down arrow and select "All Time"
  5. Tap Delete button. In the warning message, tap OK to permanently delete your Google search history

If you stop the subscription and you are below the free 15GB allocation nothing will happen.
 
If you are above the free 15GB allocation you will be out of space and the following rules apply.
 
What happens if you run out of space
 
You can’t send or receive messages. Messages sent to you are returned to the sender.
 
You can’t sync or upload new files. You can’t create new files in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, and Jamboard. Until you reduce the amount of storage you use, neither you nor anyone else can edit or copy your affected files. Syncs stop between your computer's Google Drive folder and My Drive.
 
You can’t back up any photos or videos. If you want to add any more photos and videos, you can free up Google storage space or buy more Google storage.
 
When you have been inactive in Gmail, Google Drive (including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, Jamboard or Sites files) or Google Photos for 2 years, all of your content may be removed from that product. But before that happens, we will:
  • Give you notice using email and notifications within the Google products. We will contact you at least three months before content is eligible for deletion.

Thanks Peter for your reply to Amber. I had the same question. Your answer was helpful. But I have further question here. I have almost 15 GB full. But still there's few MB space that I can recieve and sent mail. Now if I buy space in google photos, surely I will utilize and upload my videos and photos. But than if I don't continue subscription, then what will happen? Will it show that my 15 GB free space are full? Or as I have few MB left now, it will remain in the same place? And the things I have already uploaded, would I be still able to go through them? Please answer.

As soon as you stop the subscription your storage will be the current usage. For example if you have built up 30GB of storage used you will be notified that you are using 30GB of 15GB and emails etc will stop immediately and you will go to What happens if you run out of space
