Trump Just Went NUCLEAR and Put John Kerry ON NOTICE

What the heck is former Secretary of State John Kerry doing?

Kerry is working to undermine our president's foreign policy stance with Iran, by negotiating

and advising the State Sponsor of Terror in the shadows.

President Trump called out the failed Secretary of State, who helped negotiate the disastrous

"Iran Nuke Deal," as possibly breaking the law.

From Washington Examiner

President Trump on Monday criticized former Secretary of State John Kerry for his role

in creating the "very badly negotiated" Iran nuclear deal and engaging in "possibly

illegal shadow diplomacy."

"The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very

badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!" Trump tweeted.

The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very

badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 7, 2018

The president was referencing a report from the Boston Globe that detailed how Kerry,

who served as secretary of state under former President Barack Obama, has been working to

preserve the Iran deal.

Kerry has reportedly met with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif and other European officials

in an attempt to salvage the deal.

Trump often criticizes the Iran nuclear deal and must decide by this Saturday if the U.S.

will remain in the agreement, which was negotiated by the Obama administration and signed in

2015.

The president has indicated he will withdraw from the deal if it is not altered.

Reports of Kerry's actions have raised claims he violated the Logan Act, a more than 200-year-old

law that bars citizens from acting on behalf of the U.S. in negotiations with foreign governments.

No one has ever been prosecuted under the Logan Act.

President Donald Trump Delivers Remarks at the Prison Reform Summit - Duration: 16:01.

thank you

thank you very much unfortunately I have to begin by

expressing our sadness and heartbreak over the deadly shooting at Santa Fe

High School in Texas just took place moments ago

we're closely monitoring the situation and federal authorities are coordinating

with local officials this has been going on too long in our country too many

years too many decades now we grieve for the terrible loss of life and send our

support and love to everyone affected by this absolutely horrific attack to the

students families teachers and personnel at Santa Fe High

we're with you in this tragic hour and we will be with you forever

my administration is determined to do everything in our power to protect our

students secure our schools and to keep weapons out of the hands of those who

pose a threat to themselves and to others everyone must work together at

every level of government to keep our children safe

may God heal the injured and may God comfort the wounded and may God be with

the victims and with the victims families or sad day very very sad

on another note very positive note I'm honored to be here today with so many

leaders from across the nation who are committed to the crucial issue of prison

reform joining us today are several members of my cabinet who are working

diligently on this issue attorney general sessions secretaries

Enki secretary Acosta secretary Perry secretary DeVos and

acting secretary Wilkie who by the way has done an incredible job at the VA and

I'll be informing him in a little while he doesn't know this yet that we're

going to be putting his name up for nomination to be Secretary of the

Veterans Administration

fantastic I'm sorry that I ruined the surprise

I'll see you anyway we're very close to getting choice approved and we had just

approved VA accountability which for almost 40 years they could not get

approved and now as you know we just had in the house just passed choice and it's

the finer level of choice we had different levels of choice good bad okay

and really good and I think this falls into the really good category it's gonna

be a little more expensive at that time

so we are really we have so many terrific partners working on what we're

doing and the reason we're here prison reform at the state level including -

who are with us today who have really been active feels so strongly about it

governor mary Fallon and governor Susan Martinez you've been fantastic

thank you I also want to thank Van Jones primarily because he constantly says

such nice things about me he did he did every once in a while right every once

in a while he defeats hey he actually has on occasion not too often but I'll

tell you what though it does feel good and I also want to thank van I have to

say Jared Kushner who has worked so hard on this issue really thank you you're

proud of you we're proud of you prison reform is an

issue that unites people from across the political spectrum it's an amazing thing

our whole nation benefits if former inmates are able to reenter society as

productive law-abiding citizens every year over six hundred and twenty

thousand inmates primarily from state prisons are released after completing

their sentences for many really life outside of the prison is a tremendous

struggle I see it to find a job to stay off drugs to avoid old habits that lead

them back to a life of crime back to prison unfortunately more than one-third

of former federal prison inmates and more than three-quarters of state

prisoners will be reinforced nobody wins when former prisoners failed to adjust

to life outside or worse end up back behind bars we want former inmates to

find a path to success so they can support their families and support their

communities crucial to this effort is helping former prisoners find jobs as

many as three in four individuals released from prison have difficulty

finding work it is not merely a waste of money but a waste of human capital some

incredible people to put former inmates on public

assistance instead of placing them into a steady job where they can pay taxes

contribute to their country gain dignity and pride that comes with a career love

waking up in the morning then go into a job making a lot more money than

anything they can do just really enjoying their life when we talk about

our national program to hire American this must include helping millions of

former inmates get back into the workforce as gainfully employed citizens

at the heart of our prison reform agenda is expanding prison work and the

programs so that inmates can reenter society with the skills to get a job we

also want more mental health services so released inmates can cope with the

challenges of life on the outside and some of those challenges are not easy

we're developing more effective drug treatment so that former prisoners can

remain drug-free drugs are playing a tremendously big role in our lives in so

many lives not only having to do with prisoners but having to do with people

that never thought they'd be addicted that never thought they'd have a problem

like this that are having a really hard time coping drugs we're doing a big big

job on drugs it is a scourge in this country

in this effort we are not just absolving prisoners of their central

role in their own rehabilitation there is no substitute for personal

accountability and there is no tolerance for those who take advantage of

society's generosity to prey upon the innocent however if we want more

prisoners to take charge of their own lives

then we should work to give them the tools to stand on their own two feet

they're gonna love it they're gonna be great at it by the way I have a friend

he hired three people they were prisoners pretty hard line people I can

tell you two of the three he said are unbelievably outstanding spending four

or five years now one he said is good but that's life right that's life some

were okay he's okay not the greatest but he said to our Superstars they would

have never gotten the chance and one of the things that we are doing is we have

created a great economy the economy is doing fantastically well even better

than you think in the stock market the stock market is only being held back a

little bit for one reason although it's up almost 40% since election day but

they're waiting to see the trade deals and I can tell you they're going to be

great trade deals it's going to be great for our country our country has been

ripped off long enough and we are making great deals we're meeting with China

today right after this we're going to another meeting with China they've been

taking out hundreds of billions of dollars that's not good for people that

get out of prison and that's not good for people that have never been in

prison that's bad for our country and we're changing it around we're changing

a lot of those horrible trade deals where they take our jobs they take our

money we end up with no money no taxes no employment not a good combination so

the greatest thing we can do a greatest thing I can do aside from our programs

that they're working so hard on is create a good work environment where

it's hard to get people because then you people that come out you give them a

chance and then like my friend said they turn out to be outstanding jobs are so

important a great economy is so important and that's what we have so it

makes your job that much easier as we speak legislation is working through

Congress to reform our federal prisons my administration strongly supports

these efforts and I urge the House and Senate to get together and there are a

lot of senators a lot of Congress people that want to get this passed to work out

their differences get a bill to my desk I will sign it and it's gonna be strong

it's going to be good it's gonna be what everybody wants you're all in line I

think you're all looking for the same thing so we're gonna have something

that's gonna make you very proud really very proud we want like we do with

veterans choice we want the finest the finest prison reform that you can have

anywhere the finest that's very important you make sure you both agree

and van if we're going to go through the process it's just as hard to go through

the process and get a good bill as it is a bad bill so let's get it right will

you please to make sure okay and if you see something you don't like call me

we'll get a change before we sign it I'd have to go through the whole process

again all right we'll do that you all know what I mean right working

together we can restore the rule of law keep dangerous criminals off our streets

and help former inmates get a second chance at life and a second chance that

many of them will really succeed it if only given the chance America is a

nation that believes in the power of redemption America is a nation that

believes in second chances and third chances in some cases and I don't know I

guess even fourth chances I don't know about that that's where I think you and

I may differ you know well we'll go two or three but maybe we will go that extra

length okay it's a little a little more liberal in that way but that's okay but

we're both well-intentioned I can tell you that and America is a nation that

believes that the best is always yet to come I want to again thank everyone here

today very special people very important thing that we're doing this has never

been done in our country it's never been done we're gonna give people that chance

and we're gonna give people a chance a great success friend of mine told me

that when people get out of prison they're all excited and then they go and

they have that stigma they can't get a job people don't want to hire them if

they can't get that chance and when they do in many cases not in all cases but in

many cases they just turned out to be outstanding better than other people so

we're going to make our communities more secure and we're going to make our

country more prosperous and together we will make America safer and stronger and

greater than ever before and I can tell you as far as people getting out of

it's going to be far far far greater than ever before you're gonna get that

chance you're gonna you're gonna really make everyone proud and you're gonna be

proud of yourself so it's an honor to be with you I want to thank everybody for

working so hard on this it's so many of the people I recognize in the room this

is literally their most important thing we have so many different things

economic development this this is literally and I can speak for at least

five or six of the people I see this is literally the most important thing they

work on so it's an honor to have helped and we're going to get something that's

really going to be outstanding best it will be the best of its kind anywhere in

the world that I can promise you it really well okay so god bless you all

thank you thank you

you

Trump Defends Calling MS-13 "Animals" - Duration: 13:24.

really scary moments here police responding to calls of shots fired at

the Trump national Doral Golf Resort we're not saying that this is terrorism

but we're not discounting anything at this point

Gina Haspel is making history as the first woman to lead the CIA with the

backing of six Democrats Havel joins nine other women in the Trump

administration the DOJ IG report on the corrupt handily and the Clinton email

investigation could in fact lead to the recommendation of criminal charges Rudy

says you cannot indict a sitting president is that right the office of

legal counsel say that the president is constitutionally immune from being

indicted your people these are animals calling people animals isn't that a good

thing when the ms-13 comes in I referred to them as animals and guess what I

always will the Eagle girl from Louisiana the very simple mission hug a

police officer you know Rosalind mission here since she told me is to bring the

community together with the police

Tom Petty opens our to of Fox and Friends live from the mezzanine level

here at Studio Evans in TGIF thank goodness it's Friday only a Roselyn in

our life that cute little girl you spoke to to give you a hug and tell you

everything's okay 30 states already the 30 today is Indiana and she's hugging

yeah I think she's heading to New England next so she's gonna hit all 50

states and hug police officers National Police week we can't forget her voice

when she spoke so gentle pressured God spoke to her and said it was time to hug

some police officer that's pretty cool a good way to start this Friday plus we

start with an update and I'm dodging bulletins Fox News Alert let's get right

to that a man yelling about President Trump holding an American flag opening

fire overnight inside the lobby of Trump Doral Golf Club near Miami

Todd pyro who's been all over the story all morning good morning Todd good

morning Steve Abby and Ed police responding to the call just before 2:00

in the morning at the Trump national Doral Golf Resort a man inside the lobby

shooting he's yelling is viewing some information about President Trump and

that's what we know so far and he had an American flag that he did drape over the

counter that that all was you know part of the investigation we're gonna take it

from there and see what his real motives are and that still unidentified suspect

was shot and wounded by police right now still unclear what he was actually

saying about President Trump we're not saying that this is terrorism we're not

saying any of that but we're not discounting anything at this point these

officers did not hesitate one second to engage this individual that was actively

shooting in the lobby of the hotel they risked their lives knowing that that

they had to get in there to save lives in that hotel police do not believe the

man was a guest at the resort one officer was hurt but is expected to be

ok the suspect was transferred to a local hospital and Fox News has just

confirmed the Secret Service has just arrived there at Doral meantime moments

ago the president's son Eric Trump tweeting his thanks to first responders

guys back to you and in fact Secret Service just put out quick

statement quote were aware of the shooting that took place early this

morning at Trump Doral National Golf Club

Special Agent from the Miami field office or on the scene as Todd said

working closely with law enforcement partners they stressed though that there

were no protectees as in the President or any family members there at the club

so that's why the Secret Service was not on the scene they're not at every Trump

property but they now from the Miami field office have gone there to get on

top of the scene work with the Thanks all right meanwhile over the last 48

hours or so there have been all these stories about what exactly did the

president state say at that roundtable with the people from Southern California

sheriffs and mayors and whatnot talking about how the sanctuary state status is

so we actually knew what he said so in the headlines were all the Trump called

President Trump called these immigrants animals but it started actually with a

sheriff from Southern California talking about ms-13 he responding referred to

ms-13 as animals just in the last five minutes

the president has sent out a brand-new tweet about this here's what he says

fake news media had me calling immigrants or illegal immigrants animals

wrong they were but grudgingly forced withdraw their stories I refer to ms-13

gang members as animals a big difference and so true fake news got it purposely

wrong as usual or they're just incredibly lazy because as you said ed

there is a transcript there if you're gonna read something and it sounds like

it might be offensive go back and read the full cover so you

know some of the president's critics say oh he just says fake news if he doesn't

agree with the story actually in this case look at some of the headlines New

York Times Trump calls some unauthorized immigrants animals in rant by the way

the rant thrown in there a little nuts not so objective Huffington Post truck

refers to immigrants as animals again USA Today Trump ramps up rhetoric on

undocumented immigrants quote these aren't people these are animals and then

the Washington Post in reference to animals

Trump evokes an ugly history of dehumanization folks he was talking

about ms-13 gang members these are not just you know random gangs are stealing

fruit from from a produce stand these are people literally ripping the heart

and guts out of children 13:44

it works if you can't call the man levels I don't know what you want to

call them they're horrible people well here's the thing it wasn't just

mainstream media that piled on the president so did Nancy Pelosi we believe

that some of us who are attracted to the public arena and to government and

public service that Joe we're all God's children and so when the President of

the United States says about undocumented immigrants these aren't

people these are animals you have to wonder it does he not believe in the

spark of divinity the dignity and worth of every person calling people animals

is not a good thing so the media has a duty to get the story right but so do

our lawmakers so do people like Nancy Pelosi if you're gonna read something

that leaders is not just a lawmaker sure it's right at the end of that sound like

she was defending the dignity oh look we were talking about this an hour ago

and ultimately were they in a rush the mainstream media to get that story out

yes did they not check it thoroughly

apparently not but why was it because it kind of to them it seems like stuff the

president has said in the past so it fits the narrative look he says stuff

like this even though we know now that's but that's not the role of being a

journalist I don't care if it's president language that's called it a

rant did that seem like a right you know I heard the sound bite on top yeah it's

dangerous it's dangerous because this is what people are reading in their

headlines and it's factually incorrect but the President Trump should be

treated like every other president before him the media have got to focus

on the facts provide context around that but most importantly get it right

because the American people are reading these things and they're trying to

digest what's going on out Democratic leaders like Nancy Pelosi are in the odd

position of defending ms-13 gang members basically gonna have to walk yeah well

think she better meanwhile there's a story out of I believe the Washington

Post that said essentially it's a draft report of the Inspector General Michael

Horowitz at the Department of Justice is done and now they're circulating it

throughout the Department of Justice so that people who are involved

can essentially lobby for any chair side of the story and right and so there was

a tweet that electrified the news media last night is from Paul Sperry who used

to be the bureau chief for Washington for investors business daily and it said

this says breaking IG Horowitz has found reasonable grounds for believing there

has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI and DOJ x' handling of

the clinton investigations and has referred his findings of potential

criminal misconduct to huber for possible criminal prosecution so it's

the US attorney in Utah's you know who's brought in by Attorney General Jeff

session Calvert said rather than a special a second special counsel let's

bring in a seasoned prosecutor from outside the swamp look at the facts he's

gonna be looking at those facts and there may be people who are facing

criminal charges that we don't even wanted but let's just say people who

used to be at the top of the FBI people who used to be in CS at the Justice

Department or who knows yeah she suggests though a criminal referral is

being made is extraordinary we know that Andrew McCabe lied to the

FBI all right that's one of them last night Joe digenova was on with Laura and

he said quote Brennan and clapper will find themselves in front of grand jury

soon don't know I doubt that he has any special information but nonetheless

probably just looked at all the things trying to make sure this is a government

problem when people talk about the swamp when President Trump was campaigning

about coming into Washington and changing things up this is I think

exactly what he was referring to people stepping outside their bounds not doing

exactly what their jobs entail but when you connect the dots to a couple days

ago I think what Joe Joe Jennifer is referring to in part is you had the

former Obama CIA director John Brennan cooperating basically telling his

version to the New York Times about why there may have been spying on the Trump

campaign as the Hillary investigation was playing out trying to sort of spin

that ahead of this Justice Department Inspector General for that's part of

that are worried they're they're on defense now lot of that New York Times

piece that all of us have read that 4,000 word piece they talk about the

Clinton vestigation and the Russian investigation going on around

same time why was the Clinton one public and Trump's not yeah yeah there's still

a lot of question here's the other thing had Hillary Clinton won this never would

have been investigated and whoever is about to get in trouble they'd be

skating I think some people aren't sleeping well right now all right it's

almost seven eleven here in New York City and Jillian joins us with an update

from Hawaii that's regular Friday morning to you guys to you at home as

well as gets this Fox News Alert Hawaii's Kilauea volcano blows its top

sending a plume of ash six miles into the sky and more violent eruptions could

happen at any minute

officials handing out 18,000 ash masks to residents as toxic air levels spiked

the explosions could go on for weeks the eruption shown in this time-lapse video

and it could take months to clean up all the lava president Ron sending a message

to Kim jung-un work with me and you won't end up like slain Libyan dictator

Muammar Gadhafi that was a total decimation we went in there to beat him

now that model would take place if we don't make a deal most likely but if we

make a deal I think Kim jong-un is going to be very very happy the president

warning the North Korean leader if he doesn't agree to a nuclear deal as final

preparations get underway for their summit he's also keeping a close eye on

Capitol Hill today urging the house to support the farm bill which includes

work requirements for food stamps today the president is expected to announce

massive cuts to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers it deals with

title 10 which provides 260 million dollars annually to family planning

federal funds can't technically go towards abortions but groups like

Planned Parenthood still accept the money for things like checkups under the

new proposal those services can't be performed in the same place as abortions

or they won't get the taxpayer money well as it turns out the Philadelphia

Eagles will be making a trip to the White House maybe not all of them though

the team confirming the June 5th invitation to celebrate their first

Super Bowl win adding that they're working out the logistics at least four

players have said they do not plan to attend the event the Eagles say it is an

opportunity to engage in productive dialogue with the nation's leaders

Malcolm Jenkins one who's been very outspoken on the social justice issues

has said they're still talking about it but a couple of them do not land

see what happens meanwhile as we conclude National Police week our next

guest just introduced a new bill to give our officers better protection senator

Cory Gardner it's gonna tell us all about that he also Ainsley is there

she's already talking to it she's in England for the royal wedding Ainsley

what's coming up hey guys yes so a few days ago Nigel Parag showed

us around all this all those sites that you're supposed to see when you come to

London where all the tourists go yesterday we were wrong with Steve

Hilton and he took us to all the places he used to hang out his neck of the

woods in London he now lives in America and

calls America home but now that he's here in London he took us on a tour

you'll see that coming up

Expert's view on 'Trump model' for N. Korea's denuclearization - Duration: 2:38.

The U.S. tried to provide peace of mind to North Korea... by emphasizing they're not

seeking a Libyan denuclearization approach.

For now Washington insists, a different model will be used with the regime.

Lee Ji-won turned to some experts for their analysis of what this new method could be.

President Trump officially refuted speculation that the U.S. plans to use the 'Libya model'

on North Korea, where it's widely understood that Pyongyang would have to fully denuclearize

before receiving any rewards.

This has led to questions over what approach Washington does plan to take towards the North's

denuclearization.

Trump officially addressed what is seen as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's major concern

on Thursday, saying that Kim "will be running his regime" and "getting protections that

will be very strong", under the condition that their summit in June is successful.

And by saying how Kim will be "very, very happy with the deal", Trump hinted on the

possibility that the U.S. could be flexible and that the process of denuclearization could

be done progressively, just as the North wants.

"President Trump promised to guarantee the security of the regime, while emphasizing

North Korea's nuclear disarmament.

The two sides will likely, in the big picture, agree on denuclearization and a security guarantee,

and then work on setting a detailed roadmap to implement the goal in a progressive way."

Professor Yang added, that the key point then, is how much the leaders are willing to give

and take.

"It's not going to be easy negotiating the denuclearization steps with a security guarantee.

How the denuclearization process of freezing-disabling-and-dismantling would be matched up with a security guarantee,

for instance setting up a liaison office and building a U.S. embassy in Pyongyang, is something

the two leaders will have to discuss during their summit."

And on top of linking the security guarantee with denuclearization, President Trump may

offer economic benefits to increase the attractiveness of his model.

"His country would be very rich.

His people are tremendously industrious.

If you look at South Korea -- this would be, really, a South Korean model in terms of their

industry, in terms of what they do."

But with North Korea's vice foreign minister rebuking the U.S. idea of compensating Pyongyang

financially for abandoning its nuclear weapons in a statement on Wednesday, whether or not

this new model of denuclearization would be attractive to the North will have to be seen.

Lee Ji-won, Arirang News.

Look What Trump Just Did For Social Security Recipients — They Said He Couldn't Do It! - Duration: 4:30.

Look What Trump Just Did For Social Security Recipients — They Said He Couldn't Do

It!

President Trump defied critics and just made a lot of people very happy with the announcement

that came from the Social Security Administration, They have happily announced that Social Security

and Supplemental Security Income benefits for over 66 million Americans will increase

2 percent during 2018, an increase coming instead of a decrease, giving back a few more

dollars to people who've worked hard their entire lives.

The 2% cost-of-living adjustment will begin with benefits payable to more than 61 million

Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018 and continue with the rest later in the year.

The Social Security Act ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index

as determined by the Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2017.

Some other adjustments that take effect throughout 2018 are based on the increase in average

wages.

Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security

tax will increase to $128,700 from $127,200.

Of the estimated, 175 million workers who will pay Social Security taxes in 2018 and

about 12 million of which will pay more because of the increase in the taxable maximum.

This has been stated as the largest increase since 2012, but people would like to see even

more of an increase if possible.

Of course, that could depend on where people live as the cost of living might be different

in New York compared to a midwestern state.

The following press release was posted on SSA.Gov: "Monthly Social Security and Supplemental

Security Income (SSI) benefits for more than 66 million Americans will increase 2.0 percent

in 2018, the Social Security Administration announced today.

The 2.0 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will begin with benefits payable to

more than 61 million Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018.

Increased payments to more than 8 million SSI beneficiaries will begin on December 29,

2017.

(Note: some people receive both Social Security and SSI benefits) The Social Security Act

ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index as determined by the

Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Some other adjustments that take effect in January of each year are based on the increase

in average wages.

Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security

tax (taxable maximum) will increase to $128,400 (1) from $127,200.

Of the estimated 175 million workers who will pay Social Security taxes in 2018, about 12

million will pay more because of the increase in the taxable maximum.

Information about Medicare changes for 2018, when announced, will be available at www.medicare.gov.

The Social Security Act provides for how the COLA is calculated.

To read more, please visit www.socialsecurity.gov/cola."

People who would like more information can review the following fact sheet which provides

even more information.

If you're wondering what to do with the extra income, or how much it is, then please

refer to the following information provided by USNews: "The average Social Security

check is $1,377 a month, and so next year, a typical payment will climb by $27 a month.

"It all comes down to the individual," he says.

"If the person needs that amount to meet their monthly financial needs, then, obviously,

that is the best use of the money.

They earned the benefit, and they should use the money to make their lives a bit easier.

If the person or couple doesn't need the money to maintain their standard of living

because they have other streams of income, then they can use the money in a multitude

of ways."

And while $27 a month isn't much, Dellutri points out that if you're married, and you

both have $27 a month coming in, that's $54 a month.

It still isn't a fortune, but it adds up to $648 a year.

And if you have other sources of retirement revenue, chances are, you could use that $648

for something useful."

Critics would certainly say this isn't enough of an increase, but if someone handed you

$648, would you take it?

Trump's DOJ Just Blindsided Hillary ... - Duration: 16:37.

Trump's DOJ Just Blindsided Hillary, Investigation Is Complete – They Found Everything!

As the Inspector General at the Department of Justice puts the finishing touches on the

highly anticipated official report detailing the agency's investigation into Hillary

Clinton's email server and the subsequent investigation, officials are announcing they

are expecting to receive the full details of the finalized report as early as the end

of this week.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz notified lawmakers in a Wednesday letter that the draft

report was complete and being made available to the agencies and individuals examined in

the probe.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the DOJ has now notified multiple subjects mentioned

in the document that they can privately review it by week's end and will have a "few

days" to craft any response to criticism contained within the report prior to making

the report available to the public.

The WSJ reports – "Those invited to review the report were told they would have to sign

nondisclosure agreements in order to read it, people familiar with the matter said.

They are expected to have a few days to craft a response to any criticism in the report,

which will then be incorporated in the final version to be released in coming weeks."

A related report was published in April detailing the DOJ's case against former FBI Deputy

Director Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was found to have lied on four separate occasions to both the DOJ and the FBI, including

twice while under oath.

McCabe was subsequently fired just one day before he was set to receive his full pension

after it was discovered through the course of the investigation that McCabe authorized

a self-serving leak to the WSJ with claims the FBI did not put the brakes on the investigation

into the Clinton Foundation.

All of which took place during a period of time when he was already under a great deal

of scrutiny and criticism over a $467,500 campaign donation received by his wife Jill

for her failed Senatorial bid from known Clinton crony, Terry McAuliffe.

There is also to be expected an additional report detailing the FBI's alleged FISA

abuse, high-level collusion against the Trump campaign, or the genesis of the counterintelligence

investigation against then-candidate Donald Trump as part of a separate investigation.

The OIG's office will release that report at a later date.

This particular report details the investigation into the Clinton email scandal and detailed

the conduct of FBI "lovebirds" Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Strzok led the Clinton email investigation, as well as handling the early portion of the

Trump-Russia investigation.

The OIG report is expected to cover significant edits made by the FBI's top brass to Hillary

Clinton's exoneration statement – effectively decriminalizing her mishandling of classified

information so that she wouldn't be prosecuted by the DOJ.

Just who is Michael Horowitz?

Horowitz essentially waged a one-man war with the Obama Administration with the March 5th,

2013 release of a report for Congress titled Open and Unimplemented IG Recommendations.

This report drew attention to the stonewalling by focusing on the money being wasted.

But it was much more than that.

There were over 30 Tweets in reference to this situation which can be accessed by following

the line of conversation from this post.

It laid the Obama Admin bare before Congress – illustrating among other things how the

administration was wasting tens-of-billions of dollars by ignoring the recommendations

made by the OIG.

After several attempts by Congress to restore the OIG's investigative powers, Rep. Jason

Chaffetz successfully introduced H.R.6450 – the Inspector General Empowerment Act

of 2016 – signed by a defeated lame duck President Obama into law on December 16th,

2016, thus cementing an alliance between Horowitz and both houses of Congress.

So this report is unlikely to be simply business as usual, while the public will not get to

see classified details of the OIG report, Horowitz is also big on public disclosure.

With Horowitz's concerted and directed efforts to roll back former Attorney General Eric

Holder's restrictions on the OIG office sealed the working relationship between Congress

and the Inspector General's office, allowing investigations such as those currently ongoing

to effectively take place and hold those guilty of unethical and criminal acts to be held

accountable.

Moreover, FBI Director Christopher Wray seems to be on the same page as well.

As far as the final draft of the current OIG report expected by Congress in approximately

one week, on January 12, 2017, Inspector Horowitz announced an OIG investigation based on "requests

from numerous Chairmen and Ranking Members of Congressional oversight committees, various

organizations (such as Judicial Watch?), and members of the public."

The initial focus of the investigation centered around the FBI's handling of the Clinton

email investigation and as to whether or not Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe should have

been recused from the investigation due to a conflict of interest with regards to the

campaign donations his wife took in total to the tune of about $700,000 from known Clinton

crony and associate, Terry McAuliffe.

The investigation grew to encompass potential collusion within the Clinton campaign as well

as the timing of various FOIA releases.

Preliminaries of the IOG report reveal that on July 27, 2017 the House Judiciary Committee

called on the DOJ to appoint a Special Counsel, detailing their concerns in 14 questions pertaining

to "actions taken by previously public figures like Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director

James Comey, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."

The questions raised from former Attorney General Loretta Lynch directing Comey to mislead

the American people on the nature of the Clinton investigation, Clinton's mishandling of

classified information while she served as Secretary of State as well as the subsequent

mishandling of Clinton's email investigation by the FBI, the DOJ's failure to empanel

a grand jury to investigate Clinton, and further questions about the Clinton Foundation, Uranium

One, and whether the FBI relied on the "Trump-Russia" dossier created by Fusion GPS.

The House Judiciary Committee repeated their call to the DOJ demanding a special counsel

as of September 26, 2017 after discovering disgraced former FBI director James Comey

lied to Congress when he stated hat he decided not to recommend criminal charges against

Hillary Clinton until after she was interviewed, when in fact Comey had drafted her exoneration

before said interview.

And now that we have all the pieces, the OIG report can tie all of this together and make

sense of it as it will satisfy all legal requirements for the DOJ to impartially appoint a Special

Counsel.

The g*****c below from TrumpSoldier via Twitter details where the report from the OIG's

office will go – to both investigative committees of Congress, along with Attorney General Jeff

Sessions.

After Congress has thoroughly reviewed the OIG report to their satisfaction, the House

and Senate Judiciary Committees will use it to supplement their investigations which should

then result in hearings.

The end result will be that of demanding a Special Counsel investigation.

The DOJ can choose to appoint a Special Counsel at any point.

Sessions has declined to do so thus far.

If the demand for a Special Counsel is ignored, Congress has the option to force the issue

via legislation to force the appointment.

Technically, the DOJ could choose to simply act on the evidence presented within the OIG

report and then choose to investigate and/or prosecute themselves without an appointment

of a Special Counsel; however, it is highly unlikely that will actually occur.

After the report's completion, the DOJ will weigh in on it.

Their comments are key.

As TrumpSoldier points out in his analysis, the DOJ can take various actions regarding

"Policy, personnel, procedures, and re-opening of investigations.

In short, just about everything (Immunity agreements can also be rescinded)."

Meanwhile, recent events appear to correspond with bullet points in both the original OIG

investigation letter and the 7/27/2017 letter forwarded to the Inspector General.

With the wheels set in motion last week seemingly align with Congressional requests and the

OIG mandate, and the upcoming OIG report likely to serve as a foundational opinion, the DOJ

will finally be empowered to move forward with an impartially appointed Special Counsel.

What do you think happens next?

Write your comment and share this to someone who is interested in the ongoing investigations.

Moon, Trump will discuss N. Korea, denuclearization at private one-on-one without aides in ... - Duration: 2:21.

President Moon travels to the U.S. with one agenda... and that agenda will be discussed

during his first one-on-one with U.S. President Donald Trump.

That meeting will not be attended by either one of their aides... only their interpreters.

Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung has the details.

"Presidents Moon and Trump will hold a one-on-one without anyone else in attendance at around

noon."

This exclusive face-to-face between the two leaders attended only by their interpreters...

is the very purpose and will be the highlight of South Korean President Moon Jae-in's one

night trip to the U.S.

This... coming just three weeks before U.S President Donald Trump is set to go do what

no other sitting U.S. president has ever done before; meet face to face with a leader of

North Korea to negotiate the terms for Kim Jong-un to give up his nuclear capability.

A senior Blue House official, speaking under the condition of anonymity, said the Moon,

Trump exclusive one-on-one, the first of its kind, was arranged as both leaders felt the

current situation called for a sincere and candid dialogue at the highest level.

It's clear that the South Korean president will try to use his meeting with his U.S.

counterpart to mediate and clear doubts between Mr. Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

"The leaders will also discuss ways to guarantee North Korea a bright future when the North

carries out complete denuclearization."

Note.

WHEN it carries out denuclearization.

So, the key issue at hand is HOW do we get North Korea's Kim Jong-un to completely, verifiably,

irreversibly denuclearize?

What needs to discussed between Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump when they meet next month

in order for the denuclearization process to be a success?

What kind of a denuclearization roadmap would get both the U.S. and North Korean leader

moving?

Can the growing gap between the two be narrowed in time for the two to show up at the negotiations

table next month?

Whether the flurry of diplomatic activity in the last couple of months will turn out

to be nothing or actually precipitate to something substantial leading to a different future

for the Korean Peninsula for now appear to be depend on whether South Korean President

Moon Jae-in is capable of playing a competent "mediator" role.

BREAKING President Trump Just Made Immediate Order To Jeff Sessions…YES!

President Donald Trump suggested on Wednesday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions consider

prosecuting Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf for "obstruction of justice" because she warned

illegal immigrants in February about potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

raids, Breitbart reports.

During a White House roundtable event with elected officials and law enforcement officials

from California who oppose the state's sanctuary laws, Trump said, "You had a thousand people

together, many of them were illegals, criminals… and she informed them and they all fled."

"I mean, you talk about obstruction of justice, I would recommend that you look into obstruction

of justice for the mayor of Oakland, California, Jeff.

She informed them, and they all fled — or most of them fled — and that whole operation,

that took a long time to put together.

To me, that's obstruction of justice.

And perhaps the Department of Justice can look into that, with respect to the mayor.

Because it's a big deal out there, and a lot of people are very angry about what happened.

There was a lot of hard work and a lot of danger involved.

And that was a terrible thing."

~ President Trump Trump continued: "Schaaf advises thousand

people… they're told 'get out of here, the law enforcement's coming.'

And you worked on that long and hard and you got there and there were very few people there.

To me that's obstruction of justice and perhaps the Department of Justice can look

into that, with respect to the mayor, because it's a big deal out there, and a lot of

people are very angry about what happened."

Trump added that "there's a lot of hard work and a lot of danger involved" in immigration

enforcement and Schaaf's alert "was a terrible thing."

ICE went on record stating that because of her, "gang lookout yelling 'police'"

over 800 illegal aliens got away during their investigation.

Now she wants to take our money and provide the illegal aliens with free college and housing

and a free ride for them.

Newt Gingrich Comes Forward, Sends All Trump Critics

Scurrying Back Under Rocks They Crawled From

Newt Gingrich is a tough politician and stands strong in his beliefs.

He does not suffer fools and just dropped a massive truth bomb on all the liberal Trump

haters.

They are scurrying around like scared little ants.

For all those who feel Trump has no chance in the upcoming election, think again.

Gingrich just explained why Trump's a guarantee lock to take the 2020 election.

Very well said, Newt!

Reported by subjectpolitics:

From Daily Caller:

"Look I think one of the things that Trump learned in New York in the toughest media

market in America is that backing down, apologizing never worked because the people who are your

enemies just take that pocket and come at you again," Gingrich said on "Fox & Friends"

Tuesday.

"So I think he has a very clear pattern.

He's done this all the way through.

He doesn't apologize.

He doesn't back off."

Gingrich cited a story about negative comments on GOP Sen. John McCain of Arizona coming

from the White House and said liberals didn't feel the need to apologize after taking personal

shots at conservatives at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner in April.

"There is something a little weird that, there's a huge scandal about something that

was said in a totally private meeting but you can have a so-called comedian say vicious,

ugly, nasty things about White House personnel at the White House Correspondents' dinner,

in public on television," Gingrich said.

"I didn't hear anybody apologizing.

I didn't see any of liberals say, 'Oh this was terrible.'

So you can savage people as long as you're in the Trump administration, and all you'll

get on the left is, 'Oh gosh, I guess that was unfortunate.'

I think this is lot of to do about nothing."

"What matters is, the economy is growing, conservative judges are being approved.

North Korea's negotiating, the Iranians are being corralled.

These are big things that will change history," Gingrich concluded.

"And that's the kind of typical Washington story by liberals who frankly don't want

to talk about the next 100,000 jobs."

The left is scrambling and they know what's coming next – 6 more years of keeping America

great.

Americans are a lot of things but we aren't dumb and we never give up a winning hand.

Ever.

BREAKING New York Times CONFIRMS FBI Conducted SPY OPERATION On President Trump! SPREAD THIS! - Duration: 14:08.

BREAKING New York Times CONFIRMS FBI Conducted SPY OPERATION On President Trump!

SPREAD THIS!

Leakers have confirmed to the New York Times that the Federal Bureau of Investigation ran

a spy operation against the Trump campaign.

This covert spy operation involved government informants, secret subpoenas, and possible

wiretaps.

"The F.B.I. obtained phone records and other documents using national security letters

— a secret type of subpoena — officials said.

And at least one government informant met several times with Mr. Page and Mr. Papadopoulos,"

the Times reported, citing "current and former officials."

This report by the New York Times and the leak itself seem largely an attempt by both

to paint the FBI's efforts in the most flattering light possible.

Instead, the story revealed that the FBI – which is supposed to be an apolitical agency – was

spying on the Trump campaign through phone records and with "at least one" human

asset.

The Times' story also seems to conflict with what the FBI has previously stated about

how the investigation into the Trump campaign began with information that Papadopoulos had

told an Australian diplomat he knew that Russians had stolen emails that would be embarrassing

for Clinton.

Leakers told the Times that "within hours" of opening the investigation into the Trump

campaign on July 31, 2016, the FBI dispatched two agents to London to interview the Australian

diplomat who had talked to Papadopoulos, meaning that the investigation had officially opened

even before they interviewed him.

In fact, it was not until two days after the investigation began that the agents summarized

their interview — which apparently "broke with diplomatic protocol" — and sent the

summary back to Washington.

The Times' story glosses over this discrepancy by saying the agents' report "helped provide

the foundation" for the case – instead of sparked the case – as has been claimed.

Those facts appear to confirm that the FBI had opened the investigation on the Trump

campaign based on other information — perhaps the "top secret intelligence source."

–Breitbart According to Breitbart, this news comes ahead

of the release of the pending Department of Justice inspector general report on the FBI's

actions during the 2016 election.

The Post's report came out as House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) was

fighting the Justice Department for access to information on the source.

According to the Wall Street Journal's Kimberley Strassel, the source meant "the FBI secretly

had a person on the payroll who used his or her non-FBI credentials to interact in some

capacity with the Trump campaign."

Strassel also questioned in her piece when the investigation really began, and why.

She wrote:

"…when precisely was this human source operating?

Because if it was prior to that infamous Papadopoulos tip, then the FBI isn't being straight.

It would mean the bureau was spying on the Trump campaign prior to that moment.

And that in turn would mean that the FBI had been spurred to act on the basis of something

other than a junior campaign aide's loose lips."

The Times' story is also entirely unclear as to when exactly the FBI agents began looking

into the Trump campaign.

The story alleges it was mere "days" after their investigation on Hillary Clinton's

email server ended.

Comey had announced he would not seek charges against Clinton on July 5, 2016, and the FBI

officially launched their investigation on July 31, 2016.

Additionally, according to the Times' story, the investigation seems to have been sparked

by suspicions over some campaign members' pre-existing connections with Russia before

they joined the campaign.

The Times' story also confirms the FBI used the salacious Steele dossier in addition to

"F.B.I. information" to obtain a wiretap on Carter Page.

Democrats have tried to downplay the FBI's reliance on the falsified document, yet to

no avail.

Even more glaring, the story reveals the FBI went to lengths to hide the investigation

from the Trump campaign instead of alerting it that it might be a target of Russian influence

operations.

Obama Responds to Trump Ending - Duration: 17:36.

Obama Responds to Trump Ending the Iran Deal and He's NOT Happy

Today President Trump pulled the United States out of Obama's disastrous Iran deal, also

known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Obama just responded to this decision and needless to say he's not happy, calling

Trump's actions "misguided."

From IJR

"This was a horrible, one-sided deal that should have never, ever been made," Trump

said.

"It didn't bring calm, it didn't bring peace, and it never will."

Well now, Obama has responded.

In a long statement, the former president explained that "today's announcement is

so misguided."

He added, "Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America's closest allies, and

an agreement that our country's leading diplomats, scientists, and intelligence professionals

negotiated."

Obama explained his reasoning in six different points:

1.

First, the JCPOA was not just an agreement between my Administration and the Iranian

government.

After years of building an international coalition that could impose crippling sanctions on Iran,

we reached the JCPOA together with the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the European Union,

Russia, China, and Iran.

It is a multilateral arms control deal, unanimously endorsed by a United Nations Security Council

Resolution.

2.

Second, the JCPOA has worked in rolling back Iran's nuclear program.

For decades, Iran had steadily advanced its nuclear program, approaching the point where

they could rapidly produce enough fissile material to build a bomb.

The JCPOA put a lid on that breakout capacity.

Since the JCPOA was implemented, Iran has destroyed the core of a reactor that could

have produced weapons-grade plutonium; removed two-thirds of its centrifuges (over 13,000)

and placed them under international monitoring; and eliminated 97 percent of its stockpile

of enriched uranium – the raw materials necessary for a bomb.

So by any measure, the JCPOA has imposed strict limitations on Iran's nuclear program and

achieved real results.

3.

Third, the JCPOA does not rely on trust – it is rooted in the most far-reaching inspections

and verification regime ever negotiated in an arms control deal.

Iran's nuclear facilities are strictly monitored.

International monitors also have access to Iran's entire nuclear supply chain, so that

we can catch them if they cheat.

Without the JCPOA, this monitoring and inspections regime would go away.

4.

Fourth, Iran is complying with the JCPOA.

That was not simply the view of my Administration.

The United States intelligence community has continued to find that Iran is meeting its

responsibilities under the deal, and has reported as much to Congress.

So have our closest allies, and the international agency responsible for verifying Iranian compliance

– the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

5.

Fifth, the JCPOA does not expire.

The prohibition on Iran ever obtaining a nuclear weapon is permanent.

Some of the most important and intrusive inspections codified by the JCPOA are permanent.

Even as some of the provisions in the JCPOA do become less strict with time, this won't

happen until ten, fifteen, twenty, or twenty-five years into the deal, so there is little reason

to put those restrictions at risk today.

6.

Finally, the JCPOA was never intended to solve all of our problems with Iran.

We were clear-eyed that Iran engages in destabilizing behavior – including support for terrorism,

and threats toward Israel and its neighbors.

But that's precisely why it was so important that we prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear

weapon.

Every aspect of Iranian behavior that is troubling is far more dangerous if their nuclear program

is unconstrained.

Our ability to confront Iran's destabilizing behavior – and to sustain a unity of purpose

with our allies – is strengthened with the JCPOA, and weakened without it.

He stated that "without the JCPOA, the United States could eventually be left with a losing

choice between a nuclear-armed Iran or another war in the Middle East."

"Going forward, I hope that Americans continue to speak out in support of the kind of strong,

principled, fact-based, and unifying leadership that can best secure our country and uphold

our responsibilities around

the globe," he concluded.
