BREAKING: Trump Just Got Sued, This Is Nasty - Duration: 3:43.

In the continued effort to oppose President Trump wherever they can, Leftists have resorted

to attempting to block federal appointments made by the President.

They're doing everything in their power to oppose every decision he makes.

According to NBC News, the resistance efforts have been executed against an appointment

to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

President Trump's nomination of the White House Budget Director for the CFPB has been

challenged with a lawsuit — a lawsuit attempting to block the President's power to determine

who leads the Obama-era agency.

When Obama-appointee Richard Cordray announced his resignation as the CFPB board director

early in the month, the CFPB quickly attempted to appoint a new director to usurp a President

Trump appointee.

In Cordray's resignation letter, he told President Trump that chief of staff, Leandra

English, would serve as deputy director.

In an email to his staff, Cordray wrote: "In considering how to ensure an orderly succession

for this independent agency, I determined that it would be best to avoid leaving this

key position filled only in an acting capacity."

President Trump sought to appoint White House Budget Director, Mick Mulvaney, to serve as

interim director of the CFPB.

The appointment has been challenged at the federal court level after the acting director,

Leandra English, filed suit against President Trump and Mr. Mulvaney.

The CFPB was a government agency created during the Obama administration thanks to the disastrous

2010 Dodd-Frank financial industry law.

The law, which created the CFPB, states that the deputy director may serve "as acting

director in the absence or unavailability of the director."

However, it's unclear how "absence or unavailability" is defined.

The law also states "the Director shall be appointed by the President, by and with

the advice and consent of the Senate."

The wording of the law seems to imply that the deputy director is only qualified to serve

as acting director when the absence or unavailabilities are temporary in nature.

Otherwise, the clause granting the President nominating authority over the director position

would not be included in the law.

White House spokeswoman, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, spoke out against the lawsuit.

"There should be no question that Director Mulvaney is the Acting Director," she said.

"It is unfortunate that Mr. Cordray decided to put his political ambition above the interests

of consumers with this stunt."

English's lawsuit was filed one day after the Department of Justice released a memo

stating that the CFPB is under the authority of the Executive Branch, and as such, President

Trump has the authority to name a new director.

In the eight-page memo, the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel concluded "The President

may designate an Acting Director of the CFPB," citing the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, which

allows a president to appoint a temporary director of an executive agency such as the

CFPB.

A top lawyer in the CFPB itself also agreed that President Trump has the authority to

appoint a new director.

CFPB's general counsel, Mary McLeod, stated: "It is my legal opinion that the president

possesses the authority to designate an acting director for the bureau."

She added, "I advise all bureau personnel to act consistently with the understanding

that Director Mulvaney is the acting director of the CFPB."

This is yet another example of Leftists' attempts to undermine President Trump and

cling to the legacy of the Obama administration.

Hopefully, the case will yield a decision in favor of President Trump and his rightful

authority.

8 DIRE PROPHECIES FOR 2018 FROM THE PSYCHIC WHO PREDICTED TRUMP VICTORY AND BREXIT - Duration: 3:25.

8 DIRE PROPHECIES FOR 2018 FROM THE PSYCHIC WHO PREDICTED TRUMP VICTORY AND BREXIT

For some hearing what a psychic has to say should be taken with a grain of salt if even

that.

Even the most fame psychics over the years such as the late Sylvia Brown have been proven

to b wrong over the years in what they saw on the horizon.

PSYCHIC PREDICTS A GRIM FUTURE, IN 2018 So, when notable psychic Craig Hamilton-Parker

took to Youtube to make predictions that included Brexit and Donald Trump being elected President

of the United States at the end of 2016.

Both these predictions had individuals believing this can never happen no one thought Brexxit

was possible and well there was just no way Donald Trump would get the Republican nomination

let alone win the presidency.

Even when Trump did get the nomination, everyone was certain his opponent Hilary Clinton a

woman with vast political experience would win.

However, as 2017 began both Brexit was a reality, and Donald Trump took the oath of office.

Oh, another thing that Craig predicted would happen in 2017 also came to pass, after her

defeat in the election Hilary Clinton announced her retirement from politics she was done.

That's not to say everything was accurate, no psychic is perfect after all, he also claimed

Kim Jong-un would loosen his grip on North Korea but if anything this has tightened.

But hey he did predict Prince Harry would also get engaged to his girlfriend Meghan

Markle which did come to pass as well.

SO, WHAT ARE CRAIG'S PREDICTIONS FOR 2018, WILL THINGS GET BETTER?

Well, there is a saying that sometimes things have to get worse before they get better,

and according to Craig, this is what could be awaiting us in the net coming year.

He predicts that there will be a global economic downturn and there will be more terrorist

attacks.

If this isn't enough, there will be more political turmoil and more environmental catastrophes.

He also predicts that a US warship will sink sometime in 2018 and that Trump will dodge

an attempt at impeachment.

Unfortunately, in 2017 there have already been signs of trouble ahead, so odds are Craig's

predictions could come to pass.

But according to Craig, there is hope as well, and not all is lost.

Many of the above predictions are pretty gloomy, but I feel that there will be a simultaneous

growth in spirituality for the people of the world that will now start to lead us into

a Golden Age."

He went on to also say.

Conflict and hardship plus growing environmental problems will bring good people together and

ignite a desire to seek the true purpose of human life. Again maybe a psychic wasn't

needed to tell us this.

In times of adversity, the human spirit is always strong.

Individuals have learned to stand together, and to fight if they must for their fellow

man for themselves and most importantly for what they know is right.

Report: Top Democrat Hands Trump Historic Victory — He's Regretting His Yuge Mistake - Duration: 3:02.

This past Thanksgiving, we should all thank our lucky stars (and God Almighty) that Donald

Trump is in the White House.

Not just because he is a smart, decisive leader who is making America great again.

And not just because he is rolling back Obama-era policies and decades of government waste.

But because as President, he gets to select federal judges who will serve our country

for decades to come.

Donald Trump, a strong conservative, is picking true Constitutionalists who will uphold the

law of the land.

Now we are learning that two unlikely Congressman have made Trump's job of appointing judges

all the more effective.

From CNBC:

President Donald Trump should give special thanks to two U.S. Senators this Thanksgiving

weekend.

One is still serving in the Senate, the other recently retired…

Late last week, Grassley decided not to honor a Senate tradition of holding up hearings

for judicial nominees who aren't cleared by their own home state senators.

That tradition is known as the "blue slip courtesy" born out of time before nationwide

communication technology when a given state's senators had access to much more information

about nominees than their colleagues from the rest of the country.

Grassley correctly noted that Democrats were now trying to use the blue slips tradition

to replace the filibuster, and he's having none of that…

And that brings us to the Democrat who provided the initial generous source of President Trump's

solid triumph: Former Senate Majority Leader, and Democrat, Harry Reid.

Reid is a major reason this good fortune has befallen President Trump because Reid was

the one who killed the filibuster rule for judicial nominees in 2013.

And when he killed it, it was gone for good.

This might be the most important thing Trump does as President.

The judges he appoints will most likely serve for their entire lives (at the very least

decades until they retire).

These men and women will make major decisions that will affect every American.

Instead of radical liberal activists in these seats, we will have people who stick up for

the Constitution.

Thanks to Grassley, democrats in Washington won't abuse an outdated rule to prevent

the appointments.

Even more unlikely was Harry Reid's decision, years ago, to eliminate the filibuster rule.

He did it to help Obama and future democrats.

Obviously, he didn't foresee a republican ever taking the White House.

Even more awesome is the fact that Trump will appoint more judges than Obama.

That long period of confirmation obstruction has given President Trump a huge number of

seats to fill; twice as many as President Obama's also large number of vacancies when

he took office in 2009.

The Christian Science Monitor reports this is likely the most vacancies for a president

to fill in 40 years.

And the Trump team hasn't been wasting much time.

This is a big win for Trump and the MAGA movement.

We will have strong, conservative judges making decisions for years to come.

Trump genera polémica | llama Pocahontas en reunión con navajos - Duration: 1:44.

Trump generates controversy by joking about "Pocahontas" meeting with Navajos

The US president, Donald Trump, Today generated controversy by referring facetiously

a Democratic senator as "Pocahontas" during a meeting at the White House

Navaho Indians who served the country in World War II (1939-1945).

Trump usually refers to Congresswoman Elizabeth Warren named Pocahontas -a famous

Young Native American seventeenth century mocking the supposed indigenous roots

of progressive senator, and retook the custom to receive in the Oval Office

Navajos five veterans.

"You were here long before none of us were here "

Trump said about Native Americans, who during World War II developed

based on the Navajo language code for send encrypted messages and thus prevent

the enemy would understand if he could intercept them.

"Although we have a representative in the Congress, which they say has been here

for a long time.

Pocahontas call, "added the president, with the Navajos next veterans.

Senator Warren reacted quickly, to ensure an interview with the

MSNBC is "deeply regrettable that the US president can not hold

not even a ceremony honoring these heroes without having to drop a racial slur. "

a symbol of the strength and friendship between our two people and the growing

economic and security partnership between our two nations as President

Trump said earlier this year India has a true friend in the white

house

I would like to thank the State Department for co-hosting this

incredible gathering I would also like to thank governor narasimham and all

elected Indian officials who are here with us tonight for welcoming us to your

beautiful country

it's incredible to be in this ancient city brimming with transformative

technology now your tech centers may may even outshine your world-famous biryani

lady CEOs like Microsoft Satya Nadella went to school right here in Hyderabad

just a few kilometers away key hubs brand new facility is set to open next

year and will become the largest incubator in Asia in this city of pearls

the greatest treasure is you the dreamers the innovators entrepreneurs

and leaders who never give up never abandon your aspirations and always

strive for a better tomorrow today we come together to celebrate what is

happening here in India what is happening in the United States and all

over the world entrepreneurs are revolutionizing our

economies and improving our societies you are rewriting the rules you have the

inspiration and drive to serve our communities through the projects you

start and the businesses you build you have the grit the perseverance and the

will looks to succeed each of you started with an idea you've worked long

days and nights to code the next robot create the next app find the next cure

and discover the next breakthrough to improve the lives of millions of people

some mayor tried to convince you that the risks are too great

the rewards too small but you are here today because you are not afraid to fail

you want to own your future so I want to congratulate you on that you have

already accomplished

and I especially want to congratulate the women entrepreneurs here with us

today

Thank You this year's summit is focused on a theme that is key to our future

women first prosperity for all I'm proud to say that for the first time ever

women make up the majority of the 1500 entrepreneurs selected to attend this

summit I see all of you out there only when women are empowered to thrive

will our families buy economies and our societies reach their fullest potential

as a former entrepreneur employer and executive in a male-dominated industry

I've seen firsthand that all too often women must do more than their male

counterparts to prove themselves at work while also disproportionately caring for

their families at home after my father's election I saw an opportunity to leave

my businesses for the privilege of serving our country and empowering all

Americans to succeed our administration is advancing policies that enable women

to pursue their careers and care for their families policies that improve

workforce development and skills training and policies that lift

government barriers and fuel entrepreneurship so that Americans can

turn their dreams into their incredible legacies in the last decade women have

made remarkable strides in starting new businesses globally between 2014 and

2016 entrepreneurship activity amongst women

has increased by 10 percent in the United States within the last decade the

number of women-owned firms has grown by 45 percent even more promising minority

women have started nearly 8 and 10 new woman owned businesses

today more than 11 million women in the United States owned businesses they

employ nearly nine million workers and generate over a trillion dollars in

revenue

many women become entrepreneurs and job creators out of necessity some weren't

given the flexibility they needed at work to care for their families others

lacked professional sponsors or weren't given a fair shot at a promotion instead

women like the many here today are charting their own courses and achieving

incredible feats fueling the growth of women led businesses isn't simply good

for society it's good for our economy one study estimates that closing the

gender entrepreneurship gap worldwide could grow our global GDP by as much as

two percent the woman in this room can lead the way in closing that gap and

ushering in a new era of greater prosperity

yet despite the soaring rate of female entrepreneurs women still face steep

obstacles to starting owning and growing their businesses we must ensure women

entrepreneurs have access to capital access to networks and mentors and

access to equitable laws in developing countries 70% of women owned small and

medium-sized businesses are denied access to capital the result has been a

nearly 300 billion dollar annual credit deficit for women entrepreneurs in the

developing world in the United States a Harvard Business Review report found

that investors asked men questions about their potential for gains whereas they

asked women questions about their potential for loss this could in part

explain why women entrepreneurs receive less than 3% of venture capital funding

in 2016 we are working hard to reverse this trend

the US Small Business Administration for example increased lending to women by

over 500 million dollars this year alone

when it comes to networks and mentorship roughly half of women in the United

States say they have difficulty finding a mentor yet mentorship is critical to

success as each of you knows entrepreneurs need professional guidance

to help them start and grow their business in the United States we are

fostering mentorship through programs such as score a nationwide initiative

were successful men and women coach those who want to become their own CEOs

and when it comes to equitable laws while many developed in developing

countries has made tremendous strides there's still much work to be done in

some countries women are not allowed to own property travel freely or work

without the consent of their husbands in even more countries the cultural and

family pressure is so great that women do not feel the freedom to work outside

of the home our administration is striving to promote greater opportunity

for women around the world both through our domestic reforms and our

international initiatives this summer at the g20 conference the United States was

a founding member of a bold new initiative with the World Bank the women

entrepreneur finance initiative also known as we by

this facility provides access to capital networks and mentorship for women in

developing countries we Phi is the first facility to support women entrepreneurs

of this scale and we anticipate it will be able to leverage in excess of 1

billion dollars in public and private financing this facility also seeks to

address the legal and regulatory barriers that limit opportunities for

women entrepreneurs in the last decade USAID has promoted women's

entrepreneurship through a number of programs including providing

microfinance loans to women in Afghanistan and bringing internet access

to women in Nigeria and Kenya USAID administrator mark green is here with us

today where are you mark thank you mark I want

to thank Mark and the entire US delegation for their tireless work to

improve the lives of millions both domestically and abroad

further as each and every one of you can attest this summit is yet another

powerful example of the u.s. initiative that connects entrepreneurs around the

world with investors who believe in your mission and will champion your success I

want to thank the US business leaders who have traveled all the way to

Hyderabad for this inspiring event I also want to congratulate the more than

350 American entrepreneurs who are selected to be with us here today who

represents America's greatest talent

I think I found your section thank you at home our administration is committed

to empowering women entrepreneurs through domestic reforms in the past 11

months we have expanded apprenticeship programs and prioritized STEM education

to ensure that women and men has their opportunities to master the skills that

drive progress in the 21st century we have dramatically reduced job crushing

regulations which disproportionately hurt entrepreneurs and small business

owners and we are laser focused on passing long overdue tax cuts this will

provide much-needed relief to working families and to businesses of all sizes

si this year for the first time ever the President's budget included a proposal

to establish a nationwide program for paid family leave we are committed to

supporting women and men who work both inside and outside of the home

when women work it creates a unique multiplier effect women are more likely

than men to hire other women to give them access to capital mentorship and

networks women are also more likely to reinvest their income back into their

families and their communities here in India I want to applaud Prime Minister

Modi for his firm belief that the progress of humanity is incomplete

without the empowerment of women

just consider if India closes the labor force gender gap by half your economy

could grow by over a hundred and fifty billion dollars in the next three years

as we kick off this three-day summit I encourage everyone here to come together

learn from each other and find new ways to lift barriers in our society so that

women are free to innovate empowered to succeed and able to leave our children a

brighter future as we strive for change we must never forget that the best hope

for our future is far greater than any single government policy the source of

our success is found in the spirit the drive and the talents of our people here

Liberals In Complete Meltdown Over Trump's Thanksgiving Pic In Florida Because Of What It Caught - Duration: 4:50.

President Trump's Thanksgiving holiday was probably more like ours than we might have

guessed it would be.

He went out of town to one of his favorite places with some of his favorite people and

spent the weekend fending off questions from nosey people asking him why he hasn't done

what they instructed him to do.

Given, his favorite place was a gorgeous resort in Florida, and the people giving him a hard

time were liberals in the media and not his least favorite aunt, but the similarities

still exist.

The First Family hosted a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend at their Mar-a-Lago resort and they

invited a few guests.

The problems arose when some of those in the media found out that they didn't get invited

to the party, and at least one journalist did.

Even though the President has waged a war on "fake news", contrary to what the media

would have you believe, he's not against news in general.

There's a world of difference between the fake news media and those who actually try

to bring an accurate portrayal of what is happening in current events.

In a time when lies are believed much quicker than the truth, those who are dedicated to

accurate reporting should be treated well, and that's just what the President did.

According to Biz Pac Review, one of the President's guests for Thanksgiving weekend at Mar-a-Lago

was Fox News host Bret Baier.

The internet immediately erupted with accusations of collusion and media bias or the idea that

some evil plan was afoot.

The world of journalism was horrified to learn that one of their own was actually rubbing

shoulders with the guy who was calling out the news media.

It's as if Baier doesn't consider the President to be his mortal enemy or that the

President hasn't called Baier's industry out numerous times for their faulty reporting.

If those were the assumptions, they would be true.

Journalists such as Baier don't have anything to fear from the President because he knows

that President Trump doesn't have any problem with reporting, he only has a problem with

misreporting.

The President isn't trying to do away with the free press, he's trying to do away with

the press using the First Amendment to lie to and manipulate the American people.

However, none of that stemmed the hatred for Baier and his choice of who to spend the holiday

with.

"When Baier and Trump ran into each other, they took a moment to pose for a picture that

went on to draw the ire of liberals.

The photo was first reported by Jon Levine of The Wrap.

In a statement, Fox News said Baier had Thanksgiving dinner at the President's resort at the

invitation of professional golfer Jack Nicklaus, with whom Baier and his wife stayed for the

weekend.

Trump golfed with Nicklaus on Saturday at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm

Beach, AP News reported.

The day before, the president hit a few rounds with golfers Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson,

and Brad Faron."

Even though the Fox News host only ended up at the President's resort because his host,

a golfer who is friends with the President invited him, the frenzy that there was "media

collusion" would not be stopped.

Apparently, even though the media has asked time and again for the President to be kinder

to the them, they don't approve of his choice.

These people seem to think that a dinner equals undying loyalty.

Perhaps for a liberal, it does, but someone with journalistic integrity that they would

like to retain is going to need more than just dinner to sacrifice a lifetime career.

Unlike many on the Democratic side of the aisle, President Trump doesn't have plans

to rule forever and doesn't ask people to throw away their lives in homage to him.

This guy just seems bitter that they have money.

That's a whole different problem for a different day.

There's no indication that a burger and fries are what the Trumps were serving on

Thanksgiving.

But regardless, if CNN has no dirt, this shouldn't be a problem, and if they do, then the American

people have the right to know, and Baier has the right to report anything that he is legally

made aware of and wishes to stake his reputation on.

President Trump has made no secret of the fact that he considers Fox News to be a much

more reliable source of news than CNN or a few of the other news giants.

That has to do with reputation and bias of the anchors, and like it or not, he's still

entitled to an opinion.

That being said, while the President doesn't have a close enough relationship with Baier

like he does with other Fox anchors, but he's obviously not considered an enemy.

The left and the media can get their panties in a wad if they want to, but it won't change

the fact that the President is allowed to invite a reporter to his home to talk anytime

he wishes.

Everyone might not like it, or they might think that it's some sort of plot to overthrow

cable news, but those who are accurately reporting what the American people want to hear about

shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Those who aren't should worry, though not because of the President's Thanksgiving

guests.

BREAKING: Trump Issues Major 'Russia' Statement, This Is Massive - Duration: 4:11.

Despite any evidence that President Trump colluded with Russia to win the election,

Democrats have continued to embrace the narrative.

President Trump sent out a post on his Twitter feed discussing this issue and what the Left

has habitually ignored since he took office.

He stated, "Since the first day I took office, all you hear is the phony Democrat excuse

for losing the election, Russia, Russia, Russia.

Despite this I have the economy booming and have possibly done more than any 10-month

President.

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

According to Fox News, the liberal media and the Left were likely crushed when it was revealed

that Special Counsel Robert Mueller had issued indictments for crimes committed by Paul Manafort

before, and not related to in any way, President Trump's campaign for the presidency.

An investigation that has gone on for more than six months now has failed to yield any

evidence that President Trump colluded with Russia to win the election.

Yet the Left continues obsessing with the narrative, running with the idea that President

Trump's former advisor George Papadopoulos' admission of lying to the FBI about his contact

with a Russian national, is somehow proof of their claims.

But this admission of lying to the FBI shows no evidence of collusion.

Communicating with someone from Russia in itself is not collusion.

Nor would it even be considered collusion unless that individual was compensated by

President Trump's team to help him win the election, which didn't happen.

President Trump's tweet points to the idea that the Left is absolutely refusing to admit

that his presidency is doing wonders for America's once stagnate economy.

Rather than give President Trump credit, they simply refuse to talk about it, preferring

instead to discuss his supposed corruption.

When they do discuss the economy, it's somehow attributed to former-President Barack Obama's

efforts and nothing that President Trump has done.

According to Townhall, the economy under President Trump has been growing successfully, and it

has very little to do with Mr. Obama.

For starters, the stock market has been thriving.

As of October, the Dow Jones has risen 25 percent since President Trump won the election.

That 25 percent gain is the largest the DOW has ever had.

There has been 63 record stock market closing highs, 46 happening after President Trump's

inauguration — a shocking number when compared to the closing highs under President Obama,

which was zero.

In fact, $5 trillion has been added to the US economy since President Trump entered the

White House.

The GDP, which is used to determine the health of the economy, especially small businesses,

has had 3.1 percent growth with President Trump.

Under President Obama, it was a weak 1.3 percent, coincidentally the same GDP growth during

the Great Depression.

Jobs have increased by 1.33 million instead of the 4.59 million lost during the beginning

of President Obama's first term.

A stunning difference is that many of the jobs created under President Obama were part-time

positions, while many of the jobs created under President Trump are full-time positions.

In fact, September saw an additional 935,000 full-time jobs, on the top four of biggest

increases in US history.

Perhaps most impressive is that these gains were largely obtained without adding too much

to the US debt.

As of October, President Trump only added $400 billion, or two percent, to the national

debt.

During the same amount of time in President Obama's first term, he added $1.3 trillion,

or 12 percent.

Perhaps the reason the Left is clinging so much to the Russia collusion narrative is

that they want to report on anything other than the successes President Trump has been

bringing in.

While they call for impeachment and justice for an alleged crime with no evidence, President

Trump has been working hard to boost the economy and create jobs.

If President Trump could accomplish this much in the first ten months of his presidency,

imagine what he'll do for the US economy in an entire term, or even a second term for

that matter.
