Trump news on Youtube Jun 25 2018

all right let's take in inventory unemployment non-existent check GDP

soaring check trade imbalance addressed check nuclear threat reduced check

terror seems at bay check things are looking up why is that

if only the flag had arms to hug him back feels like a good run for everyone

it is satisfaction with the country's direction has reached a 12-year high

while trust in the mainstream media drops to another low which could be why

the press has gone nuttier than an elephant's diarrhea thank you thank you

that means it works for as it becomes harder to deny something is working the

harder the media works to show something is wrong so how do you smear America as

the Third Reich when it's not you lie take Time magazine's cover this weeping

young girl became the media's poster child for evil Trump separation policy

but turns out she was with her mother the whole time and her mom according to

dad took the child without telling him now maybe your husband's bad I don't

know but I do know the media spread this photo like a common cold just to keep

the evil alive meanwhile a feverish dolt is coming for you if you vote for Trump

then you the voters you not Donald Trump are standing at the BART border like

Nazis go you hear you hear and I think we now have to flip it and it's a given

the evilness of Donald Trump but if you vote you can no longer separate yourself

that's the next step everyone's a Nazi now remember once you brand someone as

evil that allows for any or all behavior you can show up the peoples at people's

homes because they're Nazis you can threaten their kids because they're

Nazis you could shoot congressmen because they're Nazis funny the people

shouting Nazi do a great job impersonating them if Donny Deutsch got

any dumber he'd be - Donny Deutsche's

because what he's mad about actually happened before Trump the only change is

the guy in office Brooke Baldwin a rare exception she got it right here's a

question for Democrats so many people in this country are certainly outraged by

the cages and the thermal blankets and the facilities housing these kids you

know they were all there in 2014 under President Obama and my question to you

senator Baldwin is did you speak up against them then you know on the on

this issue that we get into a moment where we're making progress and then

when it when it stalls we turn around I

don't I don't think those were words talk about a deer in the headlights that

Senator she just got mugged by the truth in broad daylight so people now care

about the problem because it's Trump good imagine if you had four more years

of some Democrat the human trafficking that happened under Obama would still be

largely ignored it's true this abuse happened while he was president even the

liberal website Snopes agrees but then the press forgot that they covered it

because amnesia won't interrupt their anti Trump tantrum so now Trump owns it

while trying to stop it and solve a greater problem fact long-term fixes

have short-term setbacks adults get this children never do and by children I mean

the media their outrage is unaccompanied by an adult solution we know separating

kids from parents that's bad leaving kids with traffickers that's worse

but I applaud those for waking up to an issue they slept through under Obama but

Trump is succeeding and that's their nightmare and even if Trump compromises

it's not enough and their game the goalpost is on wheels here's the current

liberal opinion split up a family temporarily you're a Nazi keep the

family together you're also a Nazi but as for a solution

they freeze they don't need solutions all they need are feelings here's a

former Obama official explaining how to solve the immigration problem I wish

that I could bake a cake made out of rainbows and smiles and we darling be

happy she doesn't even go here

do you even go to this school no they just have a lot of feelings it's all you

need so the left called Trump Hitler as Trump handles North Korea trade jobs

tarik cetera that's the opposite of Hitler

he's a Gandhi and orange Gandhi which is why the left is losing it the latest of

course is Peter Fonda hmm yeah he's lost his motorcycle and his marbles this

brain-dead basket case suggested kidnapping and assaulting Donald Trump's

child what did I say before demon someone evil and you can do anything to

him and so the liberal manifesto has been boiled down to two words

fu actually that's one letter and a word but instead of professional suicide

Fonda has a movie coming out what Rose Anton was zilch compared to this the

double standard thrives but it's not just Fonda every celebrity they're all

dull conformist they think alike talk alike at times they even walk alike here

they are on the red carpet

no wonder they hate Trump he's a bigger star he's more entertaining what would

you rather watch Sarah Sanders reducing Jim Acosta to a puddle or Peter Fonda

try to eat peas all I can take but it's not about kids really it's about 2020

and a willingness to cleave a country over it

luckily America gets it a new poll has a large majority believing the media is

inherently biased as optimism in the country grows and as more people reject

the mainstream media journalists get furious like Mean Girls uninvited to the

prom hence the mental chaos the threats the

Trump's son shoutouts to Hitler tweeted pictures of death camps the world's

crumbling it began when Trump was elected when Paul Krugman and his ilk

then predicted of course economic collapse wrong again you jackasses the

economy is on fire which is the only reason you can afford therapy

let's welcome tonight's guest he has more punchlines than a high school dance

writer and comedian Joe DeVito see so sharp her parents never gave her

balloons she's attorney Emily coupon yo natural

review reporter cat Tim and there is no deep end in his swimming pool former WWE

Superstar massive sidekick Cyrus all right Joe we know this is a tough

subject nobody wants to separate kids what is working you well I think that

senator missed a perfect opportunity that's when you pretend your microphone

and earpiece don't work yes and you don't just start something like that if

you believe Trump is that bad then you don't need to make fake photographs and

you don't need to repurpose photographs right so four years ago it's a serious

issue and it should be treated seriously instead of ignoring it the way the

people who had the reins of power for the past eight years did it's not gonna

be easy and is going to be a lot of suffering but I think what pisses off

the left the most is the idea that there are people who want to come to the

United States of their own volition if that means that the United States is not

the worst racist hellhole for non-white people then their whole value system

gets exploded mmm that is an interesting and very perceptive fuck you what I

can't all right Emily

you are the legal minds and I want to ask you isn't is is busy Trump's sin is

trying to enforce laws and he'll enforce a law if they change the law right isn't

that kind of how he is or right that's exactly what's happening is that he's

trying to enforce the law but he's running into the same conundrum that

Obama did which is essentially if you please the masses then you're not

enforcing the law and if you enforce the law then people are up in arms and I

think this issue is it's an iceberg and the reality of our southern border and

the nine border sectors of it is that it's not just about the drug cartels as

being these linchpins it's the messaging first of all that's been oversimplified

by both sides and also we have to think about what's pushing and driving these

people so desperately to our borders and what is the pull factors that we have on

our side attracting them which includes now catch and release and under the

former administration so I think the the journalists that are doing the best work

they're people like Brandon Darby and our iboga doe they're amazing because

they're not subscribing to that messaging and they're really committing

to the fact that it's actually diplomacy which is where we need to put our

efforts and that there's a lot of there's a lot more people involved in

these cartels that are financers and bankers and attorneys in these places

that that they are far more powerful than the actual cartel heads but again

messaging just reduces it so how are we to actually combat these Central

American pull factors and push factors if we don't actually know the whole

picture hmm Emily you did smartest stuff this week

firstly I feel my bike a working I'm not following

Dennis Rodman Rodman is going to Honduras - no no but we were talking

earlier it's like it seems like the left got this is Christmas for them you

finally got one yeah but they don't know what to do with it right like a dog

chasing the tires like oh my god him we may just fumble it away because they

just don't know how to play their hand right right right

they overplay the hand yeah it was a bad week for Trump when he does well we have

to say good job mr. president and when he has a bad we've got to say hey pull

it back the punters didn't handle it right everybody kind of went to business

for themselves they said whatever they wanted to say and because it's an ugly

thing but here in the stage this is something that on the social media I

kind of got into it this week was like when if someone in this audience has

their children in the car with them and they get pulled over from misdemeanor

and they owe to jail their kids go to the system right like being arrested and

committing a crime is a rough ugly thing it affects a lot of people and your

children if they're with you yes if you're choosing to break the law they go

on a system yeah I understand the reasons why you're coming to this

country I get it I grew up in California I was around a lot of immigrants that

were coming into one person awesome and for the most part for the most part they

were there to work raise their families like you know and they worked hard okay

so I kind of have big there's also that bad element and we have to be able to

screen because even if you let in 500 great hard-working soon-to-be American

citizens and one of them's a mass murderer that's one too many

yeah and we have to screen and we have to vet and we have to do those things

that you think it's what do you think this is going with the constant nazi

hitler comparisons I mean is this ever gonna end

or is it where's it going I did not like the separation policy not a fan glad

that it's not a thing anymore although I really just genuinely don't understand

how it's like Nazi Germany yeah I don't get how that's even a comparison so I'm

convinced that a lot of people maybe just don't know what Nazi Germany is

that's a good point yeah yeah maybe I think it's just kind of spreads like

wildfire like they hear one person say it and they're like you know they

realize that what they have to do to fit in with all their buddies is agree that

it's Nazi Germany yes so that way everybody you know other else you're

gonna think that you're a jerk so everyone just keeps repeating it without

ever actually really explaining it mm-hmm well if you believe being a Nazi

means being in favor of school vouchers you've given yourself a wide range of

people you can call a Nazi yeah if you just include anyone who doesn't agree

with you if as if er ously as a Nazi that's how they get away with it it's

completely illogical you know I think you're a Nazi you know yeah the idea I

wrote a conclusion here and I know I gotta go Trump gave a lot of these

cynical hypocrites the wherewithal to do their job

now this is a real problem that reporters are now going after only

because it's under Trump they're actually care about the kids now so it's

actually Thank You Trump for making reporters care once again about children

all right coming up the midterms are coming the Dems are fired up the

Republicans are fired up everyone's fired up except my cousin Steve cuz he's

a big jerk good job

I'm rich Madelene Oh, I'm running for governor to deliver progressive results and to stand up to Donald Trump

Here are a few of the things. I've done that already infuriate him. I protected Planned Parenthood from the Republicans in Congress

I helped ban assault weapons in Maryland

I believe in public schools not voucher state and that's you too, Bob

And what's the number one way? I piss off Donald Trump and the Republicans

Take that Trump

Some people see a dumpster fire and do nothing but watch the spectacle

Some are too scared to face a danger or they think it will benefit them if they just let it keep on burning

Others shrug and say, oh all this talking with dumpster fire. It's just fake boobs

There is it infernal raging in Washington, but here in the land of 10,000 lakes

We know how to put out a fire I am Richard Pater and I approve of this message

The Democrats continue to be as stupid as they possibly can a

Democratic candidate has now run one of the most painful and yet hilarious

Campaign ads in history, the Democratic candidate for the House of Representatives in Colorado's name is Levi Tillman. He's run against Jason crow

he says that he he says that the best way to stop school shootings is to armed schools and teachers with pepper spray and

In his campaign ad he sprays himself with pepper spray to show how effective this strategy would be

I'm calling on Congress to stop talking past each other and try something new

empower schools and teachers with non-lethal

Self-defense tools like this can of pepper spray

Trust me. This will stop anyone in their tracks

and

Then he sprays himself in the eyes with pepper spray

And then he has to dunk his head in vats of chemicals to stop it

and

Then he described how terrible is there's more than 300 million guns in the United States as this guy's now soaked in soap

I'll go to the mat for kids in community not Washington insiders and corporations and I was running a hose over his eyes

Non-lethal school defense is part of the solution. I

Hope the Democrats continue to run on these platforms forever and never stop doing it all Democrats

Please spray pepper spray in your eyes to own the own the cons my goodness gracious

The Fake News Media's Huge Lie About Trump Just Backfired In A Major Way - Duration: 12:12.

The Fake News Media's Huge Lie About Trump Just Backfired In A Major Way

The anti-Trump media created a spectacle surrounding illegal alien children supposedly being ripped

out of their parent's arms.

Journalists compared Trump to a Nazi and suggested he was running concentration camps.

But there was one big lie the fake news media was telling and now it just blew up in their

faces.

The face of the entire controversy was a photograph of a two-year-old Honduran girl crying as

she was supposedly being separated from her mother.

Journalists and Democrats used this photograph as "Exhibit A" in their public opinion

trial to convict Donald Trump of being a heartless monster.

Time Magazine even used it on their cover, with anti-Trump activists like CNN's Chris

Cillizza immediately labeling it as "powerful."

There was just one problem.

It was all fake news.

The girl and her mother were never separated.

The Daily Mail interviewed the girl's father and he revealed the startling truth about

this entire story.

The Mail reported:

"In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Hernandez, who lives in Puerto Cortes, Honduras,

says that he was told yesterday that his wife and child are being detained at a family residential

center in Texas but are together and are doing 'fine.'

'You can imagine how I felt when I saw that photo of my daughter.

It broke my heart.

It's difficult as a father to see that, but I know now that they are not in danger.

They are safer now than when they were making that journey to the border,' he said.

Denis said his wife and daughter were never separated by border control agents and remain

together."

Time Magazine used the photo of the small girl standing in front of a towering Trump

as an example of the President staining American values, and reported that 32-year-old Sandra

Sanchez and her two-year-old daughter Yanella were apprehended by the border patrol, and

then the girl was ripped away from her mother by agents as she bawled her eyes out.

This was fake news.

And even a Go Fund Me account was set up – and promoted on Facebook – based on the fake

news story that this young girl was abducted from her mother by heartless Trump bureaucrats.

The account had even raised $18 million to help the families separated at the border.

It was only after Trump reversed course and signed an executive order ending family separation

that the truth came out that the mother and girl had been put in a van and driven away.

This bombshell led many Trump supporters to accuse the media of running false stories

on purpose.

When the press makes a mistake, journalists try to claim it was done in good faith and

that the eventual retraction is proof it was an honest screw up.

But no one believes that anymore.

Outlets like CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and all three broadcast networks,

run fake news on purpose in order to deceive you and drive their anti-Trump narrative.

The people who work at these organizations should not be viewed as journalists.

They are liberal activists who see the news as a means to advancing left-wing agendas.

If news outlets were making good faith errors in their reporting, how come the mistakes

only run in one direction?

News organizations have never published an incorrect story that benefited Trump.

All the "mistakes" in reporting fall along anti-Trump lines.

Do you agree the news media can't be trusted because journalists are just anti-Trump ideologues?

Pathetic: Hillary Gloats After Trump Ends Family Separation at the Border - Duration: 2:57.

Note to Hillary Clinton: Gloating about anything involving President Donald Trump probably

isn't the best idea.

This is doubly true when it involves immigration issues.

Yet, that's exactly what the 2016 election loser did when she emerged from the woods

for an appearance in Dublin, Ireland, on Saturday.

In a speech that focused on Trump's immigration policies — and which was apparently meant

to raise money for "separated families" — Clinton called the policy a "dark hour,"

according to The Daily Caller.

"Americans from every political background, ideology, and walk of life watched heartbroken

and outraged as immigrant families were ripped apart and children were treated cruelly as

political pawns," Clinton said.

"Yet, even in this dark hour, we are witnessing an outpouring of moral conviction, civic engagement,

and lasting commitment to stand up for the most vulnerable among us," she continued.

"In fact, it was because of the outcry from every corner of our country, and indeed, from

around the world, that the Trump administration was finally forced to take at least a step

toward ending family separation."

She added, however, that "the fight is far from over."

According to the hard-hitting journalists at Marie Claire magazine, the former Democrat

standard-bearer raised $1.5 million last week for separated families.

I'm sure they'll see every dime, just the same way that the families affected by

the Haitian earthquakes saw every cent collected by the Clintons.

So, here are a few things Hillary didn't mention while she was gloating:

a) The "step toward ending family separation" the administration took means that now children

can be held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement for an indefinite period, should it pass legal

muster.

While family facilities are no doubt being constructed, this means that the children

won't be housed in significantly better accommodations while their cases work their

way through the judicial system.

b) The Obama administration — which Hillary supported and was once a part of — admits

it used the exact same tactics that Trump did during the 2014 border crisis.

c) During her campaign, Hillary made no move to distance herself from these policies.

d) Speaking of separation, Hillary's husband is responsible for the Elian Gonzalez raid

in Miami back in 2000, perhaps the ultimate example in recent years of an individual child

being used as a political pawn.

Well, whatever.

Pay no attention to the policies behind the curtain, people! Hillary Clinton is a woman

who cares about families being separated, so long as she's not in a position to do

anything about it.

I do believe one thing she said, however: The fight is far from over.

After all, Clinton's coffers aren't going to fill themselves with money.

Trump calls for illegal immigrants to be deported with 'no judges or court cases' - Duration: 1:40.

President Trump has called for the immediate deportation of illegal immigrants without

judicial proceedings, while slamming against current U.S. immigration laws.

For more on this and other international news we turn to our Ro Aram…

Aram… some more hardline rhetoric coming from Trump regarding immigration….what else

did he have to say?

Well Mark… in a series of tweets on Sunday, Trump described migrants at the southern border

as invaders who must immediately, with no judges or court cases, be sent back from where

they came.

He also called standing U.S. immigration laws a mockery to good immigration policy and Law

and Order.

In a follow-up tweet, he said the current policy was being laughed at all over the world

and was very unfair to those who come through legally, adding immigration should be based

on merit.

Trump also called for Democrats to fix immigration laws, adding his administration was doing

a far better job than former presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

The House of Representatives is expected to vote on immigration legislation later this

week.

Trump's comments came less than a week after he signed an executive order reversing a policy

that separated migrant families following fierce domestic and global backlash.

The order also called for families with children to jump in front of the line during immigration

proceedings.

Rights groups immediately criticized Trump's latest proposal, saying it would violate the

U.S. Constitution's due process provision, which applies to citizens and non-citizens

alike.

It states that "no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due

process of law."

Trump praises N. Korea's potential, 'good chemistry' with Kim Jong-un: report - Duration: 0:39.

U.S. President Donald Trump has revealed that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un wants to attract

foreign companies to North Korea.

In an interview with a Christian cable network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, that aired over

the weekend, Trump said he trusts Kim to do the right thing, praising their "good chemistry"

and "very good relationship."

He reiterated that praise of North Korea during a Republican Party convention in Nevada.

He touted what he called North Korea's great potential in terms of location and real estate...

but that the best achievement of his summit with Kim will be the regime's denuclearization.

Trump Lays Down the LAW! He's Now Calling for the HARSHEST Immigration Laws Yet! - Duration: 2:49.

President Trump took to Twitter to offer up the perfect solution to the 'border crisis"

that Barack Obama left him when he slithered out of office.

Trump's common sense suggestion is simple, and makes you think, "why aren't we already

doing this?"

Trump wants to deport anyone and everyone who is caught crossing our border illegally,

with no court date and no judges.

Sounds good to us.

Let's do it!

From Daily Wire

President Donald Trump took to Twitter Sunday morning to suggest a new policy towards illegal

immigration: immediate deportation of border jumpers without recourse to judge or jury.

"We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country.

When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them

back from where they came," Trump said Sunday.

"Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country.

Strong Borders, No Crime!"

The suggestion represents a distinct departure from previous practice, but directly addresses

a problem the Trump Administration has been struggling with: what to do with illegal immigrants

who, after being caught jumping the border, claim asylum.

Typically, the United States requires that those claiming asylum emigrate to the United

States using a designated border crossing.

But a Supreme Court ruling extends the Constitutional due process rights to non-citizens, and thousands

of individuals looking to make their home in the U.S. have used the policy to their

advantage, requesting asylum when confronted by Border Patrol — a situation which allows

them to remain in the United States until their application can be processed, a period

of at least several months.

Recently, though, the Administration has faced the issue of what to do with illegal immigrants

awaiting asylum hearings.

The Obama Administration would often give each asylum seeker a court date and allow

them to remain in the U.S. with friends or family members, a policy often called "catch-and-release."

The Trump Administration has been detaining asylum seekers, but now that they must detain

families together, they run up against the infamous Flores decision, which mandates that

the U.S. cannot keep children detained, with their parents, for more than 20 days.

There are existing policies that allow for expedited processing of illegal immigrants,

but Trump seems to be advocating for a more…expeditious…process, albeit one that may be (at least currently)

unconstitutional.

Trump rounded out his policy suggestion by noting that illegal "border jumpers" are

now also line jumpers.

The President is said to be cooperating with members of the GOP who hope to bring a compromise

immigration bill to the floor of Congress this week.

"Kindness, compassion, and positivity are very important traits in life," Melania Trump tells studen - Duration: 5:25.

TYSONS, Va. -- Melania Trump said Sunday that kindness, compassion and positivity are important traits in life

The first lady helped SADD - Students Against Destructive Decisions - open its annual national conference at a hotel just outside Washington

The appearance followed her trip last week to the U.S.-Mexico border to see the effect on children of her husband's "zero-tolerance" policy against illegal immigration

It also followed her recent announcement of a campaign called "Be Best" that's about adults helping children be their best selves

"I feel very strongly that it is the job of adults to provide you with the tools you need to become the best you can be in all areas of life," she said during brief remarks to about 450 students and adults attending the conference

"That is why I am here today. I believe in SADD's mission of empowering you to confront the risks and pressures you are challenged with every day

"  "Kindness, compassion and positivity are very important traits in life," she continued

"It is far easier to say nothing than it is to speak words of kindness. It is easier to judge quickly than to take time to understand

It is often easier to see a glass half empty rather than half full."  "Nevertheless, you have the power to be the positive force in so many people's lives," added the first lady, who is the mother of 12-year-old Barron

"Show respect to each other. Treat your community like your family, and look out for one another

"  SADD was founded in 1981 as Students Against Drunk Driving but changed its name and mission in the late 1990s to focus on prevention of all behaviors and attitudes that are harmful to middle, high school and college students, including substance abuse, traffic safety and bullying

Trump said she was "inspired" when she first heard about the organization and the conference

The audience erupted into loud squeals and cheers when she was introduced by Dylan Mullins, of Marlboro, New Jersey, who is SADD's National Student of the Year

Mullins said the first lady's campaign aims to highlight programs and organizations, like SADD, that seek to help young people overcome some of the issues they face every day

Before she addressed the gathering, which concludes Wednesday, Trump met with the organization's leadership and helped make blankets the group is donating to shelters, said her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham

As audience members awaited the appearance, they rocked out in their seats to music by Justin Bieber, Neil Diamond and Journey

Trump recently made headlines when she visited children who were separated from their families at the border

As she boarded the plane from Joint Base Andrews, she wore a jacket that "I REALLY DON'T CARE, DO U?" and then wore it again back home

Her spokeswoman said there was "no hidden message" in wearing the jacket, but President Trump tweeted later it was a message to the "Fake News" media

522 kids reunited with parents; Trump tweets add to immigration chaos - 247 news - Duration: 8:11.

The Department of Homeland Security has returned 552 migrant children to their families, the agency announced late Saturday night, and is establishing a process to ensure that family members know the location of their children

President Donald Trump, in an attempt to quiet a firestorm that engulfed his administration, signed an executive order on Wednesday that declared children would no longer be separated from their families when captured crossing the border illegally

But he raised additional questions about his administration's policy on Sunday when he ramped up the rhetoric surrounding the immigration debate with his call to send illegals back 'from where they came' without a legal hearing or due process

'We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came,' he tweeted Sunday morning from his motorcade in route to his golf course in Virginia

'Our Immigration policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to all of those people who have gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years! Immigration must be based on merit - we need people who will help to Make America Great Again!,' he added

It's unclear if he plans any policy moves to implement his suggestion or even if he has the authority to do so

But the announcement about the family reunions comes as questioned lingered about the logistics behind Trump's executive order and administration staffers scrambled to implement it

The order did not speak to any families that have already been separated or address how a reunification process would take place

There are additional concerns some of the migrant children may be lost in they system as kids have been moved around the U

S. amid a shortage of housing for them.    on Sunday. 'This is an issue that's gone out there somewhat in some of the other media that's not been responsible with this, that with the assumption that the administration lost track of that

So let me clarify a couple things. These are career professionals that work with HHS

And that work with DHS in Customs and Border Patrol and ICE. These are not political appointees

These are career folks. They know where every child is to be able to connect them to their parent or their relative that came

' DHS officials, in the announcement, said they are building out databases to help process the reunions of families faster

Share this article Share Sen. Ron Johnson, the Republican chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Commitee, expressed doubt that all the children were accounted for

'That is what they're claiming,' he said on CNN's 'State of the Union,' 'but this is a mess

'DHS and the Department of Health and Human Services, which has custody of the kids, said late Saturday night officials 'have a process established to ensure that family members know the location of their children and have regular communication after separation to ensure that those adults who are subject to removal are reunited with their children for the purposes of removal

'Officials also emphasized 'the United States government knows the location of all children in its custody and is working to reunite them with their families

' In addition to the 522 children already reunited with their families, officials noted more were to come

Sixteen children had their reunions delayed due to weather affecting travel and officials expect they will all be reunited with their parents within the next 24 hours, officials said

As of June 20th, HHS has 2,053 separated minors being held in its facilities. Children can talk by telephone or video to a parent or guardian twice a week

.There will also be a small number of children who won't be reunited with their parents due to the fact that a familial relationship cannot be confirmed, out of concern the adult is a threat to the safety of the child, or the adult is a criminal alien

HHS officials also said that a national call center existed for parents and guardians attempting to locate children in its custody

The Port Isabel Service Processing Center in San Antonio, Texas, is serving as the main place to bring families back together

But the president sowed more seeds of confusion about the nation's immigration policy with his tweets Sunday morning ahead of a planned vote in the House this week on a comprehensive immigration bill

The policy debate has become a political albatross for the president, his administration and his party as Republicans work to entangle themselves from the election-year mess

And while the executive order the president signed on Wednesday reunites children wit their families but it also seeks more authority to detain those families together for a longer period of time - until the end of their immigration proceedings

Lawsuits are plying up against the administration and some Republicans don't expect Trump's executive order to with stand legal challenges

Republicans in both the House and Senate are working on legislation to solve the problem should the executive order be struck down

But even in Congress a debate is raging over the best path forward.  In the House, a conservative immigration bill failed to get enough votes to proceed on Thursday and a vote was delayed on a compromise measure out of a similar fear by party leaders

Neither bill has Democratic support, and prospects for the second one passing appeared dim

'I did talk to the White House yesterday. They say the president is still 100 percent behind us,' Republican Rep

Michael McCaul, a co-sponsor of the bill, said on 'Fox News Sunday.' At a political rally in Nevada on Saturday, Trump Trump defended his immigration policy, accusing Democrats of backing 'weak, weak borders,' saying at one point: 'I think I got elected largely because we are strong on the border

' Republican Sen. Bob Corker conceded the White House was using the issue to make election-year hay

'The administration obviously made a large mistake, I know that some in the White House want to use the immigration issue as a force to activate the base for elections

,' he said on CBS' 'Face the Nation.' 'But obviously the president realized that was a mistake, and now it's up to us in Congress to work with him to come up with a longer term solution

' And a liberal Democrat accused the president of using the issue to rally the Republican base ahead of the 2018 midterm election

'He doesn't use it as immigration policy, he doesn't use it as border control policy, he uses it as a issue in order to energize his political base,' Rep

Luis Gutierrez said on ABC's 'This Week.' A large majority of Americans – 72 percent - disapprove of family separation

Republicans, however, are split on that policy, generally half support it, half oppose it

And Republicans do give the president high marks - 81 percent favor - for his handling of the matter, overall, a new CBS News poll found

One-third of registered voters say the separation policy will be a very important matter in their congressional vote this fall, the poll found

Of those who say it will change, more say it will make them vote Democratic than Republican

Tom Bossert, who served as the president's homeland security adviser, said on ABC's 'This Week' that it hasn't been a great past few days for the White House

'This week has been just gripping imagery and terrible optics for the administration,' he said

Amber Heard, Lena Dunham & so many more celebs showed up to protest at the Texas-Mexico border! Check out all the favorite celebs standing up to Trump's zero tolerance immigration policy here!    The Mexico-US border city of Tornillo, Texas became a crossroads where hundreds of protestors voiced their concerns, anger and frustration at the Trump administration's policy that separated kids from their parents, according to CNN

Among those lending a voice to children who are voiceless were Mira Sorvino, Amber Heard, Sia, Lena Dunham, Bella Thorne, Joshua Jackson, and more

These celebs showed up to challenge Trump's policy just like everyone else who was present to protest the growing crisis of family separation and its harmful short-term and long-term effects on the children caged up away from their parents

This comes as a result of the White House's "zero tolerance" policy toward illegal border crossings

Even though Trump has issued an executive order that he claims will keep children together with their families, its legality is still very much uncertain

In addition to posting a picture of all the celebs who protested Trump, Lena shared an inspirational message

"We came to Tornillo, Texas, to show our solidarity with the families who have been separated, the children who are alone and the parents who are grieving and the undocumented Americans who are losing more than I can fathom," Dunham wrote

"Thank you, Tornillo, for showing us a warm border welcome and reminding us that together we rise

"  Meanwhile, Mira revealed that it was Lena who invited her to come to the border

Sorvino wrote in the caption of an Instagram post, "TY so much @lenadunham for inviting me on this moving journey of bearing witness at the border

Tho they would not let us pass through, knowing that those children were there on the other side of the barbed wires, in a desert where the heat was easily over 100, made me want to fight even harder to
