Trump news on Youtube Oct 14 2018

on Gino along with former aide to Senator Schumer where do show host race

huh all right guys the president kicked off the rally tonight by saying we

celebrated another tremendous victory when he welcomed home freed American

pastor Andrew Brunson who visited the Oval Office earlier today Chris Hahn

wouldn't you say that it's a pretty spectacular event yeah look I give him

credit for getting this guy out and like the pastor I to have prayed for the

president to gain wisdom I hope the pastor has better luck than I

have and the president starts focusing on issues and stop attacking his

political opponents the way he has in the wake of a tragedy like we've seen in

Florida I would think the president would be in the Situation Room and not

at partisan rallies right now and that's disappointing to me everybody in the

state while they're conducting a rescue operation you want him in the Situation

Room what well the president was giving a

rally as the hurricane hit on Thursday and that to me is very disappointing

it's probably the most unpresidential thing that this president has done he

should have been closely monitoring the situation this president himself

criticized Obama for going back on the credit back on the campaign trail a week

after Hurricane sandy for him to be giving a campaign speech during the

actual about it god I don't understand how everybody's not pulling out you know

your response you know I just I can't get past that Chris just cannot oh this

was a big day but it's so frustrating debating this guy judge he cannot give

them he tries to give the president credit and then he goes immediately into

an attack speech here's that here's my proof by the way you can never win with

Chris and his liberal buddies Donald Trump goes over to Puerto Rico starts

handing out supplies emergency supplies they don't like the way he throws a

paper towel at people then all of a sudden he says in his Twitter feed hey a

lot of people up in Pennsylvania are there for this rally I'm gonna go down

I'm gonna visit Florida I'm gonna go visit Georgia I'm on top of the

situation I'm having an Oval Office briefing and

Chris's taking cheap shots I mean it's endless

guys you can never please them Chris yeah Dan if Barack Obama gave a campaign

rally as hurricane sandy was ravaging New York you would have went ballistic

and then the next day Barack Obama news there's too much news all right yeah

today Khashoggi there is talk that Khashoggi might have been murdered in

the Saudi consulate dan what do you think should happen given we've got a

hundred billion dollar 110 billion dollar arms deal pending with Saudi

Arabia well judge you know there's a PC answer and there's a not PC one and I

don't give PC answers listen if this happened and he was in fact cut up with

a bone saw like some a little edge yep then this is a serious crime that should

be taken seriously but there's a global picture here judge we have a weap right

now we're on a Razors Edge with Iran and to throw out a realpolitik completely

over what it would be a horrible disgusting death would be could lead to

the deaths of hundreds of thousands more we have to keep this in perspective but

but this does unquestionably have to be dealt with

that's an inhumane savage thing to do it's something that's the happiest stop

before I let you respond I want to ask you a question you took the side of

Barack Obama as it related to President Trump and in in the in the release why

is it that Obama couldn't get three people otto warmbier the pastor and he

was just convicted on Friday the pastor and Josh holds from Venezuela is it

because Obama was always apologizing for being an American what why could Obama

not do what Trump did you know what look I don't want to relive the past I think

he could to get freed I think I think I think he could have done more to get

these people freed and I'm sorry that he didn't and I'm glad that this pastor is

free and I do give President Trump the credit for that which is something

you rarely hear me say on this on this program but I do give him credit for

this pastor being home today god bless him I hope he lives a long

life as for what's going on with Saudi Arabia if they actually did what they

are being accused of right now the United States must go to the United

Nations and lead a coalition to put severe sanctions on Saudi Arabia because

this should not do that all right go ahead Dan well we got to get the whole

global community there to do it with us and I think go ahead Dan I get it points

stipulated we all understand that this happened it's it's a human horror show

that has to be dealt with but we have to remember we need the Saudis right now we

need them in our dealings with the Israelis but more importantly we need

them in our dealings with the Iranians this is a serious thing this is you know

we're not gonna solve this Chris come come on you know I senators you know how

many times are you gonna let this Saudis you know we let the Saudis get away with

9/11 we've let the south or too much baggage along American values around the

world we need to represent American values around the world

Johnnie Empire Falls as a result of it so be it

okay so Chris wants because Chris wants World War three tomorrow with with the

Iranians who are developing a nuclear program Chris are you instead you just

said this is insane I think that the Saudis have been a bad actor we've

looked the other way for far too long we should be offended by it and here they

go again we thought this guy would be a reformer he clearly is not a reformer

and we should be doing something about it

Chris and M are you not vicious action that they did maybe we used to go in

cannot start World War three over this Dan you know when I talk about

dismemberment murders and all that stuff I did that as a prosecutor it's amazing

how Americans get so outraged what it's happening somewhere else if it is

consistent with their political ideology dan bungee no Chris home thanks for

being with us tonight now Jimmy Kimmel's Stoops

TRUMP'S HISTORIC IMPACT ON THE COURTS - Duration: 4:03.

all right despite the protests that overtook Washington DC Supreme Court

justice Brett Kavanaugh despite all those protests he was confirmed and

while the left was so focused on trying to stop all that well here is what they

may have missed yeah that's right the Senate approving 15 more of president

Trump's judicial nominees in lower courts this week alone they've now

confirmed the president's nominees to the federal bench at a historic pace 84

so far yeah that's pretty incredible so what

impact is it all gonna have joining us right now Fox News contributor and

constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley Jonathan good to see you thank

you so what impact is it gonna have I mean you're talking about a real shift

here what if you would in the courts well this will likely be the most

lasting legacy of President Trump when he came to office ten percent of the

seats on the federal bench were vacant he then proceeded to set a record in

terms of how many confirmations he has received at this point in his in his

presidency you cannot underestimate the impact of all this most cases do not get

to the Supreme Court so those court of appeals seats are

usually the last court for the vast majority of states you change that level

you change the law across the country and also those trial judges are very

very important when they make findings of fact in bench cases it's very hard to

overturn that so when if you're looking at changing the legal landscape this

could not be more of a game changer mo and so you have these judges are the

ones who are developing these cases now the president has had now two

appointments at Supreme Court he may have a third or even a fourth but these

are the judges that create the conflicts between the circuits that give those

justices the opportunity to create new opinions given that it's interesting

that back in 2016 when the president made the Supreme Court in particular but

the federal bench in general sort of front and center in the campaign against

Hillary Clinton or some people who kind of gone and said how many people really

care about this in fact in retrospect that really energized the right you have

to wonder coming out of Cavanaugh and some of these stats were running through

now whether conservatives will be energized heading into the midterms as

well well those people who yawn daren't

yawning anymore not after the Cavanaugh confirmation you know the Supreme Court

has been part of national politics since beginning the Republic but more more

acute after Richard Nixon he sort of made the makeup of the Supreme Court one

of his front-loaded issues and ever since then I think voters do get it they

understand that this quirk and their transformative impact on their lives all

right so the courts been moving in this conservative direction what happened

with midterms should things not go the way the Republicans want well if the

Democrats take the house as many people expect it will make no difference at all

as long as the Republicans keep the Senate if they keep the Senate it will

probably be by a close margin you'll still have some issues involving you

know some of the nominees but they could continue at this pace and he could end

up appointing more judges than any president in history

yeah and professor real quick it's interesting because late in 2017 I

remember a lot conservatives criticizing Mitch McConnell they were upset that

Obamacare was not fully repealed and replaced and yet he kept saying look I'm

getting these judges through I think they've now woken up on the right that

McConnell has gotten a lot of this done well it's fascinating to see the change

in the relationship between McConnell and Trump there that was not a

particularly warm relationship and that's the same with many of Trump

supporters but McConnell has actually come out of this at a new high in terms

of how he's viewed he is a master at legislative process Democrats of course

despise him but I think Republicans are warming up two of them that may be why

he got that standing ovation at the Kavanagh so everything yeah exactly

professor appreciate you coming in late and breaking all that down my pleasure

all right Facebook meanwhile now revealing hackers

August US Sanctions - Hit Trump, so That Russia Is Afraid (Ruslan Ostashko) - Duration: 8:27.

Declaration of the US State Department on Crimea. An answer to the summit of Putin and Trump.

On Facebook, there is only talk about the new sanctions, and not only there, of course.

Against the background of the rise of the dollar, the deafening chorus performing the operetta "This is the end,"

tries to block the voices of those who are not inclined to rash conclusions. Basically, "you won't strangle our song, and won't kill it."

Let's discard the hysterical chants and take a look at what exactly Washington is going to undertake against Russia and how it threatens us. Let's go.

This is what is being talked about in the bill, which American lawmakers are waving, shouting that they will kick our asses.

Prepared by Senators Lindsay Graham, Robert Menendez, Corey Gardner and Ben Cardin, the text actually begins with appeals to President Donald Trump.

In particular, he is called upon to support efforts to counter the interference

"by the Russian government or other foreign players in the activities of US government agencies, as well as in the democratic processes in the country."

The second wish is "to publicly urge the Russian government to return the Crimea to the control of the Ukrainian government,

and also to urge the separatists to abandon support for violence in eastern Ukraine."

This paragraph also refers to the "occupation and support of separatists" in the territories of Georgia and Moldova.

Another demand (again to President Trump) is to urge Moscow to abandon the support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad,

who, according to the authors of the bill, continues to "commit war crimes."

Wait. Hold on... Who is this bill against?

Against Russia, or against the US President?

From the available data, it turns out that the main goal of the initiative of the American senators

is to prevent Trump from reducing tensions with Moscow at any cost.

That is, in fact, they act according to the principle, "beat your own, so that others would be afraid."

But the bill contains nothing new.

It only links all the sanctions that have already been imposed against Russia earlier in a single bundle of dill, as if codifying them.

Well, good for them. We are neither cold nor hot from this.

However, this is a sound position, following which many hysterical back-ups made in the form factor of adult men are simply not capable.

A vivid proof of this is the rise in the dollar.

Notice, nothing has changed yet, the American bill has not been passed, and the dollar rate has already crept up.

This is explained by the fact that investors are fearful. But not only that - there are other arguments.

Here is what the liberal publication Kommersant writes:

"The market situation is such that several factors work against the ruble at once.

Conversion of dividends of the largest Russian companies contributes to its weakening.

The 2017 dividend payout season itself ended in July with payments for shares of Gazprom and Surgutneftegas

(respectively for 190 billion rubles and 28 billion rubles).

In late July, analysts called the sale of foreign exchange earnings for dividend payments one of the reasons for the strengthening of the ruble exchange rate to 62 rubles for $1. Now the reverse process has begun."

It means factors. Objective ones. Oh well.

Here you have more of the "objective factors" that my colleague Vladimir Kornilov paid attention to.

"They ask me about the reasons for the sinking of the ruble.

Clearly, the panic around the 'sanctions from hell' played a role. But notice how, on the day before, for money (!),

as an advertisement, this panic was promoted on the Open Media social network of Khodorkovsky. That is, he pays for spreading panic."

The conclusion is obvious: we are dealing with a planned attack.

No harm will be sanctioned to us, unless crowds of investors believe that they will.

And they will not break down the ruble. This is what we are seeing.

However, this is not the first time, and it's time to get used to it. Remember the predictions of "a dollar for 80 [rubles]?"

And "a dollar for 200 [rubles]?" Where are their authors now, have they been hiccuping for several years now?

The authors of the latest forecasts will go to exactly the same place, because there are no objective reasons for the ruble to fall.

And the sane media, not prone to liberal hysteria for Khodorkovsky's money, write about it.

"Fear of devaluation is not worth it. As it often happens on the stock exchanges, after a couple of days of sales, investors calm down - and the rates return to their previous levels.

Moreover, there are no other negative factors on the horizon. Firstly, the price of oil is still above $70.

Secondly, we have accumulated huge international reserves. In the pot, the Central Bank has $460 billion.

And, if necessary, part of this money can be spent on the market to smooth out exchange rate fluctuations.

And thirdly, it is unlikely that the US Congress will want to go according to a tough scenario.

Most likely, sanctions, as has happened more than once, under the pressure of American business, which has a large weight in overseas politics, will soften."

Pay attention to the third point.

After all, in addition to sanctions from the Congress, the State Department announced that it would once again punish Russia for the "highly likely" Skripal poisoning.

How will they punish? Oh, this is an extravaganza.

In particular, we will talk about a ban on the export to Russia of goods that may be associated with national security.

At the same time, Russia was issued an ultimatum: if it does not provide Washington with convincing guarantees against the use of chemical and biological weapons, then new sanctions will follow.

Among them - a decrease in the level of diplomatic relations, a strict restriction of exports and imports, as well as the suspension of Aeroflot flights to the United States.

Let's break down the points. They want to reduce the level of diplomatic relations.

Alright, let him recall the ambassador. What do we lose?

All the real estate that the Russian Foreign Ministry had in the US was already stupidly and brazenly pressed.

They would be happy to break another international agreement, but there is nothing more to wring out.

Do you [Russians] need an American ambassador in Moscow? I do not.

The second point is a strict restriction of exports and imports.

Well, what products "related to national security," do we buy from them?

None, it is they who buy rocket engines and aviation titanium from us.

And those American manufacturers who buy vital components for themselves have the most powerful lobby in Congress.

Therefore these elderly clowns similar to McCain are unlikely to allow the State Department to turn around.

The third point: the suspension of Aeroflot flights to the USA.

Wait a minute, I already heard that somewhere. Yes, that's it, it was in April.

"Aeroflot may refuse direct flights to the States. The reason is that Washington deliberately delays the issuance of visas to pilots and crew members.

The carrier has already asked for help from diplomats and the Ministry of Transport."

That is - America showed off, our company itself wanted to cancel the flights, but the Washington fraer passed back.

How did it then affect the ruble exchange rate? It didn't. So why should this lead to devaluation now?

That is, you see: when we begin to delve into the topic, dig a little further than hysterical headlines,

all these supposedly new cool sanctions no longer look like a "double blow" in the style of the ancient action movie with Van Damme,

but looks like a pathetic attempt to use the decrepit hegemony to pressure Russia at least some leverage.

Let them pressure us. They, because of the limited mental abilities, do not think beyond the two-way combinations.

That is, they don't understand that by activating these levers,

in the long term they are depriving themselves of the opportunity to use them, as was the case with a bunch of other levers.

If I, you and millions of our fellow citizens do not want to buy dollars in a panic tomorrow, then the ruble exchange rate will not fail.

It is on the arrangement of a panic that all these loud headers and strained crowing are calculated.

Keep calm, and soon we will see the next series of lamentations of "Putin betrayed us,"

when the ruble rises again, and sanctions, suddenly, will have the type of effect on our country,

just the opposite of Washington's political elders' expectations.

Everyone Was Focused on Kanye Meeting, But Missed Trump Passed 3 Laws That EVERY Proud 'American' - Duration: 3:00.

Did you hear about Kanye West's meeting?

YES, OF COURSE YOU DID!

That's not what is hot right now though, despite what mainstream media might be trying

to swing at you.

President Trump has signed off on a few things that would make the left jump for joy.

That is, if President Trump was Obama, because apparently in their eyes Trump can only do

evil, even when he's doing good.

You take a seat Kanye.

Trump put his name on three pieces of legislation that should certainly be positive common ground

for all of us.

ALL OF US.

However, for some reason, it's not getting the coverage it deserves, so that's what

we're here to do for you.

Our President has signed his name to the "Save Our Seas Act".

This is the initiative to clean up our oceans, with eight million tons of debris as the target

goal!

"As president I will continue to do everything I can to stop other nations from making our

oceans into their landfills.

That's why I'm pleased – very pleased, I must say – to put my signature on this

important legislation," Trump said as he signed the Save Our Seas Act into law at the

Oval Office."

That's not the only good news, stay tuned, there is more.

Next up, we have President Trump signing off on a bill that is created to protect customers

from overpaying for prescription drugs.

Now insurance companies will no longer have the option of keeping pharmacists from disclosing

to customers when paying cash would be cheaper than using insurance for their prescription

purchases and re-fills.

"The measures keeps health plans or middlemen that manage pharmacy benefits from getting

in between pharmacists and their customers.

Pharmacists had been contractually prohibited from telling consumers when they would actually

save money by not using their insurance plans.

While Trump has said that prescription drug prices are too high, a recent Associated Press

analysis of brand-name prescription drug prices suggests repeated strong criticism from the

president hasn't had much impact."

There were two bills signed on this, both created to work together in correcting the

"gag rule" controversy surrounding the topic of prescription drug pricing.

The first bill covers private health care insurance while the other is for Medicare.

Each geared towards helping us as healthcare patients to know which route would be the

most affordable when having to purchase our prescriptions.

Do you think these measures should have gotten more coverage?

Which one are you most excited about?

We want to know your thoughts, join the discussion in the comments!

Donald Trump vows 'severe punishment' if Saudi Arabia murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi - Duration: 8:38.

Donald Trump has vowed "severe punishment" for Saudi Arabia if it is proven that the kingdom was responsible for murdering Jamal Khashoggi, the missing journalist

The US president said he was "very upset and angry" about the case and indicated that he was not fully convinced by the Saudis' repeated claims of innocence

"Could it be them? Yes," he said. "In the not too distant future I think we'll know an answer," Trump told CBS News in an a "60 Minutes" interview that will air on Sunday

"We're going to get to the bottom of it and there will be severe punishment."  Mr Khashoggi, who would have turned 60 on Saturday, has not been seen since he went into the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2

Turkish officials claim to have tapes of Saudi operatives torturing and murdering Mr Khashoggi, possibly recorded by the journalist's own Apple Watch

Saudi Arabia has vehemently denied involvement in the journalists' disappearance

While Mr Trump said he would punish Saudi Arabia, he said he would not cancel arms sales to the kingdom in response, as a bipartisan group of US senators have demanded

"I don't want to hurt jobs," he said.   Mr Trump, who has previously referred to journalists as "enemies of the people", said it was "really terrible and disgusting" that a journalist had been targeted

Sources close to the royal court said the inner circle of Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi crown prince, was shocked at the speed and intensity at which global anger over Mr Khashoggi's disappearance turned towards Saudi Arabia

After eleven days of issuing blanket denials of responsibility but offering little evidence of its innocence, the Saudi government is now trying to chart a more proactive course to deal with the fallout while also trying to shield Crown Prince Mohammed's own reputation

The crown prince has summoned home the Saudi ambassador in Washington, his younger brother Prince Khalid bin Salman, a former fighter pilot, for consultations on how to appease both the White House and Congress

He also dispatched a team of Saudi officials to Ankara to meet with the Turkish government as part of a newly-formed "joint working group" to look into what happened to Mr Khashoggi

The Saudi government is pointing to the joint group as evidence it is taking the situation seriously and hopes that the appearance of an investigative process will buy some time in the short term

In a statement on Saturday, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, the Saudi interior minister, "praised the cooperation with the brothers in Turkey through the Joint Investigation Commission and other official channels"

His statement, which also denounced the "lies and baseless allegations" against the kingdom, was the first public comment by a Saudi minister since the crisis began on October 2

A theory discussed in pro-Saudi circles is that Riyadh will try to get the Turks to agree to a joint statement explaining Mr Khashoggi's death in a way that causes minimal damage to Crown Prince Mohammed

One possibility is to say Mr Khashoggi died of a heart attack inside the consulate and his body was hidden by panicked diplomatic staff

It is not clear that Turkey could agree to a sanitised version of events, given that Turkish officials have leaked lurid claims to the press of Saudi spies and soldiers allegedly murdering Mr Khashoggi

But Turkey has not made any official allegations nor presented any public evidence, leaving some diplomatic room for a compromise

Ties between Turkey and Saudi Arabia have been strained in recent years but neither regional power wants a complete breakdown in relations and a joint statement could offer a way out

If Turkey refuses to go along and presents proof that Mr Khashoggi was murdered, the Saudi government may try to blame the killing on rogue elements of the security services and say Crown Prince Mohammed did not know of their plans

Turkish officials told Middle East Eye they suspected Saudi Arabia may take this course

"It is not a feasible option, but at present, it looks like it's the only option and one that might head off the Senate's pursuit of the Global Magnitsky Act," Dr Neil Quilliam, senior research fellow at Chatham House

US senators of both parties have banded together to trigger an investigation under the Global Magnitsky Act, a US law named after a Russian accountant murdered by the Kremlin

The law forces the White House to investigate suspected kidnappings and killings by foreign governments and to consider sanctions

The senators have said the probe should look at whether the "highest ranking officials in the government of Saudi Arabia" were involved in Mr Khashoggi's death

Blaming the security services comes with its own risks. Turkey may demand Saudi Arabia hand over the alleged killers for prosecution, potentially causing a backlash for Crown Prince Mohammed at home

The prince would also be loath to say publicly that he was not fully in charge of the Saudi military

"He would face the question: does this guy have control over his own security forces? That in some ways is a worse question for MBS to face," said Richard Lebaron, non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council

For now, the government looks set to hunker down and try to get through the Riyadh summit, scheduled for October 23

They will have been heartened to see that Christine Lagarde, the head of the IMF, said she still planned to attend the summit even though she was "horrified" by reports of Mr Khashoggi's death

Kanye West Hugs His 'Dad' Donald Trump On 'SNL': 'We've Both Been Recorded Saying The N-Word' - Dail - Duration: 2:15.

Alec Baldwin returned to 'SNL' to play Donald Trump, who in the cold open, realized that Kanye West was the 'black' version of him

Watch the whole cold open right here!    SNL took aim at Kanye West's wild pro-Trump rant at the Oval Office, and they did not skip a beat

Kanye, portrayed by Chris Redd, talked about how he had "big brain and the best words" and talked about how the murder rate in Chicago (Chi-raq) would actually be decreased into the negative, so that people would actually start digging up bodies

After Alec Baldwin's Donald Trump had an internal monologue where he realized that Kanye was the black version of himself, he praised Kanye, saying, "We are both geniuses, we're both married to beautiful women and we've both definitely been recorded saying the N-word

" After that, Kanye showed Donald a pic of his invisible "plane" and eventually hugged his "dad"

Watch the sketch for yourself below!    And when it comes to cold opens, the variety sketch show has been knocking it out of the park recently

It was just last week where they parodied the Republicans' gleeful reaction to Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation in the Senate to the highest court of the land

Taking place in the GOP's "locker room," the sketch had Susan Collins (portrayed by Cecily Strong) making Kavanaugh's confirmation all about herself

And before that, Matt Damon flawlessly played the now-Supreme Court justice at his hearing before the Senate judiciary committee

In that sketch, Kavanaugh was a screaming, water bottle-guzzling hot mess. In one of the biggest laughs of the night, Damon admitted that he was "a keg is half full kind of guy

" You can watch the whole cold open yourself — it's worth the view!  We'll keep you posted with all of the latest SNL sketches

Cavuto: PRESIDENT TRUMP RIPS INTO FEDERAL RESERVE OVER RISING RATES - Duration: 6:35.

so got Jessica tarlof and our bulls and bears stars here Bulls it bears by the

way we'll be back on Fox Business Network next week

can't wait for that bye p.m. Eastern Time these guys that are among the

principal stars garbage Smith John ley field um John and we do you begin with

you on this notion that the president has its the fact they they're overdoing

it it's preposterous I think any president who has a rising rate

environment is mad at the Fed I think the president is wrong in this case I'm

not a fan of the Fed either I think the Fed missed the last crisis they'd only

miss it I think to help exacerbate it by keeping rates too low too long

but at this point we've got to raise interest rates we're getting back toward

a normal rate if we have a systemic shock in the global infrastructure right

now it's what Thomas holding the former president of the Kansas City Fed used to

worry about if we have such low interest rates we don't have a shock absorber we

need to normalize rates right now when we have a booming economy what do you

think well I'm glad I'm sitting here because I'm about to say something that

John won't like here's why what does it know here's the thing though I do agree

with Trump in one perspective and that is this the number one job of the Fed is

not to manage the economy it's not to make us prosperous or or rain in growth

it's to combat inflation we just saw from the report the most recent report

we don't have inflation yeah so why are they raising rates if they're raising

rates in a non inflationary environment they're doing exactly what Trump does

not like they're choking off growth right now I don't think we need a Fed I

think John and I are probably in agreement on that the market manages by

itself banks can raise or lower rates we don't need a Fed I think they're trying

to be all smarty pants there in DC I think they got it wrong they've missed

not only the housing crisis they missed 2008 they'd missed the tech bubble why

we're putting our faith in a organization has been wrong more often

than right I boggles me well if you could just work with us because we are

leading with it just

they just come up again and again that may be the Federal Reserve is looking to

get back to normal whatever that is and because you know rates even with the

uptick that we've seen we're still about half where they should be I'm told so to

double them where they are now I mean just to get back to historical norms I'm

gonna go down well it seems to me that the Fed and Jay Powell is blindsided by

trying to normalize rates get back to that neutral that neutral rate

environment so let's say we have a December rate hike and three next year

and they just move in this lockstep which could be dangerous for the economy

dangerous for companies and their forward guidance which boosts usually if

they up at their stock prices that could be dangerous if they're just committed

to not keeping everything on the table looking at the data but just getting

back to that normalization and that would be my one critique of the Fed

right now I do think there is a firewall the president is critical of the Fed but

he has not spoken to Jay Powell which shows there is independence well I just

think I'm gonna point a finger at the president and Jessica my issue with him

as I remember it distinctly him criticizing the Federal Reserve keeping

rates unnaturally low and creating a casino atmosphere he was correct about

that during the campaign and bemoaning at with President Obama and now he's

doing a 180 he's president doesn't like it goes into that category of there's a

tweet for everything it's my favorite thing about what Trump does that a few

years ago he said the exact opposite of it when President Obama was in office

you're completely right there but he also did something different which was

to take responsibility for the stock market when it was high and we've talked

about that on the show that that was really out of the norm most presidents

have tried to stay out of the fray there because they know stocks go up and

stocks go down and they don't manage the Fed themselves and you really shouldn't

be taking that on yourself so logically he that has to be number times refer to

how far stocks had risen not the way that President Trump is doing more

exaggerated way but I don't I'm not surprised certainly that he's been

talking about it and that he's frustrated about it it's very in line

with how Trump deals buddy wine with a lot of present they don't like it when

the rates go up because you know obviously the your point John it could

rain on their parade it could slow the recovery he's what he's perfectly

justified in saying that I think a lot of people instead of the

White House they're trying to clarify he just doesn't like the pace of increases

he sees increase he just sees them overdoing it is the Fed risking

overdoing it I don't think so I think the economy is doing that well look

whoever's gonna be President but to Gary's point there's no inflation

conspiracy right no look at oil prices oil prices are $71 and they're probably

going to 90 from here I don't think when your talk about commodity in place you

talk about the auto makers that are right now reporting their reporting

commodity inflation is hurting them significantly way before the tariffs

happen I think that is not behind the curve you argue that there is no curve

there period well you know look if you're gonna say we see inflation we're

gonna start to raise rates are they then saying okay there's no inflation but we

think there will be inflation I on what basis well you could also learn real

quickly use the argument of an uptick and rate steady as she goes is going to

keep this recovery going longer than it otherwise would right steady as she goes

keeps her yeah but what point is too high is the three to five percent that's

where we're headed by by the end of 2019 should be a point you hit the exact

point my wife and I got our first mortgage when that primary it was a

trade war which is inflation and wage pressures in a tight labor market so so

that could be the way this jobs got both worlds there it sounds like it I'm also

really excited for bulls and bears to be back kind of political person here I

don't think that what's going on right now has an effect on the midterms from I

still think he gets the good economy that who is really his one benefit to

presidential year yes I don't know I was just thinking if I was on the other side

I wouldn't be worried in his position I think you should still be out there at

rallies talking about the strong economy absolutely if you want to call the Fed

Loco your base really likes that and then we'll move on and we'll see what

happens towards the end of the year knowing economy I would agree

I would not bringing weapons thank you guys very very much as ingress

Pastor Andrew Brunson Stuns Everyone By Falling To His Knees And Praying Over Trump(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 12:48.

Pastor Andrew Brunson Stuns Everyone By Falling To His Knees And Praying Over Trump

we are so honored to have you and anything finally we'd like to say and

then you're gonna go and relax and go home

celebrate and have a great life right I won't ask you whether or not you're

going back to Turkey we were there for 25 years and we loved the Turkish people

grant eNOS wait pray for their blessing that's right here it's very nice and I

know you do love the Turkish people they're great people I know that they're

great people as family thank you well I need it probably more than anybody so I

would that would be very nice thank you very much okay so you can I'll just

by God I asked that you pour out your Holy Spirit on President Trump that you

give him supernatural wisdom to accomplish all the plans you have for

this country is your son I ask that you get them Winston and have to leave this

country and to righteousness I ask that you give them perseverance and endurance

and courage to stand the truth I said to protect them from stand upon your

enemies from those who undermine I ask that you make them a great blessing to

this country fill them with your wisdom and strength and forcibly and we bless

him can he be a great blessing Jesus

I just want to pray that the Spirit of the Lord would rest on the president the

spirit of wisdom and understanding the spirit of counsel and might the spirit

of knowledge and fear of the Lord it's a little unfair I knew I would never do

that to myself that could be Duke tough listen

congratulations thank you great place and fantastic children they were still

with you and honor thank you and again to President everyone thank you very

much to the people of Turkey thank you very much I think this well a big step

in our relationship we have had a very harsh relationship

over the past number of months because of what was happening and I'm not gonna

blame fault I'm not gonna say anything I'm just saying this is a tremendous

step toward having the kind of relationship with Turkey which can be a

great relationship that I know we're going to have so thank you very much and

president thank you very much and by the way other people that are in prisons in

other countries other than Turkey we have other people that have been there

for many years we've done very well we actually have at least 18 and the 18

were people that they said would never ever be freed and by the way pastor

Brunson was one of them we were talking before how many years

was it you could say that number you told me it's a very scary number 35

years 35 years so you know we have many people throughout the world in other

countries and we are working very hard this group we're working very hard to

take care of that situation consider what happened we have to see what

happened it's really best to let's determine what happened first there's

plenty of things we can do that are very tough let's see what happened first

nobody seen it yet so we do want to see it I guess it's a combination of seeing

and hearing it and maybe a lot can be yes we're going to be sitting adverse

soon

about this I will be and I'll begin I will be also calling King Salman of

Saudi Arabia because I think it's appropriate for me to ask him what is

going on

for a time we don't know what's ahead of us but I would like to say something

someone asked before but other American prisoners in Turkey and I know that from

dealing with the consulate there and they've been very involved with us

excellent counselors staff there and Martin felt fear that they weren't only

engaging for me that they are engaging for everyone there so is

I know this just from talking with the consulate staff when they would come to

visit me in prison that they were involved very much in advocating for the

other person who's there and I have to say with respect to Turkey or Saudi

Arabia when you look at what's going on here in Iran and other places it's

really bad it is really bad there are a lot of bad things going on in that part

of the world and frankly in other parts of the world also administration's he

said you talked about the 19 people that you've seen Americans held applaud that

you've seen released what did you do differently than previous they are

tending not to take them out of our administration and that's good I like

that and I think I could tell you why but I won't but they tend not to take

them out of our administration and you know what it's going to stay that way I

thought she was fantastic I thought the first lady was fantastic last night I

hope I do as well on 60 minutes

we use something sending Treasury secretary Nugent to the conference in

Riyadh later this month what do you think about that I think we need to

continue to evaluate the facts and we'll make that decision as I talked to a

second evolution about the last night we'll be taking a look at the we were

very tough on Turkey and we'll take a look there was absolutely no deal

frankly the only deal if you can call it a deal is a psychological one we feel

much different about Turkey today than we did yesterday and I think we have a

chance of really becoming much closer to Turkey maybe things even having a very

very good relationship we know the people and as the pastor said these are

incredible people the people of Turkey are incredible people and I think we

have a chance now to really have a great relationship with Turkey I hope that

happens okay maybe you and Tommy work so hard Richard burr well we welcome the

pastor back to North Carolina he's been missed but his work in Turkey

like everywhere else the work read the words of Jesus Christ is that just

crucial and it's foundation about this country the United States

that's why we love it so much

it's right pastor Brunson you mentioned the state team I just want to echo the

the the folks on the ground in Turkey the two times that I was there

we're amazing to work with and they deserve a lot of credit they do you know

how many times they met with you and the prison how much time they spent with

Noreen and we're very proud of them they've done an extraordinary job what a

special guy what a special man of Christ when he comes to the Oval Office and so

instead of saying thank you just for your prayers he says let me pray for you

mr. president what a special state and what a special statement about what

you've done person as a delegation North Carolina worked on this release for a

very long time but things changed when this administration came in and the

direct involvement a second of the Secretary of State and the direct

involvement of You mr. president the vice president it's made all the

difference we're so grateful to see the happy family all back together once

again

but I think the other thing is you had dozens and dozens of advocates you had

one champion in the President of the United States but he was the answer to

me thank you for keeping the faith thank you for the entire team and praise God

for a wonderful celebration today thank you very much appreciate so much to

charge a the to both of it there was a transition time but both of them were

just so wonderful and we just want to get out and you know James has fought

for you I'd like you maybe to say something like we had fun your husband

have read he had with the bravery that he should because you know I know

exactly what was going on you saw it better than anybody it was hard for him

and really the Lord pulled him through yeah yeah I think it was a great

testimony in Turkey we would like people to know who we really are there that we

really are there to bless the country that's our desire thank you

I just want to say thank you for all of your involvement I I don't think that we

would be sitting here right now I don't think that I'd be seeing my parents

right now if it were not for your involvement in your strong stance so

thank you wanted to say like thank you for everything that you've done I know

you and the vice president have worked really hard and all these people and it

was really hard like my dad being gone so um thank you for bringing him back it

was we are so happy so thrilled James Thank You mr. president

y'all have both faced incredible risks personally your tenacity to be able to

stay there by his side throughout this a great personal risk to yourself through

this process has been inspiring for many of us to be able to watch as well we're

incredibly grateful for y'all to be able to be home we look forward to having a

celebration like day like this for other Americans from Turkey that need to come

home as well to be able to finish that out getting all those individuals

resolved as well and back home but today we're just incredibly grateful after two

very long years free to be able to be home and I look forward to hearing their

stories about driving through drive-thrus and getting a hamburger

about going to just hang out and going to your own church just being able to

relax and to be able to be with family and we're all looking forward to those

days of y'all not having to be on the front page of a paper and just being

back to being Americans again and be able to do this - welcome home thank you

god bless you and God bless america
