With U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo back in Washington after completing his fourth

visit to Pyeongyang,... the date and location for the second North Korea-U.S. summit looks

set to be revealed in the near future.

President Trump was dishing out a few hints on Tuesday at the White House and onboard

Air Force One.

Lee Ji-won has more.

U.S. President Donald Trump says the highly-anticipated second North Korea-U.S. summit will happen

after the midterm elections on November 6th.

Reuters reported on the development on Tuesday, as President Trump spoke to reporters onboard

Air Force One while flying to Iowa for a political rally.

With the crunch elections just a matter of weeks away,...

President Trump told them that he can't just leave now.

Earlier at the White House, President Trump also discussed possible sites for the summit.

But among the possible locations, Singapore probably isn't going to be one of them.

"Well, it is happening and we're setting that up right now.

That was part of the reason Mike was going over to meet.

They're setting up the meeting and we'll be announcing that.

Probably a different location--, Singapore was fantastic but we'll probably do a different

location."

When asked whether his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida could be a possible location, the

U.S. leader said it might be.

"He'd probably like that.

I would like that too.

I think it would be good but we'll see.

We're talking about three or four different locations.

Timing won't be too far away."

President Trump also touted his "very good relationship" with Chairman Kim and cited

the recent lack of nuclear and missile tests as a sign of progress in the denuclearization

process.

He added he believes North Korea will be "incredibly economically successful" if it denuclearizes.

This comes as U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told reporters at the White House on

Tuesday that he made "real progress" on his four-nation tour of Northeast Asia that took

him through Japan, North Korea, South Korea and China.

Pompeo said that, while there's still much work to be done,... Washington can now see

a path where they will achieve the ultimate goal of the full and verified denuclearization

of North Korea.

Melania Trump Says #MeToo Victims Must Bring "Hard Evidence" If They Come Forward - Duration: 3:33.

First Lady Melania Trump was interviewed and discussed the hashtag me to movement

in light of the situation that happened with Christine blase T Ford's

accusations against Brett Kavanaugh prior to him joining the Supreme Court

Trump assured people that she stands with and for women however she made it

very clear that women who come forward must bring evidence of the crime that

they accuse people of she made a wonderful point because America runs on

the notion that people are innocent until proven guilty and women who

falsely accuse men of sexual misconduct ruin their lives even though the male

was actually innocent there have been plenty of times where women falsely

accused a male of sexual misconduct and it turned out that the accuser had lied

trump encourages women to bring evidence and proof of their crime so that the

male suspect can properly be punished in a court of law or released of the

charges if the accusations are deemed to be false we live in a very scary time

when anyone can accuse someone of something and a mass of people mostly

Democrats will believe the story as long as it panders to their leftist agenda

the outcome is that someone's life is tarnished such as Brett Kavanaugh when

it's highly likely that the accuser was telling a lie and the accused was not

involved at all here's a short news clip of Melania Trump talking about the me2

movement and the need for women to bring hard evidence when they come forward

Melania Trump says women accusing men of misconduct need hard evidence adds that

the media sometimes goes too far in their reporting I do stand with women

but we need to show the evidence USA Today stated the sit-down with ABC News

Tom llamas which happened while she toured Africa was teased Wednesday on

Good Morning America when asked what she found to be the most surprising thing

about her position as first lady Trump said she was disappointed to find

associations that declined to collaborate with her it's sad to see

that organizations and foundations I want to partner with choose not to

because of the administration she said and I feel they

are choosing the politics over helping others Trump refused to provide examples

and said the group's know who they are I don't want to put them out in front of

the world but they know who they are the interview will be aired in full on

Friday expect blowback from liberal women and the hashtag me too movement as

they will likely counter Melania Trump statement with something illogical

however Melania Trump is right when someone accuses another person of a

crime then they should have the proof to back it up that goes for all crimes and

all people not just women and sexual misconduct allegations towards men if

you think women do not falsely accuse men of crimes then please take a moment

to watch the video below this is a millionaire's ex-fiance beating herself

so she can accuse him of a crime she didn't know that there was a

surveillance video recording and she was caught red-handed hitting herself

repeatedly the millionaire Scott Mitchell accused her of stealing and had

Hours After Haley Resignation, Trump Floats Surprise Suggestion for Her Replacement - Duration: 3:46.

President Donald Trump made a surprising suggestion for the new U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

The current ambassador, Nikki Haley, announced her resignation on Tuesday and plans to leave the position at the end of the year.

In her resignation letter, Haley cited her long career in public office as part of her reason for leaving.

"Between the UN Ambassadorship and serving in the South Carolina Governorship and General Assembly,

I have been in public office for fourteen straight years," Haley wrote.

"As a businessman, I expect you will appreciate my sense that returning from government to the private sector is not a step down but a step up." Trump praised Haley's work in the U.N.

and the progress his administration has made on a number of "problems," including North Korea.

2018 That leaves the question of who the replacement will be.

Talking to reporters about potential successors to Haley, Trump suggested that his daughter and adviser,

"I've heard a lot of names. Ivanka Trump, would be a good candidate.

How good would Ivanka be?" Trump said, as reported by CNN. I've heard Ivanka.

However, Trump quickly expressed doubt that his suggestion would work out.

"I think Ivanka would be incredible, but it doesn't mean I'd pick her," Trump said.

It's possible that Trump's elder daughter could have been a decent ambassador to the U.N.

She does have some experience with foreign affairs.

One example is the time she sat with international leaders at the G-20 Summit last summer.

She also acts as an adviser to her father in the White House.

job, foreign policy wasn't a big part of her background. When Haley took the U.N.

Previously, Haley was the governor of South Carolina and a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives.

"It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley.

That replacement will not be me," she wrote on Twitter.

Trump's midterm pitch: Vote for me - Duration: 8:47.

president Donald Trump who as a candidate warned that he alone could fix

the nation's ills is making them in terms a referendum on the one thing he

appears most comfortable talking about himself while Trump is not personally

facing re-election until 2020 he is asking supporters to suspend their

disbelief and imagine that his head is on the chopping block the president is

telling thousands of devotees at his rallies that a vote for Republicans is

really a vote for me and make America great again I'm not on the ballot

Trump conceded to the crowd in Southaven miss but in a certain way I'm on the

ballot so please go out and vote president seldom leaned in so far ahead

of their first midterm election fearing that an embarrassing rebuke could weaken

their public esteem and presage disaster for their reelection bids but Trump

often personalizes events and tends to approaches use through the lens of his

own experiences he's also shown little concern for shifting responsibility when

the situation deteriorates Trump is expected to continue the me centric

strategy at rallies in Erie Park on Wednesday Lebanon Ohio on Friday and

Richmond ki on Saturday giving voice to what White House officials and

Republicans close to the president believe is their best hope to counteract

a Democratic wave based on polling but one opponents and some in the GOP

contender die alienating middle of road and marginal district voters more than a

half dozen administration officials and presidential allies said that after

months of experimentation they've honed in on the crux of Trump's midterm

message contrasting the strong economy low unemployment and elimination of

regulations under his watch with doomsday warnings about life under

democratic rule they want to erase the games and plunge our country into a

nightmare of gridlock poverty chaos and frankly crime as the president put it

Thursday in Rochester Minnesota you don't hand matches to an arsonist and

you don't give power to an angry left-wing mob and that's what the

Democrats have become Trump added Tuesday in

Council Bluffs Iowa they would turn our country so fast into Venezuela and

Venezuela is not doing too well folks central to the president's midterm peak

the aides and allies offered is his bid to corral voters who came out for him

two years ago but who don't feel that same urgency to back a candidate for

Congress but traditionally unpopular lot that Trump has been critical of during

his tenure in red states he won in 2016 the president is trying to persuade

supporters to break with their Democratic senators and line up behind

Republican candidates Trump likes to argue Republicans barely hold majorities

in the House and Senate portraying their edge as so threadbare that if someone

catches a cold they lose their advantage but each rally

and fundraise there is also a down payment for Trump's own campaign in 2020

every visit he makes helps him in the future an outside advisor told POLITICO

there's the heavyweight champ and then there's the undercard they're coming to

see the heavyweight champ putting himself at the center of the election

comes naturally to drum who's outside at persona and history of taking on his

party's establishment don't easily lend themselves to the role of standard

bearer aides still view him as more effective at attacking his own political

enemies than he is at challenging the opponents of his allies to that end the

president's team is playing up his warnings that a democratic congressional

takeover would open the floodgates for higher taxes spiraling crime and

unchecked border and the start of congressional investigations and

impeachment proceedings against him if it does happen it's your fault because

you didn't go out to vote okay Trump recently told a crowd about the specter

of impeachment that's the only way it could happen I'll be the only president

in history they'll say what a job he's done by the way we are impeaching him he

is also generically yoking Democrats to their leaders in Congress while

vilifying the likes of low IQ rep Maxine Waters Democrat California whom he

relishes attacking to drive home his message in Minnesota

he asked supporters to imagine the power waters would have if Democrats take

charge she's going to take over financial services in Congress he

cautioned as the audience booed can you believe it

Maxine Waters that's one of the most powerful committees in Congress not

everyone is sold on the approach some Republican pollsters including those who

report seeing a bump in GOP enthusiasm over the Supreme Court confirmation

fight of Justice Brett Kavanaugh are unsure it will last and how much Trump

is going to help others point to numbers showing the party slipping further with

newly motivated key constituencies college-educated women and younger women

who tend to vote Democratic but don't typically turnout for midterms the goal

of a trump rally is to incite anger to distort reality to spread conspiracies

and more than anything to feed Trump's own ego democratic national committee

spokesman Daniel vessel said but no Trump rally will distract Americans from

Trump's numerous broken promises and his failure to improve the lives of working

Americans in private conversations the president is said to be realistic about

the gops narrowing chances of holding the house publicly his past boasting

about an improbable red wave has gone unmentioned since early September to the

elation of aides who cite polls showing that the happy talk was discouraging

Republicans from recognizing the urgency of November we need him to say we could

lose the outside advisor said you need to get out and vote

Trump's aides have set him on a course to appear at more midterm rallies than

his two immediate predecessors presidents Barack Obama and George W

Bush officials in charge of Trump's schedule are relying on polling to

dispatch him to areas where he moves the needle in a positive direction and

keeping him out of districts where he's seen as a possible liability still they

note he has an impact there regardless through his fundraising the president

has also been doing national and local interviews while on the road but it's

his rallies that have the effect of energizing trum who reads the room early

and matches his exuberance to the crowds Republicans in turn describe a surge in

local media that a trump event brings them including front page newspaper

stories and wall to all TV and radio hits clips of Trump speaking about the

candidates and their opponents are now being featured in dozens of TV ads it's

like a secret weapon Minnesota Republican Party chairwoman Jennifer

Carnahan said of the rallies adding that she fields interview requests before and

well after the president leaves town the Trump visit is a heck of a lot more

powerful than any media Buy you'll see or any direct mail you'll buy Carnahan

added in recent stops the president has road-tested attacks on his potential

2020 Democratic opponents celebrated the confirmation of given or and touted the

administration's negotiations with Mexico and Canada that sparked an UNIF

to pact he also is playing up the GOP tax cuts along with support for the

military law enforcement the border wall and the administration's aggressive

confrontation against unauthorized immigrants Trump aids meantime are

pleased with how much he is sticking to the script building in time upfront for

Republican candidates to speak at his rallies as was the case in 2016 a big

part of the appeal is still his spontaneity they said he's been using

the addresses to air deep-rooted grievances with the news media and to

launch into extended diatribes about how he deserves more credit for America's

successes what some people find to be his greatest negative many people view

as his biggest positive that's the key to understanding his appeal another ally

of the president said in assessing his midterm draw he recognizes that he is

his administration's best messenger and best salesman

Democrat Candidate El-Sayed Attacks Trump-Backed Vet John James, Made To Regret It - Duration: 6:14.

ShareTweet+1 Democratic candidate Abdul El-Sayed proudly boasted he would be the first Muslim Governor of Michigan.

He lost the primary even though Bernie Sanders, Muslim activist Linda Sansour, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez endorsed him.

Now, he's bitter and attacking Iraqi Veteran and West Point graduate John James, who is backed by President Donald Trump in the Michigan senatorial race.

James just made El-Sayed totally regret attacking him. You'll love this.

John James (left), Abdul El-Sayed (right) (Photo Credit: John James/Twitter, Abdul El-Sayed/Twitter) John James is an up and coming rock star in the Michigan Republican Party,

and it sure seems like the failed gubernatorial candidate for Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed, is feeling a bit jealous.

In fact, out of nowhere, El-Sayed attacked John James on social media.

Twitchy reports, "We've been following James' campaign for the last several months as he definitely seems like someone who not only embraces conservative principles but who is also willing to FIGHT for them." They add,

"Gotta tell ya', we thought he was a badass before, but now we like him even more after reading his response to this disgusting tweet from Democrat,

You might remember Abdul, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was trying to help him win his primary for governor. Abdul El-Sayed. He lost.

Seems he's still bitter." Well, like we said, out of nowhere El-Sayed tweeted, "Thrilled @DonaldJTrumpJr coming to stump for @JohnJamesMI.

Nothing describes @MIGOP better than a man who has done nothing of value but mooch off his daddy–who mooched off *his* daddy.

Oh, & @KidRock, a Confederate flag wrapped has been. No action, just words.

G'luck John!" Thrilled @DonaldJTrumpJr coming to stump for @JohnJamesMI.

Nothing describes @MIGOP better than a man who has done nothing of value but mooch off his daddy–who mooched off *his* daddy.

Oh, & @KidRock, a confederate flag wrapped has been. No action, just words.

G'luck John! https://t.co/TKtgreVb6P — Abdul El-Sayed (@AbdulElSayed) October 9, 2018 Wow, this guy has some issues.

John James was not and is not running against El-Sayed for anything.

Then, for El-Sayed to attack Kid Rock as "wrapping himself in the Confederate flag," well, we take that as racist.

We are so sick and tired of this ridiculous Confederate flag bashing, and we all know El-Sayed was trying to imply Kid Rock is a white supremacist.

He went on the offensive, using El-Sayed's disturbing tweet to his advantage and making him totally regret starting this fight. John James really had enough.

James tweeted, "I'm a West Point grad & Iraq vet w/ 2 masters.

His dad: sharecropper. His dad: mason. My dad: Vietnam vet & entrepreneur.

Mooching? My family never asked for free stuff, just a fair shot. His dad: slave.

We can't allow the American Dream to be crushed by you, @Stabenow & Socialism." I'm a West Point grad & Iraq vet w/ 2 masters My dad: Vietnam vet & entrepreneur His dad: mason His dad: sharecropper His dad: slave.

Mooching? My family never asked for free stuff, just a fair shot.

We can't allow the American Dream to be crushed by you, @Stabenow & Socialism https://t.co/u2vl4orM1P — John James (@JohnJamesMI) October 9, 2018 "This is the part where we say BOOOOOM.

Now, we get it, Abdul was going after Trump Jr., but James used this as a perfect opportunity to shut him down and remind us all what the American dream means to people when they WORK FOR IT,

Mad World News This GOP candidate, John James, is really impressive. " Twitchy reported.

"John James is a husband, father, combat veteran and businessman.

He is a pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, pro-business conservative who has demonstrated energetic leadership,

clarity of vision and a passion for service from the battlefield to the boardroom," his website says.

"John's lived the American Dream and wants to protect that Dream for future generations." James' website adds,

After graduating from West Point in 2004, he became a Ranger-qualified aviation officer. "At 17, John made the decision to serve his country.

John went on to serve with distinction in Operation Iraqi Freedom where he earned a Combat Action Badge (CAB) and two Air Medals,

among other awards, while logging 753.8 flight hours in theater leading two Apache platoons." The Democrats,

like Abdul El-Sayed, are angry, and they are now randomly attacking GOP candidates for fun.

But, John James is exactly the kind of senator we need in Washington, DC.

The hatred and viciousness on the left is ramping up, and that's why we must stay strong and counterpunch every disgusting attack.

Thank God, we have awesome candidates like John James, who embody our American values and are ready and willing to humbly serve our nation.

Who drew it? Trump asks of dire climate report, appearing to mistrust 91 scientific experts - Duration: 8:56.

By Isaac Stanley-Becker Isaac Stanley-Becker Reporter based in the U.K. Email Bio Follow October 10 at 3:35 AM Who drew it? The president wanted to know

Ninety-one leading scientists from 40 countries who together examined more than 6,000 scientific studies

Specialists such as Katharine Mach, who studies new approaches to climate assessment at Stanford University; Tor Arve Benjaminsen, a human geographer at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences; and Raman Sukumar, an ecologist at the Indian Institute of Science

They are among the members of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a group of scientists convened by the United Nations to make recommendations to world leaders

Their report, issued Monday, warns of environmental catastrophe as early as 2040 and advises that the worst can be staved off only if civilization is transformed more profoundly than at any point in recorded history

[The world has just over a decade to get climate change under control, U.N. scientists say] President Trump, in comments to reporters Tuesday on the South Lawn, seemed unaware of the IPCC, as the body is known, and expressed doubts about its determinations

The remarks put him at odds with most world leaders, as well as with scientific fact — a familiar position for the brash former businessman who has long ridiculed climate concerns

"It was given to me. It was given to me, and I want to look at who drew, you know, which group drew it," the president said, as Hurricane Michael edged closer to the Florida's northern Gulf Coast, threatening devastating flooding, which scientists say is exacerbated by rising sea levels

Trump said some reports were good, while others were not as good. "Because I can give you reports that are fabulous, and I can give you reports that aren't so good," he added

The 700-page report includes drawings of sorts — graphs and other visual renderings

But it is mostly detailed analysis, dense with citations, of the effects of surpassing 1

5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) of warming over preindustrial levels. A 33-page summary for policymakers includes four main points, A through D, each with an elaborate set of sub points, arranged in digestible paragraphs

It anticipates skepticism. For each finding, the authors report a level of confidence, from very low to very high, "grounded in an evaluation of underlying evidence and agreement

" For instance, the scientists have "high confidence" that human activities are contributing to significant warming and "very high confidence" that partnerships with nonstate actors, such as the banking system and scientific institutions, would help limit warming to livable levels

Trump assured reporters: "But I will be looking at it, absolutely." Yet he famously doesn't read much, so the chances that he will look at it, let alone read it, are in question

He has scorned climate science and promised to yank the United States from the Paris climate agreement, which gave rise to the report issued this week

Meanwhile, he has pledged to speed up the burning of coal, which the report warns would block pathways to keeping warming below 1

5 degrees Celsius. And just Monday, the Trump administration announced that the Environmental Protection Agency would be changing a rule to allow year-round sales of E15, or fuel that is 15 percent ethanol by volume

"I want more industry. I want more energy. I want more," Trump told reporters Tuesday before leaving for a rally in Iowa

He said he was dissatisfied with the current price of crude oil per barrel, $74. "I want low prices, so I'm okay with it," he added

"You know, it's an amazing substance. You look at the Indy cars. They run 100 percent on ethanol

" Sen. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) hailed the plan to lift the ban on summer sales of high-ethanol blends, calling the long-expected White House announcement "a very good victory for agriculture

" As chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Grassley has just finished leading the Republicans in a successful battle to confirm Brett M

Kavanaugh, Trump's nominee, to the Supreme Court. Trump called the notion that year-round sales have a negative effect — the EPA previously cited smog concerns — a "misnomer," which is actually a misnomer, meaning an inaccurate use of a term

Conspiracy theories about the climate fill Trump's Twitter page. He has called global warming a "canard," speculated about global cooling and, on Election Day in 2012, claimed that "global warming was created by and for the Chinese to make U

S. manufacturing noncompetitive." He frequently cites weather reports about rain and snow to argue, contrary to scientific consensus, that the planet can't be warming

"By the way, it's supposed to be 70 degrees today. It's freezing. Speaking of global warming, where is — we need some global warming!" he shouted in April 2016 during a rally in Rochester, N

Y. The EPA's acting administrator, Andrew Wheeler, told The Washington Post recently that the United States would remain engaged in U

N. work on climate change, despite Trump's stated plan to withdraw from the Paris accord

But he declined to specify a level at which the country would seek to keep warming

Meanwhile, the administration has made its own climate predictions. A 500-page impact statement drawn up over the summer by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration assumed that the planet would warm a calamitous seven degrees Fahrenheit by the end of the century

The statement, meant to rationalize Trump's decision to freeze certain fuel-efficiency standards, argued that temperatures would rise that amount over the average between 1986 and 2005 whether or not the Obama-era guidelines in question were stalled

From preindustrial levels, the analysis assumed a rise of about four degrees Celsius, or seven degrees Fahrenheit, vastly more than the U

N. panel says is sustainable. This sort of increase, scientists say, would have disastrous consequences

It could put parts of Manhattan and Miami underwater, while causing heat waves that suffocate whole swaths of the world

Trump Just Dropped Anvil On Alleged Ford Leaker And Called Them Out BY NAME

mr. president thanks for getting back to us then hi okay so let's get right okay

it's okay and you're on air right now mr. president so I appreciate mr.

president even you know aside from the the some of the protesters in Washington

there is an excitement we have a Supreme Court justice it's one of the highlights

of your your administration so far you have to be very very excited about what

you accomplished and you accomplished it well I am very excited and you know the

protestors with a very small group a tiny group of people I just left

tens of thousands of people in Kansas and you know it's amazing what's going

in the country and we have a great new Supreme Court justice Jeanine as you

know very well I do and mr. president you know a lot of people other

presidents might have pulled the plug and we were talking about this while we

were trying to reconnect with you there were a lot of other conservative

justices that you could have said okay you know let's try somebody else but it

would have been the first time a president did that but you stuck with

Kavanagh during his darkest moments why well for one thing it would have been

very unfair to him if you think about it he's a highly respected man what the

Democrats did was disgraceful these things happened that just came out of

the wind there was no corroboration there was no

anything Janine this is a high-quality brilliant man there'll be a phenomenal

Supreme Court justice and it was my honor to stick and I know that a lot of

people don't be that they said well we'll switch you'll never get anybody

like this this is a very very outstanding person an individual with an

incredible family and it would have been very unfair to him what they did was

disgraceful what the Democrats you saw that group with Blumenthal who

falsified his service in Vietnam and a terrible mayor of Newark New Jersey Cory

Booker and you know the whole group Dianne Feinstein's who in my opinion

leaked the papers it was terrible what was happening and what was that he can

very unfair so I did stick do you think yes you know mr. president you have a

very uncanny instinct you have a gut sense of things and you were very

disciplined after Kristine Ford came out and the left was going wacky but there

was one point where you pivoted and rally in Mississippi just a few days ago

you went off-script and some people said that you were extremely unkind to

Christine Ford but what was it that got you to pivot from your restraint about

her and to fight for Cavanaugh at that point well there were a lot of things

happening that weren't correct they weren't true and there were a lot of

things that were left unsaid and I thought I had to even the playing field

because it was very unfair to judge now I can you know very nicely say Justice

Gavin or right right it was a very unfair situation so I even the playing

field that once I did that it started to sail through he was being very very

unfairly Janene and and mr. president you know when you say it started to sail

through even the Washington Post I'm gonna repeat that even the Washington

Post top of the fold today talks about the fact that when you went off-script

and you went after Christine for saying nothing that wasn't already true talking

about her memory failures regarding the fundamentals of her assault they said it

was a turning point of victory that when you did that you turbocharged the

momentum behind Cavanaugh when his fate was most in doubt I mean there's no

question that he has to turn around and the country and recognize that what you

did was instinctive it was guttural and you did it and it you won

well I think it was a very important moment there was a very big turning

point as the Washington most actually shockingly they said

something that was very positive and I'm very proud of it because we have a very

we're gonna have a great break Justice of the Supreme Court for many years and

I fought hard to make sure that he got on and you're good to see what happened

you're going to see how great he will be and will become I have no doubt about it

at all all right so coming out of this should

there be consequences mr. president to those people who promoted falsehoods

when you look at someone like that lawyer avenatti who you know the

allegations that he was promoting when he brings out this alleged victim were

so preposterous that they dissipated on their own should this person be held for

the the falsehoods not just in terms of breathin tsa's with the Bar Association

but even beyond that well he made false accusations about me on another matter

totally false but joke when just a disgrace that they're able to do it I'd

love to see our libel laws get toughened up so you could think people and do

exactly but he may said the same thing totally false statements you look at

what happened and yes I think they should be held liable I would say they

should have be held to the highest standard you can't go around and whether

it's making up stories or making false statements about such an important

position you can't do that you destroy somebody's life and yeah there were many

many false things that were said about a very fine man and would would have

destroyed his family if this didn't happen and it all came together in the

end and people realized it was false accusation false statement it was really

something very interesting and actually very nice to see because he suffered

Janene that was really unfair I watched that very closely and he suffered was

false statement made about him things that never happened did the Democrats

make a tactical mistake that work to Republicans advantage unfortunately with

Brett Kavanaugh as a sacrificial lamb I believe and I'm just gonna say it

again the turnaround was you in Mississippi

but did that did they make a tactical mistake and is there anger going to

carry them to the midterms in a positive way well I think they overplayed their

hand I think they were very dishonest with the leak and other things that they

did even look at the lawyers representing certain people they're

right out of the Democrat playbook they've represented others that are

Democrats that's what they do how did they end up with all these lawyers that

are always the same ones and I won't even go into names but I think they

overplayed their hand and I can tell you that the enthusiasm and the love and the

the the feeling in the Republican Party right now is higher than I've ever seen

it and you see polls that are going up like rocket ships races that are going

to be won by margins on races frankly that the Republicans wouldn't have won

and now they're leading and they're just better we need more votes so that we can

cut taxes even more so that we can do things that they will never do they're

going to open borders and crime is going for it we want to have no crime we want

to have borders where you come into the country legally you come in through a

legal process and so many things the enthusiasm for the Republican Party is

the strongest I've ever seen it Jeanine and it happened to over the last two to

three weeks all right and and in but if you're if you're joining us I'm judge

Jeanine Pirro you're joining Justice we are having a conversation it is the top

of the hour with the President of the United States I'm going to continue that

conversation mr. president continuing with the

discussion you said that Murkowski will never recover from voting no on Kavanagh

and then she kind of neutralized that by saying she was neutralized with the the

senator a dear I believed whose daughter was getting married what's gonna happen

to her in 2022 I don't know what's gonna happen to her I thought it was a very

very sad vote I thought it was very frankly disgraceful

and I appreciate that a democrat joe Manchin came and he voted in favor of

Justice Governor and that was a good thing but that was very disappointing

the people of Alaska I had tremendous success in Alaska and what I've done for

them with Anwar which is one of the biggest him drilling sites in the world

Ronald Reagan tried to get it the Brutus Bush tried to get it approved everybody

tried to get it approved for close to 50 years

I got it approve it means trillions of dollars and I'm not equating one thing

with the other at all but I've done so much for Alaska I was shocked to see her

vote absolutely I shot and frankly so are other Republicans there was a very

sad day I think for her and I think it will go down as a sad day for her

because she's going to become a great Supreme Court justice yes and and with

respect to Susan Collins and the speech that she made on the Senate floor

yesterday which she's been receiving kudos from everyone they say that

Senator Susan Collins is now receiving death threats and you know I'm going to

show some of the video of people who continue to disrupt outside the Senate

floor as they voted today what can we do about this

what kind of protection are United States senators going to get in this

rough-and-tumble left that seems to have lost all sense of law and order

well you receive threats on both sides but I will tell you Susan Collins was

the star what she did was incredible I spoke to her yesterday what she said and

the way she said it was brilliant and it really covered it she has from the

beginning really like red Cavanaugh she had respect for incredible geniuses him

as a scholar him as a you know great person of the law nobody knows it better

and she respected that I know I mean he respected it right from the beginning

and she wanted to make sure that she was right on every other subject including

outside influence that came in and in the end she went through probably

as carefully as anybody he went through every paper every document and I thought

her statement yesterday was absolutely brilliant and we're very proud of her

and I'll tell you what she's more popular now than she's ever been and

she's she's always been good but she is more popular now getting that she's ever

been you know one of the things that she referenced mr. president was that there

was dark money that's a quote dark money opposing this Cavanaugh nomination what

do you think she meant by that well I think I'd rather let her explain it but

it's a very very serious thing going on with respect to this nomination and the

Democrats know he's so good they just didn't want him there and they would

have fought others also by the way but they did not want him there he is great

in every way any central casting I mean this is a man that was born for the

position I heard his name ten years ago they used to talk about he will someday

be a Supreme Court justice that was long before I thought of running for

president frankly I used to hear his name as somebody that really should be

on the Supreme Court and that's what I did I put him on the Supreme Court and

it's gonna be I really think it's a great day for our country a lot of

people are sharing in this celebration mr. president do you think though when

you spoke to him of course do you think it was bittersweet for him well I know

this it was going to be very easy and I picked him also for that reason I said

this man is so good in every way on a personal basis on an intellectual basis

on her scholarly basis in schools the highest grade by his barks first of his

class I said this will be an easy one and they fabricated stories about him to

make him look as bad as possible their fabrication had no bearing in truth and

it was really very difficult and I'm really happy that we've all stuck it out

you know you could say I stuck it up but he stuck it out also and that's the

courage because what they did to him and his family

Dean was horrible yeah yeah it's a tough thing especially when you have little

girls I want to move on to something that you talked about at the rally mr.

president and you talked about a sixth branch of the our armed forces the space

force what is a space force well gee Dean as we advanced space is becoming

more and more important for defense and that means defense and if it's going to

be a part of the Air Force or one of our other forces

frankly it's never going to be out front it needs its own identity and we're

doing space force the generals agree with me a hundred percent and so much of

our defense and offense will be related to space so we're setting up a new

branch of the Armed Forces to take its place very rapidly everybody agrees with

it all right and and milania who was in Africa today I think in Egypt at the

right in Giza at the Germans she she looked so phenomenal I agree he was in

for African country she went today she was actually at the pyramid and she's

coming home she'll be home very early tomorrow morning and she did a fantastic

job she's a great first lady she's representing our country so well and

people love Melania and they're all very proud of her well your numbers have

certainly gone up but I must tell you her numbers are even higher and she is

such a classy first lady it's always great looking at her and listening to

her mr. president I am sure you have a lot of things to celebrate tonight I am

hoping that as we go toward the midterms that the that we'll be able to to get

the results of this successful or feel the results of this successful momentum

for your party although I suspect the Democratic anger is going to be out

there too last question which one wins well I think the Republicans are going

to do very well we need some more you know we

have these tiny majorities tiny if somebody catches a cold you mean it's

like we have to wait till they come back we have we need more votes to get it all

done we're building the wall as we speak but we need I want to get it all at one

time because we can have it done very quickly and so many other things but for

the most part we've done almost everything we were building the military

we have all of the money we need that was very tough that was massively more

than the wall the wall is very small by comparison but we've done so much and

we're so happy about it we're doing a great job for the American people and it

is my honor to do that I'm very happy about it all right mr. president we

thank you very much for joining Justice this evening I think it's time you

celebrated a little although knowing you you'll probably just go back to work

thank you very much thank you very much thank you all right thank you god bless

you and God bless america
