The sensitive material -which is set to be released to the House Intelligence Committee-

entry into America.

Those who want stronger protection at the border want people to follow the laws and

also help prevent drug smuggling, terrorists, and anyone else who wishes to inflict harm

on others from entering the country.

It's a constant debate that's been going on for years.

Former President Barack Obama had deported millions of people, and President Trump might

do the same.

This week's ruling by the Supreme court favors Trump's policies and ideas towards

immigration, laws, and deportation.

The Supreme Court has backed President Donald Trump in a controversial ruling that makes

interesting changes for illegal immigrants who are detained and awaiting deportation.

Specifically speaking, the immigrants who are detained and waiting to be deported are

now allowed to be held indefinitely.

They are also not entitled to a bail hearing.

This means any illegal immigrants who were detained might be detained for anywhere from

months to years and not have any possibility to challenge their situation.

On one hand, that seems very unfair to detain people for months or years when they can be

quickly deported.

However, on the contrary, if the person detained has broken several American laws or committed

a horrible crime like murder, then it should be acceptable to detain them for the amount

of time it would take for them to serve a prison sentence for the crime.

It is sometimes unknown if the illegal immigrant's home country will hold them accountable for

their crimes, which means someone who broke a major law in America could be quickly detained

without serving time for the crime.

Western Journal reported more on the ruling: "Justice Samuel Alito delivered the opinion

for the court, joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch joined most of Alito's opinion, though they

also wrote to say they do not believe the court had jurisdiction to hear the case.

In a rare move, Justice Stephen Breyer read part of his dissent in the courtroom during

Tuesday's proceedings.

The justices only read their dissents from the bench when they mean to emphasize their

disagreement with the majority.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor joined his opinion.

Justice Elena Kagan was recused because she briefly participated in the case while serving

in former President Barack Obama's administration.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that individuals held in immigration jails

pending deportation may have a hearing every six months to review the legitimacy of their

detention.

The 9th Circuit based its decision on a legal rule called the canon of constitutional avoidance.

The rule says that where a federal law has multiple interpretations, courts must rely

on the interpretation that avoids constitutional problems.

Alito explained that this approach was mistaken, since the words of the statute clearly do

not provide bail hearings for detained immigrants.

"That is not how the canon of constitutional avoidance works," Alito wrote.

"Spotting a constitutional issue does not give a court the authority to rewrite a statute

as it pleases."

The high court declined to say whether the Constitution requires bond hearings for aliens

in detention.

They asked the 9th Circuit to resolve that issue, and may review their determination

at some future date.

The American Civil Liberties Union represents the immigrants who brought the action.

They say detainees are eligible for bail under the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment."

It's predicted that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) will challenge this ruling in

hopes to gain more chances for immigrants to challenge their detainment and confinement.

The more significant problem remains, which is convincing people to stop breaking the

laws at the border and getting more people to enter America the legal way.

America is a land of laws, and we live most civil when people adhere to the same set of

rules.

Many Americans were outraged when an illegal immigrant, Jose Inez Garcia Zarate, killed

Kate Steinle and was acquitted of homicide.

That sparked an all-out rampage against illegal immigrants, many of whom don't any other

laws.

But again, breaking into the country is a law that should be followed.

America welcomes immigrants and only asks that people follow the laws

The not-so-sunny-anymore state of California is taking heat after scandals erupted in Oakland

with a mayor notifying illegals about an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid that swept

their west coast state.

California is also facing national outrage as Los Angeles has turned into the equivalent

of a third world country with astounding numbers of human fecal matter, homeless people, and

dirty drug needles flooding their streets to the point it's no longer safe to be outside

for the fear of catching Hepatitis.

California has also adopted the concept of the sanctuary city/state and American residents

are constantly in danger of criminals who should've faced deportation, but didn't

when a left-leaning mayor tipped people off.

California Governor Jerry Brown (commonly referred to as Governor Moonbeam by right

wing pundits) has also made it so that purposely transmitting HIV is no longer a felony, but

a simple misdemeanor.

It doesn't help that Hollywood and their righteous sexual assault perpetrators are

in the same state either.

Imagine living in California where you could catch Hepatitis from walking in the street,

get mugged by an illegal alien, then catch the HIV from someone purposely trying to infect

you, all while watching a movie by a rapist actor who tells YOU what to do.

It's a scary thought, perhaps tin-hat mentality, but that's reality in California and there's

a good reason that many Americans would be OK with pushing California out of the country…or

at least building a wall to keep the nonsense within their own borders.

McSally proposed the border wall between California and Arizona in hopes to protect Arizona from

being ravaged like much of California has become.

McSally must not want her population to endure the sickness from the filth and the crime

from the illegals.

It appears as though she believes California has some policies which put the residents

in danger.

She's not alone in that thought as any comment section on the Internet will show you the

true opinion that Americans have about California.

The Hill reported more on her thoughts: "As we look in Arizona, we often look into the

dangers of the southern border," McSally said during a round-table discussion about

"sanctuary cities" Tuesday at the White House.

Sanctuary cities are municipalities that do not cooperate with federal immigration enforcement."But

if these dangerous policies continue out of California, we might need to build a wall

between California and Arizona as well to keep these dangerous criminals out of our

state," she said, smiling.

She added that California can't just "provide sanctuary for these criminals and think that

it's only impacting California dangerously."

Earlier this month, the Trump administration filed a lawsuit against California over the

state's immigration laws.

The Trump administration has been highly critical of California's sanctuary cities, and administration

officials have said they will crack down on policies that limit local law enforcement's

cooperation with federal authorities."

It appears as though California is not a very safe place to live.

It was recently reported that people are moving out en masse and they can't get out fast

enough.

Many Americans, if given the chance to vote on it, would rather see President Trump's

wall built on the edge of California instead of cutting off the border of Mexico.This is

due to the self-righteous liberalism that has taken matters to an extreme level of un-American

practices.

There is a level of disregard for Americans and an irresponsible amount of resistance

to President Trump that it's putting citizens in danger on a daily basis while massive amounts

of drug addicts, criminals, and homeless roam the streets and wallow in the mire.

It's reported, by the Express, that President Donald Trump has secured $1.6 billion to build

the wall he originally wanted to secure America from the border of Mexico.

While the Democrats and Republicans argue over the wall, the budget, and everything

else – the people in California are suffering from the ruling of the far left mayors and

governor.

California residents need to reorganize and vote for new leadership that will point them

in the right direction based on common sense practices and place the American citizens

first.

As of now, the citizens are suffering from the poor leadership that has allowed many

California cities to rubbish as those who do the right thing are stuck wondering how

much longer this will last.

The number of illegal alien criminals, human waste, homeless, and other factors go into

the reasons why many people are moving out of California.

the NOI leader's sentiments when Waters was meeting with him in 2009.

Heck, Farrakhan's white man hatred is his entire show.

So when Mad Maxine tells him, "I think we need to get together and talk about how are

we going to put your words on the national agenda," her goal is pretty clear.That spurred

a coalition of black pastors to go after Mad Maxine.

The mainstream media has gone nuts over Nader's alleged "close" ties to the Trump campaign,

but the reality of the situation is so much less sensational.

Imagine that, the liberal media exaggerating and fabricating facts to peddle their anti-Trump

agenda.

I'm pretty sure that's how we got fake news.

According to Politico, Mueller's interest in Nader stemmed from the fact that he works

for the leader of the United Arab Emirates Mohammed bin Zayed as an advisor and was dragged

to a meeting with Trump's globalist son-in-law Jared Kushner before the inauguration.

Former presidential chief strategist Steve Bannon was also at that meeting with Zayed.

One might ask what kind of logic Mueller employed in trying to glue Nader to the Trump campaign

simply because his creepy hide was dragged to a meeting between the leader of the UAE

and two of Trump's advisors.

How does that fit into an investigation which should be focused on alleged Russian collusion?

It doesn't.

Mueller and his team of Democrat boot-lickers have been reduced to grasping at straws in

this manner from the start.

Nader was reportedly investigated by Mueller to see if he was trying to influence U.S.

policy in some kind of shady convoluted manner.

Now, it's not hard to understand why so many members of Congress have called for Mueller's

sham investigation to be terminated.

The crap really hit the fan for Mueller when it was reported that Nader recently fled the

U.S. and returned to the UAE after his pedophile past caught up with him.

Before taking off on Mueller, Nader was reportedly interviewed twice by the Special Counsel.

According to Daily Mail, Mueller had Nader intercepted in January when he flew to Washington,

D.C. on his way to visit Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort.

Nader was served with a subpoena and had his phone seized by federal agents.

At that time, Barack Obama was still in power and his administration had a hissy fit when

Trump's transition team set up a meeting with the leader of the UAE because they allegedly

didn't notify the White House or State Department.

The decision by Trump's advisors not to announce the meeting to the Obama administration

was in no way illegal.

It simply stepped on the wrong elitist's toes.

Nader was present at another meeting in January 2017, which took place in Seychelles, a country

in East Africa.

Mueller's interest in the meeting appears to be based on the fact that billionaire Blackwater

founder Erik Prince was also in attendance.

Prince has been an avid Trump supporter.

Again, Mueller and his Gestapo are caught reaching.

How is Trump or Prince for that matter responsible for the fact that the leader of the UAE keeps

a convicted pedophile as a paid advisor who probably does a lot of grunt work prior to

meetings?

Nader was reportedly whisked away to the UAE by his boss after reports resurfaced that

Nader was a convicted pedophile.

In 2003, a Czech Republic court sentenced Nader to a year in prison for ten cases of

sexually abusing minors between 1999 and 2002.In one instance, Nader reportedly propositioned

a 14-year-old boy for oral sex in a hotel room at the Hilton in Prague.

When his request was refused, Nader reportedly masturbated in front of the boy and paid him

what would be equivalent to $100.00, according to the Associated Press.

In addition, Nader pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge in a Northern Virginia

federal court in 1991.

He received a six-month sentence for transporting sexually explicit materials in foreign commerce,

according to a report recently released by Politico.

While the left tries to spin Mueller's pedophile debauchery as something ominous for Trump,

the reality here is that Nader works for the leadership of the UAE, and they are going

to want to know what sensitive information in regard to their government he may have

Officials say the new tariffs will be applied to at least $50 billion worth of Chinese imports

in dozens of categories — including clothing and consumer electronics.

China previously warned it would retaliate if the U.S. decided to go through with its

tariff plans.

What South Korea hopes for from a Trump meeting with Kim Jong Un - Duration: 4:23.

JUDY WOODRUFF: It's been two weeks since the surprise announcement that President Trump

had accepted an offer to meet North Korea's leader, Kim Jong-un, later this spring.

Last week, I spoke with South Korea's foreign minister, who was here in Washington to consult

with the administration about that meeting and the nuclear standoff with the North.

But how does all this look from the ground in South Korea?

For that, I'm joined from Seoul by our newly announced foreign affairs and defense correspondent,

Nick Schifrin.

Let me welcome you, Nick, officially to the "NewsHour" family.

You have been contributing to the program from all over the world these last couple

of years, but you're going to be with us full-time starting in May.

So, Nick, you have been in Seoul.

You have been talking to South Korean and American officials there.

What is the messaging you're hearing from them?

NICK SCHIFRIN: The messaging from both sides is positive.

The messaging from both sides to North Korea is, we are committed to diplomacy, we are

committed to talking.

So, from the South Korean side, that's what we have been hearing for a while, an emphasis

on diplomacy, an emphasis on trying to speak Korean, to Korean sides, and bring the U.S.

along when it comes to diplomacy.

But we're now also hearing the message from American officials that I'm speaking to, and

specifically through the military exercise between the U.S. and South Korea that will

happen next month.

These exercises have really inflamed the North Koreans in the past.

And what U.S. officials are now saying is, they're going to try and make these exercises

as low-key as possible.

So they will limit press coverage during that exercise, so they're not as public as they

used to be.

And while they're not confirming a South Korean media report that there will be fewer assets

from the U.S. side, namely, submarines, an aircraft carrier and other military assets,

they are suggesting that certainly this military exercise will be as low-key as possible, so

as not to inflame the North Koreans, so as not to risk any damage to the ongoing diplomacy.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And, Nick, when you talk to the South Korean officials, how do they see

these next few months going?

What are their expectations?

NICK SCHIFRIN: Yes, I think the South Korean officials are very optimistic and, long-term,

they very ambitious.

They talk about peace.

They even talk about unification in the long-term.

But, in the short-term they're trying to tamp down expectations.

And they say, what is success over the next few months?

Simply having a meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong-un.

They say, look, look at what happened over the last six months, nine months.

Think about the rhetoric between both sides.

If we can just get them in the same room with a handshake, that's good enough, and then

we can start a longer-term process of talking about what can happen over the long term,

what can happen in terms of denuclearization.

And their hope is that they can just simply make this dialogue sustainable, sustainable

path of the President Trump administration and sustainable path of President Moon's administration

here.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And, finally, Nick, what do the South Koreans say they believe the North

Koreans are willing to do here, and what do they want from all this, ultimately?

NICK SCHIFRIN: Yes, this is where the South Koreans are truly optimistic.

The South Koreans think that the North Koreans are willing to denuclearize, both their present

capacity and their future capacity.

Critics would call that naive, but the South Koreans say, look, we talk about irreversible

denuclearization.

They will talk about that so long as they get irreversible security guarantees and prosperity

guarantees.

And what does that look like?

Not only sanctions relief, not only a U.S. pledge not to attack North Korea, but foreign

direct investment into North Korea by the U.S.

One South Korean official even joked, Trump Tower Pyongyang.

That would convince the North Koreans that the U.S. was serious about North Korean security

and prosperity.

Now, for the critics, they say, look, we're not only talking about diplomacy.

We're also talking about security.

There's going to be an 8 percent budget increase of the military here, not only missile defense,

but also navy, air force, intelligence assess, and, of course, the massive U.S. presence.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Well, so many eyes on the Korean Peninsula, where you are.

Tiffany Trump and boyfriend Ross Mechanic split after 2 year relationship - Duration: 2:43.

After dating for two years, Tiffany Trump and her boyfriend Ross Mechanic have broken

up.

The youngest daughter of U.S. President Donald Trump and her New York City-based ex called

it quits back in the fall, according to a Us Weekly report published Wednesday.

Its unclear why the two broke up, but Tiffany's studies may have played a role in the decision

to go their separate ways.

Sources close to 24-year-old Tiffany and Mechanic told the publication that the pair had a "cordial"

breakup around the time she started law school.

Tiffany Trump started taking classes at Georgetown University back in August.

"She's taking law school seriously," the source told Us Weekly.

Neither Tiffany Trump or Mechanic have publicly announced their split.

However, rumors the lovebirds ended their relationship first surfaced nearly a month

ago after Mechanic reportedly posted a photo on his Instagram kissing another woman on

Valentine's Day.

In the snapshot, which was reposted by the Daily Mail in February, Mechanic was seen

snuggling up to his Valentine's Day date in an elevator tagged as being in the Freehand

Hotel in New York City.

Only fueling the breakup rumors, Tiffany hasn't posted a photo with Mechanic since the ex-couple's

trip abroad in July 2017.

The duo spent a few weeks traveling Europe together over the summer and shared photos

of themselves in cities like Budapest and Berlin.

Despite their breakup, many of Tiffany's old photos with Mechanic are still on her Instagram.

However, she's only shared pictures of her time at Georgetown and images of family and

friends as of late.

Tiffany and Mechanic started dating back in 2015 while they were students at the University

of Pennsylvania.

Mechanic, a data engineer, has since worked at real estate startup Cadre, which was co-founded

by Tiffany's brother-in-law Jared Kushner.

Despite the stress and the split, Tiffany appears to be adjusting well to her new life

at law school.

She celebrated her return to school in January, sharing an Instagram post of herself in Las

Vegas, wearing a tiger-print sequin dress and holding an oversized red ballon.

"My back to school [balloon emoji] #GeorgetownLaw," she captioned the post.

Tiffany has shared other solo shots of herself on Instagram in recent weeks, including one

in Los Angeles last week on spring break.
