Trump Lawyers Force Mueller To Give Back UNLAWFULLY Ceased KEY DOCUMENTS! MK Today - Duration: 2:30.Trump Lawyers Force Mueller To Give Back UNLAWFULLY Ceased KEY DOCUMENTS!
It is believed by jurist experts, who investigate special counsel Robert Mueller's seizure
of Trump transition emails, that his move did not only violate the law but cause a larger
problem for Russia investigators if they choose to go to trial.
Lawyer Robert Barnes states that the document grab 'cannot conform to either Fourth Amendment
standards or attorney-client privilege protections.'
Barnes wrote in an op-ed: "LEGAL ANALYSIS: Why Mueller's Seizure of Transition Emails
Likely Violated the Law"
Courts held individuals who agreed, as a condition of employment to "any future searches"
did not waive their right against such searches because the waiver failed to give them the
"right to refuse to give consent to the future search."
For the government to claim implied consent or waiver, "requires clear notice that one's
conduct may result in a search being conducted of areas which the person has been warned
are subject to search," and such notice must ensure an individual "had knowledge
of the right to refuse to give consent."
[…] Hence, a broad waiver was found inadequate to permit a search.
[…]. The Supreme Court made it clear the question usually "must be addressed on a
case-by-case basis" and rarely subject to blanket waivers of Fourth Amendment liberties.
[…]
Courts held that an employee has a reasonable expectation of privacy in the contents of
his computer even when given specific notice the computers could not be used for personal
purposes and the individual had authorized disclosure for technical and maintenance audits.
Courts held an ex-employee could assert attorney-client privilege against the use of such emails by
his company even though emails were located on employer's computer and employer gave
an employee notice any documents stored on computer which was not protected.
As Strassel writes, Mueller was only looking out for his back as he was hiding key information
from the Congress in order to save himself.
Along with Rosenstein, they refused to make Strzok available for an interview.
The President's attorney is demanding from Mueller to return transition documents as
it's proved they are unlawfully obtained.
Aware of Mueller's tendency for 'fighting dirty' it is doubtful he will give in control
over the emails, for that reason forcing Trump's lawyers to make difficult decisions concerning
the investigation.

BOMBSHELL REPORT: Anti-Trump FBI Took Out "Insurance Policy" Against Trump For Alarming Reason - Duration: 5:00.BOMBSHELL REPORT: Anti-Trump FBI Took Out "Insurance Policy" Against Trump For Alarming
Reason The Mueller investigation into the accused
"Russian collusion" fell short of providing special investigators with anything but exposure
of the opposite side which then led the witch-hunt to then try to find some kind of "criminal
actions" on President Trump's part.
There are many things and people involved that are finally coming to light that will
not color Trump guilty, but it will continue to expose the corruption of the left.
During the course of this sham of an investigation, it has been revealed that the very ones who
are supposed to be the unbiased party with NO CONFLICTS OF INTEREST are instead the very
ones who have been trying to set Trump up from day one!
Mueller himself has proof against him indicating that he may very well be one of the biggest
Trump attackers.
His right had man Peter Strzok has been discovered to be anti-Trump, and set forth a plan via
text messages and emails that clearly outline his intent to push for Hillary during the
2016 elections as well as their contingency plans to set Trump up if he happened to win.
We all know how that turned out and now Strzok is working closely within this investigation
to do all he can to railroad the President.
Add to that the new text message evidence between Strzok and Andy McCabe that discusses
what they refer to as "insurance" should Trump win.
That word alone causes giant red flags to pop up and flap loudly in the ears of anyone
who is paying close attention to this corrupt operation.
According to MAGA News :
Text messages show FBI #2 Andy McCabe in a conspiracy meeting talking about "insurance"
against Donald Trump.
Fox News' Brit Hume points out that media is staying far away from the main story of
the week. The Wall Street Journal is reporting the anti-Trump FBI agent's text was meant
to convey the FBI needed to investigate Donald Trump if he won.
And if he didn't win (if Hillary won instead), the agents were going to relax and let things
ride.Few of the messages have attracted as much attention as the one sent by Mr. Strzok
to Ms. Page in August 2016 mentioning an "insurance policy," which critics have read as reflecting
an intent to prevent Mr. Trump from winning.
Mr. Strzok wrote, "I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's
office—that there's no way he gets elected—but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40…"Corrupt
FBI Peter Strzok Cleared Hillary As An 'Insurance Policy'
One of the FBI's top Russian counterintelligence experts, Peter Strzok, shared his feelings
about the 2016 Presidential election with FBI lawyer Lisa Page and revealed a plot that
looks very much like an obstruction of justice.
Strzok was responsible for clearing the Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation right before
the election.
It's clear in the text messages uncovered that he cleared Clinton as an 'insurance
policy' to block Donald Trump from entering the White House.
From (Link: www.cnn.com)
"I cannot believe Donald Trump is likely to be an actual, serious candidate for president,"
Page texted Strzok on March 16, 2016.
"God(,) Trump is a loathsome human," Page added in another, to which Strzok replies:
"Yet he may win."
The two appear to have exchanged text messages on a range of topics, particularly during
presidential debates and the 2016 political conventions — on everything from Melania
Trump's convention speech to a thinly veiled comment Trump made about his hands.
Later in a text from August 15, 2016, Strzok tells Page: "I want to believe the path
you threw out for consideration in Andy's office" — an apparent reference to Deputy
FBI Director Andrew McCabe — "that there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid
we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40 . . . . " Page
does not appear to have responded, according to records reviewed by CNN.
When liberal sites like CNN and The Wall Street Journal start reporting on the actual facts
of the hidden agenda of those in charge of this useless investigation, we know there
is some serious proof that cannot be hidden or erased.
That alone should close any questions anyone may still have into the innocence of Trump
on all accusations.
It is truly a sad day in America when the President who was voted in by the majority
has to literally live every moment of his life with one eye open and a shield on his
back to prevent these democratic psychos from burying him under their false allegations
and set-up rhetoric.

Trump threatens to cut US aid ahead of UN Jerusalem vote - Duration: 1:33.The UN General Assembly will hold an emergency session on Thursday to vote on a draft resolution
rejecting the U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Amid international criticism, President Trump has threatened to cut aid to countries that
vote against the United States.
Park Se-young has more.
There was no beating around the bush.
Ahead of the UN General Assembly's emergency session on Thursday, President Trump threatened
to sever financial aid to countries that vote against the U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem
as Israel's capital.
(English) "For all of these nations that take our money
and then they vote against us at the Security Council, or they vote against us, potentially,
at the Assembly, they take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars and
then they vote against us.
Well, we're watching those votes.
Let them vote against us; we'll save a lot.
We don't care."
His comments came after Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the UN, sent a letter to member
states, …saying the president will take the vote personally.
She followed the letter with a tweet warning (quote) "the U.S. will be taking names."
After Monday's U.S. veto, Haley told the Security Council that the U.S. will not be told by
any country where it puts its embassy.
Despite Washington's warnings, the proposed measure is expected to pass easily in the
193-member General Assembly,… which has no vetoes.

US Coal Industry's Future Has 'Brightened' In Trump's First Year - Duration: 4:08.US Coal Industrys Future Has Brightened In Trumps First Year
The U.S. coal industrys prospects have brightened in President Donald Trumps
first year in office, according to international energy analysts.
Actions taken by the Trump administration to cut the coal countrys regulatory burden
have provided optimism to the industry, that has been in decline in recent years,
analysts wrote.
The mood in the coal industry in the United States brightened in 2017, the International
Energy Agency (IEA) reported in its latest global coal market report that makes projections
for the next five years.
Its definitely been a comeback year for coal.
Exports surged nearly 70 percent in the first three-quarters of 2017, and mines are producing
more than in 2016.
Measures introduced by the Federal government provided optimism to the sector, IEA reported.
Some regulations were reviewed and the financial environment for coal mining improved.
The countrys first new coal mine since 2011 was opened in May and other projects
were announced.
Experts at Platts noted similar trends in 2017, finding coal was generally the fuel
of choice to meet incremental fossil fuel demand in the power sector outside of Europe
in 2017.
Trumps deregulatory actions and higher domestic gas prices drove higher coal use
in the power sector and higher international coal prices boosted exports and revenues for
coal companies, IEA wrote.
Trump made lifting the regulatory burden on energy, coal in particular, a promise on the
campaign trail.
Trump signed legislation shortly after taking office that repealed a former President Barack
Obama-era mining rule.
The president also issued an executive order rescinding a moratorium on federal coal leases.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed several regulations expected
to hamper coal industry growth, but the biggest step the agency has taken in that regard was
to rescind the Clean Power Plan (CPP).
EPA said repealing the CPP would cut $33 billion in compliance costs.
However, coal has an uphill battle ahead.
Platts notes that sluggish power demand, abundant gas supply and renewables growth
are expected to continue to generate headwinds for coal use, meaning U.S. production
is forecast to be around 510 Mtce in 2022, equivalent to current levels.
U.S. coal exports will also have to increasingly compete with liquefied natural gas exports.
Europe and Asia are hungry for U.S. LNG exports, and that could cut into coals market share,
especially in countrys shunning coal.
IEA expects the U.S. to remain a swing supplier to international coal markets,
and even though changes in the policy and regulatory environment are reducing costs
for US producers, these will not significantly change their position in the seaborne supply
curve.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration expects coal production to dip in 2018 on
lower international demand and no growth in power generation, but the agency also sees
coal production rising again in the latter half of the year.

BREAKING NEWS From D.C. – Trump Has Finally Had ENOUGH! ERASES Obama From History! - Duration: 6:41.BREAKING NEWS From D.C. – Trump Has Finally Had ENOUGH!
ERASES Obama From History!
Barack Hussein Obama has been a president that much of the American people have been
desperate to forget since he was finally forcibly removed from office almost a year ago exactly.
He ran the White House into the ground which his successor, President Trump has worked
diligently at bringing back for the past 11 months.
He not only erected our country from despair in record time, he brought the U.S. to a level
a success the American people have not seen in eight years.
Relinquishing control is not something that's on Obama's radar as he's spent his retirement
trying to take over as president.
This is due in part to the former narcissist-in-chief wanting everyone to remember what he thinks
he did great while forgetting his complete destruction of the United States.
President Trump has seen first hand the detriment his predecessor was to this country, uncovering
his scandalous coverups and facades of greatness that were nothing but self-serving.
He's not only changed course, he's erased one of Obama's biggest legacies once and
for all that was also his sickest "front" yet.
While ultra-liberal anchor Anderson Cooper accused Trump's destruction of all things
Obama "surprisingly personal," what the president is really doing to his legacy is
important – not a personal attack.
Sure, it's nice to discredit the real "hope and change" that Trump is making happen,
as a personal vendetta, when the reality is everyone will benefit from the destruction
of it.
The fact of the matter is, Trump is simply making America better, as he promised he would
do, and his detractors are taking it the wrong way.
MPolitical reports:
In the case of the Obama legacy, Democrats lost over 1,000 state and federal Democrat
seats, including congressional and state legislative seats, governorships and the presidency, under
his tenure.
It's not hard to see why since Obama's legacy entailed the rise of ISIS, subpar economic
growth following the weakest recovery since WWII, exploding healthcare costs, and a record
national debt.
We've already seen what taking the opposite approach of Obama has done – destroying
ISIS, bringing economic growth back above 3%, unemployment numbers improving, and a
surging stock market.
Trump really is erasing every creation of Obama that he can.
Among them includes a government site called "We the People" that was reportedly setup
back in 2011.
The idea behind the site was that if a petition started there reached 100,000 signatures with
30 days, it would receive an official response from the White House.
The supposed site cost a few million dollars per year to run, but it's unclear where
that money went because it certainly didn't go towards paying people to monitor the site
as well as that well.
In August of 2013, there were 30 petitions which met the signature threshold, and it
took the government an average of 240 days to respond to them.
Of 323 petitions that met their thresholds, they sped up their response time to 117 days.
One of the biggest drains on the budget and people's time was the whining post that
Obama provided but did nothing with.
That's now gon int he swipe of a pen and it's good riddance to this waste of resources
until a better system is released.
According to The Hill, The "We The People" website, was taken down on Tuesday at midnight,
Officials told the Associated Press that platform will be replaced with a new website in late
January and that all of the existing petitions will be restored at that time.
The Trump administration has yet to respond to any petitions that have exceeded 100,000
signatures, which necessitate a response from the federal government.
Trump officials told the AP that the administration will begin responding to the petitions once
the new website is live sometime next year.
Several of the petitions that have reached that threshold are highly critical of President
Trump, including calls for him to release his tax returns, for him to divide or put
all of his assets in a blind trust, and for him to resign.
The White House says the move will save taxpayers $1.3 million a year.
MPolitical explains more about this necessary move:
That's out of a $55 million White House budget and allots $4.94 million for information
technology to be put to much better use.
The new landing page for the website tells us that "All existing petitions and associated
signatures have been preserved and will be available when the site is relaunched.
Following the site's relaunch, petitions that have reached the required number of signatures
will begin receiving responses."
While the administration says a new website is planned to be released in 2018, that's
likely just a cover story to get away with it entirely, presuming everyone just forgets
about it in a few months anyway.
Given how this news cycle is progressing, that's practically a guarantee.
After all, the administration has made no effort to reply to the petitions on the platform
so far this year, which has been utilized by users as a way to protest the Trump Presidency,
and it's unlikely they'd suddenly develop any interest in doing so with their own website.
What's the point when too many of the petitions are illogical nonsense anyway?
In terms of the federal budget, this program is a fraction of a penny on the dollar, but
that's no excuse to keep it.
We don't even know how many government agencies exist as there is "no authoritative list
of government agencies."
All we know is that there are at least 430 in existence.
It's been conventional political wisdom that spending is never cut because it guarantees
those whose department you cut will vote against you.
The Trump administration doesn't seem to care much – and given a national debt over
$20 trillion, that's the kind of attitude we need right now.
A few million pennies saved, is a few million pennies earned.
Or, in regards to our national debt, it's a few million paid back or invested into something
more sensible, logical, or useful.
The American people elected the right man to make these positive financial changes and
time savers by voting a successful businessman into office to replace the failed community
organizer.

Trump Tweets 70 Dow records in one year period Shares Gateway Pundit Info
President Trump tweeted this morning the same information that we reported last week and
yesterday at the gateway pundit!
70 Record Closes for the Dow so far this year!
We have NEVER had 70 Dow Records in a one year period.
Wow!
We at the gateway pundit (TGP) were the first to report this.
All year we kept track of each new all-time high.
We downloaded Dow data since inception and we determined that the most all-time highs
in any single year was in 1995 at 69.
Trumps rally broke this all-time record yesterday and the President knows it and reported
it.
