Trump news on Youtube Oct 11 2018

It's bad enough for investors when every single stock on the dial turns red

and all three Wall Street indices see their biggest one-day losses in months,

but it's even worse when the US president attacks the country's central bank.

"I think the FED is making a mistake- you're so tight. I think the FED has gone crazy."

Last month the US Federal Reserve raised the benchmark interest rate

for the third time this year and signaled it would tighten monetary policy further.

A series of economic data in recent days raised

expectations for another rate hike in December,

pushing borrowing costs up.

The volatility index or the fear gauge has nearly doubled in the past week.

It's now at the highest level in six months.

Inflation fears are not the only cause.

The market rout comes just after the IMF warned the ongoing trade tensions

would harm global economic growth.

"I think the writing is on the wall: the feds are going to keep interest rates moving higher

and I think this is what's causing the bulk of the ruckus,

but you know those simmering tensions between the US and China

certainly adding quite a lot of flavor to the mix."

Donald Trump also called the stock market rout

a long awaited correction.

US stocks have been at all-time highs since the summer.

While they aren't yet in correction territory,

meaning a decline of at least 10 percent from a recent peak,

shares could still have further to fall.

Trump: We're 'probably getting closer' to finding out what happened to Khashoggi - Duration: 2:37.

president Donald Trump said Thursday he is probably getting closer to finding

out what happens to vanish journalist Schumacher's oggi whose alleged

disappearance in Turkey last week at a Saudi Arabian consulate has stirred

renewed tensions over the u.s Saudi relationship

Kisuke a Saudi journalist who had been living in exile in the United States and

writing for The Washington Post did not appear to leave the Saudi consulate in

Istanbul after entering it to finalize divorce paperwork so he could marry his

fiancee Kazuki has been a vocal critic of the Saudi royal family and his

whereabouts as well as whether he is still alive have been the subject of

much speculation in the days since his disappearance Trump and other

administration officials including vice president Mike Pence and Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo have been public in their demands that the Saudi government

offer answers regarding Kazuki's disappearance and be transparent in the

investigatory process but the White House has come under criticism from some

who have argued its response to Kazuki's disappearance has not been strong enough

I have to find out what happened Trump told the Fox News Morning Show Fox &

Friends on Thursday when asked about possible repercussions for Saudi Arabia

we're probably getting closer than you might think but I have to find out what

happened we don't like it I don't like it no good Trump added Saudi Arabia has

roundly denied any allegations that kisaki died inside its consulate

although the Saudi government has yet to produce video backing up its claim that

the journalist left the consulate through a back door and has yet to make

good on its promise to allow Turkish authorities to search the building

during his interview Trump said relations with Saudi Arabia were

excellent boasting that the Middle Eastern Kingdom benefits from u.s

protection Trump also brokered a nearly 110 billion dollars defense agreement

with King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-saud in May 2017 Saudi Arabia is a very rich

country and for years and years there would be no Saudi Arabian if there was

to United States because we protected them Trump said Trump appeared reluctant

to halt arms sales to Saudi Arabia if its officials are found to be

responsible for Kazuki's disappearance a washington d-c based analyst told

POLITICO on wednesday that if the saudis don't come up with a credible answer to

this they're done in this town

Why Trump is blatantly making the midterms a referendum on him - Duration: 3:42.

as with everything else in the Trump era the midterm elections are about Donald

Trump it was inevitable it was inescapable and the president has

decided to own it like hurricane Michael hitting Florida with category for

intensity Trump is the gale force wind who will propel his party to either

victory or defeat as you probably know the president's party almost always

loses seats in the first off-year election that's why the occupants of the

White House usually tries to avoid nationalizing the midterms by trying to

avoid a national referendum even as they hit the trail these presidents gave

their congressional candidates the space to run local races that are tailored to

their states and districts they even got room to disagree with the party's leader

and that insulated the leaders to some degree from a disastrous outcome so when

George W Bush said in 2006 that his party had been given a thumping and when

Barack Obama said in 2010 that his party had gotten a shellacking they could at

least argue that it was not all their fault Trump will have no such luxury if

the Republicans hang on to the house he can claim most of the credit and if the

Democrats take the house Trump will get virtually all the blame but you know

what he'd get the credit or blame anyway even if he went on vacation for a month

even if Mulaney it took his phone away local issues matter but this is going to

be an up or down vote on trump and trumpism period that's because Trump

dominates the public life of this country like no other modern

commander-in-chief he dominates politics the media Twitter entertainment and the

cultural debate he is the driving force in the most hyperpolarized climate in a

generation so if Trump is destined to be the hero

or the goats in November he figured he might as well own it Politico says that

Trump is making them in terms of referendum on the one thing he appears

most comfortable talking about himself the president is asking supporters to

suspend their disbelief and imagine that his head is on the chopping block I

really could do without that metaphor Trump told a Mississippi rally that I'm

not on the but in a certain way I'm on the ballot

so please go out and vote the story adds that Trump often personalizes events and

tends to approach issues through the lens of his own experiences you think

and if the Democrats are going to run against the President as an

authoritarian racially insensitive divider he is the one with the megaphone

to demonize them as well in a USA Today op-ed filled with factually challenged

statements about the Dems health care plan Trump made this argument the truth

is that the centrist Democratic Party is dead the new Democrats are radical

socialists who want to model America's economy after Venezuela if Democrats win

control of Congress this November we will come dangerously closer to

socialism in America radical socialists may not be coming to get you

but the president is right that Democratic centrists have all but

vanished so have Republican centrists it's all based politics now as each

party has abandoned the mushy Center this was the reason that Trump didn't

make a unity appeal after getting Brett given or on the high court and instead

dismissed the allegations against him as a fabrication spawned by a Democratic

hoax Steve Bannon has been saying for months

that 2018 is Trump's first reelection campaign a do-over of sorts for the

Democrats that's why the president is acting as if it is

Reporter Asks Kid Rock If Trump Should Fire Jeff Sessions, Gets Hilarious Unexpected Answer - Duration: 2:14.

President Trump invited Kid Rock to have lunch and discuss making America great again, but

before they sat down to a freshly cooked White House meal, the entertainer was already giving

us the good laughs that the political realm needs to lighten things up a bit.

Kid Rock was caught on camera about to enter the White House and he's just walking alone,

minding his own business, dressed in an outfit for rock stars (mostly dark clothes, quirky

hat), and a reporter asked if Trump should fire Jeff Sessions.

Kid Rock did not disappoint.

He said "fire you!"

"WOKE KID ROCK

Mr. Rock walks into the White House.

Reporter yells: "Kid Rock, should Trump fire Jeff Sessions?"

Kid Rock looks at reporter and says, "Fire you!"

Crying."

BOOM!

Instant comedy.

If you thought Kid Rock would stop and have an elaborate discussion with a reporter, then

that was where you went wrong.

Kid Rock had to be laughing to himself after saying that.

We're not sure who the reporter is, but they were probably laughing as well.

Hopefully, they recorded it on their device and have this as a hilarious memento.

If anyone took offense to this, just remember that it's Kid Rock and the guy likes to

have fun.

Comments like this are all in good fun and jest.

Kid Rock snapped a witty one-liner joke and people are either going to love it or hate

it.

People who hate it are probably miserable with everything in life.

Others will complain that Trump is meeting with rock stars instead of getting work done,

but they will casually forget that just about every president has spent some time with celebrities.

Just remember, the president gets to have fun too.

If he wants to chat with celebrities, then it's OK and everything will be alright.

FBI Director Confirms That Trump Limited FBI's Kavanaugh Investigation - Duration: 3:34.

During testimony in the Senate on Wednesday of this week FBI Director Christopher Wray

confirmed to the Senate under the penalty of perjury that the White House did in fact

hinder the investigation into Brett Kavanaugh.

Christopher Wray, director of the FBI confirmed that Donald Trump did in fact hamstring this

investigation and did not allow them to do certain things, to talk to certain people

and to basically carry out an uninfluenced, unbiased investigation to see if Brett Kavanaugh

was in fact the monster that multiple women have claimed him to be.

The reason this matters, obviously, one we know that this investigation was a complete

farce.

Two, the White House had come out a few days after the investigation was announced, after

all the news broke that they were not allowing them to do certain things.

They said, "No, no, no.

We're not interfering at all.

We have not told them anything.

We're not doing any of that."

So now we know that the White House was absolutely lying about those claims.

Number three, we know that Brett Kavanaugh is not fit to be serving on any court in this

country, let alone the US Supreme Court.

This investigation was basically over before it even started.

They didn't talk to the victims, they didn't talk to the witnesses, they didn't talk to

anyone that could have given them any information that could have proven that Kavanaugh was

lying about his past.

Because they didn't want to.

The White House didn't want to do that.

They couldn't take such a major loss ahead of the midterms because that would have inevitably

caused the blue wave to become a blue tsunami in likely both the House and the Senate.

So they bury the investigation, they tie their hands, they do not let them do what they have

to do.

We end up with Brett Kavanaugh in the US Supreme Court.

But don't worry because Christopher Wray says, "No, no, no, no.

I mean, we were still able to carry out a pretty decent investigation.

You know, this is kind of common because judicial investigations are a little bit different

than a real FBI investigation."

That's a lie.

That's an absolute lie.

Silver lining though, folks.

Because now that we know, because Wray told us in the Senate, it's on record now.

Now that we know that this investigation was a farce, that they were not allowed to do

everything they were supposed to do that leaves the door open for an investigation later on

down the road.

Now it may have to happen once Donald Trump gets out of office, it may be able to happen

if the Democrats can take back the House and the Senate.

But the bottom line is that eventually it is going to happen.

So Brett Kavanaugh can smile and smirk and shake hands with his newfound buddies on the

Supreme Court all he wants.

The fact of the matter is with all of the evidence mounting up against him, with all

of the evidence that these investigations were completely fake it's unlikely that that

man is going to be sitting on the US Supreme Court for the rest of his life.

Two, three years tops is my best guess.

Based on some of the other investigations going on there is a good possibility this

man may not even be on the Supreme Court by the end of this year.

Melania Trump Says She's The Most Bullied Person In The World - Duration: 3:53.

During an ABC News interview that aired Thursday morning where Melania Trump, First Lady of

the United States, was speaking with CNN ... or, excuse me, ABC correspondent Tom Llamas, Melania

actually said that she is the most bullied person in the world.

Nobody on this planet has been bullied more than poor Melania Trump.

Here's her exact quote.

She says, "I could say that I'm the most bullied person on the world."

She did say, "on the world," to which Llamas replied, "You think you're the most bullied

person?"

Melania replies, "One of them, if you really see what people are saying about me."

Here's the thing, Melania.

I understand people do make fun of you, they've made fun of your outfits.

But at the same time, you've sent very clear messages with your outfits like, "I don't

really care," when you were going to visit those children that your husband has been

locking in cages.

You literally wore a jacket that said, "I don't really care.

Do U?"

Yeah.

That's going to send a message and that's going to piss people off.

That's not bullying.

That's calling it what it is.

Secondly, maybe you're referring to bullying that you're getting at home because we all

know that your husband is a major bully.

He bullies everybody.

He insults their appearance, he insults their intelligence, even though he, himself, is

both a hideous monster and one of the dumbest people to ever walk into the White House,

but he thinks it okay for him to insult other people for the same thing.

Maybe he's the one bullying you back home.

If you need help, there are places that you can call, there are people that you can call,

to get the help that you need if that is what is actually happening here.

I don't think you were trying to send us any kind of coded message that maybe your home

life is a little bit abusive, both mentally and whatever, but nonetheless, you need to

knock it off.

You're doing the same thing that your husband does, which is trying to play the victim when,

in reality, you're the one out there trying to make other people feel small and feel like

crap.

Michelle Obama was attacked relentlessly by Conservatives during her eight years in the

White House to a level that you will never, ever see.

She was attacked by them for wearing a sleeveless dress.

They constantly, and still do today, you can find it on social media, on all these right

wing websites, where they refer to Michelle Obama as formerly a man, comparing her to

a monkey.

They got pissed off because she wanted Americans, God forbid, to eat a little healthier.

They attacked her for months over that.

So, yeah, I think Michelle Obama had it a little bit worse than you do, Melania.

Not to mention the fact, again, and I want to hammer this because this is what's happening,

this is a woman who has been privileged most of her life because of her good looks.

Then she was privileged because she happened to marry a disgusting billionaire.

She is a birther as well.

She pushed the conspiracy theory that Barack Obama was not born in the United States.

She has zero room to say that she is the most bullied person on the world when she, herself,

has engaged in plenty of bullying, she has stood by her husband as he does it, and now

both of them, Melania and Donald, want to act like they're the real victims here.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

What we've learned about Melania since she came into the White House is that she is just

as disgusting, just as despicable, and just as corrupt as her husband is.

Trump Bullies The Media To Force Them To Praise Him - Duration: 3:07.

Next question is from @question0786 who asks, "Why is Republican media and politicians too

afraid to criticize 45 when they weren't afraid to criticize and slander 43 and 44, who were

also Republicans?

Why are they so afraid of a man-child who hasn't really done anything and probably won't

do anything to them?"

Here's the problem, though.

I mean, well, and let's be honest.

44, Barack Obama, he was a Democrat.

Acted like a Republican at times, acted like a Progressive at times, but overall he was

a Democrat.

The media didn't do a good job of criticizing George W. Bush, either.

I mean, let's not forget that you had MSNBC at the time and CNN and FOX News all supporting

his policy of interventionist war in the Middle East.

I mean, MSNBC fired Phil Donahue for speaking out against the Iraq War.

Yeah, they were pretty much lock-step with George W. Bush until MSNBC decided to become

the liberal channel, and that's what they kind of are today.

Who knows, I don't watch them so I assume they are based on what I see.

CNN, FOX News, massive cheerleaders for the war.

I think overall, the reason that a lot of media outlets aren't criticizing Donald Trump,

especially the conservative ones, is because they understand that if he gets mad at them

and says, "Hey, don't watch them anymore," his idiot followers are going to stop tuning

into FOX News or step reading Breitbart or Daily Caller, or whatever the new daily conservative

website of the month is.

They will, they do.

The guys does have influence among these sheep that follow him.

That's why they're kind of trying to toe the Trump line and say, "Yeah, he's a good guy.

We need to lock kids in cages, that's a good thing."

They are afraid of him.

He is a bully, and that's how bullies have their power.

Not because they have actual power, which Trump does not have over these media outlets,

but because they perceive him to have power.

Just like any bully.

You confront them, you can get them to back down.

These papers, these outlets, all of that, they are too terrified to ever stand up to

this man, and I don't ever see that changing, even if he ends up getting indicted, impeached,

removed from office, whatever.

They'll never say a bad word about him because they will always be afraid of him.

That's all the time we have for the questions today, but again, if you hae a question for

us, please send it using the #askrof, or you can send it to our Twitter account @ringoffireradio.

I'm Farron Cousins.

You're watching Ring of Fire and we'll be right back.
