North Korea crisis: US military action will lead Trump to 'final ruin' warns Kim Jong-un

The rogue state said US "imperialist aggressor warmongers" needed to "come to their senses" or risk annihilation.  This latest threat from state media comes as tensions on the Korean Peninsula run high after a series of nuclear and ballistic missile tests by Kim Jong-un's oppressive regime.

North Korean state media is reported as saying: "Military aggression is as foolish an act as trying to break the faith and will of North Korea's army and people through intensified military threats.

"This proves that the US imperialist aggressor warmongers opted for a military adventure by attempting at the provocation of a nuclear war against the DPRK, despite strong protest and denunciation of the public at home and abroad.

"The US is far across the Pacific but it is by no means a safe place and any military option against the DPRK will bring the final ruin to the US." Pyongyang accused the US of "zealously persisting in sanctions and military pressure under the pretext of the nuclear issue" but claimed American efforts had not hindered the hermit state.  Kim continues to plough cash into his nuclear weapons programme despite worldwide condemnation, international sanctions and poverty on the home front. .

The threat of final ruin comes as White House officials revealed US President Donald Trump will travel to Asia next month.

The two week trip will include stops in South Korea, Japan and China and is expected to be dominated by the North Korea crisis.

Announcing the visit today, the White House said: The Presidents engagements will strengthen the international resolve to confront the North Korean threat and ensure the complete, verifiable, and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.".

Mr Trump has been embroiled in a war of words with dictator Kim, with both leaders trading insults alongside threats of nuclear war.

Addressing world leaders at the United Nations earlier this month, the US President mocked dictator Kim as "rocket man" before threatening to "totally destroy" North Korea if it dared attack the US or its allies.

In response, North Koreas supreme leader branded Trump a "mentally deranged frightened dog" and promised the US President would "pay dearly" for his comments. .

Librarian Liz Phipps Soeiro Rejects Dr. Seuss Books Donated by Melania Trump: "Racist Propaganda" - Duration: 1:13.

An elementary school librarian rejected Dr. Seuss books donated by Melania Trump calling

them "racist propaganda."

Liz Phipps Soeiro declined the first lady's gift saying that her library doesn't need

them.

The elementary school librarian from Cambridge, Massachusetts said that Dr. Seuss' illustrations

were rooted in "racist propaganda, caricatures, and harmful stereotypes."

She also told the First Lady that "Dr. Seuss is a bit of a cliché."

FYI this is a picture of her wearing a cat in the hat costume.

It was because she was celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday.

But Michelle Obama, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton all read Dr. Seuss books.

So what do you think?

Is this liberal propaganda?

Would it be a different reaction if Michelle Obama had sent the books?

Revealed: Donald Trump's White House launches investigation into private email accounts - Duration: 2:55.

Revealed: Donald Trump's White House launches investigation into private email accounts

A spokesperson declined to comment on the review, but told Politico that the White House instructs staff to fully comply with the Presidential Records Act and briefs staff on the need to preserve records".

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders, asked if Trump was concerned about the reported use of private emails on Thursday, said: "The White House has been clear and instructs all staff to fully comply with the Presidential Records Act.  "All staff has been briefed on the need to preserve those records, and will continue to do so."  .

The White House counsel's office is reportedly taking a particular interest in the email accounts of Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, because they are still members of Presidential staff.

Mr Kushner's lawyer, Abbe Lowell, claimed on Sunday that there were fewer than a hundred emails about government business in Kushner's private email domain and that all had been forwarded to his White House account.

Mr Lowell reportedly said: "It is perfectly normal that the committees would want to make sure that they received all pertinent records. "We did review this account at the time and there were no responsive or relevant documents there.

The committee was so informed when documents were produced and there is no issue here." In recent days White House lawyers have pulled batches of emails.  The reports are strange given the Trump campaign attacked Democratic rival Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server for official correspondence when she was secretary of state under President Barack Obama.

President Trump encouraged supporters at rallies to chant "lock her up". Some of Clinton's messages were later determined to contain classified information.

US media reported on Monday that private accounts were also used by the president's daughter Ivanka Trump after she became a White House adviser and by Stephen Miller, a senior Trump adviser.
