Russia sends BOMBERS to US coast TWICE in two days as Trump-Putin relations intensify

RUSSIA bombers have been intercepted for a second time in around 24 hours near the US

coast amid war tensions between the two nations.

The US military revealed it had detected two Russian long-range bombers entering international

airspace off the coast of Alaska on Tuesday night.

According to a US official it is believed the two TU-95 "Bear" aircraft were heading

towards the mainland after they were tracked entering the US military's Air Defence Identification

Zone (ADIZ) which extends 230 miles from the shore.

A US Air Force E-3 AWAC aircraft was reportedly dispatched from Elemendorf Air Force Base

in Anchorage and accompanied the Russian planes until they turned around 35 miles from the

coast.

It follows a similar harrowing incident on Monday night where a pair of US F-22 Raptor

aircraft intercepted two Russian TU-95 Bear jets near the Alaskan coast.

A Russian poll revealed almost a third of its citizens believe war with the US was a

possibility.

It is understood prior to Monday there had not been any similar Russian flights since

July 4, 2015, when Bear bombers were intercepted after approaching Alaska and California.

The Alaskan Command said it hadn't seen any reports of Monday's flight in Russian media

or any indication of the reason the bombers were sent.

The fly over comes just seven days after US President Donald Trump claimed relations with

Russia "may be at an all time low".

He even went so far as to claim Nato, a body he has previously been heavily critical of,

was no longer "obsolete" thanks to the emerging new threat from Mr Putin.

Speaking at a White House briefing following a two-hour meeting in Moscow between his secretary

of state Rex Tillerson and his Russian counterpart, Mr Trump said: "We're not getting along

with Russia at all."

Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev believes an arms race has already begun between Russia

and the West which mirrors the Cold War.

Trump Gets Warned That Mueller Could Send Him To Jail Because Of This One Thing - Duration: 15:10.

Trump Gets Warned That Mueller Could Send Him To Jail Because Of This One Thing

Robert Mueller is gunning for Donald Trump.

The special counsel will not rest until he digs up something he can use to take the President

down for good.

And Trump was just warned about the one thing that could send him to prison.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie appeared on ABC's 'This Week.'

The former head of the Trump transition – he was removed and replaced with Vice President

Mike Pence – warned Trump about sitting for an interview with Mueller.

Christie stated that if Trump engages in hyperbole with Mueller, he could wind up in prison.

Real Clear Politics reports:

"ON ABC'S 'THIS WEEK' ROUNDTABLE, FORMER N.J.

GOV.

CHRIS CHRISTIE WARNS PRESIDENT TRUMP NOT TO "BE HYPERBOLIC" WHEN HE MEETS WITH SPECIAL

COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER.

"HE'S A SALESMAN," CHRISTIE SAID ABOUT TRUMP.

"AND SALESMEN AT TIMES TEND TO BE HYPERBOLIC."

AND THIS PRESIDENT, CERTAINLY, HAS TENDED TO BE THAT."

"THAT'S OK WHEN YOU'RE OUT ON THE CAMPAIGN…

OR WORKING ON CONGRESS.

IT IS NOT OK WHEN YOU'RE SITTING TALKING TO FEDERAL AGENTS," HE WARNED.

"AS A FORMER U.S. ATTORNEY AND SOMEONE WHO WOULD BE SITTING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT

TABLE, I'VE SAID THIS ALL ALONG…

HE SHOULD NEVER WALK INTO THAT ROOM WITH ROBERT MUELLER."

"18 U.S. CODE § 1001 IS FALSE STATEMENTS TO FEDERAL AGENTS, THAT IS A CRIME THAT CAN

SEND YOU TO JAIL," CHRISTIE WARNED."

Trump supporters are worried Mueller is laying a trap for the President.

The collusion investigation is a bust.

And Trump had every Constitutional right to fire James Comey for any reason.

The FBI Director reports to the President, not the other way around.

That means the President cannot obstruct justice when he carries out his lawful duties.

So Mueller needs another avenue to recommend Congress impeach Trump or to bring charges.

If Mueller interviews the President, he will have a prime setting to ensnare Trump in a

perjury trap.

If Trump misremembers a date or speaks in exaggerations, Mueller could claim he lied

to investigators.

There is nothing to gain from an interview with Mueller.

These interviews are not done to obtain the facts or get the subject's side of the story.

Mueller will conduct this interview to see if Trump's version of events line up 100%

with what other witnesses have told him.

If it differs in the slightest, Mueller will pounce and claim Trump acted criminally by

lying to him.

Do you agree that Trump should refuse any interview with Robert Mueller?

Supporters Flock To See Trump Motorcade, POTUS Stunned By 1 Sign In The Crowd.

On Thursday, President Donald Trump traveled to the Joint Interagency Task Force South

at Naval Air Station Key West for a border security briefing with Homeland Security Secretary

Kirstjen Nielsen.

While en route, he was given an awesome surprise throngs of Trump supporters had lined the

highway into Key West holding homemade banners and waving American flags.

POTUS was particularly stunned by one sign he saw in the crowd.

President Donald Trump departed West Palm Beach, Florida, on Thursday after spending

several days with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife at Mar-a-Lago.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe began two days of meetings with President Trump at the

president's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida Tuesday.

Just looking over the amount of issues these two world leaders will need to discuss, their

"special relationship" will be tested in a historic manner.

At the start of their meeting, President Trump announced, with Abe at his side, that North

and South Korean leaders – who are holding their own summit April 27 – will seek to

finally reach an agreement to formally end the Korean War, which was halted with an armistice

in 1953.

[Source: Fox News] By all accounts, Donald Trump's time with

Shinzo Abe was a resounding success.

The pair has kindled a tight relationship ever since the 45th president took office,

and that relationship will be instrumental as North and South Korea meet for historic

peace talks.

For her part, First Lady Melania Trump treated her Japanese counterpart to a tour of a historic

U.S. mansion as their husbands discussed official business:

First lady Melania Trump might be one of the few not overly awed by a marble-bedecked and

gold-plated Gilded Age mansion that she and her Japanese counterpart toured Wednesday.

While President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe golfed at the president's

nearby country club, their wives visited Whitehall, the 75-room, 100,000-square-foot (9,290-square

meter) waterside retreat that oil and railroad tycoon Henry Flagler built as a wedding present

for his third wife, Mary Lily Kenan Flagler.

The Flaglers wintered there beginning in 1902, and it is now the centerpiece of the Flagler

Museum.

Arriving in a motorcade from Mar-a-Lago, the president's own gold-plated mansion 3 miles

(5 kilometers) away, Melania Trump and Akie Abe were greeted by Flagler's great grandson

William Matthews, and museum Executive Director Erin Manning, who led them through a tour

of the home, which historians say cost $4 million ($110 million today) to build.

[Source: ABC News] After wrapping up his time with Japanese Prime

Minister Shinzo Abe, President Donald Trump headed to the Joint Interagency Task Force

South at Naval Air Station Key West for a border security briefing with Homeland Security

Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

While en route, he was treated to an inspiring display by his supporters, who had lined the

highway into Key West.

One woman's sign labeled Trump "our greatest president."

President Donald Trump was deeply moved by the outpouring of support he received in Key

West, and he commented on the size of the crowds after his briefing at the Naval Air

Station.

"I hope you saw the crowds in Key West," the president told reporters.

"I've never seen anything like that, it was really very inspirational, and what we

just witnessed was incredible.

Even the media will have to say that was quite something," Trump said.

Later in the day, a video of the impressive crowd set to Lee Greenwood's "God Bless

The USA" was posted to Trump's Instagram account.

Indeed, this level of support for any president one year into their administration is "quite

something."

The media is working overtime to discredit him and smear his character by parading around

any sleazeball who claims to have slept with him in the past two decades.

It is obvious that the American people can see right through these shameless attempts

to bring down the man who has turned Washington on its head in the best way.

Traitor GOP Senator Challenging Trump In 2020 Election - Duration: 15:31.

Traitor GOP Senator Challenging Trump In 2020 Election

President Donald Trump has been facing a multi-front attack from Democratic politicians, the liberal-biased

media and, sadly, establishment Republicans who are not comfortable with the fact that

an outsider is President and not someone from their established political class.

President Trump needs all the help that he can get from his fellow Republicans to carry

out his agenda to restore America's slipping prosperity.

Unfortunately, politicians in the Republican "Never Trump" camp have already been trying

to undermine Trump by talking about giving him a primary challenge in the 2020 election.

One of the most prominent politicians among the "Never Trumpers' is Republican Senator

Ben Sasse of Nebraska.

Senator Sasse recently stated how he sides with liberals over President Trump when it

comes to Trump hitting back at the press for their relentless attacks against him.

Said Sasse about liberals on State of the Union, "We differ about really big and important

things in this country and then we come together around the First Amendment."

He added, claiming that Trump is "weaponizing distrust," "There is an important distinction

to draw between bad stories or crappy coverage and the right that citizens have to argue

about that and complain — and trying to weaponize distrust."

Sasse is about to travel to Iowa, which is the traditional first stop in any would-be

candidate's campaign, since Iowa holds the nation's first caucus.

Sasse pretended that his upcoming trip had nothing to do with laying the groundwork for

a 2020 run, saying, "Well, first of all, let's be clear why I'm going to be in

Iowa this weekend.

I don't want to admit it anywhere, let alone on national TV, but Nebraska lost to Iowa

last year in a football game and I lost a bet."

He added, "So I have to drive Uber in Iowa next weekend.

So that's the reason I'm going to be in Iowa.

It's about Hawkeyes and Huskers bloodletting on the football field and the aftermath of

that."

Do you think Sen.

Sasse is lying about his reason for going to Iowa?

Melania Trump Smiling Beside Barack Obama At Barbara Bush's Funeral - Duration: 2:25.

First lady Melania Trump attended Barbara Bush's funeral on Saturday in Houston, participating

in another of these informal traditions: A delegation of first ladies, both present and

past, has attended every funeral of another first lady since the 1960s.

photo showed the First Lady smiling and laughing beside Obama at Barbara Bush's funeral on

Saturday morning, a celebration of her life that drew other former presidents — but

not Donald Trump himself.

The picture of Melania and Obama smiling has spread quickly around the internet, with many

noting that she appeared happier and more at ease than her appearances with her own

husband.

But many took note of Donald's absence after Melania Trump was spotted smiling and laughing

with Barack Obama.

As the picture went viral, many people remarked that she looked much more comfortable than

recent appearances with her own husband.

President Trump did not attend former first lady Barbara Bush's funeral on Saturday in

Houston.

Instead, First Lady Melania Trump was there representing the Trumps, continuing a tradition

of first ladies attending the funerals of their predecessors.

The president said Saturday that he'd watch the service from his Mar-a-Lago estate in

Florida.

"Heading to the Southern White House to watch the Funeral Service of Barbara Bush.

First Lady Melania has arrived in Houston to pay our respects.

Will be a beautiful day!," the president tweeted.

Trump said a remembrance display was set up in front of Bush's portrait in the White House.

"Today, my thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bush family," Trump tweeted.

Trump's absence isn't unusual for a sitting president.

The last president to attend a first lady's funeral was John F. Kennedy, who went to Eleanor

Roosevelt's service in 1962.

Former president Barack Obama did not attend Nancy Reagan's funeral in 2016 or Betty Ford's

in 2011, and Bill Clinton did not attend the funeral of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

Clinton did speak at a graveside service for her at Arlington National Cemetery in 1994.

Melania Trump Flaunts Model Legs In Stunning Short Shift Dress, Reports 'Express'

Japan's first lady Akie Abe and first lady Melania Trump arrived for a news conference

at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort yesterday where she wore an elegant short shift dress.

According to Express, the 47-year-old showed off her tanned legs along with pink glittery

Louboutin heels.

Melania Trump has been hosting the Japanese first lady since she arrived with her husband

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to the Mar-a-Lago resort for a two-day summit.

Melania took Akie Abe on a tour of the historic Mar-a-Lago mansion while the President hit

the golf course with the Japanese Prime Minister.

The two first ladies went on a tour of Flagler Museum where they learned about Whitehall,

according to Melania's official FLOTUS Twitter account.

The former model has put on a brave face amid cheating allegations made against her husband

Donald Trump.

More details of Trump's alleged affair with adult actress Stormy Daniels may emerge after

the president's longtime lawyer Michael Cohen's documents were seized in an FBI

raid.

As Melania remains silent, President Donald Trump and his personal attorney Michael Cohen

are asking the judge to delay Ms. Daniels' lawsuit challenging the validity of a non-disclosure

agreement she signed days before the 2016 presidential election.

Daniels was allegedly paid $130,000 to stay quiet about a reported affair several years

ago while Melania was pregnant with her son.

Melania Trump will be attending Barbara Bush's funeral without her 71-year-old husband.

President Trump won't be attending "to avoid disruptions due to added security, and

out of respect for the Bush family and friends attending the service," according to a statement

released by the White House and obtained by the Associated Press.

The president is expected to remain in Florida during the funeral.

The late Barbara Bush was critical about Trump's comments about women during the presidential

election of 2016.

Trump was also highly critical of Jeb Bush during the Republican presidential debates

and George W. Bush's handling of the Iraq war.

Melania Trump usually displays elegant fashion choices.

The first lady wore a green Safari-style dress on Wednesday when hosting Akie Abe.

Despite the divorce rumors, Melania and Donald seem to be going strong amid the numerous

sexual assault and infidelity allegations against the 71-year-old president.

Trump Sends Military to Border – IT'S HAPPENING - Duration: 13:45.

Trump Sends Military to Border – IT'S HAPPENING

BREAKING NEWS: As caravans carrying thousands of migrants head to the United States border,

President Trump has deployed the military to stop the migrants from entering the nation.

"We are going to be guarding our border with our military.

That's a big step," Trump told reporters gathered at the White House.

"We cannot have people flowing into our country illegally, disappearing, and by the

way never showing up for court."

The president decided to take this action with the held of Secretary of Defense James

Mattis.

Trump is taking aim at federal policy, which requires border patrol agents to catch illegal

immigrants–only to release them into the heartland of the country.

Over the last few days, Trump tweeted about a caravan of illegal immigrants making their

way from Honduras to the border.

The president had threatened to end the NAFTA agreement if the Mexican government did not

stop the caravan and to end U.S. aid to Honduras.

The Mexican government responded to Trump's threat to end NAFTA by promising to disband

the caravan.

But the caravan's organizers vow that they will continue towards the US border anyways.

Catch and release policies put Americans at risk and flood our nation with illegal immigrants.

Should Trump put an end to these policies?

And if Mexico refuses to help us, should

he

end NAFTA?
