A decision should take place

after the new congress is

>> What are you prepared to do

if Mitch Mcconnell goes forward

with what he said is he's not

going to follow his precedent.

He's admitted is hypocrisy that

only applies to presidents he

doesn't like.

>> The American people should

and will understand the

momentous importance of this

choice for the reasons you

This justice will have a

Call it a swing vote or a

We're in an unparalleled moment

our fundamental liberties are in

We're going to use every tool

be creative about some new ones

in seeking to give the American

people a voice.

A decision of this historic

Trey Gowdy Goes Rogue – Drops NUKE On Anti-Trump FBI Agent

Days after the House Intelligence Committee released their explosive de-classified FISA

memo on DOJ and FBI deceit to the courts, Rep. Trey Gowdy spoke out to say that the

committee is only investigating five top FBI officials.

"I have tremendous respect for the bureau, there are 30,000 employees, let's assume

that there are five that engaged in conduct that we have questions about," Gowdy said,

according to the Gateway Pundit.

He added that the partisan tone of the investigation has become a major problem.

Gowdy also expressed hopes that the release of a four-page memo detailing how the FBI

used a controversial dossier compiled on Trump by a political opposition research firm as

evidence for a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign adviser is a "one-off."

"I hope this is a one-off, that Congress takes this position but also hope it's a

one-off that a [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] application contains errors and product

that is funded by a political opponent.

I hope that is a one-off," he said.

This comes after Gowdy took to Twitter to talk about the memo.

"It is important for the American public to know if the dossier was paid for by another

candidate, used in court pleadings, vetted before it was used, vetted after it was used,

and whether all relevant facts were shared with the tribunal approving of the FISA application,"

Gowdy wrote on Twitter, according to Daily Caller.

"While this memo raises serious concerns with the FISA process, I have been and remain

confident in the overwhelming majority of the men and women serving at the FBI and DOJ,"

Gowdy added.

"As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert

Mueller.

The contents of this memo do not – in any way – discredit his investigation."

After Maxine Waters Wins Primary Re-Election, Trump Knows Exactly What To Do - Duration: 2:42.

AFTER MAXINE WATERS WINS PRIMARY RE-ELECTION, TRUMP KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO.

President Trump sent out very sarcastic congratulations to his nemesis in Congress, Maxine Waters,

on her primary win.

"Congratulations to Maxine Waters, whose crazy rants have made her, together with Nancy

Pelosi, the unhinged FACE of the Democrat Party," he tweeted.

"Together, they will Make America Weak Again!

But have no fear, America is now stronger than ever before, and I'm not going anywhere!"

This was the most recent swipe that President Trump has taken at Waters, and Waters hasn't

been silent on the President either.

She was recently called to account for a Saturday rally where she encouraged her followers to

harass administration officials wherever she found them.

"Let's stay the course.

Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that

Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you

create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore,

anywhere," she shouted to cheering supporters.

"Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we

are to let you know you cannot get away with this!"

Her antics caused the President to strike back on Twitter saying, "Congresswoman Maxine

Waters, an extraordinarily low IQ person, has become, together with Nancy Pelosi, the

Face of the Democrat Party.

She has just called for harm to supporters, of which there are many, of the Make America

Great Again movement.

Be careful what you wish for Max!" Trump tweeted Monday.

He also brought up Waters and other sympathizing congressmen at a campaign-style rally on Monday

night, commenting that the Democratic party is consumed with the idea of impeachment.

Waters comments encouraging antagonism against Trump officials also earned her a stern tongue

lashing from White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders on Monday.

"This weekend," Sanders said Monday, "a member of Congress called for people to 'push

back' and make clear to those serving their country in this administration that they are

not welcome anywhere, anytime, for anything."

"We are allowed to disagree, but we should be able to do so freely and without fear of

harm," Sanders said.

"And this goes for all people regardless of politics."

SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS TRUMP TRAVEL BAN - Duration: 20:27.

we briefing with dana perino starts right now

fox news alert the Supreme Court upholding president Trump's travel ban

preventing people from several mostly Muslim countries from entering this one

hello everyone i'm dana perino and this is the daily briefing

the High Court ruling was a close one 5-4 decision affirming the president's

authority to regulate immigration president Trump praising the ruling just

a short time ago a tremendous success a tremendous victory for the American

people and for our Constitution this is a great victory for our Constitution we

have to be choppered we have to be safe and we have to be secure at a minimum we

have to make sure that we vet people coming into the country chief legal

correspondent and anchor of fox news at night shannon bream is standing by

outside the court shannon i know this is as you call it your super bowl day when

all the Supreme Court decisions come out this is a big one tell us what you know

well they got to this position Dana by sticking strictly to the text of both

the federal immigration law and the text of the proclamation that's what the

White House has called it a lot of people refer to it as travel ban 3.0

they stuck to those things just the text and not the statements made by President

Trump both when he was a candidate and after he was sworn in the Chief Justice

writing for the majority had this to say quote by its plain language federal

immigration law grants the president broad discretion to suspend the entry of

aliens into the United States the president lawfully exercised that

discretion based on his findings following a worldwide multi-agency

review that entry of the covered aliens would be detrimental to the national

interest now there are countries who've worked their ways off the list by

actually complying with the u.s. request for more information and more thorough

vetting so the administration says it's working as it should two separate

dissents though both very pointed today justice Sotomayor said even though this

is the third version of the band she's not buying it

this quotes from her dissent but this new window-dressing can i conceal an

unassailable fact the words of the president and his advisors create the

strong perception that the proclamation is contaminated by impermissible

discriminatory animus against Islam and its followers so she felt that the

things the president had said some of his surrogates had said on the campaign

trail and after and on Twitter should have been factored in and she said if

you would look at all those things together that you would reach the her

conclusion that this simply was driven by religious animus now the case is not

over we want to make clear for people what was at issue here was essentially

injunction an injunction so the Supreme Court has told the lower court tossed

the injunction we think that the plaintiffs don't have a good chance of

winning this case but now you actually have to decide it on the merit based on

all of the guidance from the Supreme Court today the administration feels

good that they'll do well as it goes back to the lower court but it's not

over yet and Dana wouldn't be surprised if it winds up right back here well in

key to the president's victory was that the initial travel ban as announced in

the chaos that resulted was then rescinded and then a different executive

order much more targeted including countries like North Korea and Venezuela

not Muslim countries but that was the key to the president's win today yeah

and you know essentially the Chief Justice wrote to there's been a lot of

talk about the animus behind this but the text of the proclamation itself does

not mention religion he said listen the plaintiffs complain that five of seven

of the countries still on the list are muscle majority countries but he said

listen it's not very effective if this was supposed to be a Muslim ban because

it only impacts 8% of the world's Muslim population so they stuck to the text

they didn't take in those outside arguments and statements and said based

on the face of this thing alone we find that the president is acted lawfully he

has this power under federal law he and any other president who would do

something and craft it this way we find it's permissible right all right Shannon

brain thank you for that and we'll check in with you because there's more to come

from the Supreme Court before their session is and for more I am joined by

Bret Baier he's anchor of special report great to have you on the program this

was a long time in coming and there's about a year and a half ago in January

of 2017 right after the president had taken office that all of the the

eruption of opposition to the President on this particular issue but they called

a Muslim ban really took all the headlines remember that but then the

president reissued the executive order made it much more targeted much more

narrow and I think that's probably what led to his victory in the Supreme Court

today your thoughts clearly and I was simply looking at the document looking

at the Constitution and making an assessment and this 5-4 ruling does just

that if you look at the majority opinion remember this is the third iteration of

the travel ban and it was a rocky start on the rollout much perhaps like the

rocky start on the zero tolerance and there's similarities

there and the beginning of those policy decisions but this is clearly according

to the president a huge win for him and he believes the books closed on this

there probably will be more challenges but not on that specific issue

yeah I'm perhaps not on the merits but the politics are gonna be there senator

Cory Booker of New Jersey had this to say earlier watch where a president that

wants to tear families apart this is a moral moment in our country when the

Supreme Court decided today is not just wrong it is dangerous it makes us less

safe and it undermines the values of our country and we are not defined as a

nation by what happens to us we're not defined as a nation by hateful voices

I'm curious about that if you just talk about on the merits he thinks that the

Supreme Court got it wrong fine but I'm not sure what he it's persuasive when he

says that we are less safe because of it I mean that's a really tough argument to

make I mean the the stipulation here is that these countries have to meet a

certain bar on who they're screening and how they're screening and if they meet

that bar then they're off of this list Chad was a country that did just that

and was off the list so how it is not making us safer it's really gonna be

tough on the stump to make that pitch I also think Dana if anything shows you

the power of the issue of justices and the ability to nominate Supreme Court

justices these big decisions that are coming out of the Supreme Court that

affect affect everybody really shows that that is a huge huge factor

politically as you go around the country in addition there's one more decision

that we're waiting for from the Supreme Court and that has to do with union dues

and whether people aren't have to be can be compelled to have to make them and

that if certainly all the political operatives around the country are

looking at that very closely as well so your point is very well made when I

talked about one other issue and that's that the House Republicans are going to

give it another college try on immigration congressman good lot he has

the original bill he's tweaked it a little bit he's going to include new

new words that say that it will mandate that all new employees in the US are

eligible to work using the verify system it creates a new visa program for

foreign workers in the farming and food processing industry so targeting a group

of people there that might vote for it it also says American companies can hire

450,000 foreign workers for three years if no US workers can be found to do the

job and that failure by employers to use the e-verify system could lead to

criminal charges and monetary fines those are some pretty interesting

additions do you think that that will help get this bill passed no I mean I

don't I just think it's a lot of busy work because they don't have the votes

at least not not that we can see up on Capitol Hill it clearly makes the bill

stronger but they don't even have the votes in the house let alone if you get

over to the Senate so there's a real challenge on the immigration legislation

crafting something big enough I think there's much more possibility that a

narrow bill on the issue of separating families that kind of backs up the

executive order cathy McMorris Rogers and others are working on that other

thing the other thing that's interesting on immigration is you have the vice

president down in South America along with tomorrow the Department of Homeland

Security Secretary dealing with countries directly to talk about the

root causes in those countries and now I think that's a huge story that I really

think so - because desperate people are always going to try to leave and so the

president has asked for today for more money for the wallet we're gonna talk to

Senator Shelley Moore Capito in just a little bit about his request and if that

can get done but then also should the United States invest more in these

countries in terms of rule of law to try to prevent people from wanting to leave

your final thought I'll give it to you and also just getting the word out about

what the actual policy is what the actual law is that all of these

countries understand where the u.s. is coming from and if there are root causes

that they can be helped with to prevent those people to start that journey yep

indeed all right Bret Baier will catch you tonight at 6 p.m. on special report

Thank You Dana on this very busy day in Washington

President Trump having a working lunch with Republican lawmakers so what was

discussed I'll talk to one senator who was there Shelley Moore Capito of West

Virginia plus the president getting the last word on his travel ban the High

Court handing him a big win today I'm gonna talk to Ari Fleischer about it

next the ruling shows that all of the attacks from the media and the Democrat

politicians are wrong and they turned out to be very wrong I will always be

defending the sovereignty the safety and the security of the American people

well it's today's top story the Supreme Court upholding the president's travel

ban the 5-4 decision by the High Court ending a long drawn-out legal battle

joining me now is Ari Fleischer former press secretary to President George W

Bush and a Fox News contributor whenever the Supreme Court finally makes

a decision Ari still to this day people feel like they are the final answer like

this is going to be remanded back to the lower courts with the president

certainly won today your thoughts it's wonderful to see everybody Democrat

Republican all sides salute the Supreme Court and follow you know with all the

talk about civility and how torn apart we are by politics it's wonderful to see

one institution that everybody still respects even when you disagree with it

you adhere to its rulings what else can we do and that's one of the greatest

strengths of our democracy people follow that's a really great point and it leads

me to something new today is a new poll and it's been commissioned by former

President George W Bush and former Vice President Biden it's called the American

democracy poll democracy project a couple of things here 55 percent polled

said that they see democracy as weak that's a concern also a poll the poll

says 68 percent of Americans believe that the America is getting weaker and

that when asked to rank the importance of living in a democracy on a scale of

one to ten with ten being absolutely important 60 percent picked 10 in the

new poll overall 84% picked a number between 6 and 10 so it just feels a lot

different from maybe when you like grew up and even how you would answer those

questions but the the decimation of the institutions that's one thing but also

you mentioned civility if people are just feeling like they're so far apart

when in actually in America and we have so much to be grateful for

absolutely Dana and you know I think all of this is a reminder that the Twitter

world the nasty world that we see really is not the real world that we live in

and especially the farther you get away from DC right before they get away from

political to corrupt to Twitter you realize how respectful people are toward

each other despite all the anger we have in our system that still doesn't mean

it's okay to have the you're in our system democracy is

refreshing democracy is enduring and the best thing about our democracy

particularly it's self-correcting if there is something wrong we fix it and

that's the strength and we fix it through the ballot box not through

yelling or harassing or screaming at people when they're having a meal always

to the nobody is persuaded by the yelling and we see you know there

certainly are there a lot of examples of very uncivil behavior we see it across

the board and it's something that we should all

try to get a handle on that democracy project will very interesting take a

look at that I also wanted to ask you about the Harley Davidson decision

because when you and I first met way back when you were the spokesperson for

the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee and that's really when I

learned all about your free trade and taxes and the economic policy that how I

think that things should be done and I remember bristling of course when

presidents would weigh in about a company's decision because company

should be allowed to make decisions that they make

president Trump you certainly feels differently about Harley Davidson who

announced that it would be moving some of its production to Europe in order to

avoid the tariff over there because they're worried about their business in

Europe about 40% of their businesses over there your thoughts on how all of

this is unfolding the president says it's all going to be fine they quit too

early but some of these companies are making decisions before then huge

high-stakes gamble and it would take an outsider somebody like a Donald Trump

and I'd say this to his credit to try to shake up the system particularly visa V

China where we all know China has been picking our pocket and stealing from us

and we just acquiesce Donald Trump comes along and says I'll fight I'll fight for

America I'll fight for American workers I'll take on China we don't know if

he'll win the fight though and that's what harley-davidson shows when the

president slapped tariffs on Europe Europe slapped tariffs back the tariffs

hit Harley Harley moves to Europe a part of their production facilities so they

won't be hit by European tariffs that's how trade wars go so yes I was raised in

the same school as you Dana tariffs are bad tariffs are wrong they lead to

trouble on the other hand if Trump can pull this off and make the rest of the

world lower their tariffs and get back to more free trade more will he be a

successful president high states we don't know how it's

come out yet right well all right flexure we appreciate you being here

today thank you thanks Dana so dangerous drugs hidden in the mail

sent in packages from overseas but the feds with a new weapon to sniff them out

plus a critical primary day ahead of the midterms and we will look at some of the

most closely watched races happening today its primary day across the country

with voters heading to the polls in seven states including New York where

Michael Grimm is fighting to get his congressional seat back after his prison

stint as he runs against Dan Donovan joining me now is Meredith Kelly

d-triple-c communications director and Matt Gorman he's over at the NRCC also

doing communications as the director great to have you both here today Matt

let me start with you and in New York with this Michael Grimm seat against Dan

Donovan does the NRCC you know have a preferred outcome here well you know I

think you're having Dana first of all we support Dan Donovan we have from the

beginning he's run a great campaign so far he's has a record of accomplishment

and we believe he's a victorious tonight as well but that's also not the only

primary we're keeping our eye on tonight in New York upstate in John fastest

district there's a 4-way clown car primary essentially among the Democrats

we're single-payer has become the issue de jour in that race and a litmus test

and so whoever takes that position of raising taxes by 32 trillion complete

government control of health care or even abolishing the VA or Medicare Part

D as we know it is going to be rendered unelectable in general so there's plenty

of primaries to go around tonight and we're keeping our eye on that one what

are your thoughts Merritt is on that New York 11 but also if you have other ones

in New York that you're looking at sure thanks for having me Dana in New York 11

max Rose is a combat veteran in the Army and has since gone on to advocate for

affordable health care on Staten Island and he's going to be the Democratic

nominee tonight and he's prepared to run against convict Michael Grimm or the

very desperate Dan Donovan who has spent the last several months running to his

right and talking about policies that really hurt New Yorkers taking a step

back we are very excited and proud to have more veterans again running all

across the country from collar to upstate New York to that Staten

Island seat and it's a trend you're seeing everywhere Democrats with records

of service were fighting for more affordable health care lower

prescription drug costs and growing the economy so that wages can actually start

keeping up with the cost of living it's pretty interesting to watch all that I

mean of course I'm MJ Hegar the one in Texas I played up some of her ad about

the doors opening or being closed on her and her opening them so yes I see that

let me read to you something from Chris Starr Walt who wrote this yesterday in

his halftime report he said there are almost 60 districts where the

Republicans are on defense so the numbers look pretty grim for the red

team but the secret to Republican effort to save the house may come down to the

handful of seats where they are actually playing offense there are just seven

seats currently held by Democrats where Republicans look to have a chance to

actually make gains given the fact that it looks like for now the control the

house will come down to a narrow decision these seven are taking on

special significance for the GOP and Matt I think that's a pretty interesting

place for the Republicans to be right now where you earlier like in January

we're talking about this huge blue wave and now we're actually talking about the

possibility of the Republicans being on offense which our secret to all of those

well we're gonna run every single day like we're ten points down doing that

the entire cycle though I will say that the green arc ballot has been the closer

that's been all cycle and we're gonna run this race on the economy and on the

effects of tax reform both in the short term we've seen bonuses and perks and

increase 401k contributions those the type of things Nancy Pelosi is called

crumbs but also in the longer term as well we see economic growth at record

highs I just saw a poll yesterday that said two-thirds of Americans feel better

about the economy than they had in over ten years

unemployment's at record lows wages are rising so you know I think that's the

choice voters gonna have this fall whether we want to continue the economic

progress we've seen or go back to the days of Speaker Pelosi with more

economic stagnation to higher taxes Meredith I've wanted to ask Democrats

about this and you're one of the best ones to ask because how are the

Democrats going to try to say that it would be better to have Democrats if the

economy is still roaring and if the people feel good about the economy what

is the counter-argument from from the Democrats I'll give you the last word

sure well very quickly Matt mentioned the generic ballot

but I've not seen his committee released any district specific polling to suggest

that they have a single offensive opportunity on the battlefield when it

comes to the tax bill I think voters every single day learn more about the

fact that it is a massive handout to big corporations and billionaires and will

increase costs including health care premiums for everyone else the more they

learn about it the more unpopular it becomes we found out today that taxes

will go up for synagogues and churches and places of worship which I don't

think Republicans want to defend this bill is getting more unpopular by the

day that's because wages still aren't

keeping up with the cost of living and middle class people were not prioritized

so here you have it Republicans and Democrats going to the polls today to

see who's going to be the nominees in these big contests Thank You Meredith

Kelly and Matt Gorman I appreciate it Thank You Tina

there's a massive demonstration in Iran and challenging the government citizens

in Tehran are protesting economic problems as the u.s. restores sanctions

shouting death to high prices the currency is collapsing as the government

struggles to tackle double-digit inflation and high unemployment many

shops and Tehran's oldest bazaars shutting their doors for the day worried

about their future president Truong threatening new tariffs on Europe and a

growing trade dispute what he's now saying about harley-davidsons plan to

shift production overseas plus the Supreme Court has ruled on the travel

ban but it's not the final word just yet we'll ask our legal expert what's next

but there are no checks and allyce's and in fact the court is saying if you don't

like our interpretation of the Immigration and Nationality Act then

your Congress should fix it but do you think this Congress is gonna fix that we

couldn't even pass comprehensive immigration reform

TRUMP STUNS OBAMA HOLDOVERS "YOU'RE ALL FIRED" - Duration: 12:16.

TRUMP STUNS OBAMA HOLDOVERS "YOU'RE ALL FIRED"

President Donald Trump just issued a new executive order that will potentially get rid of federal

employee unions' ability to negotiate with agency leaders and represent workers.

PS Republic reported that this order will will also reduce the time it takes for an

agency to fire people for poor performance or misconduct.

Trump issues this order because during Barack Obama's presidency, government employees

felt safe from repercussions for not working or for misbehaving.

Trump has had enough of this nonsense, and he's putting these workers on notice.

"Today, the President is fulfilling his promise to promote a more efficient government

by reforming civil service rules," said Andrew Bremberg, director of the President's

Domestic Policy Council.

"Every year, the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey shows that less than one-third of federal

employees believe poor performers are adequately addressed by their agency.

These executive orders make it easier to remove poor performing employees, and ensure that

taxpayer dollars are more efficiently used."

Trump's first goal is to reduce the time it takes to fire poor performers and employees

suspected of misconduct by standardizing the length of Performance Improvement Plans to

30 days across the federal government.

"A GAO report shows that it takes six months to a year to remove someone from government,

and can often take another nine months on appeal," an official said.

"[This] also encourages agencies to fire someone for misconduct when they've been

engaged in behavior that warrants it, instead of just suspending them."

Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) released a statement praising Trump for this order, calling it

a huge move towards a more effective federal government.

"The hallmark of the American civil service is our commitment to hire the best and the

brightest to serve our fellow Americans," he said.

"These executive orders strive to make the federal government more efficient, not only

for the taxpayer, but for our great federal workers.

We have thousands of federal employees who work very hard for the nation; it's important

that their work is not frustrated by the poor performance of a small few."

Liberals are furious about this of course, but we love Trump's latest move!

Mad Maxine Tells Crowd She's Ready To Take Out Trump Herself, Immediately Pays For It - Duration: 13:58.

Mad Maxine Tells Crowd She's Ready To Take Out Trump Herself, Immediately Pays For It

It has been a long road to recovery since House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (LA-D) survived

an attempted assassination by a supporter of self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders.

Yet in that four months, the calls for violence have only increased.

Scalise's Congressional colleagues like Rep. Maxine Waters (CA-D) are calling for

harassment and refusal of service of anyone who works in the Trump administration.

In Waters' extreme lack of self-awareness, it seems to completely pass her by that she

is an active member of Congress herself IN the Trump administration.

So is she calling for violence and harassment against herself as well?

It seems were she sincere in protestations of "the terrible evil of the Trump administration"

as she claims it, then she should resign.

Take the moral high ground.

Remove herself from the taint of the Trump administration…except she won't.

Waters is simply a power-hungry political despot like much of Washington and despots

never surrender.

Despots simply continue in their hypocrisy.

Waters was noted as the "most corrupt member of Congress" on four separate occasions

and passed a paltry three bills in her lengthy tenure in Congress, promised a group that

benefits "homeless LGBTQ youth" that she will "take out" the president — and

the far left-leaning progressive audience wildly applauded.

Waters was attending the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City.

It took a mere 27 seconds for Waters to start in on her usual anti-Trump tirade.

*yawn*

Waters started out in the video clip – Wow, what a moving evening this is!

She continues – "I'm sitting here listening, watching, absorbing, thinking about Ali even

though I never met him.

And with this kind of inspiration, I will go and take out Trump tonight," she said

as the crowd roared in approval and Waters pumped her fist.

Just two days later, Waters continued her usual ranting about President Trump, this

time at a Los Angeles AIDS walk.

Waters took the stage in front of Los Angeles City Hall and quickly turned the event into

a platform to push her personal political agenda.

But now as Waters has escalated her calls for violence and her attempts to provoke her

base into extreme actions against those she views as her political opposition.

She must be stopped before her calls for violence end in someone getting hurt before some crazed

Antifa member takes a bike lock to someone's head or attempts to assassinate a member of

Congress again.

In an effort to hold Waters accountable for her actions, Investigative Journalist Laura

Loomer approached the Congresswoman to ask her about her "suggestions" that the Trump

administration and its supporters be harassed.

It turns out Waters does not like to be questioned and she likes it even less when her own advice

is taken and used against her.

Loomer attempted to have a little chat with her about where conservatives are allowed

to go.

This is in the halls of the Capitol.

LOOMER: I just wanted to ask you, where are conservatives allowed to go?

WATERS: Please come to my office —

LOOMER: Are there separate —

WATERS: — and talk with me.

LOOMER: Do we sit at the back of the bus?

WATERS: Please come.

Please come to my office and talk with me.

LOOMER: Where can we eat?

WATERS: We'll be happy to talk to you.

LOOMER: Where can a conservative eat at a restaurant in D.C.?

WATERS: Please come to my office and talk.

LOOMER: I'm asking you right now.

WATERS: Please come to my office and talk.

LOOMER: You're talking about civility.

WATERS: Yes.

LOOMER: Do you think it's civil to call for the harassment —

WATERS: Please come to my office and sit down and talk with me.

LOOMER: No.

I'm asking you right now.

Loomer states that Waters instead hit her hand and swatted her in the face twice with

papers.

As a result, Loomer has filed a police report for assault.

Loomer tweeted: "I filed a police report w/Capitol Police against Maxine Waters.

Yesterday when I confronted her on Capitol Hill, she ASSAULTED me.

She hit my hand, then she swatted me in the face twice w/her papers.

I'm pressing charges."

BizPac Review correctly pointed out that Loomer was simply doing to Waters what "the California

Democrat urged liberals to do to Trump aides: Confront them in public."

Washington watchdog Judicial Watch also sent a letter on Tuesday morning to the House Office

of Congressional Ethics asking for an investigation into Waters' inflammatory statements, and

another source reported the Secret Service was looking into the comments.

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton cited the requirement, found in House Rule 23, clause

1, that a member "shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect

creditability on the House."

He wrote the congressional investigators, "In encouraging individuals to create 'crowds'

who will 'push back' on President Trump's Cabinet members at private business establishments

and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities

without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be in violation of House rules."

Now we wait and see if Congress will actually DO something…

Baier: The politics of President Trump's travel ban - Duration: 10:11.

the Supreme Court ruling was a tremendous victory for akka we have to

be toughened we have to be safe and we have to be secure this is a moral moment

for our nation who our president who openly wants to put a religious test on

citizenship this is not a religious band and you're picking out countries with

higher threat levels with a poor vetting process so it makes sense and I think

this really makes us safer well today the Supreme Court handing President

Trump and his administration a big win upholding travel ban 3.0 5-4 decision

the majority you see the justices voting in the majority there and the dissenting

of the opinion on the majority saying quote prod the proclamation is squarely

within the scope of presidential authority under federal law indeed

neither dissent even attempts and a serious argument to the contrary the

dissent written by justice Sotomayor says quote this repackaging does little

to cleanse presidential proclamation number 96 for five of the appearance of

discrimination that the president's words have created based on the evidence

in the record a reasonable observer would conclude that the proclamation was

motivated by anti-muslim animus with that let's bring in our panel byron york

chief political correspondent of The Washington Examiner Molly Hemingway

senior editor at the Federalist and Charles Lane opinion writer for The

Washington Post okay Byron significant ruling today it was this was all we were

talking about in the first few months of the Trump administration and it should

have been a slam dunk for the White House and the fact that it is not as

there was not as really amazing at John Roberts is correct it was clearly within

the scope of the president's constitutional powers and the biggest

argument against it was that even though it was a legitimate presidential power

that this president Donald Trump had exercised it with impure motive and you

had a situation in which an executive order

word for word if signed by another president would have been constitutional

and yet since it was signed by Donald Trump with his history of anti-muslim

statements it was therefore unconstitutional it was a that

would have been a crazy legal area to go into in the court it's a relief really

that the court did not do that Molly Chief Justice Roberts specifically

addressed the issue of whether it was a religious test or not pointing out that

it covered only 8% of the world's Muslims that it was using a list that

had been developed by a previous administration the Obama administration

while she's talking there and that it also included North Korea and Venezuela

so that it was hard to argue that this was even though this is what the

conversation had been in the media that this was a Muslim ban and even Donald

Trump referred to it as that it really is an important decision dealing with

whether the executive has the authority to make decisions about national

security related to immigration and it's important also to consider how the Obama

administration fared with the Supreme Court when it tested executive authority

it repeatedly was turned away by the court sometimes by nine nine to zero

decisions so this is something that I think is the Trump administration can

legitimately be pleased with on the question of executive authority

interesting reaction from all over Capitol Hill and elsewhere here's one

commentator on another channel with an interesting analogy what Osama bin Laden

hoped to provoke was a war of civilization a war between the West and

1 billion Muslims and so what Donald Trump in this Muslim band signal to the

world is that Muslims are not welcome here that this is whether the

conservative justices say that in fact this is about executive power the

president clear intent was to impose a religious test and that is as

fundamentally unamerican as anything that he's done over the

course of this presidency what about the majority opinion that was looking at the

words on the paper there well you know I would like to just react to that in

tandem with reacting to Byron the Byron's absolutely right if you just

took the let's say the 3.0 version of this not the first two which were quite

different the biggest problem was the problem the president created for

himself through all this extravagant hasta

rhetoric toward Muslims George W Bush of course who is president right after 9/11

went out of his way to signal that the United States did not have a quarrel

with all Muslims just the Islamist terrorists and so I think that

commentator you just put up there has a point that the atmospherics around this

we're terrible one of the lessons of this decision though is not everything

that has terrible atmospherics that's perhaps even stupid and offensive is

unconstitutional or even in this case because it was a statutory argument

against it against the statutes either I don't consider this so much a victory or

even a vindication which is the president's other word for this I think

what he got from the Supreme Court today was a rather a grudging almost

acknowledgment that okay you can do this if you insist there's no there's no

rhetoric in that any of the majority of concurring opinions saying yeah this was

absolutely necessary etc it was like well you know we can't stop you we have

no basis to stop you so you can go ahead but at its heart Mali it was an increase

in this 3.0 version of the the stipulations to get in the what these

countries were doing to vet the people who were actually getting to the u.s.

chad was on the list but then taken off because they met the stipulations right

so it's hard to argue that it was some arbitrary lists and in fact I think the

first version of the ban actually would have held up under the decision-making

that the court had today another issue where atmospherics was bad though is

that you had a district court doing an injunction against a national ruling and

this is a trend that we're seeing a lot particularly during the Trump

administration where district courts are thwarting national issues and Clarence

Thomas specifically said in his concurring opinion that this is

something that might have to be taken up soon to discuss the legality of it

the fact that this was a 5-4 decision is also significant because it means that

we're getting very narrow decisions based on you know in on highly political

cases it is a tremendous argument in favor of those people who did vote for

Donald Trump that they were able to get a 540

sitting on this and also the decision that forbids the state of California

from forcing pro-life groups to advocate for abortion

but the fact that there are five four decisions means that we're going to see

this court continue to be a very political issue it shows also how

important being able to have a nominee that becomes a Supreme Court justice is

in this political well world that we live if Donald Trump ever says anything

bad about Mitch McConnell again he shouldn't he will I'm sure but but he

shouldn't but look at some of the precedents that could have happened if

this had gone the other way the the shackles that have been could have been

put on a future presidents ability to act in national security instances and

also it seemed to want to create some of the some of the proponents the opponents

of the ban with foreign nationals physically outside the United States

seem to create some sort of constitutional right of entry into the

United States and that would have been a terrible president our late friend

Charles Krauthammer weighed in on this last year I'm not against tightening the

vetting we should but I think what we're saying is the kind of kabuki that we do

as a way to make ourselves think that we are safer from terrorism there are a lot

of sources of terrorism the whole list probably has a at the bottom is the idea

of infiltration from these states these are seven states in 15 years since 9/11

there hasn't been a single murder of an American by a national of these two

countries Chuck well that's another good point is that quite a few of the recent

lone wolf attacks have taken place by people who are either born in the United

States or who were here on green cards and the relationship between terrorism

these particular countries though not completely disjointed is a little

tenuous it's just that I think what the court was wrestling with particularly

justices Robert Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy do we take this

power away from all future presidents because we're so uncertain about the

trustworthiness of the current one and I think they felt we're gonna have

to swallow this exercise of the power in the case of a very very inflammatory

president because it could be used legitimately when the presidency is

occupied by a different person later on let's look at the circuit courts that

were willing to do that not just the Ninth Circuit the Fourth Circuit all the

judges short of the Supreme Court big majorities were willing to do that with

the president and some of them will be changed because as the judges get

through the process up on Capitol Hill including Monster

you

BREAKING TRUMP REVEALS WHY HE FIRED COMEY – HILLARY CLINTON IS NOT OUT OF HOT WATER YET - Duration: 11:40.

BREAKING TRUMP REVEALS WHY HE FIRED COMEY – HILLARY CLINTON IS NOT OUT OF HOT WATER

YET

Everyone had their own version of why former FBI director James Comey lost his job.

Some even hesitated to cheer or boo.

Democrats in particular were not ready for this.

Well it's time President Trump put everyone's minds at ease.

In an interview with Judge Jeanine Pirro, Trump reveals why he fired Comey and everything

else you need to know.

At first Trump started talking about Democrats.

Their reactions were unexpected.

In fact they were the ones hating on Comey for apparently destroying Clinton's chance

at victory.

Well Now everything is clear.

Trump is certain of it.

Democrats are beyond hypocrites.

What Trump had to say next is something everyone must hear.

Comey gave Hillary Clinton a free pass like no one before.

That's a fact.

Hillary is also responsible for deleting more than 30,000 emails during an FBI investigation.

That's another fact.

In the end all Comey did was let her walk away.

So there you have it.

What more of a reason for firing a FBI director do you need?

Trump said everything he had to say.

He made it loud and clear to everyone watching.

Maybe this will clear up the whole commotion and Democrats can stop with their crying.

In the end, their former leader got

the good

half

of

the deal.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders Just Floored Everyone With 9-Year-Old Admission on Trump - Duration: 5:15.

arah Huckabee Sanders Just Floored Everyone With 9-Year-Old Admission on Trump

In the midst of all the drama that is going on today, it would do us a wonder of good

to take time to appreciate the little things… the good things that go on around us.

One such memorable incident happened last summer and it still makes me smile every time

I think of it.

I bet it will make you feel good as well.

DC can be a very ugly place.

But it is also a place where warriors fight for us every day.

A giant among them is President Trump who has fought the establishment politicians every

step of the way.

But even there, life-affirming and uplifting things warm our hearts.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders moved all of America when she read

a 9 year old's letter to President Trump to the press corps assembled at the White

House.

Sarah said it was a moment to remember the "forgotten men, women, and children that

we're here to serve and that the President is fighting for."

And it was.

It reminds each of us that we all matter and the biggest truths many times come out of

the smallest of Americans, our children.

According to the Washington Times, the letter came from a young man named Dylan.

However, he notes that "everybody calls me Pickle."

I love that nickname and it hearkens back to a much simpler time.

It looks like Trump has a devoted new friend.

In the letter that was dated June 1st, the little boy calls Trump his favorite President

and says he had a Trump-themed birthday party.

"My cake was in the (shape) of your hat," he said.

He was referring to Trump's signature red "Make America Great Again" cap.

Dylan also had a list of questions for President Trump which Sarah read.

"How old are you?

How big is the White House?

Ho(w) much monny (sic) do you have?" the letter cheerfully read.

Ah, the innocence of children.

The left asks that question so they can examine Trump's tax returns and bank accounts.

Dylan asks it so he can become great like his President.

"I don't now why people don't like you," he continued.

Sanders responded, "Me either, Dylan."

I think most of us felt that way when we heard this letter and we still feel that way.

"You seme nice can we be friends?" he concluded, while noting he'd included his

picture.

He's a cute kid by the way.

Sanders at the time said that she hoped that Dylan was watching at home "because the

President wanted me to personally tell you hello."

"Dylan, thanks for writing to the President," Sanders said.

"And if you're ever in Washington, D.C., I hope you'll stop by and let us show you

around the White House."

And Dylan did go to the White House which is in itself another story.

The touching letter went viral.

Americans couldn't get enough of it.

They are starved for good, clean innocent patriotism.

The San Diego Union-Tribune entitled its article on the incident, "Everyone's talking about

Dylan, age 9.

Donald Trump is his 'favrit president.'"

It wasn't just an adorable moment, it showed that the White House press room was going

to be a lot different under Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

And boy has it.

Sanders is a tigress and has handled every confrontation from the lamestream media with

grace and aplomb.

Regardless of whether they attack her looks, her speech or her morals.

She's a devout Christian, a devoted mother and the best press secretary I think we have

ever had.

The media hates to cover stuff like this because it makes President Trump look good.

In fact, they go out of their way to bury press like this.

They would rather focus on soap opera drama and all-things Russian (except the ones that

actually matter).

Anything that makes the President look bad or inept is what they strive for.

But Americans no longer buy that crap.

They love their President and equally hate the media these days.

And one little boy named Pickle certainly loves President Trump.

The media should take notes and a lesson from this kid.

Appearing on Fox and Friends, Dylan's mother, SuAnn Harbin, said the pair would "definitely"

take the White House up on its offer to have them tour Trump's residence.

Their television appearance dismissed suspicions held by some that Dylan, nicknamed "Pickle,"

was not real and that the letter had been faked.

"Theres no way a 9 year old boy wrote that.

I work with kids and any kid who is called Pickle and wants to be buddies with Trump

aint real," a social media user wrote on Twitter.

That's a typical leftist response and it was pushed by the Washington Post.

No big surprise there.

Dylan told Fox News anchors that he wrote the President "because I wanted him to be

my friend."

His mother said she had not influenced her son.

"It was all him.

He did everything," she said.

SuAnn said her son is "so excited" that the White House responded to the letter.

She also added that they received little warning before Sanders read the letter publicly.

"It was a complete surprise.

We were at a Giants game and they had called right before we went in to the stadium and

they said, 'Hi, this is so and so from the White House and we're calling to let you

know that we received Pickle's letter and that they're going to read it at the press

conference in about 20 minutes,'" she told Fox News.

When asked why he admires Trump, Dylan said, "Because he's a smart businessman and

I like all of his suits."

Pickle did get his tour and he got to meet President Trump from what I understand.

And the only propaganda here is what came from the left and the media which no one,

and I mean no one, listened to.
