BREAKING Trump Signed His Latest Executive Order

On April 10th of this year, the President officially signed an executive order that

will aid in reducing poverty in the United States by promoting financial opportunity

and economic mobility.

However, it has largely been under-reported on.

The White House press office did, however, release a statement on it saying,

"By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United

States of America, and to promote economic mobility, strong social networks, and accountability

to American taxpayers, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.

Purpose.

The United States and its Constitution were founded on the principles of freedom and equal

opportunity for all.

To ensure that all Americans would be able to realize the benefits of those principles,

especially during hard times, the Government established programs to help families with

basic unmet needs.

Unfortunately, many of the programs designed to help families have instead delayed economic

independence, perpetuated poverty, and weakened family bonds.

While bipartisan welfare reform enacted in 1996 was a step toward eliminating the economic

stagnation and social harm that can result from long-term Government dependence, the

welfare system still traps many recipients, especially children, in poverty and is in

need of further reform and modernization in order to increase self-sufficiency, well-being,

and economic mobility.

Sec. 2.

Policy.

(a) In 2017, the Federal Government spent more than $700 billion on low-income assistance.

Since its inception, the welfare system has grown into a large bureaucracy that might

be susceptible to measuring success by how many people are enrolled in a program rather

than by how many have moved from poverty into financial independence.

This is not the type of system that was envisioned when welfare programs were instituted in this

country.

The Federal Government's role is to clear paths to self-sufficiency, reserving public

assistance programs for those who are truly in need.

The Federal Government should do everything within its authority to empower individuals

by providing opportunities for work, including by investing in Federal programs that are

effective at moving people into the workforce and out of poverty.

It must examine Federal policies and programs to ensure that they are consistent with principles

that are central to the American spirit — work, free enterprise, and safeguarding human and

economic resources.

For those policies or programs that are not succeeding in those respects, it is our duty

to either improve or eliminate them.

(b) It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to reform the welfare system of

the United States so that it empowers people in a manner that is consistent with applicable

law and the following principles, which shall be known as the Principles of Economic Mobility:

(i) Improve employment outcomes and economic independence (including by strengthening existing

work requirements for work-capable people and introducing new work requirements when

legally permissible);

(ii) Promote strong social networks as a way of sustainably escaping poverty (including

through work and marriage);

(iii) Address the challenges of populations that may particularly struggle to find and

maintain employment (including single parents, formerly incarcerated individuals, the homeless,

substance abusers, individuals with disabilities, and disconnected youth);

(iv) Balance flexibility and accountability both to ensure that State, local, and tribal

governments, and other institutions, may tailor their public assistance programs to the unique

needs of their communities and to ensure that welfare services and administering agencies

can be held accountable for achieving outcomes (including by designing and tracking measures

that assess whether programs help people escape poverty);

(v) Reduce the size of bureaucracy and streamline services to promote the effective use of resources;

(vi) Reserve benefits for people with low incomes and limited assets;

(vii) Reduce wasteful spending by consolidating or eliminating Federal programs that are duplicative

or ineffective;

(viii) Create a system by which the Federal Government remains updated on State, local,

and tribal successes and failures, and facilitates access to that information so that other States

and localities can benefit from it; and

(ix) Empower the private sector, as well as local communities, to develop and apply locally

based solutions to poverty.""

The executive order continues to describe in great detail and length how the administration

intends on curbing poverty.

But most importantly it focuses on several key factors in achieving this outcome,

improve employment outcomes and economic independence; promote marriage and family as a way of escaping

poverty; address the challenges of hard-to-employ populations;

provide more flexibility to States, while ensuring accountability for achieving outcomes;

streamline services to more effectively use taxpayer resources;

reserve benefits for those truly in need; consolidate duplicative programs;

facilitate greater sharing of information between States and localities; and

empower the private sector to find solutions to poverty

In the fine print of the executive order, the administration makes it clear they will

be increasing work requirements for those utilizing subsidized government benefits,

focusing on using taxpayer dollars for their intended purpose, as well as empowering state

and local authorities to provide services to those in need.

This executive order is going to be yet another notch under the belt of the administration

in curbing poverty and decreasing unemployment.

For the third straight month, the United States has maintained a 4.1 percent unemployment

rate which is the lowest it has been since 2000.

These are near record low numbers at a time when businesses are dealing with a shortage

of labor.

President Trump brought this order about because despite the labor shortage federal government

assistance benefits are being used at an all-time high.

In 2016 alone, a total of 16 million able-bodied individuals were enrolled in the Supplemental

Nutrition Assistant Program (SNAP).

While in January 2018 74 million were enrolled in Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance

Program (CHIP).

These numbers continue to increase and something must be done about it which is exactly why

the President introduced and signed this executive order.

By focusing on creating more opportunities for Americans to work it will lead to more

income in their pockets and less of a need for governmental assistance programs.

That means they'll be less likely to vote Democrat.

This is what provides people a pathway to financial freedom and the middle class and

that is what this administration is all about.

Especially given the fact the statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau indicate that 97 percent

of full-time workers eventually move out of poverty.

Trump takes aim at China and EU over currency manipulation, rates - Duration: 0:38.

U.S. President Donald Trump has taken aim... again... at China and the European Union,...

accusing them of manipulating their currencies and keeping their interest rates abnormally

low,... but he also saved some fire for the Federal Reserve.

Hitting out on Twitter,...

President Trump said the U.S. is losing its competitive edge as the dollar gets stronger

and as the Fed continues to hike U.S. interest rates.

He said it was not a level playing field.

In a TV interview,... Trump also said he's "not thrilled" over the Fed's rate hikes,

breaking with more than two decades of White House tradition avoiding comment on monetary

policy.

BREAKING DONALD TRUMP STUNS NATION WITH HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT - Duration: 12:44.

BREAKING DONALD TRUMP STUNS NATION WITH HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT

The U.S. keeps getting ripped off by other countries, and President Trump is sick of

it.

"America First," all the way.

Countries that take advantage of the United States are learning a valuable lesson, thanks

to our president.

China has not been engaging in fair trade with the United States for decades.

The Chinese impose high tariffs on many imported American goods, while America has low tariffs

on imported Chinese goods.

This unfair arrangement was rarely addressed by past presidents, who lacked the conviction

to enter into tough trade negotiations.

Many CEOs made the problem worse by outsourcing America for big profits using slave labor

in China.

But Trump promised to put America and American workers first, and he's doubling down on

his winning formula of raising tariffs on countries like China.

President Trump used this tactic successfully in April when he raised tariffs on Chinese

goods, and in response President Xi Jinping vowed to cut Chinese auto tariffs, and to

allow more competition in banking.

But the Chinese are reverting to their aggressive trade practices, and Trump is slapping them

with a tariff so large they'll know he means business.

From Fox News:

"The Trump administration announced Tuesday that it has started the process of implementing

fresh tariffs on $200 billion worth of imported Chinese goods.

The move marked the latest escalation of the ongoing trade war between Washington and Beijing.

On Friday, the U.S. slapped 25 percent taxes on $34 billion in Chinese imports, most of

them industrial goods that the Trump administration says receive subsidies or other unfair support

from Beijing.

China quickly responded by imposing tariffs on $34 billion in U.S. products.

In a statement, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said that the new 10-percent

tariffs were in response to what he called China's "retaliation and failure to change

its practices."

In their quest to have a monopoly on innovative industries like electric cars, robotics, and

biopharmaceuticals, the Chinese have been pressuring the world to give them technology

in order to gain market access.

They've also been using subsidies to favor their own tech companies, as well as stealing

trade secrets.

While this may cause economic upset in the short term, Trump is far more concerned about

the country's long-term economic health.

Bad negotiations based on short-term gains that ignored the long-term damage are the

reason things got this bad in the first place.

China is well known for playing the long game: they gave the United States whatever we wanted

short-term in order to dupe us into transferring our industry to their mainland.

Now the chickens have come home to roost, but Trump is determined to stop the Chinese

from continuing to take advantage of

the US.

With A Flick Of His Pen, Trump Saves American Taxpayers $87 Billion - Duration: 13:40.

With A Flick Of His Pen, Trump Saves American Taxpayers $87 Billion

To listen to the mainstream media one would believe that the sky is quite literally getting

ready to fall and the fault for that dilemma and the imminent peril of all mankind rests

directly at the feet of President Donald Trump and his policies.

Yet is there any truth to that?

Or is it simply the same partisan melodrama, aided and abetted by a feckless mainstream

media working as the propaganda arm of the Democratic party?

Well, one only needs to take a look at the recent economy to make that assessment and

it is happening again – tax receipts soared in America after the recent tax cuts approved

by President Trump.

U.S. state and local government tax revenue climbed to $350.2 billion in the first quarter

of 2018, a rise of 5.8 percent compared with the same time period in 2017.

Individual income tax collections had big gains for a second-straight quarter with a

12.8 percent increase to $107.4 billion in 2018's first quarter.

But I thought President Trump's policies were going to destroy the economy!

Except this summer will go down as one of the more prosperous in United States history

where Americans have more money in their own pockets with the ability to enjoy trips and

family vacations, thus generating more revenue and so the cycle goes.

Where is the promised doom and gloom?

When exactly is the sky going to fall?

More positive results in that President Trump's tax cuts have actually resulted in a GAIN

of federal revenue – not that you would ever know that by listening to the mainstream

media, especially with the recently created hysteria surrounding the US/Russia Summit

in Helsinki.

From Western Journal –

"Despite the cut in tax rates — brought forward by the introduction, in February,

of revised tax withholding tables — federal income tax revenues for the first half of

2018 are 9 percent higher than in the first half of 2017.

The difference comes to $76 billion of unanticipated revenue…

Indeed, the Treasury Department's monthly reports suggest that, despite the tax cut,

actual revenues for 2018 will exceed those of 2017.

In explaining the turnabout, the CBO says the increase "largely reflects increases

in wages and salaries."

It is clear the impact of tax cuts is much more positive for growth and that has been

proven over and over again with multiple studies making the same conclusion in more than 170

cases.

The evidence of the positive impact of lower corporate taxes is found in growth, jobs,

and wages and the findings have repeatedly been published with examples of more than

200 cases in 21 countries demonstrating tax cuts and expenditure reductions are much more

effective in boosting growth and prosperity than increasing government spending.

Yet Democrats continue to spout their socialist ideologies denying the positive impact of

tax cuts with claims that they simply make deficits rise.

The fallacy of this argument has nothing to do with tax cuts, but instead with increases

in government spending in addition to tax cuts.

Simply put those that use this argument believe that governments will spend any and all revenues,

and in some cases even increase spending.

These are the same people that are against a balanced budget and refuse to be accountable

to the very people whose wages make their jobs possible.

This is wrong – the marks of good leadership show that one never asks the people to do

something that you yourself are not also willing to do.

Yet these people expect that very thing, expect the American people to continue to sacrifice

while they live lean and work harder for less.

This is the philosophy of so-called economist Paul Krugman.

He argues in an article penned for the New York Times entitled – "Time to Borrow"

written just after the Obama administration increased debt by $10 trillion.

Krugman defends deficit spending, yet considers tax cuts as negative simply on the basis that

deficits MAY increase.

Only Keynesian economists manage to pull off such mind-bending logic.

Deficits need not rise or even exist in the first place if government spending stays in

line with revenue growth.

It is simple math – Do not spend more than you have.

Chief Economist Daniel Lacalle states in the Epoch Times speaks of the causes of deficit

spending and the negative effects of it –

"While analyzing the deficits of the G-20 economies during the past 15 years, we found

that more than 80 percent come from higher spending.

Even in the 2008–2010 crisis, European government deficits were explained more by the "stimulus"

plans and government spending increases than any loss of revenues.

Spain, for example, lost 40 billion euros of tax revenues from the bursting of the real

estate bubble but deficits rose by 300 billion euros, driven by stimulus and automatic "stabilizers."

The European Union spent almost 1.5 percent of its GDP on stimuli and increased taxes,

sending deficits and debt to GDP to all-time highs.

The United States increased taxes by $1.5 trillion under the Obama administration but

the average deficit was 5 percent of GDP.

The final tally was a $10 trillion increase in national debt.

During the Obama administration and the massive expansionary monetary policies of three rounds

of quantitative easing (QE) and ultra-low interest rates, economic growth on average

was only 1.4 percent and 2.1 percent if we exclude the crash year of 2009.

That compares to an average of 3.5 percent during the Reagan administration, 3.9 percent

during Clinton's, and 2.1 percent during Bush Jr.'s."

As we are currently seeing the evidence of the positive effects of tax cuts on jobs and

growth is clear and we are currently reaping the benefits.

The recently released 2018 "Economic Report of the President" shows that tax cuts generated

more federal revenues even after adjusting for inflation and population growth.

Still not convinced?

Lacalle cites historical examples as well, further driving home the benefits and positive

effects of tax cuts on the economy

"President John F. Kennedy's major tax cut, which included chopping the top marginal

rate to 70 percent from 91 percent, became law in early 1964.

The economy grew at an average 5.5 percent, and unemployment fell to 3.8 percent.

In turn, the annual deficit shrank to $1 billion from $7 billion as individual income-tax receipts

nearly doubled.

President Ronald Reagan cut the top personal rate from 70 percent all the way down to 28

percent.

Between 1982, when the first round of Reagan's across-the-board tax cuts went into effect,

and 1990, when President George H.W. Bush broke his no-new-taxes pledge, individual

tax receipts jumped 57 percent to $467 billion.

And even President Bill Clinton's budget surpluses didn't materialize until after

the president in 1997 signed a GOP tax bill that cut the capital-gains rate to 20 percent

from 28 percent.

Tax receipts from capital gains soared as capital investment more than tripled.

Between 1996 and 2000, "the increase in capital gains revenues accounted for a little

over 20 percent of the total increase in federal revenues," former Treasury official Bruce

Bartlett said.

For the first time, individual tax receipts hit $1 trillion.

After President George W. Bush in 2003 signed the largest tax cut since Reagan—including

dropping the top marginal rate to 35 percent from 39.6 percent—government receipts from

individual income taxes rose from $794 billion to a peak of $1.2 trillion in 2007, when the

mortgage crisis began—a jump of 47 percent.

Stronger economic growth expanded the tax base and brought in so much revenue that Bush

more than halved the deficit over that period."

There is simply no public sector without a thriving private sector.

One cannot tax themselves into prosperity, as taxes are neither a vehicle for growth,

nor for job creation.

Deficits are not an excuse, as a deficit should be addressed by a reduction in spending.

The current gain in revenue has done exactly that, cutting the predicted deficit in half.

This means that even after the GOP cut taxes for Americans, the government is STILL taking

in more money.

This is quite simply because as businesses do well, they expand and hire more people.

They also increase wages, which results in people spending more money due to more residual

income.

More money is being pumped into the economy, resulting in additional tax revenue.

Tax cuts are a necessary tool to keep an ever-expanding bureaucratic system from destroying the economy.

As taxes are raised, more unemployment goes up as does government dependency.

Then a large swath of the population is under the thumb of the government – it is called

communism and it kills.

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said it best – "Control oil and you control

nations; control food and you control the people."

Breaking: Trump DOJ Slaps Top Dem With Federal Charges

The FBI is investigating Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Bob Brady for conspiracy, false statements

and campaign fraud in relation to payments his campaign allegedly made to 2012 primary

opponent Jimmie Moore in order to persuade him to drop out of the race, court documents

show.

From Mix Politics:

The Daily Caller reported that earlier this month, FBI special agent Jonathan R. Szeliga

filed a search warrant request in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of

Pennsylvania for all emails associated with Brady's campaign email, BobCongress@Aol.com.

In this filing, Szeliga claimed that "probable cause to believe that Kenneth Smukler, Robert

Brady, Donald 'D.A.' Jones, Jimmie Moore, and Carolyn Cavaness and others known and

unknown have committed violations" including charges of conspiracy, false statements, producing

false records, causing false campaign contribution reports and violating limits on campaign contributions

and expenditures.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Carol Sandra Moore Wells signed off on the search warrant the same

day that she received it.

The court unsealed the search warrant last week, as Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric L. Gibson

said that secrecy was no longer necessary.

"The sealing aimed to protect the ongoing criminal investigation," he wrote in a motion

filed Thursday.

"Some of the bases for the application to seal are no longer existent."

This comes a month after federal prosecutors announced charges against two of Brady's

political consultants, Kenneth Smukler and Donald Jones, in relation to the campaign

finance probe.

Moore, who is cooperating with law enforcement, said the during a meeting in February of 2012,

Brady agreed to pay $90,000 toward Mr. Moore's campaign debts, in exchange for Mr. Moore's

agreement to drop out of the race.

"In that conversation, Brady and Moore agreed and understood that the payment from Brady's

campaign to Moore's campaign would be disguised, and the deception would include hiding at

least some of the Bob Brady for Congress campaign funds as the purchase of the aforementioned

poll," the affidavit stated.

(Source: www.mixpolitics.com)

The documents suggest Brady, Moore, Cavaness and two political consultants could face charges

for committing conspiracy, false statements, producing false records, causing false campaign

contribution reports and limits on campaign contribution and expenditures.

"The View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg and Fox News host Jeanine Pirro got snarled in a yelling match on live television Thursday on an episode of "The View" after Pirro appeared to suggest Goldberg suffered from "Trump Derangement Syndrome

" Pirro, a former judge and prosecutor who hosts "Justice with Judge Jeanine," appeared as a guest on the daytime talk show in part to discuss her new book, "Liars, Leakers, and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy

" But the discussion about Pirro's book soon went awry, illustrating why friends and families across the country on opposite sides of the political spectrum  sometimes vow to have only Trump-free conversations

Pirro, answering a question about President Trump's commitment to conservative ideology, ticked off accomplishments for which she credited the president, such as lower unemployment among African Americans

Co-host Meghan McCain chimed in to make a statement about his popularity among Republicans, but just as she was finishing, Goldberg interjected, saying she had a question

That's when Pirro appeared to mutter something about people having "Trump Derangement Syndrome," a term popular particularly on Fox News for Americans outspoken in their criticism of Trump

"Did you just point at me?" Goldberg asked. "Yes," Pirro confirmed. And then they were off

"Listen, I don't have 'Trump Derangement' — let me tell you what I have," Goldberg said

"I'm tired of people starting a conversation with 'Mexicans are liars and rapists

' "Listen, I'm 62 years old," Goldberg continued. "There have been a lot of people in office that I didn't agree with, but I have never, ever seen anything like this

I've never seen anybody whip up such hate. I've never seen anybody be so dismissive

And clearly you don't watch the show, so you don't know that I don't suffer from that

What I suffer from is the inability to figure out how to fix this." Goldberg tried to get back to discussing Pirro's book, with a question about how the "deep state" really works

But that did not help things. "I want to answer your question — because you had in your opening statement, which was how horrible it is that Donald Trump is talking about all of these people

You know what's horrible?" Pirro asked, causing both of them to attempt to yell over one another

"Whoopi, you know what's horrible?" Pirro persisted. "When people who shouldn't be here end up murdering the children of American citizens

" "You know what's horrible?" Goldberg responded. "When the president of the United States whips up people to beat the hell out of people

Say goodbye! I'm done." Cut to commercial. Goldberg apologized for losing her cool when the show came back, sans Pirro

But "I don't like being accused of being hysterical," she said. Pirro told Sean Hannity on his show that the fight with Goldberg continued backstage

She claims she attempted to tell Goldberg that she "fought for victims all my life" as a former judge and prosecutor, but that in response Goldberg used the F-word at her and told her to get out of the building

Goldberg could not be reached for comment. "I just felt like today was a microcosm of what is happening in America as the left suffers from this Trump Derangement Syndrome, shuts the right down, doesn't allow you to talk," she told Hannity

The action begins at about 2:24 into the show here. After the show, the Twitterverse rendered judgments just as far apart as Goldberg's and Judge Jeanine's

TRUMP SKIPS IMPEACHMENT – ALAN DERSHOWITZ GIVES HIM HIS FULL SUPPORT

There are a few top lawyers in America, however Alan Dershowitz has them beat when it comes

to justice.

He just told the entire world that he has Trump's back when it comes to Comey's

case.

Dershowitz is a man of justice.

When liberals started rioting about Trump firing James Comey, he couldn't stand by

and watch.

He took on to the media and explained from top to bottom why Trump is innocent.

Dershowitz started with explaining what the president can and can't do.

That of course got to the point if Trump has the power to fire the head of the FBI department.

The answer is yes and everyone is aware of that, even Democrats.

Then Dershowitz opened another topic.

He made a hypothesis that Trump fired Comey with bad intent.

He just didn't like the guy and wanted him removed.

Even if that were the case, Trump didn't brake the law.

It's simple as that.

He magnificently ruined all of Democrat's hard work to bury Trump into this case.

Not only did he remove all false accusations, but he even set the facts straight and away

from the speculations.

The man is a legend and he deserves a good pat on the back.

Comment below and share the news.

Let everyone know that Trump never

broke

the law.

Analysis | Trump's very bad, very weak week - Duration: 5:02.

Update: And now Trump, apparently unbowed, wants to invite Putin to Washington. For the third time this week, President Trump has been forced to walk back something he said about Russia

First it was comparing his own intelligence community's credibility to Vladimir Putin's

Then it was his statement that Russia wasn't still interfering in U.S. elections

And now it's his apparent plan to allow Russia to interview Americans it accuses of crimes, including a former ambassador

It was all one giant, self-inflicted wound. And it all did precisely what Putin hopes and what Trump seems to fear most: made Trump look weak and ineffectual

The White House finally shot down that last idea Thursday afternoon — three days after Trump called it an "incredible offer" and nearly a full day after White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders inflamed congressional allies and even the State Department by suggesting it could actually come to fruition

"It is a proposal that was made in sincerity by President Putin, but President Trump disagrees with it," Sanders said in a statement

"Hopefully President Putin will have the 12 identified Russians come to the United States to prove their innocence or guilt

" But even in backing down again, the White House seemed to take pains not to irritate Putin, and made it clear it's not about to do anything close to getting tough

The idea that the proposal was made "in sincerity" is laughable to pretty much anybody who understands Russia and the former KGB operative who leads it

It's clear this was a trap sprung by Putin in their private, two-hour meeting. Trump is a guy who likes cutting deals and to walk away from a meeting with a deliverable

So a deal like this, to a diplomatic neophyte like him, probably seemed pretty sensible

You talk to our guys, and we'll talk to yours. Why not, right? But it was ridiculous from the start

And lawmakers weren't about to let it happen, even drafting legislation to express disapproval

Trump was forced to back down on an idea that he, according to his own comments, thought was fantastic

It was total amateur hour. The second part of Sanders's statement doesn't get any stronger

She expressed hope that Putin would extradite the 12 Russian military intelligence officers Robert S

Mueller III indicted last week, rather than saying that they must be sent to the United States to stand trial

It seems a clear signal there will be no demand made and no leverage applied to actually make that happen

Much like Trump won't press Putin to admit to the 2016 election interference, the White House seems to suggest it won't do anything besides ask nicely

By the end of the week, even some Republicans were musing publicly about whether Putin might have something on Trump

Rep. Will Hurd, a Republican from Texas, wrote a New York Times op-ed saying Putin is "manipulating" Trump

For journalists and political watchers, it's tempting to look for the strategy in all of this

Maybe Trump is distracting us! Maybe he's paving the way for something we can't see! Maybe he's just trolling us for fun! But to the outside world, it all has to look like Trump went over his skis repeatedly, only to be reined in by Congress and by the news media

Especially in this last case, it can't help but look like he has no idea what he's doing — and that he was completely out of his element when negotiating with someone like Putin

If that's the image Trump is trying to project on the world stage, mission accomplished
