It seems that President Trump may soon have another opportunity to appoint another judge

to the Supreme Court.

According to sources close to Justice Anthony Kennedy, the judge thinks about withdrawing

from the high court.

Kennedy, 80, says that old age has finally caught up with him and that he seriously considers

about retiring.

He was appointed in 1998 by president Ronald Reagan and is currently the oldest justice

in the high court after the death of conservative judge Antonin Scalia.

Even though he was appointed by Reagan, Kennedy is politically impartial and has always been

the one to decide Supreme Court tiebreakers.

After Gorsuch's appointment, the Supreme Court is divided by four conservative and

four progressive justices, with Kennedy caught in the middle, always deciding SCORUS stalemates.

Should Kennedy decides to withdraw, this will give Trump the opportunity to appoint another

conservative justice, thus having five conservative to four liberal justices.

Judge Kennedy is close to President Donald Trump with the two of them both having kids

who reside in New York.

The Supreme Court justice has invited Ivanka Trump to the high court to sit in a section

usually reserved for family.

The President's success in replacing Justice Scalia with a prudent and devoted justice

may have affected Kennedy's final decision since he has seen that Trump is capable of

choosing people that will be worthy to replace the honorable Supreme Court justices.

Let's just hope that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 84, will also withdraw in a couple

of years.

Ginsburg will be smart to do this since she has trouble staying awake during Supreme Court

hearings and it is fairly impossible for her to stay at the high court during Trump's

tenure.

If both Justice Ginsburg and Justice Kennedy withdraw, Donald Trump could appoint one-third

of the Supreme Court.

If Trump eventually succeeds to appoint another right-leaning judge to the high court, this

will slope the balance of the court to six conservative and three liberal justices.

A black pastor from Chicago by the name of "Bishop" James Dukes is now asking the

very corrupt mayor of Chicago to remove the statue of George Washington in Chicago.

In fact he said that the statue is offensive.

Yes, the hero of American history is offensive.

Washington was a slave owner.

Oh no, that's offensive to everyone in the US because they never had to deal with slavery.

Or something like that.

Their logic is non-existent.

This is less than a day after Trump pondered the question at the press conference.

"Was George Washington a slave owner?

So will George Washington now lose his status?

Are we going to take down statues to George Washington?" the president asked Tuesday.

"[S]o you know what?

It's fine.

You're changing history, you're changing culture."

In a Facebook post, Dukes said he sent letters to both the Emanuel administration and the

Chicago Park District.

He is also upset about a park in Chicago.

It sports the name of one of the other greatest president in history, Andrew Jackson.

He owned slaves so that erases all of his accomplishments.

Seriously, who gives a shit?

History doesn't care about people's feelings.

Dukes said it would be OK to maintain the Washington and Jackson Park names if they

were reclassified in honor of former Chicago Mayor Harold Washington and the Rev. Jesse

Jackson or Michael Jackson, respectively.

Yes, he's talking about race baiting seat warmer Jesse Jackson and a pop singer from

the 80's.

Also, Harold Washington was a radical.

He's just trying to turn white history black.

It's that simple.

Obama cared less about the money and that is why we are in big debts.

that they do not care about us at all, we also won't care about them as well.

The new budget proposal is here according to UConservative and apparently as few say

both the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the National Endowments for the Arts and

Humanities will be ended.

Also, his budget would be out of the $ 445 million budget for the Corporation for Public

Broadcasting.

It also will cut budgets for national endowments, which stood at $ 148 million each in 2016,

as well as $ 230 million for the Institute of Museum and Library Services, which supports

libraries and museums.

Two tourist mainstays will be affected by this decision.

Both are in Washington, DC, the Smithsonian Institution and the National Gallery of Art.

Trump believes that this is the right decision and we are with him.

At this point, he clearly thinks that public broadcasting and the arts and humanities should

receive help from private residents.

signed on with a prominent Washington, D.C., law firm.

The Blaze is reporting that Spicer signed on to a position at Williams & Connolly.

Attorneys Bob Barnett and Michael O'Connor, both of whom work at the firm, have represented

a myriad

of

politicians and television personalities, such as

Fox News' Neil Cavuto, Brit Hume, and Steve Doocy; NBC News' Andrea Mitchell, Brian

Following the media's brouhaha around President Trump's apparent decision not to specifically

call out and condemn the white supremacists and neo-Nazis who gathered in Charlottesville

this weekend, The White House has issued a statement confirmingthat the president "does

not condone violence, bigotry, and hatred... from any extremist groups."

As The Hill reports, Trump took bipartisan heat on Saturday for not directly calling

out hate groups in his remarks, and for blaming "many sides" for the violence.

"We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry

and violence on many sides, on many sides," Trump said at a press conference from his

New Jersey golf course.

"It's been going on for a long time in our country.

Not Donald Trump.

Not Barack Obama.

This has been going on for a long, long time," he continued, before highlighting his administration's

accomplishments.

And so, as WaPo reports, in interviews on Sunday morning news shows, national security

adviser H.R. McMaster and homeland security adviser Tom Bossert echoed the vague comments

that the president made in a statement at his private golf club in New Jersey on Saturday,

signaling that Trump does not plan to heed calls from fellow Republicans to bluntly confront

and condemn white supremacy.

"What the president did is he called out anyone, anyone who is responsible for fomenting this

kind of bigotry, hatred, racism and violence," McMaster said on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday

morning.

"I think the president was very clear on that."

On CNN, Bossert repeatedly praised the president for not naming the groups that were involved

and instead focusing on an overarching call for Americans to love one another.

He said that people "on both sides" showed up in Charlottesville "looking for trouble"

and that he won't assign blame for the death of a counterprotester on either group, although

he said the president would like to see "swift justice" for the victim.

After repeated questioning, Bossert did say that he personally condemns "white supremacists

and Nazi groups that espouse this sort of terrorism and exclusion."

He did not say whether the president agrees with him on that.

"The president not only condemned the violence and stood up at a time and a moment when calm

was necessary and didn't dignify the names of these groups of people, but rather addressed

the fundamental issue," Bossert said on CNN's "State of the Union."

"And so � what you need to focus on is the rest of his statement."

But apparently that was not clear enough and so The White House issued a brief statement:

"The President said very strongly in his statement yesterday that he condemns all forms of violence,

bigotry, and hatred," the White House said in a statement.

"Of course that includes white supremacists, KKK Neo-Nazi and all extremist groups," a

spokesperson added.

"He called for national unity and bringing all Americans together."

Trump's eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, took to Twitter on Sunday morning to write two

short messages: "There should be no place in society for racism, white supremacy and

neo-nazis," and "We must all come together as Americans � and be one country UNITED.

This means Trump just took another key action that all Presidents before him had been too

lazy, ignorant, or corrupt to do.

He is also sending a very clear message to China after they refused to back Trump on

North Korea.

The investigation will focus on Chinese theft of US patents, music, tech, films, etc that

China often achieves through bad trade practices thanks to the World Trade Organization.

At this point, the President has made it abundantly clear that he does believe in World trade,

but only if it's done right and the US can come out ahead from it.

nationalism and immigration, and his ability to kind of move freely … I just think his

ability to get anything done – particularly the bigger things, like the wall, the bigger,

broader things that we fought for, it's just gonna be that much harder," Bannon

said of the post-Bannon era. He went on to slam moderate Republicans, both inside the

West Wing and in Congress, for turning Trump back toward the political center.

his central tenets, where have they been? Have they rallied around the Perdue-Cotton

Now, the Secret Service has confirmed it is investigating Chapelle-Nadal's posts.

"The St. Louis Field Office of the Secret Service is looking into the comments," Secret

Service spokeswoman Cathy Milhoan said in a statement to CNN.

"The Secret Service investigates all threats against the President, Vice President, and

other protectees, whether they be direct, implied or comments in passing," she added.
