Prosecutor Blew The Whistle On FBI's Plan To Frame Donald Trump

For two years, the FBI has investigated Donald Trump for Russian collusion.

The probe has yet to uncover one shred of evidence despite a full court press by the

anti-Trump media and FBI leadership.

So one prosecutor stepped forward and blew the whistle about what the FBI was really

up to.

Joe diGenova was a former special prosecutor and attorney for Donald Trump.

During a recent interview, diGenova detailed how the FBI's plot had two purposes.

The first was to clear Hillary Clinton.

The second was designed to frame Donald Trump.

Lifezette reports:

"WHAT'S GOING ON NOW IS THE UNRAVELING OF A VERY SUBSTANTIAL PLOT THAT HAD TWO GOALS

— TO EXONERATE HILLARY CLINTON ILLEGALLY AND, IF SHE LOST THE PRESIDENCY, TO FRAME

DONALD TRUMP AND HIS ASSOCIATES OF CRIMES THEY DID NOT COMMIT," HE SAID TUESDAY ON

"THE LAURA INGRAHAM SHOW."

"ROBERT MUELLER HAS PRODUCED NOT A SCINTILLA OF EVIDENCE THAT ANYBODY IN THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN

ENGAGED IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY REGARDING ILLEGAL CONTACT WITH RUSSIAN OFFICIALS."

AFTER A YEAR ON THE CASE, IT IS FAIR TO ASK WHAT MUELLER IS INVESTIGATING, DIGENOVA SAID.

"THE ANSWER SEEMS TO BE — ANYTHING BUT THAT," HE SAID.

DIGENOVA…SAID THE FBI AGENTS WHO TALKED TO DERIPASKA MOST LIKELY "CROSSED A NUMBER

OF LINES."

DiGenova also went on to identify the individuals responsible for waging the silent coup against

the President.

The former special prosecutor singled out Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for

his disloyalty.

It was Rosenstein who appointed Robert Mueller and gave him the running room to conduct a

fishing expedition and ignore Justice Department guidelines by refusing to identify a specific

crime for Mueller to investigate.

Lifezette also reports:

"DIGENOVA SPREAD BLAME AROUND BUT DIRECTED THE MAJORITY OF IT AT DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL

ROD ROSENSTEIN, THE MAN WHO APPOINTED MUELLER.

DIGENOVA ACCUSED ROSENSTEIN OF ACTING NOT BASED ON A LEGAL JUDGMENT BUT OUT OF A PIQUE

OF ANGER BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT UNDERCUT THE OFFICIAL JUSTIFICATION FOR THE FIRING OF FBI

DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY.

ROSENSTEIN HAD PREPARED A MEMO OUTLINING COMEY'S VIOLATIONS OF

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) POLICY DURING

HIS HANDLING OF THE FBI'S INVESTIGATION OF FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON'S

USE OF A PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER FOR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

BUT THEN TRUMP TOLD "NBC NIGHTLY NEWS" ANCHOR LESTER HOLT THAT THE REAL REASON WAS

THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION.

"AT THAT POINT, THAT IS WHEN ROD ROSENSTEIN, I AM TOLD BY PEOPLE IN THE DEPARTMENT, GOT

MAD, WAS EMBARRASSED BY WHAT THE PRESIDENT HAD SAID — AND, THEREFORE, MADE HIM LOOK

LIKE A FOOL — AND IT WAS THAT DAY HE DECIDED TO APPOINT MUELLER, WHOM HE HAD INTERVIEWED

THE DAY BEFORE, TO BE THE NEXT FBI DIRECTOR [FOR A SECOND TOUR] TO

REPLACE

JAMES COMEY," HE SAID.

DIGENOVA CALLED ROSENSTEIN "AN INCOMPETENT LIAR."

HE SAID

HIS SOURCES INDICATE THAT NEITHER

ROSENSTEIN NOR ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS ARE SECURE IN THEIR JOBS.

"JEFF SESSIONS — A MAN WHO I LOVE DEARLY AND HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS — IS CLUELESS,"

HE SAID."

Trump Just Got PRICELESS Justice! Legal Action Is Finally Coming And The Timing Couldn't Be Better! - Duration: 12:57.

Trump Just Got PRICELESS Justice! Legal Action Is Finally Coming And The Timing Couldn't

Be Better!

As more is revealed about the level of corruption and the degree of conflict of interest that

exists within Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, it becomes more abundantly clear Mueller's

many actions are a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence. President Donald Trump

is now suggesting that "angry Democrats" on special counsel Robert Mueller's team

could potentially face legal action over these "conflicts of interest."

President Trump states – "The 13 Angry Democrats in charge of the Russian Witch Hunt

are starting to find out that there is a Court System in place that actually protects people

from injustice…and just wait 'till the Courts get to see your unrevealed Conflicts

of Interest!" Naturally, CNN was quick to point out that

President Trump did not provide proof of the alleged conflicts. Yet, CNN themselves has

previously reported that several members of Mueller's team have donated to Democrats,

several exclusively so. A handful more either worked directly with or for Hillary Clinton

or Barrack Obama in some prior capacity. Russia's meddling in the 2016 election also has been

the subject of several Republican-led congressional inquiries.

President Trump has suggested this probe is being drug out as a means to damage Republican

chances at reelection. Several leaked questions that Mueller is interested in asking President

Trump are related to possible obstruction of justice actions. President Trump states

that such questions amount to a "setup and trap" and that it would "seem very hard

to obstruct justice for a crime that never happened!"

Last month, President Trump also stated on "Fox & Friends" that he might "at some

point" step in and take action against the Justice Department, which is overseeing the

special counsel investigation. Mueller is a Republican who was appointed by President

George W. Bush, and the man who appointed him as special counsel, Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein, was appointed by current President Trump.

Meanwhile, Rep. Louis Gohmert (TX-R) from Texas' 1st congressional district attempted

to shed some light on Mueller's rather long, troubling, and sordid history of illicitly

targeting innocent people.

Gohmert states – "Judging by Mueller's history, it doesn't matter who he has to

threaten, harass, prosecute or bankrupt to get to allege something or, for that matter,

anything. It certainly appears Mueller will do whatever it takes to bring down his target

— ethically or unethically — based on my findings.

What does former Attorney General Eric Holder say? Sounds like much the same thing I just

said. Holder has stated, "I've known Bob Mueller for 20, 30 years; my guess is he's

just trying to make the case as good as he possibly can."

Holder does know him. He has seen Mueller at work when Holder was obstructing justice

and was therefore held in Contempt of Congress. He knows Mueller's FBI framed innocent people

and had no remorse in doing so."

Gohmert describes Mueller's disreputable, twisted history and how it speaks to the character

of the man placed in a position to attempt to legalize a coup against a lawfully-elected

President. He explains – "Any Republican who says anything resembling, "Bob Mueller

will do a good job as Special Counsel," "Bob Mueller has a great reputation for

being fair," or anything similar; either (a) wants President Trump indicted for something

and removed from office regardless of his innocence; (b) is intentionally ignorant of

the myriad of outrageous problems permeating Mueller's professional history; or (c) is

cultivating future Democrat votes when he or she comes before the Senate someday for

a confirmation hearing."

From his early years as an FBI Director, Gohmert describes how Mueller was given a pass in

oversight hearing from most Republican members of Congress. This allowed him to avoid answering

any tough questions. Gohmert states they were continually told – "Bush appointed him."

so it was okay to proceed. He also describes how glaring problems because evident very

quickly.

The Boston Globe noted Mueller's connection with the Whitey Bulger case in an article

entitled, "One Lingering Question for FBI Director Robert Mueller" during his FBI

tenure. The Globe stated this –

"[Mike] Albano [former Parole Board Member who was threatened by two FBI agents for considering

parole for the men imprisoned for a crime they did not commit] was appalled that, later

that same year, Mueller was appointed FBI director, because it was Mueller, first as

an assistant US attorney then as the acting U.S. attorney in Boston, who wrote letters

to the parole and pardons board throughout the 1980s opposing clemency for the four men

framed by FBI lies. Of course, Mueller was also in that position while Whitey Bulger

was helping the FBI cart off his criminal competitors even as he buried bodies in shallow

graves along the Neponset…"

During this time Mueller was the head of the Criminal Division as Assistant U.S. Attorney,

and then later as Acting U.S. Attorney. No explanation as to exactly WHY Mueller insisted

on keeping the defendants in prison that FBI agents—in the pocket of Whitey Bulger—

had framed for a m****r they did not commit can be found anywhere. Perhaps not good people

themselves, nevertheless not guilty of these crimes. However, it is indicative of a larger

and more insidious pattern demonstrating Mueller's penchant for convicting and putting people

in jail he disliked, even if they were innocent of the charges, much more so than he was with

ferreting out the truth.

Mueller bore no responsibility for $100 million paid to the defendants who were framed by

FBI agents under his control either. As the Boston Globe noted – "Thanks to the FBI's

corruption, taxpayers got stuck with the $100 million bill for compensating the framed men,

two of whom, Greco and Tameleo, died in prison."

Of note, The New York Times had this to say of the relationship –

"In the 1980's, while [FBI Agent] Mr. Connolly was working with Whitey Bulger, Mr.

Mueller was assistant United States attorney in Boston in charge of the criminal division

and for a period was the acting United States attorney here, presiding over Mr. Connolly

and Mr. Bulger as a 'top echelon informant.'

Officials of the Massachusetts State Police and the Boston Police Department had long

wondered why their investigations of Mr. Bulger were always compromised before they could

gather evidence against him, and they suspected that the FBI was protecting him."

Frankly, if Mueller had no knowledge that the FBI agents he employed were actively engaging

in criminal activity, then he was so blind as to be woefully unfit for any type of criminal

case supervision. Either way, Mueller actively helped to contribute to the damages as he

helped to frame individuals by working to prevent them from being paroled from prison

even while their charges were in the process of being completely thrown out of court.

Notice also the evidence of a pattern throughout Mueller's career: the leaking of information

to disparage Mueller's targets. In the Whitey Bulger case, the leaks were too organized

crime — the Mafia. One the most fundamental tenets of our Republic is that of the rights

of an individual to be free from "unreasonable searches and seizures." An arrest is a seizure

of your person. Anyone imprisoned has to have committed a specific crime for which they

are found guilty. Yet Mueller has literally made a mockery of everything this country

stands for – as Gohmert points out Mueller has the anti-Santa Claus list; and, if you

are on his list, you get punished even if you are framed.

Five: Trump slams DEMOCRATS for TWEETING cages at border - Duration: 14:09.

evil Trump strikes again shocking images of immigrant children sleeping in cages

on the floor and of course a former LA mayor and Obama flak key journalists all

blame heartless Trump but not so fast everyone turns out these pictures were

four years old when their hero Obama was in charge and without the loud condom

nations go silent who cares now since their Idol was boss at the time but

there's more this photo of an all baby seats immigration detention bus was also

shared and blamed on Trump one-acre called it a prison bus just for babies

but the photo was also from Obama's era and it's a bus for field trips did you

hear the widely shared claim about 1500 immigrant kids that were separated from

mom and dad again by evil Trump why these children actually arrived alone -

their parents and then were placed there among sponsors the government had lost

track of them which says something about the system the system that Trump

actually wants to fix and so as Trump cements his agenda through significant

legislation these folks have the vapors over imaginary discrimination but if you

can't blame him for that what's next Ebola malaria your lousy love life and

they accused Trump of spreading baloney the media can't even check the date on a

photo and that's their job to check facts it's all the usual suspects

identity activists the paranoids and pajamas you know the New York Times big

news is now no longer a catchphrase it's a brand I have an idea where is it shoot

beautiful mind nuts so many oh here it is yeah Trump stood on national TV and

layout point by point his Dhaka plan to embarrass the Democrats with the fact

that he is actually offering a plan to citizenship that they don't but don't do

it on tweets go out there and do it that's a good idea

I absolutely think that he could do a lot more policy oriented speeches and

that would drive news for like 48 hours just like that and nothing else yeah

there's like Drive on that news he could do an oval office address

would be one way to do it that really focuses the mind that means that it

would be a primetime address if this is the number-one issue certainly for

Republicans but if it's an economic issue for care about also in June you

have all the Democrats in the house and a lot of House Republicans signing this

discharge petition to actually force boats on the docket issue so the

president I think would be right to get out in front of it that's a that's a

great idea Greg thank you in the meantime the other thing you should do

is to say I'm not going to wait for Congress to fix this issue if whatever

he can do to fix the system as it currently stands within the federal

government about keeping track of these children he could lay that out - yeah

you know Jesse I don't know if you saw this over the weekend because you unlike

me have a life CNN did a piece on whether it was right for Ivanka Trump to

tweet a photo of her and her son did you see that she had a picture of her in her

son because they thought it was like while this missing child narrative is

going on how bad is it that she's showing a picture of her kid what is up

with CNN I don't know I don't think they know what's up with themselves but I

didn't really look at the blackberry a lot or iPhone this weekend I try to

unfold I didn't and then every time I did dial in and check it out the media

was screwing up every single time whether it was Ivanka or this and I was

listening to Limbaugh which was a lot of fun Marie on the drive back talking

about this story about the photos and he had a great lot he said the Democrats

keep getting hit square between the eyes and they don't even realize it and think

about it you have this you have the Russia investigation you have the

kneeling you have the opposing the tax cuts everything keeps backfiring on the

Democrats but the sad thing is is that this photo goes out thousands tens of

thousands of times and then the retraction of the deletion doesn't get

seen so the damages are yeah but the reason they do this the reason they have

the policy to separate children and families is to discourage human

trafficking to discourage families from taking kids across a treacherous hot

dangerous southern border trip and they want to discourage dangerous and illegal

immigration so if they want to change the policy let's get a deal on daca

let's pay out on merit-based and they can hammer it

but if you're just gonna take a potshot you're gonna embarrass yourself they

also try to separate them so because the adults go to a place that you wouldn't

want to have children in right so find a different some would say it's a more

humane policy to do that that's the argument a lot of these kids that show

up with no parents and then you have to decide what to do with them and that's

where you play placing my sponsors like you would foster care right Marie do you

think that one of the larger problems here that's been going on for two years

is there is so much emotional baggage about Trump from the Democrats that they

decant so would their confirmation bias forces them to just see everything like

it's got to be his fault it's got to be his fault and they haven't yet been able

to shake that well I think you could say the same about conservatives and Brock

Obama or Hillary Clinton right we're all on opposing sides they're both people

you know right I've heard that don't listen to Limbaugh sorry your loss

here's the thing though on the immigration issue itself it is

incredibly emotional because these are real people's lives and as Jesse just

mentioned they're very dangerous conditions when you have unaccompanied

minors showing up at the border this is a heartbreaking situation so I think

that part of the challenge is both sides have gone to such extremes now that the

space for a deal on daca or on any of this is increasingly shrinking

especially in a midterm year if President Trump went out and gave an

address that was somewhere down the middle that had a daca fix but got some

border security and tried to bring both sides together I depending on what it

said would probably think that's a good idea

the challenge is the Republican Congress isn't on the same page particularly in

the house particularly in a midterm year so now we're in a situation where the

Trump administration has separated 800 children from their parents since

October for often good reasons sometimes not and what do we do now where are

these 1,500 children this is heartbreaking and no one in this

political climate it seems like is trying to actually or defy the logic in

this administration you should be a sponsor I volunteer you mm-hmm watch for

me yeah really last word what do you mean

people are exposed as wrong they never admit it they just removed their tweets

and run away and that drives me nuts yeah you can't stand here

keeping track yet offensive indeed but yet but it's true you see the mainstream

media making these mistakes and they chase after the accounts and they're

putting up false stories that I mean how glaring is this as it's photographs from

2014 we talk about just really backfiring everyone should care whatever

your politics administration are in about children but when you look at the

actual facts of the laws here that President Trump his administration is

following the laws on the books in terms of what you do when people enter the

country illegally with children the goal and aim behind it is to be protective of

children so it doesn't foster this whole legal atmosphere of human trafficking

etc and flat-out follow the law don't enter the country illegally put yourself

and your children at jeopardy that's not love that's foolish illegal desperation

in terms of not honoring and following the laws other people are following in

trying to get into this country legally it's a nation of immigrants we embrace

and encourage people to apply for legal citizenship we have the capacity to

house about 3,000 you know family so how is this going from what a bad situation

to a worse situation it's certainly not acting in the best interest of welfare

of your children to do so and we shall leave it there I never thought I'd say

that all right special counsel could special counsel Robert Miller swinging

the midterms for the Democrats president Trump's warning next what it is saying

is that it you're actually worse than bums if you're not willing to stand up

to a president who is attacking a former FBI director a patriot who served our

country in Vietnam like Bob Muller President Trump is also Fanning the

flames ahead of November tweeting the 13 angry Democrats plus people who worked

eight years for Obama working on the rigged Russia witch-hunt will be

meddling with the midterm elections especially now that Republicans stay

tough are taking the lead in polls there was no collusion except by the Democrats

exclamation point Murray where to start where to start I think this is part of

president Trump's ongoing PR effort to discredit the Moller probe because it's

getting more serious a number of people have been indicted he's trying to decide

whether or not to sit down with Muller for an interview

and also trying to sow some doubt about the election coming up where there are a

lot of data points that Republicans will lose if not the majority in the House

but pretty big so I think he's trying to muddy the waters a little bit and keep

promoting this this takedown of the Moller team this seems to be his main

focus on Twitter right now I obviously don't agree I think that the Muller team

despite some of their personal political identities are led by our Republican

they have not indicated in any way that they are behaving in a partisan way and

I think they should be able to continue okay Jessie CC Adam Schiff there who you

know few issues of his own yeah listen just on what you said Murray Muller's

about his Republican as Comey is a Republican I wouldn't consider him a

Republican nothing is wrong with attacking the special counsel the

Democrats attacked Ken Starr throughout his term - it's fine you attack the FBI

director when he was fired remember what the Democrats said about James Comey

when he was the sitting FBI director politics is ugly it's rough it's fine

people attack people it's what they do now there are conflicts of interest 13

out of the 18 lawyers on the Moller team are Democrats there are no Republicans

there one of the Democrats Janine REE she's prosecuting Papadopoulos now she

previously worked for Hillary Clinton when she was under investigation for

emails she previously worked for the Clinton Foundation and she worked for I

think it was Ben Rhodes when he was with Obama so not a good track record

now Papadopoulos they say that whole thing started when Clinton Foundation

donor tipped off Obama's FBI and now the former person that worked for the

Clinton Foundation is prosecuting the guy seems like there's a little bit of a

conflict of interest but if I were Democrats and they're strategists out

there on the Left mute this because I'm going to give you guys advice if you

walk to or heat against Republicans I would hammer gas prices college

tuition health care I wouldn't talk about Muller Muller's not going to turn

people out in the midterms I don't know why they do that

now you can unmute it and that's fine so you guys just keep doing what you're

doing thank you for that programming no Jesse I was trying to be helpful sort of

to the other side okay he said was where I was gonna head on

this which is that recently Democrats in DC sort of behind the scenes analyst

types have been complaining amongst themselves that they can't get on

television to talk about anything else besides Russia because the cable

companies have decided like this is how we're going to get ratings and so this

is what we're going to talk about so they're frustrated trying to figure out

a way to talk about some of their programs like a better deal they want to

talk about health care they actually want to talk about Medicare for all and

and if you follow the money on two things the the Democrats and their

primaries are running ads about Medicare for all this is a Bernie Sanders plan

it's like Obamacare on steroids then Republican side it's all about

immigration getting tougher on immigration so if you follow the money

you know that that is poll-tested focus-grouped and that's what people

care about the most it's they're not going to win in the

midterms because of the Russia probe yeah if they go down the impeachment

trail of tears Greg it will not be auspicious and blue wave is beginning to

look like an undertow sweeping the Democrats away but I wouldn't I wouldn't

I wouldn't celebrate yet Republicans because you want to get complacent but

the thing the story that we're really missing here what's with the Democrats

and the word bums calling everybody bums way to marginalize the homeless so you

spent two weeks frothing over calling gang members animals you think it's okay

to call people bums I mean come on raise your human beings you're dehumanizing

the homeless and Republicans by the way I do think I do think that going molar

is a bad idea because I don't think it's a complicated idea to say to tell to and

tell voters go after these people because they're not going after Trump

that's a complicated argument and I don't think it competes with higher

wages lower unemployment no Isis possible breakthrough with North Korea

that stuff is tangible practical visual you can actually explain that to

somebody but like saying go after these bums because they're not being mean

enough it's not actually a message that will work why do they keep sticking with

it despite the fact that it shows is not resonating I think part I think it's I

think they're caught in an emotional bubble and they can't get out of it and

they just can't get out and start seeing things practically

but I wouldn't ice made this I coined this phrase last year don't count your

chickens before they hatch you might have heard of it I would say that too

the way it's shown up in a lot of places

finally you're getting the attribution that you so justly deserve and only here

on the five look glad to help out up next the art of the deal President Trump

on track to save the nuclear summit with North Korea stay with us

you

Trump Unbelievably Rips Dems For Immigrant Kids Being Separated From Parents - Duration: 12:16.

Trump Unbelievably Rips Dems For Immigrant Kids Being Separated From Parents

He's the one who launched the policy.

President Donald Trump has bashed the Democrats for a hugely controversial policy created

by his own administration: separating undocumented immigrant children from their parents.

He urged Americans in a Saturday morning tweet to "put pressure" on the Democrats to

"end the horrible law that separates children from there [sic] parents."

Despite what Trump tweeted, there is no law requiring children to be separated from their

parents.

The separation policy was adopted by his own administration.

It was underscored in a speech in early May by Attorney General Jeff Sessions

The policy has been hit with a firestorm of criticism, with some even comparing the increasing

dehumanization of immigrants in America as similar to the ugly atmosphere in Germany

before the Holocaust.

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) took first lady Melania Trump to task in light of her new "Be Best"

mission for children.

"Separating toddlers from parents is definitely not a 'Be Best' policy," he tweeted.

"Are you going to do anything about it?"

In chilling Senate testimony last month, a Health and Human Services official said the

government was unable to locate nearly 1,500 children who had been released from its custody.

Steve Wagner, acting assistant secretary with the Administration for Children and Families

of HHS, insisted that the federal agency is "not legally responsible for children"

once they're handed over to a sponsor.

Until recently, families that illegally crossed the Mexican border together generally faced

civil deportation proceedings.

But as of May, the Trump administration is sending all parents to jails run by the U.S.

Marshals Service.

Because migrant children cannot be held in jails, they are placed elsewhere by the HHS

Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Before the Trump administration, the office handled children who crossed the border alone.

White House chief of staff John Kelly, who called the harsh new policy a "technique"

and a "tough deterrent," explained earlier this month to NPR: "They'll be sent to

foster care — or whatever.

But the big point is they elected to come illegally into the United States."

Anti Trump Cali Mayor Who Honored Stormy Daniels Has ABUSIVE Past - Duration: 12:41.

Anti-Trump Cali Mayor Who Honored Stormy Daniels Has ABUSIVE Past

The West Hollywood Mayor John Duran honored aging porn star Stormy Daniels with her own

special day and a key to the city, for her work "helping" the anti-Trump #Resistance.

Not sure how she's "helped," since polling shows Americans are "turned off" by Daniels

and her sleazy lawyer, but liberals seem to love the vulgar woman, regardless.

Now, we're learning that the anti-Trump mayor has an abusive past.

Duran settled a 2016 sexual harassment claim, which cost the city a whopping $500k.

Yet another anti-Trump liberal, who treats others like garbage, while claiming President

Trump is a "monster."

From Breitbart

West Hollywood Mayor John Duran, who honored porn star Stormy Daniels last week for her

role in leading the "resistance" to President Donald Trump, faced sexual harassment claims

that led to the city paying out $500,000 on his behalf in 2016.

The Los Angeles Times reported at the time:

A former aide to West Hollywood City Councilman John Duran who sued the city and his boss

alleging sexual harassment and wrongful punishment is set to receive $500,000 after settling

with both parties earlier this month, according to the agreement obtained by The Times.

Under the terms of the settlement with former City Council deputy Ian Owens, Duran and the

city admitted no wrongdoing.

Duran has repeatedly denied the allegations, saying Owens did not accuse him of harassment

until he was accused of wrongdoing himself.

Duran has acknowledged that he and Owens were intimate and that they met through Grindr.

He said they became friends and that he hired Owens because his degree in finance and experience

in hotel development and real estate made him well-qualified for the job.

Duran, now mayor of the city, escaped pressure to resign.

The accusations and settlement happened almost two years before the "#metoo" and "Time's

Up" movements began to champion the victims of sexual harassment and violence.

Mayor Duran declared May 23 "Stormy Daniels Day" and gave her a symbolic key to the

city.

"Our values have been under threat by the Trump administration for the past year-and-a-half,"

he said at the ceremony, praising Daniels and her attorney, Michael Avenatti, for fighting

back.

One angry member of the public actually mentioned the sexual harassment claims against Duran

at the event outside the Chi Chi LaRue gay sex shop on Santa Monica Boulevard.

"I think it's complete B.S.," she said, referring to the award ceremony, shortly before

it began.

"This is so ridiculous.

It's completely hypocritical.

The mayor who is giving this to her has silenced people who have filed sexual harassment lawsuits

against him.

And what connection does this woman have to the City of West Hollywood?

I would say none."

The woman's comments were caught on video at 4:23, below.

She added: "I'm definitely not a fan of '45,' however, what happened between [Stormy

Daniels] and him happened about 12 years ago, so what does it matter to me now?

And I don't see her as a feminist leader."

Mueller Just Sealed His Fate After Announcing His Shameless Next Move Against President Trump - Duration: 11:35.

Mueller Just Sealed His Fate After Announcing His Shameless Next Move Against President

Trump

We are now getting various reports that there was a tense meeting sometime in March between

special counsel Rober Mueller and President Trump's lawyers.

In the meeting, the President's attorneys argued that the president had no obligation

whatsoever to talk to federal investigators who were probing the so-called "Russian

collusion," the Democrat party is accusing him of taking part in during the 2016 presidential

campaign. But according to people familiar with the encounter Mueller responded by confirming

he had another option, he could issue a subpoena for the president to appear before a grand

jury.

This is the first time Mueller has mentioned any possible subpoena to Trump's legal team.

To which according to two people with knowledge of his comments the President's lead lawyer

John Dowd replied: "This isn't a game, you are screwing with the work of the President

of the United States."

This confrontation is said to have come about after what has been described as weeks of

turmoil amongst Trump's attorneys as they debated how to best deal with the special

counsel's request for an interview. It is said that dispute was what led to Dowd's

resignation. The President's new team is now being led

by former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani. Who told The Washington Post last week that he

views Mueller as the utmost professional, but at the same time is still reviewing documents

and considering conditions he might set before deciding whether to recommend that Trump agrees

to an interview.

"Hopefully we're getting near the end. We all on both sides have some important decisions

to make," Giuliani said. "I still have a totally open mind on what the right strategy

is, which we'll develop in the next few weeks."

President Trump almost agreed to meet with Mueller but after the Democrat-leaning Prosecutor

raided Cohen's office he soured on the idea. And rightly so considering whatever Cohen

did when it came to the porn star Stormy Daniels had absolutely nothing to do with any Russian

collusion which is what Mueller and the Democrat Party loyalists on his team are supposed to

be investigating.

Here is more on this ongoing saga via The Daily Herald:

"In the meantime, Trump's lawyers are also considering whether to provide Mueller

with written explanations of the episodes he is examining. After investigators laid

out 16 specific subjects they wanted to review with the president and added a few topics

within each one, Sekulow broke the queries down into 49 separate questions, according

to people familiar with the process.

Paul Rosenzweig, who worked as a senior counsel on independent counsel Ken Starr's investigation

during the Clinton administration, predicted that the president would face a long interview

if the special counsel hewed to the list Sekulow compiled.

"This isn't a list of 49 questions. It's 49 topics," Rosenzweig said. "Each of

these topics results in dozens of questions. To be honest, that list is a two-day interview.

You don't get through it in an hour or two."

For his part, Trump fumed when he saw the breadth of the questions that emerged out

of the talks with Mueller's team, according to two White House officials.

The president and several advisers now plan to point to the list as evidence that Mueller

has strayed beyond his mandate and is overreaching, they said.

"He wants to hammer that," according to a person who spoke to him Monday.

"Mueller is in Kenny Starr territory now," said another Trump adviser, referring to how

the controversial independent counsel investigation of Bill and Hillary Clinton's real estate

deals in Arkansas ended up probing the president's lies about a s*xual relationship with a White

House intern.

Trump advisers are particularly frustrated by the Mueller team's focus on whether Trump

was obstructing justice by trying to push last summer for Sessions to resign. If the

attorney general had stepped down, Trump could have chosen a replacement who was not recused

from running the Russian investigation.

Dowd has repeatedly argued that the president has ultimate authority under the Constitution

to fire or demote any of his appointees and that his firing decisions cannot be used as

evidence of obstruction.

The revelation of the scope of the questions before the president's team could further

complicate recently renewed talks between the special counsel and Trump's attorneys

about a possible interview.

Last week, Giuliani met with Mueller to reopen negotiations for a presidential interview.

Giuliani conveyed the ongoing resistance of Trump and his advisers to a sit-down but did

not rule out the possibility. Still, Trump remains strongly opposed to granting Mueller

an interview — resistance fueled largely by the raids last month on the office and

residences of his personal attorney Michael Cohen.

Trump's anger over the Cohen raids spilled into nearly every conversation in the days

that followed and continues to be a sore point for the president. One confidant said Trump

seems to "talk about it 20 times a day." Other associates said they often stand silent,

in person or on the phone, as he vents about the Cohen matter, knowing that there is little

they can say.

Alan Dershowitz, a well-known lawyer and Trump advocate, said Tuesday that it would be dangerous

and unwise for Trump to agree to an interview.

"The strategy is to throw him softballs so that he will go on and on with his answers,"

he said. "Instead of sharp questions designed to elicit yes or no, they make him feel very

comfortable and let him ramble."

In that setting, Dershowitz said, the prosecutors could catch Trump in a misstatement.

Should Mueller seek to compel Trump's testimony using a subpoena, a legal battle could ensue

that could delay the investigation and force the issue into the courts, potentially to

the Supreme Court.

Trump's team could argue that Mueller was seeking information about the president's

private conversations that are protected by executive privilege or that a grand jury interview

would place an unnecessary burden on the president's ability to run the country."

Melania Trump HUMILIATES Meghan Markle During Her First Week as a Royal - Duration: 14:58.

Melania Trump HUMILIATES Meghan Markle During Her First Week as a Royal

It's been one week since Prince Harry married American actress Meghan Markle.

The couple attempted to send a rude message to Donald and Melania Trump by refusing to

invite them to the royal wedding.

However, Melania responded with a classy move that was sure to humiliate Meghan.

Rather than stoop to Meghan's immature level, Melania rose above the drama and sent a thoughtful

gift to the couple.

Yahoo News reported that though the Trumps were not invited to the royal wedding, they

are sending a gift in the form of a cash donation.

"President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will be making a contribution to one

of the seven charities the royal couple has designated in lieu of gifts," White House

spokesperson Lindsay Walters said in a statement.

Last month, Harry and Meghan requested that their wedding guests donate money to one of

their favorite charities rather than give gifts.

"Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle are incredibly grateful for the goodwill shown

to them since the announcement of their engagement and are keen that as many people as possible

benefit from this generosity of spirit," read the statement.

"The couple have therefore asked that anyone who might wish to mark the occasion considers

making a donation to charity, rather than sending a wedding gift."

The couple chose seven different U.K.-based organizations: CHIVA (Children's HIV Association);

Crisis, which aims to end homelessness; the Myna Mahila Foundation, which provides professional

support for aspiring businesswomen; Scotty's Little Soldiers, for bereaved armed forces

children; StreetGames, a sports charity for low-income communities, Surfers Against Sewage,

a national marine conservation; and the Wilderness Foundation U.K., a nature program for at-risk

youth.

Harry and Meghan did not invite the Trumps to their wedding because they chose not to

invite any foreign dignitaries to the ceremony.

"It has been decided that an official list of political leaders — both U.K. and international

— is not required for Prince Harry and Ms. Markle's wedding.

Her Majesty's Government was consulted on this decision, which was taken by The Royal

Household," a palace spokesman said in a statement.

Jeff Sessions Crossed A Line That Donald Trump May Never Forgive - Duration: 12:35.

Jeff Sessions Crossed A Line That Donald Trump May Never Forgive

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is on the hot seat.

He's allowed the Deep State to run wild and refused to prosecute the criminals scheming

against the President.

Now Sessions has launched an investigation into a Trump ally, crossing a line that Trump

and his supporters may never forgive.

The New York Times broke the story that the FBI and Department of Justice are investigating

Trump campaign vendor Cambridge Analytica for the alleged data breach during the 2016

election.

Cambridge became the latest liberal boogeyman – even though they did the exact same thing

the Obama campaign was praised for in 2012 – and Sessions is allowing this investigation

to proceed because his chief concern appears to be placating the swamp and anti-Trump media.

The Times reports:

"THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE F.B.I.

ARE INVESTIGATING CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA, THE NOW-DEFUNCT POLITICAL DATA FIRM, AND HAVE

SOUGHT TO QUESTION FORMER EMPLOYEES AND BANKS THAT HANDLED ITS BUSINESS, ACCORDING TO AN

AMERICAN OFFICIAL AND OTHER PEOPLE FAMILIAR WITH THE INQUIRY.

PROSECUTORS HAVE QUESTIONED POTENTIAL WITNESSES IN RECENT WEEKS, TELLING THEM THAT THERE IS

AN OPEN INVESTIGATION INTO CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA — WHICH WORKED ON PRESIDENT TRUMP'S ELECTION

AND OTHER REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGNS IN 2016 — AND "ASSOCIATED U.S. PERSONS."

BUT THE PROSECUTORS PROVIDED FEW OTHER DETAILS, AND THE INQUIRY APPEARS TO BE IN ITS EARLY

STAGES, WITH INVESTIGATORS SEEKING AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES.

THE INVESTIGATION COMPOUNDS THE WOES OF A FIRM THAT HAS COME UNDER INTENSE SCRUTINY

FROM LAWMAKERS AND REGULATORS IN THE UNITED STATES AND BRITAIN SINCE THE NEW YORK TIMES

AND OBSERVER IN LONDON REPORTED IN MARCH THAT IT HAD HARVESTED PRIVATE DATA FROM MORE THAN

50 MILLION FACEBOOK PROFILES, AND THAT IT MAY HAVE VIOLATED AMERICAN ELECTION LAWS.

THIS MONTH, CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA ANNOUNCED THAT IT WOULD SHUT DOWN AND DECLARE BANKRUPTCY,

SAYING THAT NEGATIVE PRESS AND CASCADING FEDERAL AND STATE INVESTIGATIONS HAD DRIVEN AWAY CUSTOMERS

AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE FIRM TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS."

Investigators are snooping around Cambridge despite giving a pass to the Obama campaign,

Hillary Clinton, James Clapper, James Comey, and other heroes of the left who committed

multiple crimes.

The Times also reports:

"THE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION IN THE UNITED STATES APPEARS TO FOCUS ON THE COMPANY'S

FINANCIAL DEALINGS — INVESTIGATORS HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY'S BANKS, FOR

INSTANCE — AND HOW IT ACQUIRED AND USED PERSONAL DATA PULLED FROM FACEBOOK AND OTHER

SOURCES, ACCORDING TO THE AMERICAN OFFICIAL, WHO WAS BRIEFED ON THE INQUIRY, AND OTHER

PEOPLE FAMILIAR WITH IT.

IN ADDITION, THE INVESTIGATORS HAVE CONTACTED FACEBOOK, SAID THE OFFICIAL, WHO SPOKE ON

THE CONDITION OF ANONYMITY TO DISCUSS THE INVESTIGATION.

THE OFFICIAL WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER DETAILS, AND FACEBOOK DECLINED TO COMMENT.

IN A SIGN OF THE INQUIRY'S SCOPE, ONE OF THE PROSECUTORS INVOLVED IS THE ASSISTANT

CHIEF OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT'S SECURITIES AND FINANCIAL FRAUD DIVISION, BRIAN KIDD.

THE EFFORT IS BEING ASSISTED BY AT LEAST ONE AGENT WHO INVESTIGATES CYBERCRIME FOR THE

F.B.I., THOSE PEOPLE SAID."

Trump supporters are beginning to question if Sessions is incompetent.

Sessions outrageously recused himself in the Russia investigation and has allowed Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to thumb his nose at Congress and the Constitution by obstructing

document requests.

Sessions has compounded that error by permitting Trump's enemies to criminally leak and conspire

to destroy Donald Trump while allowing the full force of the federal government to be

turned on Trump allies like Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, and now Cambridge Analytica.

Critics believe Attorney General Sessions sat back and allowed the Deep State to run

wild while ignoring clear crimes by the left because he is afraid of liberal media blowback.

This behavior is unacceptable.

Chelsea Clinton Attacks President Trump - Duration: 11:35.

Chelsea Clinton Attacks President Trump, Immediately Pays For Her B*d Decision

Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton launched an attack against President Donald Trump and

his supporters.

However, she has a severe lack of awareness when it comes to the activities of her own

family.

British news website "The Guardian" reporter Decca Aitkenhead interviewed the youngest

Clinton on a variety of topics, but when she started to talk about the current president,

it became apparent that Chelsea has still not gotten over the fact that President Trump

defeated her mother, Hillary Clinton, to become the 45th American president.

Aitkenhead asked "if we're now living through the best of feminist times, thanks

to #MeToo, or the worst, thanks to Donald Trump?"

Clinton responded in a way that hit on the nonsense talking point that Republicans are

somehow attacking the reproductive rights of women by protecting the right of babies

to live.

"I think progress is possible, and I think we should always feel a responsibility to

that mandate in some ways, but that it's not inevitable, and that it has to be both

protected and advanced at every moment," she said, before adding that "the restrictions

on a woman's reproductive agency, and also on her ability to access reproductive health

services that she thinks are right for her and often for her family, that right is certainly

not secure in our country."

She said she believe feminists should not respond with negativity when they are confronted

by those who don't think the same way, as she managed to paint herself as a victim of

conservatives.

"For me, maybe because I've had so much vitriol flung at me for as long as I can literally

remember, people saying awful things to me even as a child, I've never found it productive,

personally, to engage in that way.

To retaliate with crass language or insult someone personally – I just don't think

I'm built that way," she said.

"I know they're talking about me.

I just think that the way they're talking about me, to me, to my face, online, is a

reflection on them and not about me.

The savagery that is directed at me, sometimes it's because I'm just the person that

they happen to see and recognize, and they're angry, and so that anger kind of spills out.

Sometimes they're mad at me because of something that my mom or dad did, or something that

my mom or dad never did – but they have been fed the narrative that they were trafficking

children, or drugs, or some other heinous crime," she said.

Then, Clinton used her platform to make a beeline for President Trump, blaming him for

the attacks that she and others have received online.

"I've come to feel differently," she said.

"Because I think that the way that our president and many people around him have not only mainstreamed

hate, but mainlined it, is so deeply dangerous … Not just the hundreds but now thousands

of instances in schools across America, where children are citing the president as they're

demeaning a little girl, or they're chanting 'Build a wall' in an attempt to demean

and degrade brown children.

So the reason, now, I no longer ignore it when people say hateful things to me on the

street or on social media is, I think we have to shine a light.

I think those of us who have platforms to do that have to say this is wrong and unacceptable,

so we don't normalize it but try to detoxify what has been unleashed.

Because if we don't, we leave a vacuum.

And I think the darkness fills that vacuum."

Chelsea Clinton advised British citizens to protest her own president when he visits them,

as she spoke about taking her own children to anti-Trump protests.

She said, "I've been to multiple protests since the election.

Charlotte's been to at least three, maybe four.

Aidan's been to one.

If I lived in Britain I would show up to protest, because I don't agree with what he's doing

to degrade what it means to be an American."

And that is where her argument backfired on her.

What it means to be an American?

Does being an American mean having a sexual relationship with an impressionable young

girl in the Oval Office as your wife is nearby and then lying to the American people about

it?

Or does she think being an American means to ignore a subpoena and delete 33,000 emails,

bleach bit computers, and smash devices with hammers to be certain that the evidence cannot

be recovered?

Another possibility is that she thinks it is American to sell America's uranium to

a foreign adversary, an adversary you later claim colluded with your opponent to defeat

you in a presidential election.

Or it could be that she thinks being an American means selling access to the president, be

it former President Bill Clinton or former President Barack Obama, or selling access

to the secretary of state to the highest bidder.

There are not many reasonable people who believe that Chelsea Clinton is not planning a career

in politics in the future.

But she would be wise, before she speaks, to think about what her parents have done

before she comments on the actions

of others.
