 Rudy Giuliani baffled Fox News hosts Monday when he attempted to clarify comments he made on CNN earlier in the day about events related to special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation

 Giuliani had appeared to tell CNN's Alisyn Camerota earlier that President Donald Trump was not present at the infamous Trump Tower meeting attended by Donald Trump Jr

, a Russian operative and others in June 2016 ― though the media hasn't asserted that Trump was there.  Media pundits immediately questioned why Giuliani would deny an accusation that news outlets hadn't even suggested in the first place

They wondered whether Giuliani was indirectly conceding that Trump knew about the meeting in advance, which Trump's former personal attorney Michael Cohen recently alleged and Trump's team has repeatedly denied

 So Giuliani called Fox News' "Outnumbered" hours after his CNN interview to explain his previous remarks. But his comments only further muddied the timeline, as evidenced by the Fox News hosts' confused facial expressions and repetitive lines of questioning

 Several "Outnumbered" co-hosts, including Harris Faulkner and Melissa Francis, as well as Fox News contributor Guy Benson, repeatedly asked Giuliani to walk them through all of the accusations about Russia-related meetings

 "So let me take you through it," Giuliani said in his first attempt to address his meeting comments. "The day of the meeting with the Russians, Cohen has said ― now he's leaked it, so we're not even sure he's said it, somebody said it for him through a reporter ― he said that he was in President Trump's office, Donald Trump Jr

walked in and told him about the Russian meeting. That is categorically untrue. Did not happen."  Giuliani later added: "Second, there was another meeting that has been leaked but hasn't been in public yet," he continued

"That was a meeting ― an alleged meeting ― three days before, according to Cohen . he says there was a meeting with Donald Jr

, with Jared Kushner, with Paul Manafort, with Gates and possibly two others, in which they ― out of the presence of the president ― discussed the meeting with the Russians

. That meeting never, ever took place. It didn't happen. It's a figment of his imagination."  He then told The Daily Beast Monday night that he was only discussing this second meeting because reporters from The New York Times reached out asking about it

   "We don't talk about sourcing, and wouldn't now—but I have lost the thread of what the former mayor is talking about," said Maggie Haberman, one of the reporters who Giuliani names as having contacted him

   Confused? You're not the only one. On Fox News, Giuliani's clarification prompted a series of inquiries from the co-hosts

 "Why are you saying that the president wasn't at the meeting?" Francis asked. "Who asked if he was there? No one asked if he was there

"  "Cohen is alleging the meeting took place," Giuliani responded. "We're making it clear the president wasn't at that meeting

Cohen doesn't even allege that. To cut it off."  But Francis continued to press him, "It's different to say that meeting didn't happen

but to say he wasn't there implies that it happened."  Giuliani chuckled: "Oh no. As alleged by a liar ― as alleged by Cohen

"   If Giuliani's goal in his "Outnumbered" interview was to steer Fox News' coverage away from the alleged Russia meetings, he succeeded

 By the end of the 25-minute interview, Faulkner was focused on Giuliani's claim that Cohen had secretly recorded what was supposed to be an off-the-record interview between Trump and CNN's Chris Cuomo

It's unclear how Cohen's alleged recording of Cuomo is relevant to Mueller's investigation ― if at all.  "Wow, that's a lot of information," said Faulkner

"We appreciate you calling in, and thank you very much for taking all of our questions."  Giuliani interrupted: "I also understand the confusion

Reuters reported that Trump just showed that he is a man of his word when the U.S. State

Department announced plans to withhold $45 million in aid to the Palestinians as well

as an additional $65 million it had planned to pay the U.N. agency that serves the Palestinians.

State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert denied that this move was meant to punish

Palestinians, who have been overly critical of President Trump.

Nauert explained that in order to receive this aid, UNRWA needs to make some serious

reforms.

"At this time, we will not be providing that, but that does not mean – I want to

make it clear – that does not mean that it will not be provided in the future,"

Nauert said.

She went on to say that there are a lot more refugees in the UNRWA program than previously,

and that "money coming in from other countries needs to increase as well to continue paying

for all those refugees."

"So we're asking countries to do more," Nauert said.

"Fundamentally, we just don't believe that we have to be the chief donor to every

organization around the world."

"We are the most generous country on the planet.

We continue to be," she concluded.

Earlier this month, Trump took to Twitter to say that the United States gives the Palestinians

hundreds of millions of dollars a year, "but get no appreciation or respect."

We're glad to see that Trump held strong to this.

Barack Obama spent years making the U.S. look weak to terrorists, as they knew he would

never actually make any moves against them.

By withholding this money, Trump is showing terrorists that they cannot mess with the

U.S. any more!

Trump Just Won A Major Victory On One Of His Biggest Issues

President Trump has achieved a lot in his first term.

He has lowered taxes and taken major steps towards securing our borders among many things.

But none of that comes close to one major victory Trump won on one of his biggest issues.

President Trump has had a fantastic first term compared to former President Obama.

Obama was able to do very little, with only one major victory coming to the forefront.

But that major issue was Obamacare, and while it made him look good to Obama loyalists,

the rest of America was furious, and it created a mass movement that continued into the midterm

elections, costing many Democrat seats in Congress.

In contrast, Trump has passed and implemented measures central to his platform that proved

to extremely popular with the general populace.

For that reason, Republicans are looking great going into the midterm elections, in what

will likely be a red wave.

And there is one issue that could be what propels them into that victory.

One thing that separated Donald Trump from the rest of the Republicans running for office

was his trade policy.

While the other Republicans running refused to publicly call out the unfair trade deals

the U.S. was engaging in around the world, Trump was excited to take them head-on.

He called out Europe and China specifically, making no apologies in doing so.

And in recent meetings with European leaders, he harshly made it clear that trade relations

between Europe and the United States need to be mutually beneficial.

But unlike past presidents, Trump wasn't just going to stop with talk; he followed

through on his promises.

President Trump's chief economic adviser Larry Kudlow stated that the new trade deals

negotiated between the United States and the European Union would start immediately.

This development, which is good news for any supporter of Trump's fair trade policies,

not only benefits American consumers, it proves that relations between the United States and

Europe are improving.

In recent weeks many people were critical of Trump being too tough with European leaders.

But those people, who are virtually always critical of Trump anyway, got proven wrong

yet again.

These developments on trade have only been good for Americans.

That can be easily proven by the 4.1 percent economic growth that has been seen in the

second quarter of this year.

Not only is 4.1 percent growth historic, it is beyond what almost anybody expected Trump

to be able to do.

The entire media blasted Trump, claiming that he wouldn't be able to break 3 percent economic

growth.

Of course, they were wrong, just as they were wrong about Trump's fair trade policy.

But one group of people who haven't been wrong are Trump's supporters, who continue

to stand with him through the constant media attacks waged against him.

Despite the media attacks, Trump sits at his highest approval rate since he took office

and the highest party approval rating of any Republican at the same point in his presidency

with the exception of George W. Bush, who had an approval boost in the wake of 9/11.

The president then surprised his audience by revealing his plans for the so-called "Dreamers,"

roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children.

"We're going to morph into it, it's going to happen over a period of 10-12 years,"

Trump said, referring to a potential pathway to citizenship.

"If somebody's worked hard, if they've done a great job, it gives you an incentive

to do a great job," Trump stated.

"They've worked hard, They've done terrifically, whether they have a little company, or whether

they work, whatever they're doing, if they've done a great job, I think it's a nice thing

to have the incentive after a period of time to become a citizen."

After a year of having President Trump sitting behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office,

the country has seen some enormous progress in its return to greatness.

That's the great thing about the United States, when the public elects a moron like

Barack Hussein Obama, eventually their time expires and we get another chance.

Can you imagine if "Crooked" Hillary Clinton was seated upon a golden throne at 1600 Pennsylvania

Avenue?

We'd be at war with North Korea, the economy would be at a standstill, and the Justice

Department would look like the KGB.

How many dead Republicans would be in the ground?

How many American soldiers?

And, for that matter, how many more White House interns would have been raped or abused

by Slick Willy?

That's something to think about!
