Donald Trump requested the Pentagon put together a military parade months ago after visiting

France and witnessing Bastille Day alongside Emmanuel Macron, their newly elected president.

It got support and detractors from different sides of the aisle.

Many thought it was unnecessary and a waste of money that instead could be used to pay

for veterans benefits or entitlement benefits.

While others felt it was a good way to show American dominance and boost morale.

But the parade has been moved up.The Daily Mail reported,

"Donald Trump's plans for a controversial military parade are moving forward, just weeks

after the Pentagon announced his procession request.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster ordered the military to set the date for Veterans

Day, November 11, a senior official confirmed Friday.

The idea for the military parade came after Trump's visit to France where alongside

French president Emmanuel Macron he watched the Bastille Day procession that featured

military tanks and ranks of soldiers march down Champs-Élysées.Tanks, soldiers, and

air force service people all contributed to the military display in France.

The Veterans Day date was confirmed by a senior US official according to Fox news.

The procession is set to run from the White House to Capitol Hill.

2018's Veterans Day marks a timely choice for the parade as it will be the 100-year

anniversary of the end of World War I.

When Macron visited the Capitol two months after the Bastille Day parade, Trump hinted

at his plans to emulate the military ceremony.

'It was a tremendous day, and to a large extent because of what I witnessed, we may

do something like that on July 4th in Washington.

We're going to have to try to top it,' he said.

Trump's grand plans, however, do not sit well with several Democrat officials who have

dismissed and mocked the parade as 'a waste of money'.

California Rep. Jackie Speier said on CNN earlier this month, 'I was stunned by it,

to be quite honest.

I mean, we have a Napoleon in the making here.'

She added she thinks the spectacle will be 'a waste of money' Minnesota Rep. Tim

Walz said, who is also the highest-ranking former enlisted soldier serving in Congress,

told on MSNBC the parade was 'the stupidest thing I've ever heard'.

He added that those serving in the armed forces should not be used to display 'whatever

the president's ego is trying to do.

That is a terrible idea'.California Rep. Ted Lieu took to Twitter to say that the Capitol

would be better off investing the money elsewhere.

'You know what would be more useful than asking the Pentagon to waste money on a big

military parade?'

Lieu tweeted after the broadcast.'Basically anything.'

He also dubbed the parade 'a waste of money for one man's ego' on CNN.

Other politicians were quick to note that Trump's parade may follow the fashion of

his Inaugural Parade, which had noticeably empty sections.

Washington Rep. Rick Larsen tweeted an image of the low turn out at his Inaugural parade

saying: 'There was already a #TrumpParade in DC.

Not very well attended the first time, would be a waste of Pentagon time and resources

the second time.'

The details of the procession are not yet clear.

It also remains unclear if Trump himself will participate in the spectacle as Macron did,

riding in an open-top military vehicle, according to Politico.

"The Washington Examiner has reported,

"Trump wants the parade to start at the White House and end at the U.S. Capitol, about

2 miles away.

The memo was sent to Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis from McMaster and says the president

wants Mattis to brief him on "concepts of operation for this event."

Trump's budget director, Mick Mulvaney, estimated earlier this month that the parade

would cost the federal government between $10 million and $30 million.

Trump raised the possibility of the parade to highlight the strength of the U.S. military

and show appreciation for the troops, months after he attended the Bastille Day celebration

in France with President Emmanuel Macron."

Even though some might not want a military parade it is not the first time a President

had requested for one.

Back in the 1980's and 1990's President George H.W. Bush requested one as well.

But it's been almost thirty years since talk of one has emerged which is why many

people think President Trump's request is the first when in reality it is not.

This is a perfect way to honor veterans for everything that they have done and everything

they still do.

Especially given the lack of attention they received in the last administration.

Veterans deserve this and it is an amazing gift the American taxpayers can provide for

them after the freedom veterans have defended for us all while overseas in foreign countries.

Five Minute Unfakery - Trump the Leader Facebook Page - Duration: 3:38.

If you haven't seen the videos we did about the weird posting patterns in Facebook groups,

check those out. Our sharp-eyed friend and fellow fakery-fighter Wendy

discovered a page that posts content that you typically find in these groups.

And what we suspect is that the fake or the foreign profile accounts are

posting items from these pages into groups to get them a greater reach.

So let's look at this page that Wendy discovered, the 'Trump the Leader' page. It has about 17,000 people on it,

and only a 2.9 rating. Now that in and of itself isn't necessarily bad, but maybe we'll see why.

'I am coming for make America great again.'

Right?

'Who like this couple?'

And 'Who like us?'

So, we're not strong on the English language here, and people are calling them on it.

'Go back to school, you Russian troll." says one commenter.

And that in and of itself is not too incredibly strange, there's probably people of,

you know, foreign birth who support Trump and might not be good at English.

But let's look further into these accounts. The About page here says:

'who is donal trump and what is his aim of life?'

Again, weird construction. Maybe we can find something out by looking at these moderators.

So we have Alice.

Alice here,

'to see what HE shares with friends send HIM a friend request'

And Alice is supposed to be in San Francisco, and manages this Trump the Leader page.

And shares fake stuff. We know we've already debunked this particular post

But they shared it recently so they're... they're invested in some fakery.

Let's look at that other moderator, that other manager, Alex Frank.

Alex is supposed to be in Los Angeles,

and manages 'Trump the Leader' and 'Leader of USA'.

So we've got those two pages connected now.

I don't know if these photos are legitimate or not; they could have easily been

taken from someone else's profile, but now we've got these two pages tied together.

And that'll be important later, And notice Alice up here it says:

Facebook dot com muhammad dot zahir and then a bunch of numbers.

So why would Alice

have her URL as muhammad dot zahir?

I don't know...

So all that looks kind of funky, looks kind of suspicious.

And in looking at these pages and these profiles, we start to figure out

those other pages that they're pushing.

Then we can start tracking them and seeing how big this particular fakery network is.

My concern right now is just that nobody's talking about it.

We're doing what we can here to make people aware of it, but it's not enough yet.

So keep an eye out when you're looking at pages or looking at groups.

You can check and see if in their About they tell you who's running the page.

And then you can get to know them a little better. It might help decide whether they're trustworthy or not.

We know the "Russia probe" was a sham from the start.

Donald Trump's campaign was not colluding with foreign powers.

Period.

Mueller's investigation is a witch hunt, a massive waste of time and money.

In recent months, we have only been proven right on that.

The FBI agent leading the investigation (who also led Hillary's email case) was exposed

as an anti-Trumper.

Clearly, he would not conduct this case fairly.

His bias would cast the entire investigation into question.But, surprise, surprise, the

very text messages that exposed his bias sudden went missing!

Five months of text messages disappeared.

Just like Hillary's 33,000 emails.

Looks like the FBI is taking a play out of the corrupt left's book.

However, it might turn out in Trump's favor.From Law and Crime:

The latest news that five months' worth of text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok

and DOJ attorney Lisa Page [were lost] is sure to make supporters of President Donald

Trump continue to claim that the Russia investigation is a politically-motivated scheme.

More importantly, however, Trump's lawyers will now be able to do the same…

Months of text messages don't just accidentally disappear.

One past conversation between Strzok and Page indicated that former Attorney General Loretta

Lynch knew there would be no charges filed against Clinton well before that investigation

ended…

Throw in this evidence that the investigation may have been tainted before Mueller even

took over, and that the DOJ could be covering up damaging information, and a motion to dismiss

alleging prosecutorial misconduct is a near certainty…

Of course, lawyers will have to find some sort of evidence of foul play for this to

mean anything.

That could include proof that the messages were intentionally deleted, recovery of some

of the texts (should they include incriminating information), or other evidence of political

bias in the investigation.

We already know that Trump could have killed this investigation from the start.

As President he has authority over the FBI.

There are any number of options he could have used to shut Mueller down.

Why hasn't he?

Because he's innocent.

We all know he's innocent.

Any attempt to shut it down would have made him appear guilty.

But the disappearance of evidence on this scale is enough to launch a new investigation.

Strzok was removed from the case because of his bias.

Who knows what he was doing to further the left's attack?

Mueller's probe could have ended months ago, due to lack of evidence.

Maybe Strzok was keeping it alive, with false information, in order to appease democrats.

Those texts could very well prove wrongdoing.

Yet they mysteriously vanish?

How convenient!

Whether they are recovered or not doesn't matter.

Their disappearance casts enough doubt on a case mired in dubiousness.

history, but perhaps none are so controversial as what President Donald Trump just donned

the walls of the West Wing with today.

Among the painted pieces of notable figures in our nation's history, is a new framed

piece of work that comes with a clear message that cannot be ignored.

Now, idiots everywhere are infuriated about what our leader had the guts to put up that

we're pretty sure his supporters are going to love.

The First Family is getting comfortable in their new home, just as the Obamas did in

their disrespectful way that nobody seemed to have a problem with.

When Trump moved in and began putting his personal touch on the People's House, all

hell broke loose with accusations of tactless taste that his predecessor never got when

hosting rappers and their wives.

Whether people agree or disagree with what our President just put on the walls, he had

the right to celebrate his victory in the way he chose to decorate.

The White House isn't just a place where the president lives, it's a monument that

represents milestones in leadership throughout our nation's history.

Perhaps not a single leader has been so controversial as our current Commander-in-Chief who overcame

all odds to call this place home.

Because of that, he has every right to document this incredible feat with a framed piece that

shows exactly how that happened.

The media tried to portray that Trump's opposition, Hillary Clinton, had a huge lead

in the presidential race.

However, one picture proved that wrong, which has now become the West Wing's latest and

perhaps most extraordinary piece of artwork.

Trump didn't become president by a mere margin — he won by a landslide of votes

where it counted most.

The Electoral College is the deciding vote and the now infamous image of which way each

area of every state went has become its own modern art on display in the White House,

and for good reason.Trey Yingst was among the first to spot this new display and seemingly

without realizing the can of controversy he was opening with this Tweeted picture of it,

he simply stated, " Spotted: a map to be hung somewhere in the West Wing."

The image of the Electoral College Map from the election Trump swept in 2016 accompanied

his sentiment and infuriated idiots around the country who couldn't fathom why Trump

would display such a thing.

It's unknown at what point these Democratic degenerates forgot who they were talking about

— thinking that somehow it was out of character for Trump to gloat.

When it's his right to do so by having earned it through honest means and against all odds,

he should display that victory since it sends a message about what America is all about.

Trump was truthful in his lead and the media was not, however, this is photo proof of that

bias and that the American dream can be accomplished despite any adversary against you, and needs

to be displayed for that reason..Perhaps the most humorous part of the outrage over this

imagery in the West Wing is that the same people who publicly express how tasteless

and gross it is, in their opinion, were in support of a wife using the desk her husband

received disgusting sexual favors at during his time in office.

I think what it comes down to is that the truth hurts and no matter how much some people

in America hate Trump, they can't deny that he legitimately painted the country red in

approval of him.

It's often said that "a picture says a thousand words" but this one speaks volumes

beyond that.

Trump beat supposed frontrunner Hillary Clinton by far more than a thousand Electoral College

votes.

This wasn't just a victory for him, but for the American people who were heard and

deserve to have the piece of our country's history commemorated on the wall of the White

House.

Every little girl and boy in America with a dream to make a difference and become president

one day can do that, just like Trump did as a non-career politician.

That's significant and part of what makes America great.

An associate of everyone's favorite RINO Arizona Senator John McCain took the Fifth

Amendment in order to avoid testifying before the House Intelligence Committee on the now

disproven opposition research Russian dossier which claimed deep ties between Candidate

Trump and the Kremlin.

The committee originally issued the subpoena for David Kramer, who is a former State Department

official and current senior director of the nonprofit Soros funded "McCain Institute"

in December of 2017.

According to Committee Chairman Devin Nunes of California had wanted to speak with Kramer

about his visit to London back in November 2016.

According to court documents during that visit, he met with the author of the dossier, former

British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.The documents also go on to show that he, in fact,

met with Steele at McCain's request, to view a the pre-election memoranda on a confidential

basis.

Kramer then traveled back to the U.S. and gave copies of the memos to McCain, who in

turn handed the documents over to the FBI and many on the Democrat Party.

This fake dossier which was picked up by Kramer at the request of McCain was the basis for

the Barack Hussein Obama administration petition to wiretap Trump Tower while Donald Trump

was a candidate for President.Via National Review:

He chose to operate like the standard-issue politicians he likes to rail against.

In 2008, presidential candidate John McCain bravely proposed a health-care reform that

Fortune magazine said was a giant step toward "laissez faire liberty" in health care.

He wanted to empower consumers to find the best health care and even end the tax break

for employer-sponsored plans.

In 2015, McCain joined all but one other GOP senator in voting to repeal Obamacare.

The next year he ran an ad in his primary campaign against a Tea Party Republican claiming

he was "leading the fight to stop Obamacare."

That ad helped him win 51 percent of the primary vote.

Just this year, McCain introduced a bill to "fully" repeal Obamacare and replace it

with a "free-market approach that strengthens the quality and accessibility of care."

Then, last Friday, McCain faced a choice on the Senate floor.

He could vote with all but two of his GOP colleagues for "a skinny repeal" bill

and get to a conference committee, where negotiators from the House and Senate could devise a bill

that might pass both chambers.

Or he could effectively leave Obamacare in place, dooming any realistic effort at curbing

it given the uniform Democratic opposition to any real reform.

McCain sided with the status quo, killing the "skinny repeal."

Journalists rushed to gush over his vote, cast only a few days after a surgery to remove

a dangerous brain tumor.

The New Yorker's take was typical: "Throughout his political life, John McCain has for many

reasons enjoyed bipartisan respect and even reverence: his independence of mind (usually),

his candor (usually), his decency, his love of country."

McCain's stated reason for killing reform was that the bill in front of him "fell

short of our promise to repeal and replace Obamacare with meaningful reform."

True enough, but this is a perfect example of letting the perfect be the enemy of the

better.

Obamacare is a disaster that, left untouched, will be saved only by a massive taxpayer bailout

of insurance companies.

Premiums on Obamacare exchanges have gone up by double digits annually ever since their

formation in 2013.

Out-of-pocket expenses — including copays and deductibles — rose 40 percent, to $2,649

per person on average, between 2011 and 2014.

Hundreds of counties across the country are likely to have no health insurers offering

plans on their local exchanges next year.

McCain's vote represents a complete reversal of the position he won his Senate election

with.

Far from being a modern-day "profile in courage," McCain's vote against advancing

Obamacare reform represents a complete reversal of the position he won his Senate election

with last year.

John Merline of Investor's Business Daily notes that "In the private sector, promising

one thing and delivering the other could be referred to as 'deceptive trade practice.'

For some members of Congress, it's just another day at the office."

Like every American, I wish John McCain the best in his battle against a brain tumor.

But in what may prove to be one of the most important votes he has cast in his 35 years

in Congress, he chose to operate like the standard-issue politicians he likes to rail

against.

Are we really surprised by the fact that John McCain was working against the Republican

Candidate for President?

He has spent his whole time in the Senate working against Republicans and for the Democrats.

Not completely sure why he didn't just run as a Democrat, except for the fact that under

the Democrat banner he would have never been able to win in Arizona.

So he runs as a Republican cycle after cycle while he milks the idea that he was a POW.

Senator McCain, there have been thousands of POWs and although it does make you a hero,

it doesn't make you honorable, something that you have proven countless times throughout

your political career.

President Trump on Friday warned the largest annual gathering of conservatives that Republicans

could get "clobbered" in the upcoming midterms if his supporters lack the same enthusiasm

they showed during the 2016 election.

"I know that whoever wins the presidency has a disadvantage for whatever reason in the

midterms," Trump told the crowd.

"Historically, if you win the presidency, you don't do well two years later.

And we can't let that happen."

The president attributed traditional losses for the party in power to low voter turnout

and fatigue among those who fought so hard to carry Republicans to victory in 2016.

"I've finally figured it out.

What happens is you fight so hard to win the presidency, you fight, fight, fight ... and

now you've got to go and fight again, but you just won," Trump said.

"Nobody has that same drive, so you end up not doing that well because the other side

is crazed."

He continued, "So the great enthusiasm � you're sitting back, you're watching television,

[thinking] 'Maybe I don't have to vote today.'

And then we get clobbered."

"We get clobbered in '18 and we can't let that happen," Trump told the crowd.

"Only because we're so happy.

We've passed so many things."

His comments come on the heels of several polls that have shown Democrats with a slight

advantage heading into the November elections.

However, Trump said his opponents� lead is likely to diminish in the coming months

as the GOP-passed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act continues to grow in popularity.

�[Democrats] will take away those massive tax cuts, and they will take away your Second

Amendment,� he said, urging the crowd to vote for Republicans so his administration

can continue to advance its agenda.

�The fact is, we need Republicans to vote.

Because now what we have to do in order to get a vote to fix our military, we have to

give [Democrats] a hundred billion dollars in stuff that most people in this room, including

me, don�t want in many cases,� he said.

�That�s why you have to get out and you have to fight for 2018.

You have to do it.�

the President's speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday.

The President spoke to an enthusiastic audience filled with the best and the brightest of

young conservative minds on Friday morning at CPAC.

He began with jokes about his infamous hair stating – "Oh, I try like hell to hide

that bald spot, folks.

I work hard.

It doesn't look bad, hey, we're hanging in.

We're hanging in there, right?

Together, we're hanging in."

However, just minutes into his speech, he was heckled by a man yelling about Russia

and threw Russian flags.

Naturally, the Secret Service and security immediately surrounded him and escorted the

Russian heckler out of the room.

President Trump was unimpressed and undeterred, savaging the protester as he is known to do.

As the audience booed the protester, President Trump asked CPAC chairman Matt Schlapp – "How

did he get in here, Matt?"

President Trump then stated for the benefit of the mainstream media – Just for the media,

the fake news back there, they took very good care of him.

They were very gentle.

He was very obnoxious.

It was only one person.

So we have thousands of people here.

So listen, tomorrow, the headline will be a "Protesters that disturb –" It was

one person, folks.

It doesn't deserve a mention.

His speech at CPAC touted signature accomplishments such as tax cuts and judicial nominations.

He also spoke on immigration and of ending such things as chain migration and the lottery

system, referring to the process as "horrendous."President Trump stated – "Think of a lottery.

You have a country.

They put names in.

You think they're giving us their good people?

Not too many of you people are going to be in the lottery."

He then pointed out to the CPAC crowd, "so we pick out people.

Then they turn out to be horrendous and we don't understand why."

President Trump then went onto issue a dire warning to Republicans and Conservatives alike.

He warned that if Democrats won the 2018 midterm elections they would work to strip Americans

of their Second Amendment right to self-protection and they would repeal the Tax Cuts and Jobs

Act.

He stated – "Remember this, remember this.

You know, somebody got on television recently and they said, 'actually, this is the first

time I can remember — Trump made campaign promises — he may be the only person that

actually fulfilled more promises than he made.

I fulfill more promises.

But we have a very crooked media, we had a crooked candidate too, by the way.

We have a very very crooked media."

President Trump's mention of the criminal Hillary prompted chants of "lock her up"

to begin anew, reviving the 2016 GOP presidential campaign battle cry to send the infamous Hillary

Clinton to prison.

Do not pass GO!

Do not collect $200!

Just straight to prison for the notorious Hillary.

President Trump then stated to the cheering and yelling encouragement of the crowd – "Everything

that's turning out, now it's amazing, it's come full circle.

Wow, have they committed a lot of atrocities?"

Progressives and Democrats have long been critical of the chants, which regularly interrupted

Trump campaign rallies during the 2016 Presidential election.

Former Breitbart News editor and current news editor for The Daily Wire Ben Shapiro was

one of the many conservative personalities to take the stage at CPAC to celebrate the

Trump administration and all of its accomplisments.

Despite the fact that Shapiro himself did not vote for President Trump and does not

consider himself to be a hardline supporter, he continues with his coverage on both sides

of the aisle, acting in the most American way possible.

He calls out President Trump when he disagrees and sings praise when he agrees, doing his

best to hold leadership accountable with the platform of media.

At one point during Shapiro's speech, he himself listed the many accomplishments of

President Trump and his administration since taking office, including last year's tax

bill and the "defeat of ISIS."

Shapiro topped off his list with the cherry on top, stating – "Most of all, President

Trump brought us one really fantastic thing — Hillary Clinton is not and will never

be president of the United States."

And the crowd went wild, erupting into yet another chant of "LOCK HER UP!"

Shapiro responded in his classicly, snarky way with the hilarious – "Why bother?

She's already in a jail of her own making somewhere in the woods in upstate New York?"

Trump Is Cutting Funding For Renewable Energy And Boosting Money To Fossil Fuels - Duration: 4:16.

Donald Trump's 2019 budget slashes funding for renewable energy and environmental protection

projects in the United States, while upping the amount that we're giving to fossil fuel

companies already.

Now, bear in mind for a second that the United States government subsidizes the fossil fuel

industry to the tune of between four and seven billion dollars every single year.

Rather than trying to say, "Okay, we're just not going to give you the subsidies.

We're not going to give anybody subsidies," Trump says, "You know what?

We're taking subsidies away from renewable energy projects, which is the fastest-growing

energy sector in the United States, and we're giving it to the dying fossil fuel industry

just so maybe they can eke out another one or two years before they tap out our oil reserves

and our coal deposits, and they just have nothing left to go on."

Meanwhile, you're going to cripple the renewable energy industry, cost us thousands upon thousands

of jobs, and set us back decades with our energy policy here in the United States.

At a time when every other industrialized country in the world is trying to make the

switch from fossil fuels to renewable energy, we have a president that wants us to continue

down the path that has been proven to be wrong.

The path that has proven to lead to destruction of our planet, of our health.

That's the path that Donald Trump wants to go down.

He doesn't want us using things like the sun or the wind for energy.

"No, no, no, no, no.

You can't have sun.

You can't have wind.

Those don't cost enough, and so we're going with the fossil fuels.

I made all those lofty promises to the coal industry that I was bringing those jobs back,

even though I know that's not possible, so I've gotta throw them some crumbs, if you

will, to make them think I care about it, so I get those votes again in 2018 in the

midterms, and 2020 in the presidential election."

It's not going to happen.

We have hit a point, as far as the climate is concerned, where we can not afford any

more inaction.

What's worse now from this administration is that we're not just getting inaction, we're

getting negative action.

We are going backwards.

We have increased fossil fuel production in the United States.

Trump's budget wants to increase the funding for fossil fuel exploration and exploitation

in the United States while reducing the renewable energy sector that again, fastest growing

energy sector in the United States.

It was spreading like wildfire, and he's trying to kill it, which will kill American jobs,

which will help destroy the economy.

That's another talking point here.

We're talking about the economic livelihood of the United States.

Forget for a second that climate change exists, that fossil fuel burning is helping to exacerbate

it.

Let's just talk about the economics.

When we have an administration that wants to double down on a fuel source that is finite

rather than investing in something that comes every single day fresh and clean, we're ruining

our chances at a sustainable economic sector.

The fossil fuel will run out eventually.

Sun, wind?

It's not going to die out as long as human beings are alive, and yet Donald Trump wants

to continue us down that path, because he's so beholden to the fossil fuel companies,

because the Republican Party is so beholden to the fossil fuel companies, that they're

willing to destroy the environment, destroy the economy, just to give those guys a few

extra bucks every single year.

Donald Trump requested the Pentagon put together a military parade months ago after visiting

France and witnessing Bastille Day alongside Emmanuel Macron, their newly elected president.

It got support and detractors from different sides of the aisle.

Many thought it was unnecessary and a waste of money that instead could be used to pay

for veterans benefits or entitlement benefits.

While others felt it was a good way to show American dominance and boost morale.

But the parade has been moved up.

The Daily Mail reported,

"Donald Trump's plans for a controversial military parade are moving forward, just weeks

after the Pentagon announced his procession request.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster ordered the military to set the date for Veterans

Day, November 11, a senior official confirmed Friday.

The idea for the military parade came after Trump's visit to France where alongside

French president Emmanuel Macron he watched the Bastille Day procession that featured

military tanks and ranks of soldiers march down Champs-Élysées.

Tanks, soldiers, and air force service people all contributed to the military display in

France.

The Veterans Day date was confirmed by a senior US official according to Fox news.

The procession is set to run from the White House to Capitol Hill.

2018's Veterans Day marks a timely choice for the parade as it will be the 100-year

anniversary of the end of World War I.

When Macron visited the Capitol two months after the Bastille Day parade, Trump hinted

at his plans to emulate the military ceremony.

'It was a tremendous day, and to a large extent because of what I witnessed, we may

do something like that on July 4th in Washington.

We're going to have to try to top it,' he said.

Trump's grand plans, however, do not sit well with several Democrat officials who have

dismissed and mocked the parade as 'a waste of money'.

California Rep. Jackie Speier said on CNN earlier this month, 'I was stunned by it,

to be quite honest.

I mean, we have a Napoleon in the making here.'

She added she thinks the spectacle will be 'a waste of money' Minnesota Rep. Tim

Walz said, who is also the highest-ranking former enlisted soldier serving in Congress,

told on MSNBC the parade was 'the stupidest thing I've ever heard'.

He added that those serving in the armed forces should not be used to display 'whatever

the president's ego is trying to do.

That is a terrible idea'.California Rep. Ted Lieu took to Twitter to say that the Capitol

would be better off investing the money elsewhere.

'You know what would be more useful than asking the Pentagon to waste money on a big

military parade?'

Lieu tweeted after the broadcast.'Basically anything.'

He also dubbed the parade 'a waste of money for one man's ego' on CNN.

Other politicians were quick to note that Trump's parade may follow the fashion of

his Inaugural Parade, which had noticeably empty sections.

Washington Rep. Rick Larsen tweeted an image of the low turn out at his Inaugural parade

saying: 'There was already a #TrumpParade in DC.

Not very well attended the first time, would be a waste of Pentagon time and resources

the second time.'

The details of the procession are not yet clear.

It also remains unclear if Trump himself will participate in the spectacle as Macron did,

riding in an open-top military vehicle, according to Politico.

The Washington Examiner has reported,

"Trump wants the parade to start at the White House and end at the U.S. Capitol, about

2 miles away.

The memo was sent to Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis from McMaster and says the president

wants Mattis to brief him on "concepts of operation for this event."

Trump's budget director, Mick Mulvaney, estimated earlier this month that the parade

would cost the federal government between $10 million and $30 million.

Trump raised the possibility of the parade to highlight the strength of the U.S. military

and show appreciation for the troops, months after he attended the Bastille Day celebration

in France with President Emmanuel Macron."

Even though some might not want a military parade it is not the first time a President

had requested for one.

Back in the 1980's and 1990's President George H.W. Bush requested one as well.

But it's been almost thirty years since talk of one has emerged which is why many

people think President Trump's request is the first when in reality it is not.

This is a perfect way to honor veterans for everything that they have done and everything

they still do.

Especially given the lack of attention they received in the last administration.

Veterans deserve this and it is an amazing gift the American taxpayers can provide for

them after the freedom veterans have defended for us all while overseas in foreign countries.

Trump May Soon Lose Very Valuable Members Of His Staff, Leaving Him With No Supervision - Duration: 3:16.

It's no secret that Donald Trump hasn't been getting along very well with certain members

of his staff, particularly General John Kelly, his Chief of Staff. Well, according to a new

report, Donald Trump has also not been getting along very well with his national security

advisor, H. R. McMaster. Four senior White House officials have told Reuters News Agency

that they wouldn't be surprised and they fully expect McMaster and Kelly to leave the White

House within the coming weeks.

Here's what that could mean for the Trump administration if this happens, if he loses

both or even if he just loses one of those people. I know John Kelly is taking a lot

of heat recently, rightfully so, for his complete bungling of the Rob Porter scandal, but when

he came into office here, when he joined Donald Trump's administration, he was supposed to

be the adult in the room. He had this massive decorated military background. He was a no-nonsense

kind of guy. Yes, he was a Conservative and had horrible policies, but he was supposed

to be the grown up, the guy to talk a little bit of sense into Donald Trump. It was the

same thing with H. R. McMaster, another decorated army soldier. They are the guys who actually

kind of have a little bit of understanding about American policy. They're wrong on policy,

but at least they do have an understanding of it, unlike pretty much everyone else in

this Trump administration.

If he loses these two men or even if he only loses one of them, you're losing what might

be the only occasional voices of reason, voices of sanity, in this Trump administration. If

they go, I expect we're going to see more lower level staffers leave with them because

they understand what will happen to the president if all of the grown ups leave the White House,

and I use that term loosely, especially with John Kelly. He's proven that he was nowhere

near worth the hype that he got from the media.

But White House staffers have already said that they're worried about Trump's behavior,

they don't like it, he gets volatile, he gets angry. Now with this increased friction between

himself, and Kelly, and McMaster, and these other administration officials saying that

those two men are likely to leave, Donald Trump is going to go even more into the deep

end here. He's going to go completely off the rails because there's not going to be

a voice of reason anymore. There's not going to be anyone holding him back from some of

the crazier things that he wants to say or do. There's not going to be anyone to take

questions from the media in his place to try to calm them down and explain exactly what

the president meant. These two men leaving, as bad as they may be, is actually far worse

for this country than I think a lot of people understand at this point.
