Trump news on Youtube Dec 20 2017

The Hall of Presidents at Disney World Florida has just received a new occupant - an animatronic

robot of President Trump.

He was happy to oblige the Magic Kingdom's tradition of recording a closing speech for

a 25-minute robotics show that also involves models of his 44 predecessors.

The attraction is currently closed for maintenance, but Disney has released a sneak peak of the

robotic Trump.

The recorded speech is free of accusations of fake news and fiery rhetoric towards Kim

Jong-un, and may be his most orthodox and presidential speech yet.

But, people on the internet have been scratching their heads over the lack of similarity between

the robot and the president.

Some say the model looks more like Angelina Jolie's father and actor Jon Voight.

Trump Lawyers Force Mueller To Give Back UNLAWFULLY Ceased KEY DOCUMENTS! - Duration: 2:32.

Trump Lawyers Force Mueller To Give Back UNLAWFULLY Ceased KEY DOCUMENTS!

It is believed by jurist experts, who investigate special counsel Robert Mueller's seizure

of Trump transition emails, that his move did not only violate the law but cause a larger

problem for Russia investigators if they choose to go to trial.

Lawyer Robert Barnes states that the document grab 'cannot conform to either Fourth Amendment

standards or attorney-client privilege protections.'

Barnes wrote in an op-ed: "LEGAL ANALYSIS: Why Mueller's Seizure of Transition Emails

Likely Violated the Law"

Courts held individuals who agreed, as a condition of employment to "any future searches"

did not waive their right against such searches because the waiver failed to give them the

"right to refuse to give consent to the future search."

For the government to claim implied consent or waiver, "requires clear notice that one's

conduct may result in a search being conducted of areas which the person has been warned

are subject to search," and such notice must ensure an individual "had knowledge

of the right to refuse to give consent."

[…] Hence, a broad waiver was found inadequate to permit a search.

[…]. The Supreme Court made it clear the question usually "must be addressed on a

case-by-case basis" and rarely subject to blanket waivers of Fourth Amendment liberties.

[…]

Courts held that an employee has a reasonable expectation of privacy in the contents of

his computer even when given specific notice the computers could not be used for personal

purposes and the individual had authorized disclosure for technical and maintenance audits.

Courts held an ex-employee could assert attorney-client privilege against the use of such emails by

his company even though emails were located on employer's computer and employer gave

an employee notice any documents stored on computer which was not protected.

As Strassel writes, Mueller was only looking out for his back as he was hiding key information

from the Congress in order to save himself.

Along with Rosenstein, they refused to make Strzok available for an interview.

The President's attorney is demanding from Mueller to return transition documents as

it's proved they are unlawfully obtained.

Aware of Mueller's tendency for 'fighting dirty' it is doubtful he will give in control

over the emails, for that reason forcing Trump's lawyers to make difficult decisions concerning

the investigation.

Julia Roberts Fake News Gets 25K Shares, Michelle Obama Isn't Fit To Clean Melania Trump's Toilet - Duration: 2:20.

Julia Roberts Didn't Say Michelle Obama Isn't Fit To Clean Melania Trump's Toilet

– Fake News Gets 25K Shares

A fake story claiming that Julia Roberts said Michelle Obama wasn't fit to clean the toilets

of first lady Melania Trump has gone viral and has been shared thousands of times on

Facebook and other social media platforms.

The most popular version of the false story was published by 50statereport.com, with an

article that has been shared more than 13,000 times on Facebook since Sunday, December 17.

The piece claims that Roberts defended Melania from being "looked down upon and disrespected

by sneering liberals across the country" while "doing a brilliant job."

Other sites picked up on the fake news, such as trending-info.com, which published the

same quote about Julia allegedly dismissing Michelle, with that version being shared more

than 3,000 times on Facebook.

Additional sites shared the fake article, with thestatespolitics.com getting nearly

5,000 Facebook shares within 22 hours.

However, according to the article titled "FACT CHECK: Did Julia Roberts Say That Michelle

Obama 'Isn't Fit to Clean Melania Trump's Toilet?'" from Snopes, Julia didn't say

that quote about Michelle not being fit to clean Melania's toilet.

The fake news creators apparently got the inspiration for the story about Roberts and

Obama after the opinion piece called "Will Trump's lows ever hit rock bottom?" from

the USA Today editorial board went viral.

Within that article, President Donald Trump was criticized for calling "Sen. Kirsten

Gillibrand a wh*re," making Trump "not fit to clean the toilets in the Barack Obama

Presidential Library or to shine the shoes of George W. Bush."

After that quote about President Trump not being worthy enough to clean Mr. Obama's

toilets, the quote was falsely attributed to Julia about former first lady Michelle

Obama in a bid to rile up those who are sharing the fake article across social media.

The article also claimed that Roberts complimented Melania for having her priorities in order

and representing a wonderful role model for young women.

"Melania has her priorities straight and she is a great example for our young women.

Michelle?

Talk about a wolf in sheepskin."

Putin Calls Pres Trump to Thank Him for CIA Intel That Stopped - Duration: 3:53.

Putin Calls Pres. Trump to Thank Him for CIA Intel That Stopped Terror Attacks in Russia

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed reports Russian President

Vladimir Putin called President Trump Sunday morning to thank him for CIA intelligence

that foiled terror attacks in St. Petersburg, Can confirm @POTUS and President Putin

spoke today.

Readout from the WH coming shortly.

Sanders made her statement in a reply to the APs Zeke Miller who posted an AP reports

that said, MOSCOW (AP) The Kremlin says Russian President Vladimir Putin called

Donald Trump to thank him for a CIA tip that thwarted bombings.

The Washington Post reported on the Kremlins statement on the call.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday phoned President Trump to thank him for a

tip from the CIA that thwarted a terrorist attack being planned in St. Petersburg, the

Kremlin said

Putin told Trump that the information provided by the CIA allowed Russian law enforcement

agencies to track down and detain a group of suspects that was planning to bomb the

centrally located Kazan Cathedral and other crowded parts of Russias second-largest

city.

Putin asked Trump to pass along his gratitude to the CIA and the American intelligence agents

who received the intelligence, the Kremlin said.

It said that Putin also told Trump that if Russian special services obtain any information

on terrorist threats against the United States and its citizens, they will definitely and

immediately pass it to American counterparts through partner channels.

Trump called Putin on Thursday to thank him for his remarks in a press conference crediting

Trumpa actions strengthening the U.S. economy and to talk about North Korea according to

the White House.

(Perhaps the call touched on other matters and this was a cover story in part.)

President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia called President Donald J. Trump today to thank him

for the advanced warning the United States intelligence agencies provided to Russia concerning

a major terror plot in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Based on the information the United States provided, Russian authorities were able to

capture the terrorists just prior to an attack that could have killed large numbers of people.

No Russian lives were lost and the terrorist attackers were caught and are now incarcerated.

President Trump appreciated the call and told President Putin that he and the entire United

States intelligence community were pleased to have helped save so many lives.

President Trump stressed the importance of intelligence cooperation to defeat terrorists

wherever they may be.

Both leaders agreed that this serves as an example of the positive things that can occur

when our countries work together.

President Putin extended his thanks and congratulations to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director

Mike Pompeo and the CIA.

President Trump then called Director Pompeo to congratulate him, his very talented people,

and the entire intelligence community on a job well done!

The statement was not immediately posted to the White House website.

President Trump's 2017 GDP is Poised to Beat Obama's Best GDP Ev - Duration: 4:41.

President Trumps 2017 GDP is Poised to Beat Obamas Best GDP Ever in 8 Years! The

Billionaire Trumps the Community Organizer Every Time!

Its common knowledge that Barack Obama was the worst economic president since at

least 1949 and probably ever. Barack Obama was the only President to have

not had even one year of 3% GDP growth.

Here is the complete list of average annual real GDP growth by postwar president (in descending

order):

Johnson (1964-68), 5.3% Kennedy (1961-63), 4.3%

Clinton (1993-2000), 3.9% Reagan (1981-88), 3.5%

Carter (1977-80), 3.3% Eisenhower (1953-60), 3.0%

(Post-WWII average: 2.9%) Nixon (1969-74), 2.8%

Ford (1975-76), 2.6% G. H. W. Bush (1989-92), 2.3%

G. W. Bush (2001-08), 2.1% Truman (1946-52), 1.7%

Obama (2009-15), 1.5%

Barack Obamas best year of GDP growth was 2.9 in 2015 (a year when the stock market

went down) according to the US Bureau of Economic Analysis under the US Department of Commerce.

2009 (-2.8) 2010 2.5

2011 1.6 2012 2.2

2013 1.7 2014 2.6

2015 2.9 2016 1.5

President Trump has seen quarterly GDP rates of 1.2, 3.1 and 3.3.

The New York Federal Reserve revised its estimated fourth quarter GDP of 2017 up from 3.93 to

4.00 percent. This is estimated to give President Trump

an annual GDP rate of 2.9 or better for 2017. During his campaign, President Elect Donald

Trump stated that he wanted to move GDP growth above 3.5 percent to 4 percent

With the stock market at all time highs and setting new all time highs every fourth day,

with consumer confidence at record levels, with unemployment lower than at any time in

the last 17 years, it is becoming more than obvious that President Trumps GDP will

soon be in record territory as well.

President Obama said that jobs were never coming back and by February of 2016 it was

clear that Obama had given up on economic growth. Obamas Congressional Budget Office

(CBO) forecasted in early 2016 that America will never see 3.0 percent economic growth

again. But Obama was a community organizer and President Trump is a billionaire.

President Trumps GDP in his first year in office is poised to beat Barack Obamas

best year ever. The billionaire trumps the community organizer every time.

World War 3: Donald Trump amasses North Korea's bitter enemies to FORCE peace talks - Duration: 4:50.

World War 3: Donald Trump amasses North Korea's bitter enemies to FORCE peace talks

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland have announced a new international pressure group to force North Korea around the negotiating table.

The group, known as the "Vancouver Group" contains 16 countries that were part of the original UN-led military coalition that fought against North Korea's invasion in the Korean War, as well as South Korea, Japan, India, Sweden and others - according to Tillerson.

Mr Tillerson said: "The pressure campaign is intended to lead to talks. We can't talk unless North Korea is ready to talk, and I think, as we've indicated, we're waiting for them to indicate a readiness to talk.".

The Defence Secretary said the group will discuss how to improve the effectiveness of the current pressure campaign" and how to prepare for the prospect of talks".

Mr Tillerson added: "The pressure campaign will not abate, we will not be rolling any of it back, it will only be intensified as time goes by, and it will remain in place until they agree to give up their nuclear weapons and allow us to verify that that is in fact what they have done." Ms Freeland said it is a "demonstration of international solidarity against North Korea's dangerous and illegal actions".

The US Defence Secretary said the talks have Trump's backing, despite the President ridiculing the idea of negotiations previously. Trump tweeted on August 30: "The US has been talking to North Korea, and paying them extortion money, for 25 years.

Talking is not the answer." On October 7, he tweeted: "Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid.

[It] hasnt worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators.

Sorry, but only one thing will work." He also tweeted that he told Tillerson that he was "wasting his time trying to negotiate with Little Rocket Man (a derogatory nickname he gave to Kim Jong-un).

"Save your energy Rex, well do what has to be done." But Mr Tillerson denied there was any confusion or mixed messages and said: "They have not rejected diplomatic talks.

What the White House has merely observed is that North Korea has not exhibited a willingness to talk." He added the pressure campaign came from came from Trump's National Security Council.

He continued: "Otherwise we wouldn't need to do this. We'd just go straight to the military option." Canada and the United States plan to co-host an international meeting on North Korea in Vancouver in January.

Pyongyang has continued to test nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles in violation of UN Security Council resolutions. The meeting is designed to produce "better ideas" to ease tensions over North Korea's tests, Canadian officials have said.

The two ministers also are likely to discuss US President Donald Trump's demand for revisions to the North American Free Trade Agreement between the United States, Canada and Mexico.

A senior State Department official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Tillerson and Freeland conferred on North Korea, Ukraine and Venezuela among other issues.

Fox News contributor floats idea that FBI was plotting to take out President Trump - Duration: 6:07.

Speed to

less than two hours, deputy FBI

director Andrew Mccabe said to

testify behind closed doors with

the house intelligence

committee.

They are expected to ask the FBI

number two person about a lot,

including strzok, the doj

official booted off Robert

Mueller's investigation several

months ago.

Strzok had sent anti-Trump text

messages to a mistress come FBI

lawyer, Lisa page.

One of those text messages says,

I want to believe the path for

consideration in Andy's office.

We believe that is Andrew

Mccabe.

There is no way he gets elected.

I am afraid, we cannot take that

risk.

It is like an insurance policy

in the unlikely event you die

before your 40.

Congressman trey Gowdy will be

among those leading the question

today.

He wants to get underneath that

message with some other things.

>> Mccabe crosses every facet

and 2015 that your views from

secretary Clinton's email to

the investigation into the trump

campaign.

He is the deputy director of the

FBI.

There are a ton of questions

including the one you made

reference to, the meeting

between agent strzok and Lisa

page in Andy's office.

We need to make sure that was

Andy Mccabe, and if they were

coming up with insurance policy

and the case Donald Trump won,

that's devastating.

>> Harris: Senate judiciary

committee chuck grassley says,

is not the FBI to replace enter

Mccabe.

We have to get to the bottom of

whether Andy was Andy Mccabe

and what else you want to know?

>> Kevin: I think they will

say, what was his intent, right?

That is exactly what former FBI

director James Comey said when

he was letting Hillary Clinton

off the hook.

And his tent whether it was an

assassination attempt or

whether, deafly something --

I am just saying, we do not know

what it was.

When you say, we need to make

sure this guy doesn't get in at

all because, what does that

mean?

I am saying, there is a spectrum

of what does it mean, but one

thing we know for sure, he was

plotting in an election against

a candidate, and there is FBI

finger prints all over this.

>> Harris: Because I know how

things get clipped on social

media, I want to make sure we

pushed on the fact, nobody

floated an idea --

>> Kevin: I'm talking about

social media stuff it has been

floated in.

>> Marie: Nothing credible.

>> Kevin: Yet.

>> Katie: The bigger question,

what comes out asking Mccabe

question.

What will be learned.

I am glad that it is a closed

conversation, because I think

everybody then you can take

politics out of it a little bit.

Not entirely, but when there is

not TV cameras there, they can

have a conversation about all of

these different issues.

There's been a lot of

accusations and allegations

against the FBI.

We talked about a lot of them

here.

There's so many people that work

there, including these

investigations who are career

officers, respected, served both

parties, no matter who is in the

white house.

That needs to remain at the core

of how we see the FBI, and Andy

Mccabe will answer questions

without the cameras there, which

makes it a little more

political.

>> Sandra: Deftly a

fanfare.

When they get

there >> Katie: There's a lot

of questions he will have to

answer.

Where the in your office

discussing the insurance policy

print where they there.

If they were there, why were you

allowing them to use federal

government tax funded office to

discuss going after a political

candidate they did not like?

What was done after that

meeting.

It was a follow-up meeting?

To discuss the insurance policy,

and where you engaging them on

this policy and what is your

connections to the Clinton

foundation considering your wife

has deep connections to a friend

of the Clinton took money from

them in the Virginia race?

It becomes complicated.

The one thing they will want

answered is, what was the plan

to carry out, the insurance

policy, was connected to the

Russian investigation?

>> Sandra: More broadly, he

has to defend that there was a

political bias, anti-Trump bias

inside of the FBI while it was

ongoing.

Marie, I would put you on the

spot.

Do you think that there is?

>> Marie: I do not.

There's a lot of FBI officers

and people working on the

investigations that probably

voted for Donald Trump and are

Republican.

Some of them clearly didn't.

We have seen no evidence yet

that however people politically

felt on their personal level

that that impacted anything --

wait, wait, wait let me finish.

The FBI officials can have

personal opinions.

We need -- the question is open.

There is no evidence showing.

>> Kevin: That is absolutely

ridiculous.

>> Harris: Do not let your

opinion called the way you do

your job.

With a long list of things that

Katie asked, Mr. Mccabe, did

you know about those text

messages among your employees?

Where you onboard or or not on

board considering --

>> Sandra: This played

out in text messages off duties,

between the two federal agents.

Unofficial phones.

>> Marie: They had the meeting

and FBI headquarters, and as a

question.

Why are you using the power of

the FBI to go after a political

rival?

>> Kevin: I want to say, the

FBI, the grassroots level, the

general level, these are people

that want to do the right thing.

At the top, we have seen

corruption.

End of story.

There is no question about that.

Whether it is Mccabe or the

stomach the other players.

The general public knows this,

and the bottom line, somebody

has to answer for this.

We are not imputing the

empowerment.

>> Harris: It is behind closed

Trump

Effect Comes to Austria: Conservative Government Announces New Rules for Asylum Seekers

Sebastian Kurz, VP, will be Europes youngest leader, with 31 years.

FP-chief Heinz-Christian Strache (r.) will be vice-chancellor.

Europes youngest leader Sebastian Kurz and his conservative government announced

new rules changes for asylum seekers.

The incoming migrants and refugees will have to surrender their cell phones and all cash

at the border.

The new migrant children will be required to speak German before joining the school

system.

These common sense proposals are considered extreme right wing policies in Europe

today.

Via Die Welt and Vlads Tepes:

Austria will adopt a new style with the new VP-FP government.

This had been clear for quite a while.

But what are the plans of the coalition under the new chancellor Kurz?

The government program For our Austria, Fr unser sterreich, details it.

After seven weeks of negotiations, VP and FP agreed on a 182 pages strong government

program for the next five years.

The coalition of conservatives and right-wing-populists declare their clear dedication for the EU.

The preface of the pact says: A strong Austria, where we can seize the opportunities

of the 21st century, can only exist in a strong Europe.

A fundament of solid politics was, among others, comprised of the basic principles of the European

Union.

The parties councils approved the pact late Friday evening unanimously.

But what exactly does Together.

For our Austria say?

Some of the points were already extracted on Saturday.

But what do general statements like stop illegal migration and speed up asylum

proceedings really mean?

These are the most important of the planned measures.

Migration and refugees

Whoever applies for asylum in Austria will have to hand over all of his cash at

the application.

The sum is to be used to cover the basic supply costs.

Asylum seekers have to hand over their mobile phones to the authorities.

These will analyse the phone data, to clarify identities (for example in social networks)

and to verify the denoted travel route.

The smart phones wont be completely confiscated though.

Quicker withdrawal of protection status at travels to the homeland.

During the asylum procedure, asylum seekers will receive non-cash benefits only, no more

cash.

The doctoral obligation to confidentiality will be suspended, when illnesses of an asylum

seeker are relevant to the basic supply.

Refugee children will learn German in so-called bridge classes.

Until now, they were integrated directly into the school system.
