Trump Exposed Democrats Shameful Ways That Will Result In A Big Red Wave
no I don't I thought the way they behaved was absolutely atrocious I've
never seen anything like it from the leaks of important documents to
the statements they made to watching a Blumenthal who was a fraud stirrer when
it came to Vietnam and what he did was horrible I thought that the way they
conducted themselves the way they dealt dealt with a high-level brilliant going
to be a great justice of the Supreme Court the way they really tortured him
and his family I thought it was a disgrace I don't know I thought it was
one of the most disgraceful performances I've ever seen
so I've been hearing that that now they're thinking about impeaching a
brilliant jurist a man that did nothing wrong a man that was caught up in a hoax
that was set up by the Democrats using the Democrats lawyers and now they want
to impeach him I've heard this from many people I think it's an insult to the
American public and I think you're gonna see a lot of things happen on November 6
that would not have happened before the amendment the American public has seen
this charade has seen this dishonesty by the Democrats and when you would mention
impeach a Justice of the United States Supreme Court who was a top scholar top
student top intellect and who did nothing wrong and there was no
corroboration of any kind and went through seven FBI investigations had
nothing to do with any of this stuff I mean you had the last one take a look at
the last one the things they said about him I don't even think he ever heard of
the words it was all made up that was fabricated and it's it this straight and
I think it's going to really show you something come November 6
I don't hear you
I think a lot of Democrats are going to vote Republican because I have many
friends that are Democrats the main base of the Democrats have shifted so far
left that will end up being Venezuela this country would end up being
Venezuela I think a lot of Democrats are going to be voting Republican on
November 6
very well document very well document it's been documented for many years very
well all public documents say it
I don't know what
I don't understand the words
not at all
look I'm traveling with rod I didn't know rod before but I've gotten to know
him and I get along very well with
right he's already on the court but that doesn't mean that Brett Kavanaugh is in
the eyes of some Democrats gonna stay on the court a number of leading efforts
especially if they gain the majority in the house to begin impeachment
proceedings against him C Boyden gray is the former White House Counsel for
Ronald Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush expert in all these matters I don't
see where that would go but where do you think they would go I don't see where
would go either you you can impeach and that's like an indictment but the trial
is in the Senate it takes 2/3 two convicts it's really impossible to see
how you could get 2/3 of the vote now and especially if by the Republicans
pick up a seat or two which is entirely possible so I don't see where it goes
except more embarrassment more you know harm to the court and if the intention
is a media war against the legitimacy of the Supreme Court that is really that is
really dangerous in my view now you dealt with this over the days of
Clarence Thomas and capacity as being an advisor to him and he always had like a
target on him and I'm wondering did that ever dissipate after those controversial
hearings he was approved 52 48 in the Democratic Senate we might point out but
it was tooth Annelle the whole battle and there were promises much like in
this case to make him a marked man well I don't think it worked and remember he
got 11th Democratic votes so this was not a song right this was not a partisan
thing I think he suffered something of a cloud for a few years but he's now one
of the most respected members of the court he's known by by Democratic
scholars as well as Republican or conservative if you will as being one of
the leaders of the court he's the go-to man often when they can't remember what
they decided you know 15 years early in a particular case he's adored by his
colleagues and he's one of the most fun people to be with and he's very very fun
even though he doesn't talk when he's on the court that's right I forget about
that you know one of the things I've heard about trying to pursue impeachment
is that the judge Kavanagh perjured himself and then and I'm not a lawyer or
an expert on these things like you are but I started digging into it
well we're and how would he approach it himself and apparently it would Center
on the degree to which he might have minimize how often he got drunk in high
school and I'm thinking of myself boy are you kidding me
what do you make of it well my gosh I think god I never gonna be questioned
about my drinking at high school in college
don't go there we don't know but again a warrant man that's really what it comes
down to that that is where he was not very honest or forthcoming about
something he was doing in high school well I got the impression listening to
the hearings without the commentary that he he liked beer and he drank a lot
that's I never had he had any different view he liked to drink and that happens
to people in college it happens to people in high school and you know most
of us grow out of it but I can't say that I wouldn't be in
the same pickle season if I were in his shoes because I can't I can't make a
relative judgement about my own drinking when I was in college and I did some
things that I regret today and wouldn't do again and have done everything to
make sure that my my one daughter doesn't do hasn't done you know III see
a method to this and again I have no legal expertise that's one happy to have
you here but that didn't create doubts about his authenticity under oath and
that he might have misstated or minimize the potential that he could have blacked
out or you know just falling asleep after a heavy drinking thereby making
possible the claims of dr. Ford so I know what they're getting out here but
it does seem to stretch and maybe a dangerous precedent to use that as
precedent in future you know Supreme Court picks and that will go that far
back and asked those types of questions I think that's a very dangerous route to
take and if they do that they open up they take a risk that I wouldn't take if
I were they they open up de Blasio herself to the same kind of scrutiny and
I'm not sure she comes out so well if she's put under the spotlights away the
way they might do to to him so what what's needed by the country is some
sort of you know all right congratulation guys
you won let bygones be bygones we'll see you in court on another day and and
let's this accept this outcome and and and you know and get together because
the court is one of the prized crown jewels of our electoral system fair and
out see Boyd and great thank you very much our President Trump is
participating in a ceremonial swearing-in of Supreme Court justice
Brent Cavanaugh as Trump in this GOP celebrate the victory the nation's top
Democrats well the urging supporters to quote make
Republicans pay the price for break heaven on here now to discuss carry
seven RINO she's a former clerk for Justice Thomas are also current a
judicial crisis Network chief counsel Carrie let's talk about justice Kavanagh
uh he's he's starting to hiring some folks today he's putting his team
together and there's a lot of speculation on what kind of a justice he
will be yeah he had to have provisional clerks hired just to get ready because
he starts hearing cases on Tuesday tomorrow so it's it's it's getting a lot
up to speed so he already had his clerk kind of waiting in the wings ready to go
and this is gonna be the first time in history that any Supreme Court justice
says all four female clerks that'll be exciting to see even you know even
someone like Justice Ginsburg has not done that before so that that's really
in keeping with his pattern he feels very strongly about encouraging women
and minorities to get into clerking and it's a good leg up and in the legal
field so he's putting his money where his mouth was is a purse a carry you
spend time with Justice Thomas some some speculation some people thinking out
loud maybe the process may be as grueling and it's vitriolic as this
process was that something could have occurred within Brett Kavanaugh that
couldn't that it could actually influence his decisions from era now
there's any chance of that look he's someone who has been on the
bench for 12 years he's already hit his stride really I don't think you're gonna
see this affect him and that's great news because when you look at his 300
plus opinions so far it's a a very reasoned careful jurisprudence
he's very clear about sticking with the original understanding of the
Constitution sticking with the text of the laws trying his very hardest not to
let politics get in there and be very even-handed that's why you had people
like Obama's Solicitor General Don Verrilli stepping out and saying he'd be
great on the court Lisa Blatt a liberal feminist well the woman who's argued the
most cases before the Supreme Court she testified for him Akhil amar a yale law
professor as well so all of these are are people who really respect his
judicial approach it'll be it'll be the same going forward very even-handed but
but connected to the text of the law real quick area the 5/4 looks like the
balance of the court a lot of people are concerned the politicos ation of the
Supreme Court do you see it that way I think it's people who are trying to
make a pitch to say oh no I do I want the courts to shift back to the left
more look guys this is we have someone here who's going to follow the
constitutional law that means the law that's a liberal law he'll applied the
text that just like a conservative law but I don't think he's gonna be
susceptible to those arguments what will help the integrity of the court the most
is someone who's faithful to that oath that he took on Saturday and they just
taking again tonight at the White House I'm excited I'm gonna be heading to
there shortly to watch that if he's faithful that oath to the Constitution
that's the best recipe for deep politicizing the court thank you very
much Kerry we by the way appreciate you helping us with this throughout the
entire saga we appreciate a thing thank you
god bless you and God bless america
